We purchased an ifb 30frc2 microwave oven on[protected]. Raised request for demo and installation. We get calls from below numbers, they say we are from ifb calling you for demo and the next question they ask is shall we bring oven cover and stand. As soon as i reply no, we dont need these covers and stands and just looking for demo, they say ok we will come in 30 mins and thats it. No clue whats wrong, i kept calling every schedule they gave me but every time they just say we will reach in 30 mins/ 1hr but no one turns up. Can some one please help us. From 3 days we are waiting at home halting other work.

Worst customer service. I was 1150 RS for a part of microwave convection. I received a message from IFB that you have not been charged anything for the spare part. I complaint against that and i explained the customer care everything. I asked to register the complaint but since it is not a technical issue now, I do not want the engineer to handle this complaint. Even after specifying that they did the same and the same engineer called me who wrongly charged me. This is worst customer service. My complaint is still not resolved and no one cares to even follow up with the customer.

    I am a customer of IFB product since 2012 using washing machine. On completion of warranty period, I have opted for annual maintenance contract and paid necessary charges for maintenance with a franchise held in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. But to my surprise no service technician visited for maintenance during the AMC period. In the recent case during this month when complained for water leakage of my washing machine, technician came and said that water pipe to be replaced, which was planned to complete on 11th Oct 2018 but so far no body turned up.
    On 10th Oct 2018 I also bought a new washing machine and requested customer care to arrange for demo of the new product on 18th Oct 2018. But till today no one turned up for demo and i received a message that my request is closed. Should we feel that a company like IFB treat/cheat it's customers in the same way throughout India?

    Very worst service against the service complaint.

    More than a month they are not solve the issue, No one contact us for the service schedule time but every time message received as customer reschedule the timing, customer not available.

    If you can not give the proper service on time, you should directly inform us will take some other action against the complain, why you people wasting our time.

    From the date purchase, they did not do the single general service.

      This is to inform that i wanted to get my ifb washing m/c (Supremo dx} serviced and as such i booked appointment through your customer service dept. 7/8 days back. Your dept informed me that the service man will be available within a specified time. I do not understand why the service man is not keeping his schedule as per his and mine availability. You will please appreciate that every body has his time schedule for outdoor and indoor work. Hence not keeping time schedule creates lot of problem. I request you to please assist me to to get the service without delay. Otherwise i have to discard the machine for an alternative one.

        Do not perched the ifb mainline stabilizer theare customer service is a very bad. Investment totally rong.
        My experience with this company is a very poor service.
        Because i am complaint after 72 hours don't call any service related person. My first msm is a dear customer, your ticket no. Is [protected]. Ifb representative will visit shortly. For assistance please call[protected]/ [protected].
        After 24 hours sms is a hello, your tkt-[protected]is assigned to ifb service technician. On completion of service, we will send the next sms to get your feedback. Pls respond accordingly then i will be recall and reply the sms is a dear customer, your ticket no - [protected] has been pending due to customer not contactable. For any query call[protected]/ [protected].
        So friends don't investment ifb any product it's a bad investment

          After washing program switch over to rinse and spin, there it is stucking with humming sound. Before this i my self cleared water inlet filters and called even service man, and he came and replaced the inlet pipe adopter and cleaned drain system . And he left. Again it's like this. Please attend the problem immediately.

            My name is t. Vijayakumar, regd. Mobile no.[protected] residing at no.6, st. Mary street, nehruvilla, lawspet, puducherry 605008, i have a washing machine (Ifb elena dx model) and had an amc with ifb (Ifb receipt/voucher no.[protected] dated 06.03.2018 for rs.4130/-) validity period from 06.03.2018 to 05.03.2020.in the month of september 2018 a service request registered for my washing m/c in the ifb service center through the contact no.[protected] and i have been replied that the complaint register and a service personnel will be sent to my house within 24 hours but no response for my call. After 5 days i. E. 05.10.2018 again i called and reminded for service request, i have been replied that my complain was not register for unknown reason, a new service request will be book and a service personnel will be sent with in 38 hours, but no response. Again on 18.10.2018 i reminder call made (Compl. No.[protected]) and i have replied and assured that to-day itself my complaint will be attended, subsequently no action. Today i. E. 21.10.2018 i phoned again to service center, the call attender said that my complain somehow cancelled, now a new service request remained booked and a service personnel will be arranged to sent soon by the mode of sending email to head office like that.
            N this regard i regret to say and notify the poor service and no response from the m/s. Ifb industries ltd. To a customer more than one month time lapsed after several phone call for attending a small complaint though having valid amc with ifb. I am very sorry to say the thing happen to me that kept very upset which will take longtime to forget.

                I have amc and i have raised complaint about ifb washing machine.

                I call customer care and raised complaint and they told with in 24 hours it i will resolved. Its been more then 25 days still issue is not resolved.
                I called more then 15 times to customer care and asked, they provide some agent number chandru [bangalore 560091] and sathish [ifb in charge for bangalore or karnataka]. Called so many times they told with in one day your problem will resolved. After few days they stopped receiving my calls.

                Again i called customer care and asked they told your request has been canceled, again raised new request still no response

                Please before taking amc think twice

                  I have been an ifb customer for the last 25years and the present washing machine senorita is my 4th machine.
                  Please refer to my earlier complaints in the same platform in the last one year. I am facing the same problem often for about a year and a half now. Your service engineers have been attending to our complaint every time but this problem continues to recur after few days of their visit. The damage that i have incurred so far is more than the cost of the washing machine. During the course of our earlier communications, i have sent few photographs as a sample of damages occurred. It is a surprise that a company like ifb has been reluctant in replying to the customer. We have not so far received a single convincing reply from your end. It is in july, the last complaint was attended and the machine was behaving well until yesterday. Today i have raised a complaint and received a ticket no[protected] dated 23.10.2018. Further met in person mr. Arun of your chennai office asking to solve the issue by explaining him the complete history.
                  At least this time i earnestly hope that you will seriously deal with the matter and solve the issue. I would appreciate an immediate convincing reply.

                      Hi,
                      I would like to draw your kind attention to the following matters. By the virtue of my ifb neptune vx dishwasher, for the first time i get the chance to raise my voice about the worst post product service of such a brand. My dishwasher is non functioning from 30th august 2018, i had raised a complain on that very day and also asked the customer executive to treat this as urgent so that i would get the service by 2 days. I personally called up the service center (One and only the smart appliances) but could not reach them as usual, they deliberately never picked up calls and then called up the technician mr deepak saha, fortunately i have his number who is very supportive but he was out of station that time.

                      I called up customer care for uncountable number of times and the service center too. Finally on 15th of september 2018, the technician mr mrinmoy came to investigate the problem who is also a very good person and identified the parts which had damaged and needs to be replaced.
                      On 13th october 2018, i spoke to the escalation team too for several times but nothing happened. For the same problem i had to raise multiple complains as the previous complain deliberately cancelled by the service center every time and customer executive could not reopen the unresolved complain. So i had to inform them and they opened a new complain. My dishwasher is under amc. Is that normal resolution time for ifb product? I had several other band products but never faced this kind of problem ever yet.

                      I got a call from service center the one and only smart appliances, on 26th september and the lady who called me asked me not to escalate this issue any more as they are going to resolve this issue very soon, then when i asked her about the date then she was behaving like as i am working and unable to take the service on weekdays that's why they are unable to resolve the problem. After asking her about the date she confirmed me that would definitely resolve the issue by 6th of october, but again the same thing happened on 4th of october the complaint got cancelled with some invalid reason and on 5th of october i got a call from the same service center, this time mr biswajit (Unprofessional and hypocrite) called me and informed me that the spare parts are unavailable with ifb, so won't do anything.

                      After 1.5 months i got to know that the spare parts were unavailable with the ifb. Why ifb is selling products without manufacturing the spare parts?
                      I would have thrown this product away if the price of the product is low. The programming logic is also not standard. If it faced any error during the program cycle, the same program cycle had to run from the beginning there is no memory to store the state of the last program where it was stopped.

                        I have raised complaint in ifb customer care (Ticket # [protected]) on 6th october and the service engineer attended and checked entire machine on the same day. Se confirmed that the problem with power switch and he confirmed that it will replaced within 2 days. But the issue not resolved and the ticket has been closed as "issue resolved" by 10th october. I called the se and told the same, he replied, "pls don't re-open the ticket, the request was placed to get the power switch and will be fixed within 2 days. I accepted and wait.. Wait.. No response. I called se and service centre many times but no luck. After long time se came by 18th october and replaced the switch and checked. Now he confirmed that there is a problem with sensor valve (But this was not checked on the very first day). Again eh confirmed that he will come by next day and fix the issue. Till now no one attend the machine.
                        This is not the first time that i faced this kind of worst service from the ifb service centre. Everytime, when i called for free service, no proper response from the service centre.in between this issue, i have reopened the ticket on 16th october and there is no call for that too.

                            I had purchases a ifb microwave 23l conv 23bc4 from m/s pittappillil agencies, vellayambalam, trivandrum on 10/10/2018. The tech who had visited on 12/10/18 for commissioning the same was unable to do is due to power failure again he visited on 15/10/18 and reported that the product was defective. Accordingly a complaint was lodged with ifb for replacement on 15/10/18 and was assured by ifb customer care that the same will be replaced within 36 hours.

                            Today, the 20th oct, 2018 - still the product has not been replaced and there is no response either from the manufacturer nor from the agency. I and repeatedly trying to contact the deler and the manufacturer from 10 am till 2pm nerither of them responded nor giving any reply as to when the product is going to be replaced.

                            The dealers staff is passing the buck and not giving a proper reply, all these staff from the agency and the manufacturer gives a standard reply saying that they will call back in 1/2 an hour or 1 houdealer (M/s pittappillil agencies, vellayambalam, trivandrum and the manufacturer (Ifb) - but they never care to give a call back and update the present status.

                            I kindly request for a stringent action on both, the dealer and the manufacturer and issue directions for immediate replacement of the product

                              I had purchased an ifb microwave oven 23l conv 23bc4 on 10 oct 2018 from m/s pittappillil agencies, vellayambalam, trivandrum, the tech who had visited for commissioning the same had reported that the product was defective. Accordingly a complaint was made to ifb for replacement, who had told that the same will be replaced within 36 hours, where as no response even after nine (9) days. I had approached the dealer who also told me that they also have made a complaint. So far, so bad, no action has been taken for replacement. Today, the 20th oct 2018 when i called the dealer, he assured me to call back - even after 2 hours, no response, when i called again, there is no response from the dealer. I request a stringent action and immediate replacement of the product.

                                Machine was purchased from local dealer on 11.06.2018.in gentle programme sometimes the error indication sign comes after that the machine does not work. Secondly the main problem is regarding the detergent dispenser. The detergent remains collected in the dispenser due to which the clothes do not get the complete detergent for washing. This will result in clothes not getting cleaned properly. Please send your views and remedy for this problem.

                                If a complaint is lodged it shoul be given priority. Suppose the machine stops working then it will not be possible to wash the clothes. The purpose of buying a machine is useless. As far as I think your company should have immediately contacted me.

                                With reference to my complaints lodged before I am sending the photograph of the detergent dispenser where you can see the remains of the detergent which is left in the PAN which may be sometimes more or less after the washing cycle has completed and clothes are ready for drying. In actual practice there should not be a bit of detergent should be left and the detergent PAN should be absolutely clean. This is for your information and necessary action. I am ready to change the machine by paying more if I can get a better performing machine if it is agreeable by your company. In this in every wash the detergent will get wasted as the PAN has to be cleaned manually.

                                  I have placed an order of ifb elite wx washing machine purchased on 11oct18 at “ifb point shop no. 4, 1st floor the plaza mall".

                                  They have taken advance and confirm delivery by saturday 13th oct, since the they are not responding properly nor delivering the machine.
                                  It takes me multiple attempts to reach out the dealer representative subhashish, who claims himself to be the top boss of center. Yet they are not confirming on delivery dates.
                                  Even customer care refuses to take complaint.

                                  I am ifb user from past 10 years and wish to again buy ifb but the king of problem i am going through pathetic and completly discouraging.

                                  In future i wish to avoid ifb points and products that ignore customer like this.

                                    I, alok yadav facing problem in maintenance/servicing of washing machine. I have initiated complaint on september 24, 2018 having ticket no. [protected]. The very next day technician arrived from swastik enterprises panvel, navi mumbai. Technician "pramod shinde" was unprofessional as well as rude in communication with my wife. He dismantled washing machine and left all the things in kitchen.
                                    After that, i have communicated several times to customer care, even not getting technician to resolve problem. On october 06, 2018 again complaint was reinitiate having ticket no. [protected]. Technician could not visited till today.
                                    Today, on october 16, 2018 i have got message for one more ticket no. [protected].

                                    I am only getting assurance from customer service to accelerate the issue for fast resolution. We are facing severe problem from last 22 days.

                                    Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue at the earliest.

[protected] & [protected], I have received a message in evening nearly at 09:00 pm and 06:15 pm respectively, that complain is pending due to customer appoinment / re-scheduled. However, technician called and did not visited. All these are happening with involvement & support of Swastik enterprises, Panvel, Navi Mumbai. Without, his support these things can not be possible.

                                    It has been pathetic just to wait for simple maintenance. Is this a Pandora box? It has completed 1 month. Technician is not visited after initial visit on October 24, 2018.

                                    As a customer, I have been begging from last 1 month for maintenance. I don't know, whether I have taken machine just to see or to wash clothes also. I have spent RS. 26000 and this is in warranty period.

                                    There were no issue of rodents. It was a false information from technician. I, myself has to rectify the issue. Your technician has visited just to assemble the parts.

                                    I required compensation for mental harassment of one month and strong action against technician and his company.

                                      Refer my complaint under ticket number [protected] dated 5th Sep 2018 about problem with Neptune Dishwasher covered under AMC and your representative at Chennai one Mr. Daniel Jo Visited on 7th September who informed that he will procure spares and rectify the defect within 10 days. On 11th september I have retained the complaint when asked for closure. Subsequently I contacted IFB through Toll - Free number on 26th, 28th of September and 6th and 11th of October. On 28th September IFB informed through SMS that representative will attend within a day. Every time when call IFB through Toll - Free number they informed that this time they meet me through chennai office before 5pm. Today 16th October no - one approached for rectification of the dishwasher which is under AMC. This is the state of affair of IFB. An early action is solicited.

                                      We raised a service request complaint for IFB washing machine almost 15 days back. After vigorous follow up for 3 days service engineer has come and went saying that he will come with replacement part. After that no update, whenever we call they just next day they will come. Most of the they won't answer calls.

                                      The ticket [protected] for the IFB microwave oven, I raised on 28-August is not yet resolved. It is more than 50 days and the problem is not yet solved. I have contacted customer care, the service center in Bangalore multiple time. Very much irresponsible support from IFB.

                                        Complaint was referred to chalakudy service centre. Since then i am calling service centre daily to get my washing machine serviced.
