Reference is made to the above mentioned three (3) ticket numbers.

As per the AMC policy, your company has assured that the turn around time for an issue to be resolved is 24 hours.

Your company’s technician, Neeraj has been visiting our residence since past 3-4 years. Everytime he comes, he never comes prepared. He shows up and then informs that he will be coming with the required part(s) that needs to be replaced the next day. He has something or the other excuse to delay the matter further by another 4-5 business days ( part is not available, I got busy, etc.). This is despite the fact that all the details has already been provided to your customer care. Firstly, why can’t he come prepared to my residence with the parts. Secondly, he is undoubtedly wasting your company’s resources and time and my precious time as well.

Talking about the ongoing issue, I lodged a complaint on November 26 (ticket number as mentioned in the subject line) and Neeraj has failed to resolve the issue, it’s been more than three (3) weeks. I have to file complaint again and again.

On December 13, he advised me that he has changed the panel on the machine and that it should work fine now. However, when I put clothes for washing in the washer, the extra ironing switch wasn’t working and the timer of all the other cycles has been changed. On December 14, I called him directly and enquired about the situation, he advised me that the panel that he has installed on December 13 is not in a proper working condition and he will have to replace it and he will do so within a week. Astonished and dismayed, I filed another complaint with your customer service centre and I was issued a new ticket number.

Also, please note whenever Neeraj comes in, he tries to sell the D-Scale packa, I guess he makes some out of pocket money by selling those.

I again, followed up with your customer care centre on December 15 and spoke with Ankush, customer service executive and his supervisor, Sai Pragya Aggarwal. Mr. Aggarwal assured me that the issue will be resolved by Monday, December 17 by 6pm.

It’s December 18, about 6:30 and nothing has been done, I received no correspondence from your company, whatsoever. I rather had to follow up again and ended up speaking with Mr. Abdul Salam ( Mr. Aggarwal’s supervisor) and he had no answer except that someone from service centre will be probably showing up tomorrow.

I have wasted 23 precious days just to get a washing machine fixed.

I need an answer as to why the issue has not been resolved yet despite several assurances provided by your Company’s employees.

Also, why a proper training is not ptovided to your technicians, all I see is that everybody keeps brushing off the matter and there is no accountability, whatsoever.

    I hereby wish to bring to your notice that the microwave model no. 34 bic1, which we purchased from ifb point in september 2015 has become, pain in our neck from last 22 months.

    The pain includes getting in contact with the service person, the capabilities of the technician and the replacement of inefficient part and so on...

    I am mentioning the dates on which i complained regarding the microwave.

    On 27th feb'17 ticket # [protected]
    6th march'17
    13th april'17
    7th july'17
    - meanwhile, it got repaired through personal follow-ups
    12th oct'18 ticket # [protected]
    20th oct'18
    26th nov'18
    10th dec'18

    After all these, the present conditions today, is that we still need a lot of repairing in the microwave. We being a very loyal customer who has purchased an oven, washing machine and dishwasher also from ifb is put to this condition.

    So, this is a 'final sincere request' to get this microwave replace with a new one... Or change the replaced part with out any additional charges.

      I complained to ifb customer care (Ticket id - [protected]) on dated 10.12.18 regarding washing machine not working properly and 6 monthly general service is also pending. A fellow was called me for repair but he having not a valid id from ifb so i not attended him. But after continual follow up no any response got from ifb team. On dated 11.12.18 we got a massage from ifbcrm that your issue has been resolved. Such types of service you are providing to customer.

      What you having issue? During purchase of appliances you are committing for 4 year free service but you are not able to attend single problem.

So called the person who came for the demo to inquire about the issue. He was so rude and started bad-mouthing.           I had very bad experience with navi mumbai ifb service team. I was asked to take rs. 3105/- amc (Duration dec 2016- 28dec 2017) for my washing machine & even charged rs. 3200/- during amc period nov-2017. Also same issue reported in dec-2018 so told that further 8500/- would be charged further & when spoken with navi mumbai (Sanpada-nerul manager), he spoken rudely & later warned that service will not be extended in future.

            Hi,

            My air dryer is not working, I have registered the complaint with Id:[protected], no technician have attended it and complaint was directly closed from IFB end. I have reopened it, still its been a month no one called or visited for repair.
            I have tired calling the local service centre, but nobody receives call there. complained many times with the Munda coropration, sales dealer.
            Calling Service head -Maharastra -but no response.

                  I complained online with ifb service center regarding washing machine not working properly, a fellow from excellent services showed up and removed my pcb and took along with him and next day got it back repaired and charged 3950₹ and machine is not yet working properly. Number given is not picking up and machine is still not working. Invoice is from excellent service.

                    I undersigned holding an ifb front loading washing (Eva-sx 6kg 700rpm) with machine serial no is 13498
                    I do have valid amc for 2years (From jan 2017 – jan 2019) while entering in to amc for my washing machine, the customer care representative mentioned that - amc would cover rubber parts including plastic material. - amc will be applicable from day one & will cover all the parts based on which we took the amc in 2017

                    Today first time we had an issue (In last 2 years) on our washing machine functioning and raised the compliant and the technician visited the house and mentioned that the rubber internal parts are not covered under the amc where as he agreed to change the bearing. This is completely contradicts the initial promise on complete coverage. Why aren’t the terms & conditions uniform across india?

                    I am one of the loyal customer of ifb and planned to renew the amc in jan’19, contradicting statements between customer rep and technicians are really confusing.

                      5. We always had high regard for ifb products. But, sadly m fed up with its customer service and took this forum as a medium to apch the mgmt

                        I have purchased this product from Bajaj Electronics, Forum mall, Hyderabad 2 months before.Ever since we started using it I have been experiencing problems with it!!

                        few days back got another problem, even door is locked, its showing door error and not running.
                        I have complained the problem to service center 10 days back.Henceforth am following up with the customer care people but no response.Invested about Rs 50, 000 got wasted and got no support from customer care.

                        I have called multiple times to seller and IFB customer care, didn't get any response till now .They are cheating the customers by delivering faulty products. what product should I suggest when my family/friends/colleagues asks for which washing machine to take??

                          I have complained so many time since six months back regarding subject repair in the washing machine, but still this date no beneficial reply and remedy not availed till this date. At last I have made AMC for my machine in the month of November 2018, further I have reported the complaint to the IFB technician, but no remedy till today. Now I have come to the conclusion that the product I had chosen is my big mistake. Now the customer feels insecure with warranty and guarantees given by the IFB. Now register my complaint against AMC/EW No: 60614372 and direct the technician to repair the machine early.

                            Everytime when i call, ifb representative convey to me that, my complaints hasn't registered.

                              My service ticket#[protected], washing machine was showing 'door' error. Technician visited the house and changed the door lock however it was not resolved. He then said it's the board problem and removed the parts and did not put it back. They closed the ticket saying they will loose the TAT and will visit again. Called several times but of no use.

                              We logged a complaint with IFB Customer service. The technician came and checked the machin. He opened up the machine amd tried to upsell. When I refused for adding service, he left saying will the get the replacement part. Did not come back... had to call Customer Service again, as he messed up the machine further... totally stopped.

                                This is really matter o[censored]npathatic attitude of entire ifb right from ifb helpline [protected], dealer [protected], ifb area manager. I have registered complaint on 28.11.2018 but till 12.12 2018 my complaint has not been solved. I have made repeated calls to everyone. Ifb helpline says problem shall be solved in 24 hours whenever i called. They also gave number of area manager. I called area manager. He told me to send him detail of complaint. I send him on 07.12.2018 again reminded him on 11.12.2018. I called him on 12.12.2018 he behaved like he does not know about my complaint. I told him i send my details through whatsapp.
                                It is really unfortunate that i am ifb customer for last 15 years but now i think that ifb is unable to provide sale after service. I have to switch over.

                                  I have signed 2 years amc of rs. 5723 for elite dx 5.5 kg, i have undergone service drum, front tub and bearing.in addition they have changed one hose pipe and belt which was not having any problem. After service, the service engineer asked me to pay hose pipe rs. 650 and belt rs. 950 which was around rs.1600 in total. The belt which was supposed to be in amc, they told me later it is not covered.
                                  While signing up the amc they said any wear tear in hose pipe and handle are not covered. Hose pipe will be around rs. 350. Belt will be covered.

                                  Now the same engineer asking me to pay for it. This is literally day light robbery. They intended to change the rubber or plastic spare even though they are in good condition and charge inflated price morethan double the cost of the spare.

                                  I would need your intervention and provide solution

                                  I have bought a base model 6.5 kg ifb autonatic machine. it makes weird sound while washing clothes. like screw is loose.

                                  I have gone through some of the previous complaints where I found the belt price is some where around 400 for washing machine belt but when I asked the customer care they were telling it vosts 1750.

                                    I have purchased an washing machine of ifb on 18/02/2018 with bill and warranty for 24 months, from past 5days there is an problem with the ifb washing machine which not working and complaint has registered with there service centre and the ticket number is [protected]. Near about 15 to 20 calls been made to remind them each and every time, but till date there is no response.
                                    Know, with this kind of worst service from ifb then i am not interested with that product. So, i don't need it any more, i need my money.

                                      I am booking this complaint after no response from customer service.

                                      I got a problem in drum remaining with some loose rubber powder after washing cycle.

                                      After checking the problem by IFB technician, it was found due to corrosion of drum arm leading to misalignment which leads to rubber wear and informed to replace the drum along with rubber seal.

                                      As my machine is under 100% warranty for 4 years, I asked to replace both at free of cost. But he informed me rubber parts will not be covered under warranty. When I checked the same in warranty card & user manual, I never found out such statement anywhere in the corners.

                                      Rather it was mentioned as “During 48 months from the date of purchase of the new washing machine all the parts of washing machine which prove to be defective in workmanship and /or materials shall be replaced or repaired free of charge”

                                      It was just completing 1.3 years life from purchase date, but I used the machine only for few months effectively as we were out of station for 5 months. So, with this limited usage, IFB machine is getting such dreadful problems which creates unhappiness on your build quality and brand image.

                                      Technically speaking, my machine was built with Aqua-energie technology which makes water to soften, thereby the occurrence of problems due to water like corrosion, contaminants, etc. shall be less and additional filters are not required to soften the incoming tap water. Also using this technical concept, it was marketed to me and it made me to buy. But finally, I felt it was completely wrong concept as your technology never works on my problem though I am using well water.

                                      With minimal usage, the drum arm material is corroded. I still never believe, how IFB with high brand image & build quality is using poor quality of materials.

                                      No transparency in warranty
                                      As said above, it was different statements of warranty coverage from user manual, dealer, technician and customer care. Whom I should believe?
                                      If it is partial, then what is the meaning of your 100% coverage under warranty?

                                      So please take immediate actions to replace my defective parts at free of charge as per user manual.

                                      If i am not getting any response from IFB team, even after posting this complaint here, my next only hope is to forward the complaints to any Board of Directors.

                                        Here i am complaining about my top load washing machine 6.5kg
                                        I was purchased in the month of oct dated 10. Fro that that to till 9 dec 2018.
                                        I didn't get any call or msg from ifb in regarding the issue related with my washing machine..
                                        I call it's service center many times but didn't get any response and i also send many mail but didn't get any response.
                                        Now i filed a case against ifb in consumer court and i will meet their deligate in court..
                                        The worst ever service i got from any company named as ifb
                                        They didn't response
                                        Finally,
                                        If my problem were not getting solved..
                                        Then i filled a case against comapany.
