I am sridhar moturi from ramanthapur, hyderabad, having ifb washing machine front loaded 6.5 kgs. There is a water leakage happening hence i called service centre number. A. S service centre team approached me and they said gasket problem and for which they demanding 5000 plus. When i checked with others the same is quoted 2000 plus. When we check the part cost in ifb website it's around 800 rs.
This is really called fraud. Need response on correct price including service charge and also action against the service centre who sucking customer blood.

In my washing machine having too much heavy sound during spining and have already lodge the complaint on dt29/3/2019 and your service engineer came on 30/9/2019, checked and found bearing or drum problem.Today I contact but no reply received.

    I have raised a complaint (Getting huge sound while washing) on 23rd march with ticket#[protected], this issue was attended by the engineer and he changed baring and one belt. Since i saw the plastic shield covering the drum was damaged, i asked him to replace that part. Engineer told me that its not required everything he fixed. (He actually applied "m-seal" in many places) after one wash, water is leaking from many places. Then i raised second ticket ticket#-[protected] on 2nd april, without attending this ticket, it closed on 3rd april. So i asked customer care to reopen the ticket (Ticket#[protected]). This ticket is also closed yesterday without attending it. Technician is telling its a major work so he will come and do it in some other day. There is no proper update from technician. From 2nd april to till today[protected], i'm waiting for ifb technician to fix the problem.
    Frankly telling you have a pathetic customer service, i'm not at all happy with your service.

    Kindly advice the ifb to do the needful at the earliest.

    For your kind attention.
    Though the complaint is attended by a technician, it still not resolved completely. Still waters leaking and we are unable to use the machine. Request you to send qualified technician and resolve the issue at one short.

    Please consider this as urgent and do the needful at the earliest
    We are unable to use the machine for more than two weeks.

    We really regret the dicision to buy IFB product. We haven't experienced such worst service.

      The sms received against my service request on 2-4-19 is as follows:
      Hello, your tkt-[protected]is assigned to ifb service technician. On completion of service, we will send the next sms to get your feedback. Pls respond accordingly.
      A technician visited on 3-4-19 but was reluctant to even clean the machine and it’s filter and told me that i’d in future i complain or raise a request i should tell not to send him (Manirul) for service. We pay huge sums under the contract and even before the contract had to expend rs.6200 for repairs - my total expenditure mounted to 12k an amount against which a new machine could be bought but still such companies are not ready to provide regular and good services.

      Though the 2 screws were changed in July the door hinge which was intentionally or unintentionally broken by Amit and Mrityunjay(mob. no. [protected])against my repeated complaints for the same in Jan & Feb. 2019 has not been rectified still.The branch co ordinator Mr. Sujit Singh had called up in June but disconnected while I was talking saying that he would call again which he never did nor picked up my call in future anytime.In April when I lodged a complaint and Manirul visited for the service I came to know that the door hinge was broken of which I was not aware until he showed to me since the door was locking after Jan and Feb visits by earlier mentioned technicians.It seems while trying to lock they had by mistake broken the hinge at one point but never told this fact to me. Manirul told me that it was not covered under contract and then I had to follow up again & again with no results.
      My communications with different people with SMS or chat on what's app are clear from the attachment.

        Hello,

        My ifb eva aqua 6kg washing machine is in repair for 10 days & after continuous calling to customer care technician came to check the repair & told drum & rubber sleeve should be replaced but rubber sleeve will not come in warranty & he charged 3000 rs, is it true that this much cost should be barred by customer in warranty product, then why ifb guys give warranty, you can provide zero warranty for your products.
        When i asked the question to technician, he closed the request & still now it is in repair.

        Worst customer service noticed in my life time.

          I regret for purchasing ifb product. It is costing me 4k every year in the name of spare part replacement. Whenever the service engineer visits, he make sure to change some spare part quoting it to be faulty and says that does not cover under warranty. If i continue spending 4k every 6 months, i rather buy a new machine every year. So proper response from the ifb customer service

          Yes it is resolved. Should I complaint here every time for faster resolution
          Washing Machine Top-Load Fully Automatic (Model No-- IFB AW7201RB 7.2 kg ) is tearing & tarnishing clothes, making small-small holes in almost all types of clothes.

          In this regard, I have raised complaint on IFB Customer care several times from last 4, 5 months but no one from service center is turning up to attend this complaint.

            We have registered the captioned complaint with the Company. The response has been a big let down for me as a Consumer.

            The complaint is about non functioning of the washing machine and machine not starting.

            After repeated followups, the technician failed to arrive for few days. When he finally arrived, the technician took some steps but the machine failed to start.

            Then we were informed that it was a boot error, which would cost us Rs. 7500.

            We place on record that this is not a one time complaint. This has been a persistent issue which the Company has failed to resolve.

            We then told that the machine was in warranty period. Thereafter, the technician called up the Company and then informed us that the cost would actually be Rs. 5500/-.

            This has raised doubts over the genuineness of the Company and its services. It is an attempt to take money from the Customer inspite of the machine being in warranty period and not resolving the issue. As aforesaid, this issue is persistent complaint and there is a breakdown in their door every few months.

            Even in the past we have paid heavily for one wrong decision of purchasing the product.

            The technician left the Premise refusing to resolve the issue if we dont pay Rs. 5500.

            The technician's name is Mr. Amritlal.

            It is a clear fraud by your service providers and a technique of taking money from customers.

            Kindly come clean and give a specific resolution to this.

            Why does customer have to pay for a manufacturing defect? The product is in warranty but your service providers dont intend to get it resolved.

              Even after repeated complaints to IFB customer care, no one turns up for the service call. The previous complaint number was closed even without making a visit. This is happening multiple times and it is very frustrating.

              I am in a desperate need for a service technician. IFB support is assigning a service technician - Ramesh who has gone on a leave for 2 weeks . I have already waited for 3 weeks now for the ticket - [protected] dated 23rd March 2019, do you expect me to wait for 2 more weeks ? This is ridiculous ! . Please assign a proper technician who will respond to his calls and attend immediately.

                  They didn't respond for calls, even if I notify, and when service engineer came first he asked for liquids & Descale purchase, even if I told that already have those products trying to force me by telling washing machine have problem and this is not his first time.
                  today service engineer came told me filter is not working, i had lot of salt and drum is crashing inside, well I purchased filter 3 month before, and my washing machine on 4 year In-Warranty service, so he may call logged for additional support & repair service, instead of that he told to us buy descale, it will resolve this problems,
                  Also he splashed some water inside of drum and rubbed using dry cloth and get sign from us.Is that their service policy.worst service I ever had, some of engineer explained lot about usage of washing machine and asked me to buy additional accessories such as trolley holder, closing sheet, filter..etc.
                  Customers are not available to achieve their target & getting Incentives, treat them well to acknowledge your service and products, ..

                    I have been using IFB machines for a long time but I have never seen such a reckless attitude on part of the technicians. I called them for servicing last month, and they broke the front tray (located at the bottom of the machine). On top of it, they advised me to get a new machine. I do not understand if IFB is sending out their technicians or their marketing team. How can one possibly tell me what the life of my appliance will be. This incident happened in Exhibition Road, Patna.

                    As I told you, the service centre, M/S SHREE GANESH ( MIG- 36, LOHIYA NAGAR, KANKARBAGH, PATNA -20). has not provided with any Customer ID or complain number on the receipt. The receipt was dated 19th Jan, 2019.

                      It's so true that these ifb service people are so lethargic and attend to complaints at their whims and fancies. I registered a complaint for my front load washing machine on 20th march 2019 from bangalore and my complaint ticket number is [protected]. I was getting error 'taco' message and machine stopped working. Initially one person came and said it's heater problem told us about the rate made us do amc pulled out heater connection and told us use cold wash and he'll come back with the replacement of part. But the error message started coming even in cold wash and completely stopped working. It's almost 15days and almost every day i have been calling the customer care or the technician but on a deaf ear. Every time i call the customer care they give different service center/person number which when i call they'll give false assurance or it'll be a person who has left the job or some wrong number. I am totally fed up not knowing what to do. Can ifb manufacturer people help?

                        I have registered a complaint regarding my clothes dryer, ticket number [protected], on 19 February. Technician had visited my place but since then no action has been taken. I am calling IFB customer care again and again but totally in vain. Phone number provided by customer care are always out of range. I am experiencing this kind of services for the second time from IFB. my dryer is in warranty, please repair it, change it or take it back and refund my money. It is the worst company as far as services are concerned.

                          Every time the technical assistant used the descal powder to clean machine.. What is the problem they don't even know.. Only they do is to sell their products and torturing the customer. With 3 months i registered 4 complaint but every time finally the matter get unresolved. Every time they take rs 170 for descal and it's a business from ifb.. Please provide proper technical support 🙏

                            Hi,
                            We have one ifb washing machine at chennai (Alwarthirunagar) and taken amc ref no. Amc/ew no[protected]Rs. 3068) on 10/12/2018 for 1 year.
                            When we took amc we were promised with best customer service. But once we took amc no response is coming from the service team.
                            The following are the tickets raised to resolve the complaints:

                            The above complaints were closed or rescheduled without out confirmation.
                            Out of the above complaints we have also raised many direct telephonic request to the following land line number many number of times.
                            But still no proper response or no service arrangements done till date.

                            They followed up with us and collected the amc cheque but after that we followed with them for services and they are playing hide and seek with us.
                            Basically not lifting the phone, if attending they are diverting the issue to one another and the problem is not yet resolved.

                            Now we are unable to operate the washing machine and suffering every day.

                            So i request you to take immediate action on them and get us the refund of amc of rs. 3068/- so that we can arrange private mechanic to attend our issues.

                            In our area ifb store. It got monthly service 10 days back but now it was not working the rubber got seperated from the steel one . Please provide specific service immediatly.

                              I am using ifb senorita aqua sx 6kg washing machine since last 5 years. Its led display panel is not functioning well so i lodged service ticket and ifb technicial arrived at home. He inspected machine and suggested to replace pcb of machine, as per him it cost rs. 5000/-!!! Does pcb board of ifb wahsing machine is so costly when machine itself did cost me more that 32, 000/-???

                                IFB guys are cheating they come and do temporary fix and it again goes bad, so no fix till date, IFB has delivery a completely Faulty Machine.
                                I have purchased ifb front loading washing machine 45 thousand INR - executive plus vx id 8.5 kg i 1400 rpm 8months back and we are experiencing issues with this washing machine from the day of the purchase, conditioner gets dispensed as soon as the main program starts, i reported it multiple times but it has not been fixed.
                                Technicians that came for checking have no clue or poorly trained on the product, they say that conditioner is dispensed at the start of the machine...was surprised by this level of knowledge/training.

                                Wasn't expecting such poor Quality IFB machine by IFB which is 45000INR, extremely bad IFB machine.
                                Please return my money and take the IFB machine back or replace with the genuine IFB machine. I hope IFB will listen to customer and take necessary action in order to reclaim that IFB is best in all aspects!

                                    I have a washing machine (Model no. Senorita dx, purchased about 11 years ago) under amc scheme. I requested your customer service for repairing of the machine due to non functioning of the machine. The mechanic came and said that the concrete structure round the drum should be changed. I agreed to pay for that part and he brought it but could not repair the machine due to need for change of some other parts. He told me that he would come as soon as the part would be available and went by. I waited for more than a month for the mechanic to come but he didn't contact with me. I contacted with your customer service again (Tkt.- [protected]). The service provider contacted me over phone but didn't come or repair my machine till date. My family is suffering severely for non repairing of the machine and poor customer service from a reputed company like ifb. Please do the needful and identify the persons who are damaging your reputation.

                                      Bought a IFB microwave 20SC2 four years back from Amazon. It was working fine untill Dec 2018, however problem started after that. When I contacted IFB customer care they sent a technician to look into it. After inspecting he said that the top heating rod has malfunctioned.

                                      This is where the drama began. According to IFB they do not manufacture the model parts anymore and I have to either get a local heating rod or get a new microwave by exchanging my old one. The delima is that they are still selling the same model on Amazon!!

                                      This is just a ploy to sell their product. Like many other sub standard brands IFB is fooling its customers. Never going to buy IFB products. If anyone is reading this please stay away from IFB products, it's a scam.

                                        I have purchased a ifb washing machine one n half year ago,
                                        Model no. Ifb tl-rcg 6.5kg aqua.
                                        From the first day onwards it is not taking water properly and they people were saying that it is because of tap's low pressure. But when i come to know about that the defect is in the machine. Then again i had registered a complain on 19 jan 2019 and now its about 3 months neither they have repaired it nor they are responding to my calls properly.
