My Dishwasher shows F2 error not working for last 4 weeks. I called cust care on 28 Dec 2018, they said my last complaint was still open since July 2018 and so they can't open new complaint.
they said it will be rectified immediately, after 10days I got the supervisor Mr Senthil no. and started chasing for another 10 days.
Till today no one attended....

I complained about the touch pad of microwave ovens on the 11-january-2019 toll free number. On the 14-january-2019, technician came and said the touch pad will be changed in the evening or tomorrow. But he did not come even next day, when i called him, so he said that we do not have touch pad in the stock, then we have put an order in the company, it will come in a day or two. The touch pad will be replaced by friday 18-january-2019. Today...

Recently bought a IFB Serena aqua sx LTD 7kg washing machine.. via Flipkart 2 weeks back... For first 2 days it was ok with no issues clothes got washed and dried ...after that clothes not getting dried till date... We are suppose to dry it manually . Really fed up with calling IFB Service people not responding ...Really fed up...

I am having ifb front door washing machine since last 12 years

Till now complaines use to solbr by the engineers buy from the last[protected] i have complain about fault in my machine engineer come and check the machine as says parts is not available.

The model which we are using (Executive elite) is discontinued and part is not available.

My machine is i tip top condition on ther is facut in programming...

Local Service Team is unable to solve the complaint which is Recurring in nature for the last More than 6 months.
The worst is I am being AVOIDED on every approach.

Till then no comunication fron your side.. That when its going to be changed.
I called your toll free no for atleast 20 times to get a feed back but every time thfh r saying give 1day.....

I serviced my ifb washing machine today through company's service person. I was charged 3600 rs for doie lock and pcb change. Since the start switch was not smooth the service person suggested a pcb change. Now my machine is not working and is getting stuck after a few minutes in any programme. The digitaldisplay shows weird figures.

I purchased a washing machine in month of may 2018 and purchased amc and all the worst packages ifb could sell me. End of the day their services are at worst. We complain the service centre in guwahati in the 1st week of october. Two boys attend on 21st november. They have said that motor of the machine is not working properly and the said motor will be replaced shortly. But from then, there is no responses from them. This washing machine has become a headache for me and my family. I had to call customer care for servicing at least 5/6 times already. Technicians will come and the next day the problem will start again. The machine does not spin, please take a look at the attached video.
The machine will try to spin but it does not rotate and after few minutes it shows error....

Hi ifb team,
I asked for the belt to be replaced to customer care
They refused to sell the spare part and said that they would replace if i pay service charge plus the cost of spare part namely (Belt). The reason for the complaint is how can a company refuse to supply spares if we can fix it by ourself.
