I am living in Chennai, On Oct 7 I raised the complaint ([protected]) about the microwave oven ..After many follow up 10 days after the service guys came and told issue with switch and need to replace .. After few days the service guy told, our warranty getting expired, if you extend the AMC, you will get quick resolution and he collected 2k + amount for AMC service also .

This is pandian from pondicherry. We bought ifb elena washing machine and it is in amc till 2019 april. We had booked a ticket to replace the rusted body of the machine ifb service engineer visited and agreed to change the body of the machine with the cost of 6000. Service engineer mr. Sasi [protected] assured to replace it within one week but no response from them but the ticket id:[protected] was closed as it was resolved but...

Very poor service levels and no commitment from IFB to respond even after 10 days or take any ownership to resolve customer complaints.

Customercare is good at writing stero type mails, "we are investigating and they never get back even after 10 days"
They need to be chased and followed up on daily basis!

IFB lacks their own qualified & professional service teams as they have either outsourced their...

I had got the amc done for my washing machine. I raised a complaint regarding malfunctioning of washing machine. But everytime i called the customer care number they give another local service centre number [protected]. On calling that number they everytime says will send you tomorrow morning or else they say they will call you and confirm but neither getting call back nor their tomorrow comes. Poor customer support of ifb....

This is to register my deepest disappointment in selecting a ifb product as the service and response to queries are extremely poor.

Bought a ifb washing machine on 17th nov 18 and the product delivered on 18th nov 18 morning. Since then waiting for technician to install the unit.

As there was no sign of technicians visit, contacted ifb customer care more then 4 times, but without result. As per the comments...

Its been 5 days that v have submitted a request for washubg machine repair n ecen after confirmation from customer care staff yesterday, sadly no one has visted till now. We already hold an amc with tge company but woth such an attitude as a custoner v r highly unsatisfied n will never recommend ifb products even will restrain for buying any ifb product in future...

I have a washing machine of ifb which is in guarantee period. After having some problem i ask to costumer care on 2nd nov. Complaint ticket is [protected] for resolve it and the next day technician visited and told that there is mistake in some part which has to be replace by company free of cost and he took that part with him. This is a charitable organisation that takes care of children in difficulties. Machine has warranty for four years. Please do replace the motor at the earliest....

I had purchased ifb dishwasher neptune vx which displayed f9 error – complaint registered with ifb call center on july 27, 2018.

We have purchased this washing machine in the year 2013. Since then the machine is not working properly. Though it was having warranty of 2 years, it is creating problem in operations.

- during warranty only the pcb and digital panel got damaged.

- magnetic value is also got damage.

I have register a complaint for washing machine on 01/11/2018, engineer visited my residence and checked the washing machine and find that its is motor problem and kept the compliant pending and informed that it may take 7 to 10 days.
