I had to move from one location to another and I paid 6oo Rs for locking and unlocking the tumbler. Connection and disconnection. The service guys happily collected the charge for both the services and now when i am calling for re installation they are not showing up. IFB customer care gives me various numbers of local co-ordinator and they keep telling me this is not my area. I have made atleast 20 calls back and forth. Escalated to Mr Shakti from their escalation department but it was of no use.
IFB should either come and re-install the machine or refund my money because it is causing inconvenience to my family, not having the machine installed.

I have ordered a water inlet pipe two week ago and have not received yet. Your dealer in pimpri-chinchwad has not contacted me yet. I contacted customer care 5-6 times and I also have your AMC valid. Please advise me as to how do I believer a reputed companies like yours!

Please refer all my earlier emails. Not good to repeat the things again and again as your services are failing again and again.

IFB is a good and great brand. I don't understand as to why you people want to spoil it.

I am not getting my emails replied.

Please explain a senior person who attended after good five days did not locate the problem but whereas the second person who attended after good seven days did locate in a minute and was to arrange to replace the motor.

Today is 8th July, my problem is as it is.

May I spread the issue all over the country and at international level?

    My ifb washing machine elite aqua is under 4 years warranty. I raised a complaint with ifb on 28th dec'18 as there is an issue with the machine. The ticket number is [protected]. A representative from ifb visited on 29th dec and told that the display is faulty and will be replaced within couple of days as it is under warranty. I have been calling the ifb customer care and still now there is no response in terms of resolving the issue. Every time when i call ifb they apologies, but no further action. Very frustrated with ifb service. They are very keen on only selling the washing liquid, cleaning power and other accessories as part of their service. I would like to escalate it to the right level to improve the after sales service

      I have purchased senorita aqua sx 6 kg in 2014, till 3 year no technician visited for general service and in 2018 i faced issue of current passing in door, at that time i made a complaint to customer care, at that time they provided good service, but after the service my machine is continously having this or another problem in a month.

      Whenever complaint is done and technician visits, they tell me that as you are not using ifb washing liquid that’s why your machine is facing problem orelse there is no problem in machine. The only problem is i used other brands liquid. My question is why it was not told to me at time of purchasing that i have to use only & only ifb products.

      In last year i made complaint 3 times for facing smoke issue, every time sr. Technician (Mr. Sandeep sharma) came and told me the same ifb liquid issue. Orelse machine is working properly, no problem for smoke.

      And now as my warranty is completed november 2018 and 4 days ago i again faced smoke problem. Now mr. Sandeep is telling me that as you are not using ifb liquid your drum has been damaged and you will have to change the drum and for changing drum cost is rs.6500.

      In november 2018 only i had made 4th time complaint for smoke, at that time also he told there is no issue you can use machine. Suddenly in january 2019 when faced same issue (4 days ago) now he telling me to change the drum. How can a sr. Level technician can’t rectify the problem when same problem complaint was registered 3 times ago also.

      And now they are not at all responding for my complaint. My machine is not working at all.

      i had registered this Complaint no. is [protected] on 2nd feb, even on 4th feb i again registered complaint as 2nd feb's complaint's was cancelled.
      i am continuously doing calls on customer care center for the same.

      i have even written mail on [protected]@ifbglobal.com, i am receiving only calls from their end, no action is be taken on this.
      every alternate i just receive call from different person's and everyone reply same i.e. we will look in the matter and soon revert you.

      i am also sending reminders through mail but still no action is been taken.

        I am owning a IFB Washing Machine, which has never been serviced, although was scheduled for service 6 times, however the technician never attended. Recieved feedback calls, and reported about the missed appointments, and nothing was done. Called customer care, explained the situation and was promised that they will book a free service. Later, got a call from technician, and was informed that free service will not be provided. Called customer care, and had a pathetic customer service from Krishna.

        Looking forward to hear from you about my service for the washing machine.

        Got a call from a lady from Goa Office, and she sorted the problem by sending an Engineer to service my washing machine. It has been sorted now.

        Since I bought the machine i hv faced so many problems now its one part called pcb is damaged and the cost of it is 2500 which the serviceman of ifb is telling me plus he will charge extra 590 for visit. This is highly ridiculous

          My name is s. Ghosh and my mobile number is [protected] and am from bangalore.

          I have been having problems with my washing machine for over 5days now, but the problem is not rectified. I believe your service is thru a franchisee by the name of rp services. I have called your call center multiple times and they claim to have set my case to high priority, but nothing has happened. Despite few visits from your service engineer, problem is not rectified.

          Your call center points to numbers of the service center that do not work. I have an amc, but am very disappointed with the service as the engineers don't come as per time commitment and also don't always pick up phone.

          This is very frustrating as we have kids at home and without a working washing machine for 5 days, things are very difficult.

            I have been facing problem with ifb washing machine from past 1 week. Ifb engineer comes to troubleshoot and next day problem enhances and since then my request is pending. This is my worst experience with any support provider.
            Support engineers are not even supportive they don’t come before 12 pm and say sunday is off and expecting us to take leave.

              With descaling process and everything, Error is not yet resolved.

              Pl help with technical view as it is top load 6kg and last 3 weeks same error is repeating. First week cleaning done by service engineer and next week with repetition of error, descaling put in and now same isssue repeated.

              Technician not able to resolve it. Suggestion of descaling not worked out.

                We registered the complaint in our chikkamagalore district ifb customer service centre from almost 1month we frequently informing them but they are not respinding properly, sorry to say this we are fed up with your service please send proper technicians, we are waiting for your technicians from one month once he came he was not ready to check the mechine rather than that he was telling unrelevant things we are not satisfied by his attitude so we requested in service centre to send other well trained one but they are not cooperating please resolve this issue quickly

                  Dear Sir,
                  I had registered the complaint under ticket number [protected] with IFB to check the issues with my 8 Kg Washing Machine which is covered in 4 years warranty where in issue found with motor of the machine which was decided to replace by the concern technician who visited to check the issue. However on day of installation i suspect the motor which is installed on my machine is old/used which is manufactured in the year 2012 and not new one where my machine purchase date itself is in year 2016-17. I tried reaching IFB customer care where i have been provided with several numbers of authorised center and some senior person from IFB who tried to misguide me and denied to provide the required details like motor serial number and manufacturing date that is allocated to me by IFB company as part of replacement in warranty.

                  Please help me to get the help as IBF customer care is not providing me the proper information and not also supporting to get the details of higher escalation level where i can raise my concerns.

                    We bought it on[protected] from devi international bangalore and the machine started malfunctioning. There was a problem with the starting button and the functioning was also stopped and it was giving electrical shock. We checked the grounding and everything was in order. When we registered the complaint the aparaa enterprises authorised ifb service centre came and said the problem is with the machine, and replaced certin materials and charges rs.2190/- without accepting the guarantee.

                    Again one month before when we faced the problem, they again visited and said there is a problem with censors. Done some work and left. Again now, the machine is giving electrical shock and rinse is holding and not working. I cant hold this defective machine again.

                    The machine delivered is defective. I am an advocate and i think when you promised the 4 year warranty you shall replace the machine or refund it. Otherwise i shall approach consumer court.

                      the technician denies service..how can they hire people like that who are so unproffesional..

                        We have purchased around 2 months ago. foam remains in the utensils after wash. Complaint attended by engineers many times but without solution. Few days ago we received a call from mangalore IFB personal. He did not come as promised. We want the dish water to be replaced immediately. We will not allow to replace any part of the machine as said by your engineer to see the result on trial and error basis. Since the problem persists from day one, we feel the machine is not checked properly at the factory. We are not using the machine at all.
                        Today also we called many times but no one responding. It seems that no one taking care of the complaints seriously. Rather they are eager to close the complaint after giving a formal visit and talk to us. IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SOLVE THE ISSUE IMMEDIATELY YOU TAKE AWAY THE MACHINE AND REFUND OUR MONEY. OTHERWISE WE WILL MOVE TO THE CONSUMER FORUM AND CLAIM DAMAGES.

                        Complaint not yet resolved. In the third machine supplied by them water particles and foam both retains in the utensils after wash cycle. I once again urge you to refund the amount. I do not want to use IFB dish washer.

                          Washing machine ifb elena dx. The machine begins to rotate when the switch is on without pouring of water and water is continuously flowing to the jar with out control and over flowing from the sides of the lid.

                          Rotation is not good. While starting the spinning it began to shift to one side. The balancing is not proper. Amc is available with ifb

                            Dear Sir,

                            1. I had bought an IFB Diva Aqua washing machine through Flipkart, for my 78 year old mother in Faridabad, on 2nd Jan - installed on 5th Jan late evening .

                            2. The machine gave problem from Day 1 for which I kept raising complaints to the service center, Flipkart, Area Manager and the Engineer who installed it. ( Ticket Nos : [protected], [protected], [protected])

                            3. The machine was finally replaced by the service center as a defective piece about 5 days back.

                            4, Today on 28th Jan'19, the service engineer came to install the machine which had a small part of the cover protruding out. He banged it with his hand and said this happens in transfer.

                            The machine had water stains all over as if it has been used or repaired and sent to me

                            I am extremely harassed by the attitude of IFB. I cant believe that a global brand as yours can harass a 78 year old handicapped woman like this. I quote your policy as a reminder

                            IFB Quality Policy
                            To supply products that will exceed customer's expectation due to excellence through perfection in quality and service. "To maintain an environment for teamwork and continuous improvement, leading to total quality in all activities of the organisation".

                            I fail to understand the relevance of this policy. My mother is being harassed to no ends.

                            Please help resolve this problem or refund the money to my mother.

                            I am not ready to accept a used piece in lieu of money paid for a brand new one

                              I am aravind, given request regards my ifb microwave oven not getting heat in previous complaint.

                              After that technician came and change the 3 spares on 07/01/2019, that bill i attached for your reference,

                              Then we contact that technician on same day display panel to fit properly, we request the technician came and check it, for that technician said press the restart button, button will work properly,

                              But now oven not working properly suddenly in the middle oven stop and that button not working.

                              So i contact ifb customer care[protected], on january 21 this month, still no response.

                              Really i not except like this worst customer services from ifb, i want to solve the issues as soon.

                                I raised a complaint over 6 months ago about their service during amc, followed up with their customer support but of no use. Despite several follow ups, their bangalore service center is irresponsible to call up and know the issue. Every time i call the customer support, they keep telling me that the service manager in bangalore is notified and he would call me but of no use. The service engineer comes to sell their way powder and liquids but not for service during amc. I have been complaining about my machine making noise and wobbles a lot during end of washing cycle. The service engineer found no issue during amc and as soon as the amc was over for the same issue, he quoted 5k+ for repair the moment i disagreed to renew the amc. Their intention is to force customers to take amc, do nothing during amc but come for service every 4months to sell washing powder and liquids. If you don't take amc, they charge pretty high for repair but they don't rectify the same issue during amc.
                                I don't recommend ifb at all. Hopeless service

                                  Machine. My machine is showing error of dper. It was working fine suddendly it stopped and showed this error. Please resolve the matter asap. My experience with ifb is not that good. Our machine vibrates a lot whike spinning

                                    I raised complaint with ifb for washing machine not working all of a sudden. Ticket number: [protected].

                                    Date of complaint: 17 jan 2019

                                    Though the machine is still under warranty, the person who came for service said, the mother board was damaged coz a rat has bitten the wires. So it would not be covered under warranty. So he asked for 4500 for mother board replacement. And then he came after 1 week for mother board replacement.
                                    This time he has asked for 4800. When my wife asked, why 4500 became 4800, he said, he already told 4800 only... After replacing the mother board.. He has taken the old motherboard along with him... When my wife asked, he said they need the old motherboard for proof and that is the company policy..

                                    We paid for the first mother board.. And it was purchased from my hard earned money.. He did not replace that with new mother board for free.. We have again paid 4800 for the replaced mother board..in that case.. Why he has taken the old motherboard along with him?

                                        My ifb wahing machine service is not good I have called customer service for machine door problem but the guy who sent through customer care service changed the door lock but the machine was not worked then he said the buttons are not working after fixed the front panel so must to change the new panel till that you have to use use screw driver to press the button then only it will work.he said I will brought a new panel within a week but a month passed still whenever we call him he is telling the same he didn't got the new panel please consider my complaint as faster as possible.
