Call operator informed that visiting charges are rs 480 where as person going to attend called thrice and saying that you have to pay rs. 590. What is company policy. Why rates are not disclosed on site that consumers get satisfaction. Why this service charge is too high for just deploma holding attending machine. If he attend 10 machine perday means rs. 5900 per day x 31...

I have relocated from banglore to chennai.
On 29/09/18.
My washing has to be reinstalled. But no technician has been turning up. I have paid for this service rs 599. I have called customer care no of times for that last one week, they are giving technician no who is in bangalore instead of chennai technician no, after i ask again they are giving some no but no one is picking up. It would be really helpful...

It's been since nine months we are facing issue of the top load washing machine we had purchased and still the issue is not resolved after having amc also very bad service.
There is a complete malfunction in washing program as it suddenly changes the programme to other options such as if we select normal wash it gets restarted to tub clean wash and also no timer is displayed.

Yestrday i lodgded complaint to ifb customercare service regading replacement of faulty part of our ifb washing machine senorita aqua sx 6.5 kg 1000rpm, which is under warrenty for 4 yeasrs. Ticket no [protected] has been generated. The representative of customercare informed us that today on 13.10.18 will be resolved by our engineer.

I have purchased two split AC 1 ton each about 2 months back and only started using about a week back.One of them is giving lot of headache from beginning .. Hi i have bought a 6kg front load washing machine before 4months. Last time a person came for installation has asked me to change the water pipe saying “the one which they promote has a cleaning adapter, machine drum will not have any kind of i have accepted and asked to instal. He has charged me 750rs.
This time i have got a call from ifb for the first service and the guy who came for the installation has told me the earlier guy...

Last 3 months my ifb macine is out of order no techinecian repair properly. So my experience of ifb is very bed service. And i call custmor call center they only registerd my complained. Then no reply for him. Local ifb repair center is not come urgently. I am suffered from three month to my machine out of ourder. So pl. Take my machine free of cost. Bogus item give to me by ifb....

Dear sir/madam plz note i had purchased ifb trolley for my 8 kg washing machine aqua senator its not been a year it has started cracking n im afraid will cause damage to my machine i have requested for replacement but seems the co is more interested in selling its sub standard product rather than taking care of its customers n there satisfaction. Its just 2 years since i bought the oven and it has been malfunctioned twice. First time it was a fuse burn just after 1 year 2 months (Dec 2017) and now its the pcb which is burnt due to power cut. I am not sure how its manufactured if the main board switch is on and power went down, how it will burn the pcb.. Is it vry low quality? I have already spent around 2.5k first time when the fuse got burnt. Now again pcb is burnt and they are charging...

I purchased a microwave oven 4 months back. As per your engineer he was supposed to send senior person and senior person gave another root cause.

1st they gave root cause as monsoon.
2nd they said high voltage is the issue.
3rd they said hard water is causing this issue.

Now machine is tripping my power in 5 min of operation and it does not looks to be any...

My IFB washing machine, model ELena SX, stopped working on the 27th of September 2018, after which I informed IFB customer care (Goa) of the same. The next day, an IFB technician was sent to inspect the Washing Machine and he diagnosed the problem as MCU card failure.
