My newly purchased senorita wxs pur on 22.05.18, suddenly went dead. Tried level best by asking the company to replace the machine. My machine went dead on 20/09/2018. Technician visited on 22nd & could not detect the problem. He said we will try to change mother board & will check if machine is working or not. I dont want to continue with the same piece. Such an expensive machine should not be dead like this within such a short span.
In order to maintain your reputed brand name, kindly change the machine

    Dear sir madam Its not been a year since i have purchased an IFB tolley fm datar servic s thane for my 8 kg senator Aqua washing machine.the trolley seems to be of an inferior quality it jas started cracking n im afraid my machine will fall n get damaged .this is causing great inconvenience.IFB being a renowned international brand I completely put in trust purchased its trolley instead of any local co. but this experience has caused disappointment in our family.       I have purchased ifb front loading washing machine - executive plus vx id 8.5 kg i 1400 rpm recently and we are experiencing issues with this washing machine, conditioner gets dispensed in the start of machine. Please help fix this asap!! Technicians that came for checking have no clue or poorly trained on the product, they say that conditioner is dispensed at the start of the machine... Is this a joke.. Please replace the machine if your technicians don't know how to fix!!
      Even after multiple complaints ifb has resolved the issue. Highly unprofessional ifb!!

        Service centres are not responding to the complaint about our ifb washing machine. It's a worse service provider. We thought it was a great experienced company. But not responding to the public complaints. The agent took money from us to bring the key board of washing machine. While we contacting no body is responding. Please solve the problem soon.

          Dear team,

          Bought washing machine on 20 aug 2018. Demo give on 24th aug. The engineer came evening 5 pm. Given demo and set the timer 2.30 hours and left. The machine continually rotating. So called same engineer reg problem. But did not picked. Logged complaint the engineer came after a week told that display issue. Need to be replace. I asked that engineer and ifb point replace my washing machine. They said once new stock will come it will be replace and left from my home. Since last 35 days suffering with washing machine without functioning. Really frustrating why we bought this machine.

            I have bought IFB Serena Aqua washing machine on 14aug 2017 in delhi,
            i have been shifted to mumbai and my machine is still under warranty but whenever i am calling for service for checking some fault since last 4 months
            i am getting no response from service provider. customer care just says that ifb technician will come next day, but no body comes and i am continuosly complaining for last 4 months and nobody is responding.

            Though IFB is a reputed company but never expected such kind of service from them

                Dear sir/madam,

                I have purchased ifb 02 sep 2018 (Retail shop delivered date). The first time i have used the stuff, but after the power of next day automatically water flown in to drum full volume. I have registered a complaint (Ticket no: [protected]). On 24/09/2018 technician visited my home and told me he can't find any complaint, but he saw the water (Full volume) into drum after power off. He returned back. Still show the same issues within one month of purchase. I can get these types of stuff inr between 10 to 15 k in indian market. I think ifb is a quality product. Now revel this is wrong. No quality checking? Check quality before deliver. You sell defect stuff with high rate. I have no time to call you every time. I need to replace the product or refund this week at your end. Otherwise, i will go to the next step. So do the needful immediately

                  Hi ifb. I am prinsa Saha I have purchased ifb fully automatic washing machine in 2016 but it was not working properly since 1 month . I called for the servicing to ifb. They sent a man who said he is engineer and he opened my machine and take pcb of my machine with him. After two days he said that it will charged 7000 then we ask our pcb return. Then he came after I called him so many times. And returned me the pcb . When I told him to fix that on the machine because he didn't srew up the opened machine. I told him politely" bhaiya please ye pcb machine me laga do aur khuli Hui machine ko srew laga k sahi KR do servicing hum baad me Kara lenge " he replied me very awful. He shout on me and said ye Mera kaam nahi h khud laga lo and he took money from me forcefully without doing anything and literally he was misbehaving with us. Here I am complaining to you but if you will not take any action against him I will not sit peacefully and will go to consumer Court. I am requesting you and also giving you a suggestion do what is good for your company and me. Otherwise i vl take this matter so high.

                  And one more thing when I asked him about fee receipt he started abusing me very loudly. It hurts me and I am feeling like what the wrong I have done. Was it a mistake to buy that machine of your company. Please I need a strong action against him.
                  In my machine during cloth cleaning machine stop suddenly how it is possible.
                  And some time not start and not show display . display show on ac .so i will raise complain fir this Issue.

                    Disgusted with the service provided by ifb and more so the scam in the name of amc by their authorised service agencies.
                    Refer ticket numbers#[protected], [protected], [protected].
                    Problem of leakage has not been solved even after 1.5 months, in fact am having new problems with the machine (Loud noise, more leakage)
                    Every time 1 new technician turns and gives a different theory.
                    If they cannot service their products, better shut shop
                    They make us spend 8k on a 5 year old washing machine making false promises

                      I have a ifb washing machine, it had some fault called the call center they sent a technician mr. Venkatesh rajagopal who without accessing the problem said the motor is burned and also removed the same. He said to pay rs7000 change for replacement of a. New one with extended warranty. We paid the same and since then chasing them, they have put my contact number under call barr and hence unable to get in touch with them. I want my money back and motor fixed. This is absolutely disgusting and so cheap from. Company like you. Will be going legal if no response or help done

                            I am using a IFB aqua energies washing machine and recently when it was not working, IFB technician came and told that PCB needs to be changed and it costs 3500rs and a service cost of 600rs. The part is UF211EPCB260. can you please update me whether he is charging the right cost or not. Washing machine is outside warranty(purchased 5 years ago).

                                Hi,
                                It pains me to say that the managerial staff engaged in guwahati by ifb has been the worst i have ever encountered. Let me elaborate why.
                                The problem with my ac (Modelno iacs183ak3tc) which i purchased in 2014 started in july 2018 when the compressor of the ac used to get switched off automatically after running for 1:15hrs or 1:30hrs. The issue was raised accordingly and ifb technician mr. Narayan kalita visited to check the issue. Thereafter, mr. Narayan replaced the capacitors of both the compressor fan as well as the compressor, although after some escalations in which even ifb's manager placed at guwahati mr. Roshan was called up from my side, the issue was thought to be resolved.
                                Again in mid august 2018, just after a month or so of the capacitors' replacement, the same issue resurfaced all over again. This time another technician mr. Dimple barman visited and found out that the gas in the compressor was more than the stipulated amount due to which the compressor used up more current, thus generating more heat and stops to operate. He then reduced the gas to the stipulated level (55-65) and again, the issue was thought to be resolved. Unfortunately, after 3-4 week the problem resurfaced again and when the complaint was raised, mr. Dimple barman replaced the compressor as well as the compressor capacitor on 20th september 2018. But he didn't do the vacuum procedure for which the compressor now stopped functioning after running for only 10-15 mins. The issue was raised to mr. Roshan all over again and he (Mr. Roshan) assured that senior technician, mr. Jayanta would visit the next day, i. E on 21st september 2018 by 10:30am.
                                On 21st september, mr. Barman came and did the vacuum procedure after which the compressor ran for an hour and stopped functioning all over again. As senior technician mr. Jayanta didn't accompany mr. Barman, the issue was raised to mr. Roshan who was totally unaware that mr. Jayanta hadn't visited and even lied that whenever it rains the compressor stops functioning (It was raining then) and even scolded the technician mr. Barman for not supporting his blatant lie. This is fyi that i was associated ith telecomm sector for 8.5 years and i am aware of the technical issues and under no circumstance the compressor ceases to function unless the room temperature becomes equal to the temperature in which the ac has been set. The issue was raised to local bsm mr. Anikesh kumar, who received my first call to him and didn't respond to the second call. The same was raised to ifb support which joined my call to someone from hyderabad, wh assured me of all the required assistance.
                                In the mean time, senior technician mr. Jayanta visited at around 4:50pm. After the compressor got switched off for the first time on 21st september after the vaccum procedure was carried out, the ac functioned seamlessly for more than 3 hrs till mr. Jayanta visited. He advised that a new ac has to be run on 22-25'c for the very first time and only after running the ac (New) for an hour or so on 22-25;c, it can be used in super mode (16'c). That's why the compressor got switched off after running for an hour or so as it was put on super mode as the compressor happened to be a new one (The latest ticket no. Was [protected])
                                Thereafter, received a call from bsm mr. Anikesh kumar inquiring about the issue and the same was conveyed to him
                                The response of mr. Roshan, the local manager has been pathetic and what was more pathetic is that he lied to the customer. Is this the quality of a person ifb employs as manager. Haven't come across such a liar so far in any sector.

                                  In continuation of my complaint st[protected], i m to state here that after resolving my complaint technician charge me for rs.4620/- for replacement of pcb and door lock with services charge for rs. 590/-. However, sms received from ifb informed that my complaint ticket no [protected] see. Charge rs. 590/- rs.961.99 for spares and rs. 1004.99 acc/adt. Now i m not understood, as to who is deceived me either technician who charge me for rs. 4620/- orifb company who charge me rs.590+961.99+1004.99.

                                    I had purchased ifb front load senorita aqua 6.5kg washing machine in 2016. From day one i've noticed door has not closing properly. I've raised several complains regarding this in customer care. they sending technicians and the technicians not fixing the issue. Facing heavy leakage in front door while washing. Now again i complained and they sent technician. he changed door gasket and not ready to fix the door. and the cost of the gasket he telling as 1000 rupees. Two days before one technician came and he said it is 800 rupees. We called IFB service incharge and he is telling it comes around Rs 400 to RS 700. There is no transparency in rates.
                                    My machine is in 100% warrenty. And the door is not closing. Really got frustated with IFB service. Not getting any solution. Took a worst decision in choosing this IFB washing machine.

                                    My recent IFB ticket number is [protected].
                                    If i call customer care and check means they keep giving phone number of technicians and those people not giving as any resolution. The IFB bangalore service is worst i've ever seen. I got sabarish - [protected] as service center inchage. They telling lid cost RS 3000 and gasket cost as 1000 rupees now. When my machine is under 100% warrenty then y should i pay amount?

                                      I have purchased ifb top loading machine ifb wm tl955dg (9.5kg) machine from on[protected]. Just within 3 months there are lot many problems unsloved after complaints has been attended by your technician, that are listed below.

                                      1. Sometimes machine is giving "door" error and stop working.
                                      2. Sometimes machine gives "pr5" error and stop working.
                                      3. After last complaint attended by your technician now machine complete rinse but when spin start it stops, spin is not working and it takes water during only spin option which must not be happen.

                                      I have already launched complain with ticket nos [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] on various days but it is not solved. I am really tired, though u are best in front load machine, i could not recommend your top load machine to some one else for purchase due to my experience. I kindly request u to replace my piece with new one.

                                        Recently My IFB washing mechine (SENORITA AQUA VX 6KG 1000RPM) door lock stopped working says door error in the display panel.
                                        ifb service guy told that both door lock and motherboard is fault and they want to replace both door lock and motherboard and they are charging more for spare parts . please let me know the price of doorlock and motherboard.

                                        Continue beeping accompanied by electric shocks. Experiences many problems and gets damaged very easily . Have changed its apparatus many a time but still develops problems non the less. Needs a lot more of maintenance then any other machine .
