Sir,
I have registered to service the washing machine on 02/jan/2019 through toll free no. But till now no body came to attend the washing machine for service.
They are simply ignoring the request lot of time and closed the request as 'no response'. The washing machine is now under 'amc'.
Hence it is requested to take necessary action immediately to avoid further legal action in this regard.

    After the completion of 4 years warranty on[protected] I have paid Rs 2714 for 1 year AMC. Our M/C gradually getting have vibration with sound. I booked complaint The service personnel checked the M/C and reported that shock observer only faulty should be replaced.On[protected] new shock observer provided but the M/C getting heavy vibration with sound.Again I booked complaints several times in Toll free customer care and service centre at Ramnad. On[protected] a service person checked and reported that the following spares should be replaced ie
    1 SS Drum
    2 Drum shaft
    3 Drum shaft bearings and
    4 Front cover rubber washer cost ₹ 2000 to be paid by customer
    Nearly more than 75 days the M/C was not working IFB is a world famous No 1 company Why the wrong technical report from the service men and delay in attending. please immediately arrange for attend the unit as early as possible I hope and prove you are No1 company in the world

      My machine stopped working while running with a smell of smoke. Service rep visited and said wiring burnt and timer control failed. But under amc only timer control will be replaced and u should be charged for wiring kit even it is supplied by company with machine. Why company is doing like this as a customer i have not done any thing to the machine to make wiring burnt and at the time failure no high or low voltages observed on any other appliances. So why company do not cover under warranty.

        We have been using washing machine since 1995. We used one local brand and the last one we had was samsung top loading we bought less than 13000 back in 2002, and it worked flawlessly without any maintenance cost until 2014, even we didn't bother about their warranty period. As we got too comfortable with that brand and perhaps didn't know about their true value of less maintenance cost with less price, we chose to buy ifb for a change as per a friend's suggestion, as they gave four year warranty period with their product worth rs.32000. I realized with experience that all that is costly by price is not all that is good by their quality and durability.

        I had experience of clothes with stains because of scales and the maintenance cost of descaling with their chemical is also high. Even i could put up with that. When that is sorted, not even 6 months after expiry of waranty, it stopped working abruptly with no display. And the service guy came and said, the pcb inside needs to be changed and would cost me rs.6000 plus. And he insists that if i take an amc for rs.6000, he would get that part for half the cost as i am not under amc after the waranty got expired.

        Rs.6000 is more than 18% of the cost of the product that i bought just four years ago. I wonder why these days products are not manufactured with more durability, so that they don't incur additional such costs in such short span of time. I am also concerned about the pricing of spare parts. Hope ifb gets their act together in making us refer their products to others as well.

        As i worked the economics, i said to the service guy, i don't need their spare nor their service and have decided to go back to my earlier brand with less cost. I am going to junk this product, as i could only guess that this washing machine would take more money out of my pocket in the next 5 years than a brand new top loading samsung, which might give me more peace of mind and hopefully no regrets.

        Dear IFB PRO,

        I appreciate your prompt reply to my grievance, as much I am hoping there will also be prompt action too, as service delayed is service denied by the inconvenience caused by unavailability of a product for use in a household. We are a family of an elderly couple, kids of one and 4 years old and us a couple. It doesn't require for us to tell you to put yourself in our shoes and experience even couple of days without a washing machine. Its been three days now and today evening we are planning to get a new Samsung washing machine. If you have any intention to make us feel worthy of our investment with IFB appliances, please reach us asap.

        As much us Justice delayed is Justice denied, Service delayed is Service denied too.

        Dear IFB PRO,

        A technician from IFB called just now and offered to change the PCB for free.

        I said to him, if it saves my time and effort further in writing and waiting to resolve further more issues with this particular model that I bought, for a reasonable period, and have that confidence on it's durability, please do change it.

        My time is precious and I can't call, write, and wait for three days to resolve another more issue with this machine. As per my research, it proves to be a faulty model manufactured by IFB, which was discontinued shortly after I bought it, due to frequent complaints from its customers.

        I have made a wrong judgement about IFB, as a brand, that has a collaboration with Hienrich Schmid AG from a technologically advanced nation from Europe. It appears when they manufacture products for Indian market, they tend to focus more on short term monetary gains, as opposed to long term brand value.

        Hope you could put yourself in my shoes and think of an investment giving so much trouble in such a short span of time and takes away our peace of mind and time, and find a more sensible solution.

        After about three hours of negotiations with a technical manager Mr.Raghupathy, who reiterated that the technician didn't offer to change the PCB for free, but only tried to change it for a lesser cost of Rs.5000 instead of Rs.6000, I have decided to junk my 4 years 6 months old washing machine "IFB Senorita Aqua SX", and buy a good old durable Samsung washing machine.

        Its a wake up call for me, after losing Rs.32000 on a IFB product that doesn't even last for a full 5 years.

            My washing machine door lock is dysfunctional for almost two weeks and ifb people are not responding or paying any heed to complaint. I have tried to contact people at all levels but now the service manager at patna is also not picking up my calls and avoiding answering. Atrociuos response from ifb. Feeling sorry for having purchased ifb product next time i will not commit this mistake

                I have fully automatic ifb washing machine model senorita dx 5.5 kg. On 05.02.19 i made a complaint on your toll-free number[protected] for getting my machine repaired. The complaint number given to me was j 1062 and it was assured that i shall be receiving call from service centre jaipur within two hours. I got the call from[protected] stating to be from ifb and mechanic assured to visit me next day i. E. 06.02.19. On 06.02.19 the mechanic mr. Arjun motwani visited my house and after inspecting the machine he informed that its pcb and bearings are to be changed and for which the machine shall be taken to the service station. He took the machine to service centre on 06.02.19 and brought back on 07.02.19 stating that machine is now ok and required parts i. E. Pcb and bearings have been changed. The mechanic took rs. 6700.00 and issued the invoice for the same. The invoice was issued on bill book of m/s electro vision, agarwal farm, mansarovar, jaipur. When questioned the mechanic that why it is not on the bill book of ifb he informed that they are the authorised service centre of ifb.

                After the service and replacement of the parts the machine did not wok properly. I called the mechanic again who visited me on 08.02.19 and told that the machine has to be taken to service station again tomorrow i. E. 09.02.19. It is 12.02.19 today the mechanic did not visit me, and his number is also not being replied.

                My complaint with ifb are as under which need to be redressed immediately:

                1. I booked the complaint with ifb for machine to be repaired by the company. Why the company did not depute its own mechanic and deputed m/s elector vision of jaipur?
                2. Is company not responsible for after sale service?
                3. Is company responsible for warranty and guarantee for the parts which has been replaced by m/s electro vision?
                4. The invoice issued by m/s electro vision does not have any gst number which makes me believe that genuine parts are not used.
                5. I was told by the mechanic that the machine shall be repaired by ifb?

                This all mess has been created by ifb. I called many times the toll-free number, but they could not reply me satisfactorily and disconnected the phone. The customer who wants the genuine parts of company are being diverted to patronised local vendors by the company for poor service and duplicate parts which has adversely affected the reputation of the company.

                Sir, i request you to redress my complaint immediately to avoid any legal process in the matter and to avoid adverse comments on social media.

                    Machine is dead, complaint raised, its now more than 9 months still no resolution from ifb.
                    Contacted many times to ifb customer care, raised complaint, every time get new complaint no but no resolution.
                    Call many ifb persons which include service center, service engineer, area manager etc but still no resolution. Every time getting new dates. The service engineer already collected rs 4900/- with word of providing resolution.
                    But till date machine is dead and no one from ifb contacted me to resolve problem, but the collected money first for part replacement

                        The main problem we are facing is the lock system of the microwave. Lock of the microwave which is on the gate of the microwave has become free due to which we are not possisble to operate it. Also the light is not working when we on the microwave.

                            Purchased stabiliser for ifb washing machine in july 2017. It was purchased from the company when their technician came to install washing machine. Few days ago stabiliser conked off. It still continues under warranty. However, we could not locate the bill. Technician took back the stabiliser and informed us that unless the bill is produced, they wont replace/repair it.

                            I suggested them that they would definately have details about this stabiliser in their system. They denied. It is surprising and annoying. It appears to me that, me not having a bill, is being misused by the staff. This needs to be addressed.

                              One of worst customer service. Please do not go for ifb. Purchaged a washing machine from ifb and they delivered defect product. Their technician came and said the same.. This the defect product and we will replace new product. So far no proper reply from ifb. Customer service people give different mobile numbers to call. They also don't respond properly.

                                Problem was started from january 15/01/2019, but till date no resolution, service dealer informed that spare not available, hence told to exchange but machine under amc only till now, kindly intervene in this issue and arrange to resolve it immediately

                                  Hello

                                  I'm a ifb consumer as i've bought a dishwasher from your company and i was offered warranty and prompt service when i purchased it.

                                  In december 22, 2018, it stopped working and so i made a complain in the service centre, they visited and diagnosed with the problem and asked me to wait for 2 days and it will be repaired.
                                  From december 22, 2018 till february 5, 2018, i've been waiting so that i can get the product working again.
                                  I made calls to almost every person in ifb and i got no response.
                                  Call centre supervisor, miss suman assured me that it will be done before 17th january 2019 but no one came. Then local service centre persons like miss pooja, asgar ali and mr. Babban were contacted by as directed by miss suman jee and assured me but no action is taken till now.

                                  Now within 3 days of the delivery of this mail, i'll wait for the any action from your side or i'll take all the possible legal actions against all the person and the company.
                                  Also, now i demand to take the product back and refund in full as the product and the warranty is of no use.

                                  Kindly preserve all the calls and mail sent to you for future reference.

                                    I had to move from one location to another and I paid 6oo Rs for locking and unlocking the tumbler. Connection and disconnection. The service guys happily collected the charge for both the services and now when i am calling for re installation they are not showing up. IFB customer care gives me various numbers of local co-ordinator and they keep telling me this is not my area. I have made atleast 20 calls back and forth. Escalated to Mr Shakti from their escalation department but it was of no use.
                                    IFB should either come and re-install the machine or refund my money because it is causing inconvenience to my family, not having the machine installed.

                                    Please refer all my earlier emails. Not good to repeat the things again and again as your services are failing again and again.

                                    IFB is a good and great brand. I don't understand as to why you people want to spoil it.

                                    I am not getting my emails replied.

                                    Please explain a senior person who attended after good five days did not locate the problem but whereas the second person who attended after good seven days did locate in a minute and was to arrange to replace the motor.

                                    Today is 8th July, my problem is as it is.

                                    May I spread the issue all over the country and at international level?

                                      My ifb washing machine elite aqua is under 4 years warranty. I raised a complaint with ifb on 28th dec'18 as there is an issue with the machine. The ticket number is [protected]. A representative from ifb visited on 29th dec and told that the display is faulty and will be replaced within couple of days as it is under warranty. I have been calling the ifb customer care and still now there is no response in terms of resolving the issue. Every time when i call ifb they apologies, but no further action. Very frustrated with ifb service. They are very keen on only selling the washing liquid, cleaning power and other accessories as part of their service. I would like to escalate it to the right level to improve the after sales service

                                        I have purchased senorita aqua sx 6 kg in 2014, till 3 year no technician visited for general service and in 2018 i faced issue of current passing in door, at that time i made a complaint to customer care, at that time they provided good service, but after the service my machine is continously having this or another problem in a month.

                                        Whenever complaint is done and technician visits, they tell me that as you are not using ifb washing liquid that’s why your machine is facing problem orelse there is no problem in machine. The only problem is i used other brands liquid. My question is why it was not told to me at time of purchasing that i have to use only & only ifb products.

                                        In last year i made complaint 3 times for facing smoke issue, every time sr. Technician (Mr. Sandeep sharma) came and told me the same ifb liquid issue. Orelse machine is working properly, no problem for smoke.

                                        And now as my warranty is completed november 2018 and 4 days ago i again faced smoke problem. Now mr. Sandeep is telling me that as you are not using ifb liquid your drum has been damaged and you will have to change the drum and for changing drum cost is rs.6500.

                                        In november 2018 only i had made 4th time complaint for smoke, at that time also he told there is no issue you can use machine. Suddenly in january 2019 when faced same issue (4 days ago) now he telling me to change the drum. How can a sr. Level technician can’t rectify the problem when same problem complaint was registered 3 times ago also.

                                        And now they are not at all responding for my complaint. My machine is not working at all.

                                        i had registered this Complaint no. is [protected] on 2nd feb, even on 4th feb i again registered complaint as 2nd feb's complaint's was cancelled.
                                        i am continuously doing calls on customer care center for the same.

                                        i have even written mail on [protected]@ifbglobal.com, i am receiving only calls from their end, no action is be taken on this.
                                        every alternate i just receive call from different person's and everyone reply same i.e. we will look in the matter and soon revert you.

                                        i am also sending reminders through mail but still no action is been taken.
