I have laudge a complain on 3rd jan regarding my washing machine.. Lots of smoke was coming out..
After 2dsys one tecnician visit nd said that 2parts need to be changed.

Till then no comunication fron your side.. That when its going to be changed.
I called your toll free no for atleast 20 times to get a feed back but every time thfh r saying give 1day.. We will do d need full..

Notjing happend...
Ifb customer service is pathetic
Nobody should purchase this company product where there is no after sale service.

I am an IFB customer with one IFB washing machine senator 6 kg and one micro wave Oven 30 SC2 .

the washing machine front panel and the door of oven needs replacement.

despite repeated complaints no spare parts are coming. please help as i do not want to stop being an IFB customer.

    washing machine faulty repair

    I serviced my ifb washing machine today through company's service person. I was charged 3600 rs for doie lock and pcb change. Since the start switch was not smooth the service person suggested a pcb change. Now my machine is not working and is getting stuck after a few minutes in any programme. The digitaldisplay shows weird figures.

    I purchased a washing machine in month of may 2018 and purchased amc and all the worst packages ifb could sell me. End of the day their services are at worst. Any home appliances at that cost, and no service persons turning up, no eta for the tickets raised and no spares that are very small and has a known common problem. I felt very disappointed with ifb and amazed with brand value they carry. My spares were supposed to come a week ago and they dont tell me an expected time and just blame someone i don't know or understand. My appointments are rescheduled without my consent, that too by stating customer appointment pending. I am really damn irritated by that.

      We complain the service centre in guwahati in the 1st week of october. Two boys attend on 21st november. They have said that motor of the machine is not working properly and the said motor will be replaced shortly. But from then, there is no responses from them. They are saying that the motor will be replaced after receiving from head office. It is very strange of your amc service.

        This is to share with you my bad experience of ifb after sales service.

        I bought an ifb tl-ssdr6.5 kg aqua top loading washing machine in august 2018.

        On november 22, 2018, at 10.44am i called helpline no.[protected] and placed an order for a stand for the machine, fluff liquid detergent as well as descal appliance descaler. The lady on the telephone assured me that the representative would come home and deliver the things in the next 48 hr. Nothing of that sort happened and i called up again at 10.26am on december 01, 2018 to remind and i was promised again that the items will be delivered in next 48 hr. No delivery or phone call came. On 19 12 2018, i was called up and told that the items will be delivered in next 24 hr.

        Now that i have given you all factual details i want to know, in writing, certain things from ifb:

        Is this the way you operate in the market and cheat customers on after sales service?

        What is your definition of in next 48 hours?

        Why you have appointed such incompetent staff to take care of such vital aspect-aftersales service?

        Why the coordination between your employees who handle the calls and the employees who are supposed to deliver the goods in the specified time is so hopeless?

        Have you not thought it worthwhile to train your staff to have the courtesy to call the customer and explain their failure to keep their promise and apologize for the delay and eventually deliver the goods on the new proposed date?

        Unless you will reply to my mail immediately, i will not accept the goods even if they try to do so in near future.

        I will also not by any of ifb product in future and also share my bad experience on social media in addition to telling my vast network of friends, acquaintances, and relatives not to buy any ifb product.

        I want to warn you that this kind of behavior by a well-known company like yours will sooner than later tarnish your image and goodwill and business will nosedive as today's home appliances market is very competitive and you will find difficult to keep your business afloat.

        So far i had written several emails and demanded an explanation for the sloppy and careless attitude and got a stereotype non'_commital reply that they regret the inconvenience caused and look into the matter. My every follow-up email was replied by a different employee and no one willing to explain the reasons for their failure to deliver nor apologize for their mistake.

        Even after 45 days of placing the order, i have not received any satisfactory answer from ifb and hence canceled the order.

        I'm highly disappointed by the "who cares" attitude of ifb customer service and decided not to share my experience with people at large so that they do not get cheated and suffer like me. I strongly urge my fellow citizens to think 10 times before deciding to chose any ifb product. As customers, we have a vast choice and market is very competitive and there is no need to fall prey to false advertisements by such companies.

        it is almost a month since I did the follow-up on consumer complaints. I don't want your appreciation for my patience in chasing you for so long. I want you to tell me why you have failed in fulfilling your responsibility to deliver the goods in 48 hr in Nov. 2018. I insist that you tender an apology immediately. I Don't want any more posts from you that are stereotype replies that show no intention of resolving the issue.
        third class fellows. Dumb and stupid. They are afraid of even admitting that they have goofed up and should have apologized long time ago and amicably closed the matter.

          I bought a microwave from amazon.in (Order#[protected]. It was delivered to my house on 1st jan, 2019. On 3rd jan, 2019 i logged a ticket with ifb to send someone over to install and demo the product. Till now, nobody from ifb has come to do the same. Whenever i'm calling on their helpline number, they keep assuring me that someone will take care of it asap! Sick and tired of such false promises from ifb. They are cheating their customers big time!

            This washing machine has become a headache for me and my family. I had to call customer care for servicing at least 5/6 times already. Technicians will come and the next day the problem will start again. The machine does not spin, please take a look at the attached video.
            The machine will try to spin but it does not rotate and after few minutes it shows error.

              We purchased a top loading washing machine on 27 august 2016.

              Model: tl-rcg 6.5kg aqua

              On 11 july 2018 we registered a complaint that the machine was not working. A technician was allotted and the pcb of the machine was replaced by the technician. Fortunately, at that point of time the machine was under warranty.

              Since the replacement of the part, it has not even been 6 months. The washing machine is not working yet again. And the pcb has to be replaced again.

              If the parts supplied by ifb are so unreliable that they don't last for even 6 months, then what value is your brand worth? Or are you just trying to cheat your customers by ensuring that every 6 months they have to shell out rs. 5000 to get replacement parts.

                I am having a ifb eva aqua washing machine. I purchased it in the year 2011 (December). It is having no major problem til aug. 2018. When it was not draining out properly first of all the servicing perssonel in ernakulam replaced the motor. After that it was found that the draining pipe was clogged by some piece of cloth.
                At present on the new year day the machine is not draining out. Now the servicing persnnel demands rs.7000 for replacement of shaft. Whether this shaft costs this much amount. Kindly help me. I am from kochi.

                    My washing machine is under amc which is not functioning for more than 2 weeks. I had contacted customer care via phone for more than 5 times alternative days, everytime the representative informed that there was a open incidence opened last year was not closed because of which they couldn't open a new ticket and escalated to area manager to have it priotised and resolved in 24 to 48 hrs. We have not been contacted by engineer yet, i have tried logging a compliant through web support on 30th december, still not resolved. Now tring through social media hoping some one will help from ifb to fix our machine machine to solve our inconvenience.

                      They refused to sell the spare part and said that they would replace if i pay service charge plus the cost of spare part namely (Belt). The reason for the complaint is how can a company refuse to supply spares if we can fix it by ourself.

                          I purchased a ifb dishwasher, neptune dx s. N.[protected] vide invoice no. 5722 from j k furnisher, assandh road panipat-132103 on 8 november 2018. For installation and demonstration of the same i registered at ttollffreenno. [protected] vide ticket no. [protected]. The technician from authorised service centre-electro care visited and it charged rs. 2250 for extended warranty. He told that control panel of the dishwasher is defected and also some parts are missing. He told us either to replace the dishwasher or he will bring the control panel and missing panel. But till today he has not turned up despite repetitive calls. I have contacted a number of times at toll free number as well but of no use. I request you to replace the dishwasher because even in the new piece if so many parts are missing and control panel is not working, that is a case of cheating... My case is not being resolved despite passage of two months. An earlier action in this regard will be appreciated.

                            I have raised a very high priority complaint (No [protected]) with ifb on 24-dec-2018 that the new washing machine within warranty period has stopped working. I have contacted ifb customer care team 3 times and tried to contact ifb service team 3 times but even then there is no response from ifb team for the issue resolution. I have not received any communication / callback from ifb team. Now i am worried and completely disappointed when my washing machine issue will be fixed and why ifb team is playing with the customers? At the end i have purchased this washing machine with a very high cost and i have not expected such a poor and pathetic service from ifb.

                              I am having a ifb washing machine which is under amc. It was suddenly stopped working from december 3rd 2018 and i raised the complaint on the same day. After they attend the issue it was stopped working again on the same day. From then we keep calling the support but till date no one attend the issue. I never seen such a worst customer service with any other brand. They don’t have proper escalation channel. I think i made a mistake by chosen the ifb brand. My complaint no: [protected]

                                फरवरी 2018 में IFB की वाशिंग मशीन ली थी इंस्टॉलेशन के समय जो कंपनी का worker कर्मचारी आया था उसने हमें मशीन के साथ ही इसका स्टैंड, कवर और FLUFF डिटर्जन की 10 बोतल पूरा कर्टन दे दिया और बोला कि अगर आपसे इतनी use ना हुई जब इसकी expiry जो नवंबर 2018 के अंदर होगी बची बोटल वापस ले जाएंगे और जितनी बोतल बचेंगी उसको Exchange करके आपको नई बोटल दे देगें मगर अब जब हमें इसकी जरूरत पड़ी तो Ambala Cantt.के service centre ने उन्होंने इसको चेंज करने से मना कर दिया तो यह हमारे साथ मिस लीडिंग है धोखा है । हमारी IFB कंपनी के अंबाला कैंट के मैनेजर हकीम शर्मा से 15/12/2018 को भी बात हुई है मगर वो कह रहे थे कि मैं तो एक हफ्ता पहले चंडीगढ़ से यहां आया हूँ मुझे नहीं पता।हमने कहा कि हम consumer court मे जाऐंगे उसने बोला यह आपका अधिकार हैं। कंपनी को ऐसे लोगों को बाहर करना चाहिए जो ऐसे बहाने बनाते हैं।
                                *कंपनी हमारी हेल्प करें नहीं तो हम कंजूमर कोर्ट, ZEE PEHREDAAR और मीडिया में जाएगें।सभी बिल हमारे पास है।

                                  I have been using the ifb washing machine for the last years.

                                  I have been renewing my amc continuously, i have renewed lastly in 18.08.2017 for 2 years.

                                  I have been facing issues in machine for last 10 days, i have made complaint for service.

                                  Service engineer mr. Annadurai contact no [protected], he says the amc is expired on may 2018, i have said the person who has done amc for me (Aces home appliances). He says the franchise has-been changed and he is not aware.

                                  Is it like everytime a franchise cahnges, we have to renew amc at ifb.

                                  I spoke to customer care at[protected] and she was not able to solve my query.

                                  She connected to person, who is also not able to solve my query. He again gave a contact number (Gnanaprakash - [protected]) who is not picking the call.

                                  Where should i need to complain regarding all this query.

                                  No one is ready to help a customer.

                                  Worst experience from a service industry.

                                  I doubt whether ifb has the record for the customer who has done amc, because no one has the record for my amc. My previous amc expired on august 2017, i have renewed for 2 years, bilut could the same be expired in may 2018 (In 9 months).

                                  Still if don't you trust me, i can provide the statement of my bank account from which i have transferred the money.

                                  For this kind of service when should i prefer ifb and why should i pay for amc.

                                      My complaint has been registered and alloted a ticket number mentioned in complaint subject on 25- dec-18. Subsequently, i received a call from technician on 27-dec 18 who informed me that he is going to attend my grevience. I informed him that i was out of station and requested him to come on 28-12-18. On the same day i have received a message that my ticket number was proposed to cancellation as no response from phone. Though i have responded over phone your technician misrepresented and made a request for cancellation on the same day. Hence the complaint.
