Hi ifb team, i bought a new top loading washing machine.. I called customer care on 16th december for demo and got a token no-[protected].. But still no technician as visited my house.. I called more than 6 times to customer care for the same but in vain.. Feeling very bad... Lg and samsung are providing best customer service they are sorting complaints not more than a day...
