Reference is made to the above mentioned three (3) ticket numbers.
As per the AMC policy, your company has assured that the turn around time for an issue to be resolved is 24 hours.
Your company’s technician, Neeraj has been visiting our residence since past 3-4 years. Everytime he comes, he never comes prepared. He shows up and then informs that he will be coming with the required part(s) that needs to be replaced the next day. He has something or the other excuse to delay the matter further by another 4-5 business days ( part is not available, I got busy, etc.). This is despite the fact that all the details has already been provided to your customer care. Firstly, why can’t he come prepared to my residence with the parts. Secondly, he is undoubtedly wasting your company’s resources and time and my precious time as well.
Talking about the ongoing issue, I lodged a complaint on November 26 (ticket number as mentioned in the subject line) and Neeraj has failed to resolve the issue, it’s been more than three (3) weeks. I have to file complaint again and again.
On December 13, he advised me that he has changed the panel on the machine and that it should work fine now. However, when I put clothes for washing in the washer, the extra ironing switch wasn’t working and the timer of all the other cycles has been changed. On December 14, I called him directly and enquired about the situation, he advised me that the panel that he has installed on December 13 is not in a proper working condition and he will have to replace it and he will do so within a week. Astonished and dismayed, I filed another complaint with your customer service centre and I was issued a new ticket number.
Also, please note whenever Neeraj comes in, he tries to sell the D-Scale packa, I guess he makes some out of pocket money by selling those.
I again, followed up with your customer care centre on December 15 and spoke with Ankush, customer service executive and his supervisor, Sai Pragya Aggarwal. Mr. Aggarwal assured me that the issue will be resolved by Monday, December 17 by 6pm.
It’s December 18, about 6:30 and nothing has been done, I received no correspondence from your company, whatsoever. I rather had to follow up again and ended up speaking with Mr. Abdul Salam ( Mr. Aggarwal’s supervisor) and he had no answer except that someone from service centre will be probably showing up tomorrow.
I have wasted 23 precious days just to get a washing machine fixed.
I need an answer as to why the issue has not been resolved yet despite several assurances provided by your Company’s employees.
Also, why a proper training is not ptovided to your technicians, all I see is that everybody keeps brushing off the matter and there is no accountability, whatsoever.
