I have raised a very high priority complaint (No [protected]) with ifb on 24-dec-2018 that the new washing machine within warranty period has stopped working. I have contacted ifb customer care team 3 times and tried to contact ifb service team 3 times but even then there is no response from ifb team for the issue resolution. I have not received any communication / callback from ifb team. Now i am worried and completely disappointed when my washing machine issue will be fixed and why ifb team is playing with the customers? At the end i have purchased this washing machine with a very high cost and i have not expected such a poor and pathetic service from ifb.

    I am having a ifb washing machine which is under amc. It was suddenly stopped working from december 3rd 2018 and i raised the complaint on the same day. After they attend the issue it was stopped working again on the same day. From then we keep calling the support but till date no one attend the issue. I never seen such a worst customer service with any other brand. They don’t have proper escalation channel. I think i made a mistake by chosen the ifb brand. My complaint no: [protected]

      फरवरी 2018 में IFB की वाशिंग मशीन ली थी इंस्टॉलेशन के समय जो कंपनी का worker कर्मचारी आया था उसने हमें मशीन के साथ ही इसका स्टैंड, कवर और FLUFF डिटर्जन की 10 बोतल पूरा कर्टन दे दिया और बोला कि अगर आपसे इतनी use ना हुई जब इसकी expiry जो नवंबर 2018 के अंदर होगी बची बोटल वापस ले जाएंगे और जितनी बोतल बचेंगी उसको Exchange करके आपको नई बोटल दे देगें मगर अब जब हमें इसकी जरूरत पड़ी तो Ambala Cantt.के service centre ने उन्होंने इसको चेंज करने से मना कर दिया तो यह हमारे साथ मिस लीडिंग है धोखा है । हमारी IFB कंपनी के अंबाला कैंट के मैनेजर हकीम शर्मा से 15/12/2018 को भी बात हुई है मगर वो कह रहे थे कि मैं तो एक हफ्ता पहले चंडीगढ़ से यहां आया हूँ मुझे नहीं पता।हमने कहा कि हम consumer court मे जाऐंगे उसने बोला यह आपका अधिकार हैं। कंपनी को ऐसे लोगों को बाहर करना चाहिए जो ऐसे बहाने बनाते हैं।
      *कंपनी हमारी हेल्प करें नहीं तो हम कंजूमर कोर्ट, ZEE PEHREDAAR और मीडिया में जाएगें।सभी बिल हमारे पास है।

        Hi,

        I have been using the ifb washing machine for the last years.

        I have been renewing my amc continuously, i have renewed lastly in 18.08.2017 for 2 years.

        I have been facing issues in machine for last 10 days, i have made complaint for service.

        Service engineer mr. Annadurai contact no [protected], he says the amc is expired on may 2018, i have said the person who has done amc for me (Aces home appliances). He says the franchise has-been changed and he is not aware.

        Is it like everytime a franchise cahnges, we have to renew amc at ifb.

        I spoke to customer care at[protected] and she was not able to solve my query.

        She connected to person, who is also not able to solve my query. He again gave a contact number (Gnanaprakash - [protected]) who is not picking the call.

        Where should i need to complain regarding all this query.

        No one is ready to help a customer.

        Worst experience from a service industry.

        I doubt whether ifb has the record for the customer who has done amc, because no one has the record for my amc. My previous amc expired on august 2017, i have renewed for 2 years, bilut could the same be expired in may 2018 (In 9 months).

        Still if don't you trust me, i can provide the statement of my bank account from which i have transferred the money.

        For this kind of service when should i prefer ifb and why should i pay for amc.

            My complaint has been registered and alloted a ticket number mentioned in complaint subject on 25- dec-18. Subsequently, i received a call from technician on 27-dec 18 who informed me that he is going to attend my grevience. I informed him that i was out of station and requested him to come on 28-12-18. On the same day i have received a message that my ticket number was proposed to cancellation as no response from phone. Though i have responded over phone your technician misrepresented and made a request for cancellation on the same day. Hence the complaint.

                I am aravind, given request regards my ifb microwave oven not getting heat.

                So i contact ifb customer care[protected], on december 23rd that same day technician visit and collect 350 rupees from me and said in 3 days we will came and fix the sensor. But still now i only calling the ifb customer care and fallowing no any response from you.

                So i got the ifb service incharge number -[protected], this number also not attending the call, then i contact ifb service manager number -[protected], [protected], manager said me server issues so i will get back in 30 mins, till now i not get call from manger side and i call also he not picking the call.

                Really i not except like this worst customer services from ifb, i want to solve the issues as soon.

                i am aravind, given request regards my ifb microwave oven not getting heat in previous complaint.

                After that technician came and change the 3 spares on 07/01/2019, that bill i attached for your reference,

                Then we contact that technician on same day display panel to fit properly, we request the technician came and check it, for that technician said press the restart button, button will work properly,

                But now oven not working properly suddenly in the middle oven stop and that button not working.

                So i contact ifb customer care[protected], on January 21 this month, still no response.

                Really i not except like this worst customer services from ifb, i want to solve the issues as soon.

                  My washing machine 11 months old started showing some error in the display "P03". Due to this the knob settings are affected. I called the customer care about this problem on 14th Dec (Ticket no: [protected]). A service technician came the next day and inspected the problem. He said the chip unit has to be replaced and mentioned that this is covered under warranty. He told that spare order has been placed and will receive the same in a day or two.
                  The technician has not contacted after this for over a week . I followed up with the customer support team and was assured that the problem would be looked into immediately. But no one turned up or even contacted me regarding the issue from IFB.
                  I had to follow up again on 26th Dec, regarding this and was given the same answer, "we are forwarding this to the concerned team. Your issue will be looked into ASAP".
                  Still no one contacted.This has become a daily habit and am tired of getting this pure ignorant treatment from the company. I'm posting it here, expecting some response from IFB.
                  This was not the service commitment I expected from IFB when I decided to buy the machine.

                    Machine ordered to flipcart delivered on 23rd dec and mechanic came to installed on 24th. He opened and found scratches in the body right side and requested for replacement. Id [protected] dt 24th dec. Thereafter no one giving proper reply for replacement till date. No one visited or replaced the machine. Due to this poor response we are thinking to cancel the order. Please help us and call.

                      I purchased the washing machine (Model[protected] an year back and since then the machine is making lot of noise in the beginning and at the end. We have logged several cases with the company but no results. Complaint numbers are -

                      The service center in allahabad is not able to resolve the issue despite several engineer visits and the problem is still persisting. We are now in a give up situation and have to live up with poor post sales support from the company. I see this as the last hope for addressing my problem.

                      I don't expect another ticket from ifb and rather request a replacement of the faulty machine.

                        It perhaps had the timer problem but now it also has a problem with not starting. The water adopter has also been damaged.. I have been complaining through helpline number but even repeated complaints.. No mechanic came.. It has been months and i feel it was a mistake to purchase ifb as you are neither sending technician nor your spare parts are available in anywhere in the market.

                          We had purchased ifb washing machine model elite vx few years back. The service for ifb washing machine is really pathetic. We had purchased annual maintenance contract (Amc) for rs: 3292 with contract number amc/ew no[protected]. We had door lock problem and raised complaint on nov 17'th.in the last 40 days, technical turned up only once and did partial repair which never worked. The complaint number is [protected]. We had called atleast 20 times to customer care with very no response to them. We had called bangalore service manager and karnataka service manager chandrakanth with no help. Each day we get response of that technical would visit that day. This has been very poor and pathetic service. I feel as ifb company itself is giving very bad service for washing machine. They always have problem with parts and never do service intime. It has been 40 days and there is no fix to problem. They never tell the truth.

                            I am submitting a complaint against your customer service centre and the franchisee grs solutions at pai layout.

                            I have an amc for my dishwasher that i had taken just 2 months ago. On the 15th of december 2018, customer service centre had raised a service request id.

                            I followed up again on the 18th because there was no response to my request they then said i had to follow up with the service agency / franchisee myself. I took the request id from the centre and started chasing with the agency grs solutions at pai layout, bangalore. It is first of all very difficult to get thru their number. After umpteen attempts i get to speak to a person who simply disconnected the call without hearing me out. The next time i reach out to them they promptly tell me that the request id is under service request cancellation track. And they disconnected the phone without resolution.

                            Again after several attempts on the 22nd they tell me they will send a service engineer on the 24th of december. This is 25th today and there is no response or call from them.

                            This after sale services of ifb is the worst ever. If ever i have to buy any product, i have decided never to buy from ifb precisely for this reason.

                            I buy IFB washing machine 5 December 2018..and now machine make loud voice..and can't work .it's stop automatic ane stop system...I don't like if this continues I'll complain about this company if my problem not sovld .thank you

                              I have been using ifb front load washing machine for the past 5, recently machine stopped working, i. E., drum stopped rotating and raised a complaint through customer care. (Complaint ticket no: [protected])

                              A technician from smv services attended the problem on 18th dec 2018 and diagnosed as motor failure and replaced the motor. The machine was running fone day and the very next day the again the machine stopped working.

                              He could not resolve the issue during his second visit, the customer care also doesn't respond properly.

                              Also the technician has taken the old motor without our permission and resist to give it back, it appears that unnecessarily the motor has been replaced without finding the root cause and we have been charged 6310 inr for motor replacement and other service charges. Still the machine is useless.

                              This needs immediate attention.

                                Hello ifb,
                                We have booked our first service for ifb washing machine. Customer care said we have to pay only for the descaling powder, 176 rupees and no service charge.
                                The service engineer (Senthil from chennai perungudi -[protected]) who came was very demanding and rude. He was forcing us to buy 6 descaling powder packs costing 1200. He did not do any service for the washing machine and left. We informed him that we were informed to pay only rs 176, but he disregarded it. He also said we need to use filter and would cost 1500, without even checking the machine.
                                We called customer care to escalate and got 2 numbers of chennai technical manager rajasekar ([protected]) and vasanth ([protected]). When we tried to teach them, they themselves demanded the same. They very aggressively said you can complaint where ever you want and disconnected the phone.
                                We again called customer care and it was said that the senior manager from ifb will call us in 5mins, but we didn't got any calls on this issue.

                                Is this how ifb loot people? Do we have no possible forums to report our concerns? Why do you cheat us having these kind of people who only work for their commission? Is ifb also depends on these commission?

                                    Hi ifb team, i bought a new top loading washing machine.. I called customer care on 16th december for demo and got a token no-[protected].. But still no technician as visited my house.. I called more than 6 times to customer care for the same but in vain.. Feeling very bad... Lg and samsung are providing best customer service they are sorting complaints not more than a day... Feeling to switch to other company...

                                      Mr. Alok,
                                      In connection to my previous mail, it was brought to our notice by the technician in the recent visit that 3 parts of the machine namely magenetron, capacitor and cavity are damaged...
                                      According to him the part 'capacity' was either overlooked or missed by the previous technicians, in their service process... Due to which, it got damaged to the extent that, it had produced a hole in itself.
                                      Therfore, i would like to stress once again that i want my microwave to be either replaced with the new one or the purchased amount to be completely refunded back to me so i can shift to another brand.

                                      Note1: please don't look at ' repairing/ servicing' as an option, as i had that enough, and i am strictly not looking forward for such kind of solution.
                                      Note2: we have been using ifb stabiliser with the ifb microwave since its inception.

                                        We had very bad/worst experience with ifb service, we had issue with our washing machine, we are getting error message from machine so we have raised a complaint #[protected] dated : 19th dec 2018. Next day technician turned up and examined the machine and said they need to replace aqua filter but we asked them they he responded is very wrost i[censored]r not changing the filter we wont come for service again to ur place nu he mentioned. After replacing the filter also same error message is coming and we called him again he said he will do next day. But, till now no one turned up to replace the part. We (Customer) were tracking the complaint daily and no one are attending the complaint till date. We are calling ifb customer care daily and they are conveying that they we will forward the complaint to higher authorities. Even, we have called local in charge, franchise and but none of them responded back. We are very much disappointed and facing problem w. R. T service. If anybody from ifb tracking this complaint,
