I have raised ticket on 11-oct 2018 and ticket no: -[protected] and they have visited same day to our house but they have checked only for 5min and told to replace the sensor board and programming needs to do reset and it will cost 5000 and i am surprise that the machine is only 20months old and it is effect the machine since i have seen the error in manual lo means low voltage but the technician needs to check the voltage which is basic things...

I was complaint on my mobile phone i. E. [protected] regarding not proper functioning touch screen but till date no one attended, hence i again trying to complaint for the same since morning 10 am but from your side recorded massage comes that is our officials busy with other complaining side and mobile phone yet not received then i massage on the given number i. E.[protected] and [protected]. Still no any conformation received. Are your service provider will attend to rectify the same and on when, give me your appropriate reply early as possible.

Dear sir,
My washing machine was in working condition it's door was not closing due to lock problem. I laoged complain at your toll free number they sent machanic to repaire the same. Due to his negligency display of mashine has been damaged. And he asked to replace it it costs rs. 8900/-.
Here my complaint is about why you have enrolled untrained machanic and why should i bear expense due to their negligency. As only there were problem with lock only other wise no issue with working and display now they are asking me to pay for new usb display devise.
This cause highly inconvenience to me and it's really a big lapes in customer service.
Kindly look in to the matter and advice me further course of action.

1.As I registered for my OWN !machine TAB holder was damaged by the service person(Anas saifi), as he used rusty nuts.
2.Now he is refusing to replace it!!
3.I'm very much disappointed by the service.
4.The service person(Anas said I is not a good service person as he is fooling persons.
5.Such service persons should be expelled from the company as they are making bad image of the company.6.At last, I request you to please assist me to get the service without delay.

On 13th october i, dilip jayavant reported complaint on ifb toll free number which i got from ifb website. The toll free number was[protected]. Within next half an hour i got phone call from ifb service station. Later i came to know that ifb franchised this to “city service” technician came to my house, address c4-302, lake town chs, bibwewadi, pune, 411037. He inspected the washing machine and confirmed that display need to replace. I purchased this washing machine in late 2016. It has not completed it’s 2 years. Ifb claims it’s 4 years 100% warranty. But never ever any of the machine contents warranty terms and conditions. I asked technician it comes in warranty. It told me “it’s only for drum and belt and not for other parts” then i called ifb sales office and confirmed the terms. They confirmed that it warranties for all parts. I went back to service technician again. He told me “you know how sales personals bluff while selling”.
After i decided to pay the repair charges which is rs.4000 for replacing the display. I called technician and i asked him to fix. Meanwhile i came across service manager who called from mumbai. He used to call me from this number[protected]. He confirmed i will get complaint number, invoice with gst along with 2 years warranty on repairs. After calling 3 days constantly it got fixed with different machine’s repaired part. Washing machine is started but i have received my repaired part back. After calling technician he told me “this happens and why i am calling again and again. If i want to go high court (Might he wants to say consumer court) i can.” the part that received was old and damaged which is not from my washing machine’s model for which i pay rs.32000 at the time of purchase. Later i purchased rs.4000 for repairs. I have not received gst bill.

Updated by Dilip Jayavant On 13th October I, Dilip Jayavant reported complaint on IFB toll free number which I got from IFB website. The toll free number was[protected]. Within next half an hour I got phone call from IFB service station. I was charged 1150 rs for a part of microwave convection and 350 rs service charge. I received a message from ifb that you have not been charged anything for the spare part. I complaint against that and i explained the customer care everything. I asked to register the complaint but since it is not a technical issue now, i do not want the engineer to handle this complaint. Even after specifying that they did the same and the same engineer called me who wrongly charged me. This is worst customer service. My complaint is still not resolved and no one cares to even follow up with the customer.

I purchased an ifb washing machine and recently took an amc. The nearest customer service is rajahmundry and is handled by mr. Surya ([protected]). This guy never picks up the call. If by luck, he attends the call, he will never come back again. No matter whether the customer is under amc or not, they treat all equally (Never attends the call). Highly frustrated with the service, and hoping to get some respite, happened to call the customer care. The executive politely answered the call and assured to get back with in 24 hours. But i waited for 48 hours. Called them again to escalate the issue but all my efforts went in vain. I am still waiting for the service. My sincere suggestion is not to buy any ifb machine. If you already have it, then at least don't take amc as there is no use of taking it.

We purchased an ifb 30frc2 microwave oven on[protected]. Raised request for demo and installation. We get calls from below numbers, they say we are from ifb calling you for demo and the next question they ask is shall we bring oven cover and stand. As soon as i reply no, we dont need these covers and stands and just looking for demo, they say ok we will come in 30 mins and thats it. No clue whats wrong, i kept calling every schedule they gave me but every time they just say we will reach in 30 mins/ 1hr but no one turns up. Can some one please help us. From 3 days we are waiting at home halting other work.

I am a customer of IFB product since 2012 using washing machine. On completion of warranty period, I have opted for annual maintenance contract and paid necessary charges for maintenance with a franchise held in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. But to my surprise no service technician visited for maintenance during the AMC period. In the recent case during this month when complained for water leakage of my washing machine, technician came and said that water pipe to be replaced, which was planned to complete on 11th Oct 2018 but so far no body turned up.
On 10th Oct 2018 I also bought a new washing machine and requested customer care to arrange for demo of the new product on 18th Oct 2018. But till today no one turned up for demo and i received a message that my request is closed. Should we feel that a company like IFB treat/cheat it's customers in the same way throughout India?

Very worst service against the service complaint.

More than a month they are not solve the issue, No one contact us for the service schedule time but every time message received as customer reschedule the timing, customer not available.

If you can not give the proper service on time, you should directly inform us will take some other action against the complain, why you people wasting our time.

From the date purchase, they did not do the single general service.

This is to inform that i wanted to get my ifb washing m/c (Supremo dx} serviced and as such i booked appointment through your customer service dept. 7/8 days back. Your dept informed me that the service man will be available within a specified time. I do not understand why the service man is not keeping his schedule as per his and mine availability. You will please appreciate that every body has his time schedule for outdoor and indoor work. Hence not keeping time schedule creates lot of problem. I request you to please assist me to to get the service without delay. Otherwise i have to discard the machine for an alternative one.

Do not perched the ifb mainline stabilizer theare customer service is a very bad. Investment totally rong.
My experience with this company is a very poor service.
Because i am complaint after 72 hours don't call any service related person. My first msm is a dear customer, your ticket no. Is [protected]. Ifb representative will visit shortly. For assistance please call[protected]/ [protected].
After 24 hours sms is a hello, your tkt-[protected]is assigned to ifb service technician. On completion of service, we will send the next sms to get your feedback. Pls respond accordingly then i will be recall and reply the sms is a dear customer, your ticket no - [protected] has been pending due to customer not contactable. For any query call[protected]/ [protected].
So friends don't investment ifb any product it's a bad investment

Before this i my self cleared water inlet filters and called even service man, and he came and replaced the inlet pipe adopter and cleaned drain system . And he left. Again it's like this. Mary street, nehruvilla, lawspet, puducherry 605008, i have a washing machine (Ifb elena dx model) and had an amc with ifb (Ifb receipt/voucher no.[protected] dated 06.03.2018 for rs.4130/-) validity period from 06.03.2018 to 05.03.2020.in the month of september 2018 a service request registered for my washing m/c in the ifb service center through the contact no.[protected] and i have been replied that the complaint register and a service personnel will be sent to my house within 24 hours but no response for my call. After 5 days i. E. 05.10.2018 again i called and reminded for service request, i have been replied that my complain was not register for unknown reason, a new service request will be book and a service personnel will be sent with in 38 hours, but no response. Again on 18.10.2018 i reminder call made (Compl. No.[protected]) and i have replied and assured that to-day itself my complaint will be attended, subsequently no action. Today i. E. 21.10.2018 i phoned again to service center, the call attender said that my complain somehow cancelled, now a new service request remained booked and a service personnel will be arranged to sent soon by the mode of sending email to head office like that.
N this regard i regret to say and notify the poor service and no response from the m/s. Ifb industries ltd. To a customer more than one month time lapsed after several phone call for attending a small complaint though having valid amc with ifb. I am very sorry to say the thing happen to me that kept very upset which will take longtime to forget.

I complain at durgapur reliable service on 11-09-18. And technicians attended on 12-09-18 pcb and door switch to be change. But still now no technicians attended. IFB senorita Aqua SX/VX 6.5 1000rpm || service ticket number : [protected].|| I raised this ticket a couple of weeks back and there is no one addressing it. We were informed the front panel control circuit board is gone bad and needs a replacement.
