Dear sir/madam,
I was purchase ifb washingachine in 2015. Now, it is under warranty period. Also, my washing machine on last week. I file/ book/ register my washing machine repairing condition in service team of showroom (James & co, ramnad) which i can purchase that machine for service requirement on the date of 1st nov 2018. On 2nd nov, i received call from service man/ engineer ([protected]) at 10.30 am. He told to me that "now, i'm at madurai. I will arrive ramnad at around 2 pm and attend your service". I reply to him as ok & welcome. I'm wait in my home until 4pm. He was not reach/came. At 4pm, i remind him by call. At that time, he told me that "now, i'm in devipattinam. I will come soon", likewise he told. At 5.30 pm, he make a missed call to me. I'm unable/not observe to receive that missed call from your service person. At 5.45 pm, i saw that missed call, immediately i make a call to him. For that he told, "i make a call to you. You not attending the call; sothat, i will move from ramnad towards madurai". I'm shocked and tensed. Immediately, i goto showroom and converse with service incharge and manager of the showroom. Showroom person make a call to service person. For that service person told "i will attend at 7.30 pm". Even at 7.30 pm, he was not came. Again i will told to ahowroom person. Now, this time showroom person make call to service person. For that he told to him as "i'm moving towards madurai". This is happening on the date of 2nd nov 2018. Afterthat, i strictly told to that showroom manager as "i bring that washing machine and took infront of showroom and i will fire this washing machine with flashing in support of media". So, leave your opinion.

    On 18 sept 2018 is got message that my ticket no is [protected] and on 26 oct 2018 again i got message that it had been resolved. When i called customer care number regarding this 2-3 times on[protected]. They are saying that it had been automatically generated by seller or dealer. I have complaint that how appointment can be generated and resolved automatically. By this way they can generate any appointments by the name of customers and resolved by there end only.

    No one is solving my complaint that i think it is fraud and scam against customer because if the customer is not getting any service then how it can be resolved. If anyone is in ifb industries then they can do anything by using customer name and number.

    This fraud and scam against customer. Save us from this unusual activity.

      Dear sir or madam
      I bought ifb executive plus front loading washing machine last december. It has been working on and off over the last couple of days. Today it stopped working and made complaint # (Tkt -[protected]) to the ifb customer care about the problem. I had this technician who came for service visit, initially he said the front door was jammed and has to be replaced. I told him it is the not the front door, the light was on in the washing machine and control buttons are not working. He removed everything and we tried to put it back, it worked sometimes and it didnt work other times. The service engineer started to argue with me stating that it worked all the times, when i refused to accept and he got bit wild and saying you think customers are superiors and we have to bend (I never ever insisted like that) & we tried to turn it on finally the machine didn't work. Now he said the control board needs to be replaced as well and customer has to bear the expense for both control board and front door. When asked about what about the warranty, he said warranty would not cover and started to argue with me and just walked off saying look at other technician. When i told him, let me call ifb support speak to them before you leave, he said ' call whoever you want to'. What kind of attitude is this?? How do i got consumer forum and escalate this attitude of technician and quality of the product from ifb. Will service person be kind enough to respond to this query please.???

        Dear sir i am using ifb senorita vx 6 kg front load washing machine. I book complaint of ifb my machine not start and dispaly "door" (Service request number:[protected]). Your service person did not responding for past one week. So i request local person for service, he says power boards need to replace he say price of power board is 5780. And we will take defect piece with us. So what is the right price for the power board

Of sl no[protected] At the time of installation the service person open cover found bend After that the service person told it should returned by company. With in 7 days but till date the the delar of parra electronic did not response.
          I pay 33000 for purchasing this good.

          It is very pathetic service of fib dealer

              Hi ifb team,

              My washing machine is under amc. We have raised a complaint on 5th june 2018 the complaint number is [protected] for water leakage and indicator led. Both were resolved after some escalation as the led indicator was not fixed for longer time.

              Again we raised complaint on 6th oct 2018 as machine was not working, they said it will be resolved in 48 hours but still now there is no response. We have called on 31st oct 2018 to check the status but no proper response. Today also had a call for the same issue they said old case opened on 5th june 2018 is still open. I am not sure why that is open still?

              Is there any sla you follow or there is no process at all.

                I have a washing machine of ifb erena which is in insurance for 2 years under which they have policy to repair any part of the machine within the time. On 17 august 2018 i made a complain regarding certain problem with my registered mobile no. And till now i have complaint three times in between. First the problem was told to the lucknow center where he provided with customer care no to contact second time i called to gaziabad thirdly on contact no[protected] provided by lucknow center.in azamgarh uttar pradesh on above provided no. I called rohit singh picked up the call and hung upon saying that he ll be calling me within half n hour but he didn’t turn up. It’s been past 3 months the washing machine is not working and the executives are not providing me with enough solutions. It happens every time with some and other reasons that they don’t come or facilitate on time.

                Still the machine is facing the problems and I have been trying contacting to the people but my complaint has not taken seriously.
                The person came to fix the machine and did nothing But he did explain that the machine needs proper servicing and it has big damage. The machine worked within few days it stopped again in the month of December 21, 2018 I made a complaint with complain number [protected]. No one addressed it, I called many a times to the service Center Jaunpur and Lucknow. I called Rohit many times but he did not pick up the call and Mamta from Lucknow on office no. But the phone is always in engage mode.
                My machine is in insurance and yet not expired is this the reason they are not giving proper service also I want urgent reply to my no. [protected], [protected].
                The IFB service seems to me is worst till now. I hope they will help me with this as there service Center are not working properly.

                I have recently made a complaint regarding some problem faced. I found ifb has pathetic test. Few days after the person checked it machine got destroyd again. My mother filed a complaint regarding same problem that is machine is not working properly. After that also she hadn’t received service. Right now she has been given with all the nearby service centre but none of them properly listens to the query. They did register the complaint but even after 1 month she hasn’t got any service. The washing machine is under insurance so whatever the parts are destroyed or not working properly the service Center must come and change it on a call but there again mother and father got tired of complaining again n again. They have tried recheck and recheaing all service centres but none of them gave service. The nearest centres were in Jaunpur Lucknow Varanasi And I have also reached to the customer care executive in Goa regarding every issue. If they cannot facilitate there customer they should give up but stop looting there consumers. My mother is working woman she has lacs of work on her and in between she has to take care of this issue which is crossing its level.
                Whenever I write down on consumer forum they send a person within a week. Also they just connect one pulley and adjust it with spare cloth. The engineer who came last tym to check he told that there is one part which is not working properly. I asked them to send it but till now it is not even change.
                When my mother told that it is recycled product not a new due to which it is not working properly. I asked them to change it but they didn’t change it.
                When my machine is in insurance it has complete ryt of getting renewed which ever part is destroyed. My prayer is to do all changes my machine needs and stop giving stupid crap reasons to response and not make machine perfect.

                There is a service centre in my city. the person took the machine for service but after it came back there was no such difference. The service of IFB is very poor even after having a service centre in the very same city.
                Drum and bearing worn out and not working in proper condition as pointed out by your authorised service people who visited for obtaining AMC

                  I have raised ticket on 11-oct 2018 and ticket no: -[protected] and they have visited same day to our house but they have checked only for 5min and told to replace the sensor board and programming needs to do reset and it will cost 5000 and i am surprise that the machine is only 20months old and it is effect the machine since i have seen the error in manual lo means low voltage but the technician needs to check the voltage which is basic things...

                    Dear sir,
                    My washing machine was in working condition it's door was not closing due to lock problem. I laoged complain at your toll free number they sent machanic to repaire the same. Due to his negligency display of mashine has been damaged. And he asked to replace it it costs rs. 8900/-.
                    Here my complaint is about why you have enrolled untrained machanic and why should i bear expense due to their negligency. As only there were problem with lock only other wise no issue with working and display now they are asking me to pay for new usb display devise.
                    This cause highly inconvenience to me and it's really a big lapes in customer service.
                    Kindly look in to the matter and advice me further course of action.

                      1.As I registered for my OWN !machine TAB holder was damaged by the service person(Anas saifi), as he used rusty nuts.
                      2.Now he is refusing to replace it!!
                      3.I'm very much disappointed by the service.
                      4.The service person(Anas said I is not a good service person as he is fooling persons.
                      5.Such service persons should be expelled from the company as they are making bad image of the company.6.At last, I request you to please assist me to get the service without delay.

                          On 13th october i, dilip jayavant reported complaint on ifb toll free number which i got from ifb website. The toll free number was[protected]. Within next half an hour i got phone call from ifb service station. Later i came to know that ifb franchised this to “city service” technician came to my house, address c4-302, lake town chs, bibwewadi, pune, 411037. But never ever any of the machine contents warranty terms and conditions. I asked technician it comes in warranty. It told me “it’s only for drum and belt and not for other parts” then i called ifb sales office and confirmed the terms. They confirmed that it warranties for all parts. I went back to service technician again. He told me “you know how sales personals bluff while selling”.
                          After i decided to pay the repair charges which is rs.4000 for replacing the display. I called technician and i asked him to fix. Meanwhile i came across service manager who called from mumbai. He used to call me from this number[protected]. He confirmed i will get complaint number, invoice with gst along with 2 years warranty on repairs. After calling 3 days constantly it got fixed with different machine’s repaired part. Washing machine is started but i have received my repaired part back. After calling technician he told me “this happens and why i am calling again and again. If i want to go high court (Might he wants to say consumer court) i can.” the part that received was old and damaged which is not from my washing machine’s model for which i pay rs.32000 at the time of purchase. Later i purchased rs.4000 for repairs. I have not received gst bill.

                          On 13th October I, Dilip Jayavant reported complaint on IFB toll free number which I got from IFB website. The toll free number was[protected]. Within next half an hour I got phone call from IFB service station. Later I came to know that IFB franchised this to “city service” Technician came to my house, address C4-302, Lake town CHS, Bibwewadi, Pune, 411037. I am amazed if you IFB’s part is so vulnerable to voltage fluctuations and there is no protection then their product designing team needs training.

                            I was charged 1150 rs for a part of microwave convection and 350 rs service charge. I received a message from ifb that you have not been charged anything for the spare part. I complaint against that and i explained the customer care everything. I asked to register the complaint but since it is not a technical issue now, i do not want the engineer to handle this complaint. Even after specifying that they did the same and the same engineer called me who wrongly charged me. This is worst customer service. My complaint is still not resolved and no one cares to even follow up with the customer.

                            Hi Team I am really so much disappointed in after sale service from IFB. I hav raised online complaint for my washing machine service but people just note down your complain here and sit dumb and giving false commitment for visiting. Team it's really not gud and hampering company status please kindly take severe action.

                              I am advocate dr. P. Pugazhendhi residing at walajapet vellore district tn. Amc recipt no 33811, my washing machine not working and i complaint 12, 18, 22, 26/10/18 till to date not response from them. This amc bill not boundary in my area and gave this bill from wrong person not related ifb representative i think made forgery and cheating me. So i will lodge suit against them.

                                I purchased an ifb washing machine and recently took an amc. The nearest customer service is rajahmundry and is handled by mr. Surya ([protected]). This guy never picks up the call. If by luck, he attends the call, he will never come back again. No matter whether the customer is under amc or not, they treat all equally (Never attends the call). Highly frustrated with the service, and hoping to get some respite, happened to call the customer care. The executive politely answered the call and assured to get back with in 24 hours. But i waited for 48 hours. Called them again to escalate the issue but all my efforts went in vain. I am still waiting for the service. My sincere suggestion is not to buy any ifb machine. If you already have it, then at least don't take amc as there is no use of taking it.

                                      We need to replace the belt for ifb 7 kg washing machine. The part number is 1277 and we were informed that the part is not available in vijaywada. The repair man says the parts have been discontinued! Is that true? If it's not available in vijayawada, can i find it in chennai or hyderabad? If so, i need the dealers name and address.
