Your service is very poor your agents are not giving better services to the complaints that we are giving. I had called them several times. There is less cooling in the ac and sometimes it is not working properly. Though there are so many agents they are neglecting the complaints that we are giving. If you are not giving us better service the only way is to sell the product. So please give us better service.

    You have extremely poor service.
    My washing machine's spinner is not working. It is under AMC.
    No one is coming to repair it.
    I registered a complaint on 28th sep 2018 and it got cancelled automatically.
    I registered a complaint on 1st oct 2018 again and it has got cancelled.

    I am really going to sell it now if you people do not send any one. You are gonna have a downfall because customer care is really not your cup of tea.

      My name is rajkumar and my number is [protected].. I complained about my washing machine on aug 13. It is in amc.. No body came for service long time. After 15 days i complained again. But the same situation happend.. Finally i complained to the area manager. His number is [protected]. Then he send some body and they told us that mcu is damaged.. After they went this is 15 th day yet the machine was not repaired.. I am very unhappy. Samsung service is more better than this.. I never recamond any people to purchase ifb washing machine.. Please improve ur service.. Otherwise ur company loss it's good name in the market

        Ifb washing machine which is under amc

        Issue stared with belt cut, after engg visit started observed that issue got resolved and one more issue reported "water not heating" for which one more request raised, after engg visit whole body of ifb washing machine observed shock for same one more request raised, after engg visit ifb machine vibrates during spin for the same issue was raised in ifb support, as of now response from ifb wasing machine support, when ever called inform that engg will visit soon, please register the complaint

          I am sad to inform you that dehradun service center is very very inefficient in providing service to the customer. Tkt no[protected] has not been rectified so far. This has happened in spite of my repeated phone calls to the service center.

          I would like to inform you that i have following ifb products : -
          Washing machine,
          Dish washer,
          Refrigerator,
          Chimney,

          When my refrigerator went off, it took three months to rectify the same.

          Not only that, i had reported for cleaning of my chimney. It had become dangerous for further use due to accumulation of oil all around in side the chimney. Which had become fire hazrd for the kitchen. Subsequently i got it cleaned from out side vendor.

          This is for your serious consideration for measures to be adopted by ifb for improvement of ifb service.

            I lodged a complaint with ifb (Complaint no.: [protected]) for service of my executive plus washing machine as it was not draining water after washing. On visit, the service person told that the drain pump is to be replace. He tried to replace the existing drain pump with one, which was already corroded. I refused to accept the same. Then he visited next day with another pump, which is neither having price tag nor is in sealed packed condition. On enquiry he informed me that the price of the pump is rs. 2595/-, which is in addition to his visiting charge of rs. 590 (Including gst).

            On enquiry with the ifb area sales manager, i came to know that the drain pump of executive plus model is priced at rs. 635/-!!! On talking with the ifb area sales manager and subsequently with his person in the service franchise, he replaced the pump at rs. 635/-!!! Also, as the machine is leaking water while washing, he checked and showed me that the top hose is completely exhausted. So with my consent, he changed that and charged me rs. 285/-.

            So, i have paid (Rs. 635 + rs. 285/- + rs. 590/-) = rs. 1510/-.

            Today (28/09/2018) i have received an sms from ifb (Tk-ifbcrm) at 11:02 hrs stating that i have paid only rs. 590/- and no spares were replaced!!!
            How a company send this sms?

            On receiving the sms, when i contacted the call centre[protected] on 28/09/2018 at 13:42 hours, i have been told by the person at the call centre (Ms. Anita) that they do not have facility to lodge any complaint and also they do not have any facility to sms the address where i can lodge a complaint!!!

            Under this situation i want the redress of the following points:
            1). Why the service person brought a parts which is not sealed packed and without any price tag?
            2). Why he tried to sell the parts at an over inflated price (Rs. 2595/- in place of rs. 635!!!)? Had the ifb area sales manager not help me that day, i would have been looted.
            3). And the last but not the least, how come i get an sms from the company that i have paid only rs. 590/- and no parts are replaced.

            The above incidents are not in the right spirit even from the company's end. These incidents bring bad name to the company. One disgruntled customer may not make much difference, but with time when this number increases, i think, the company will be affected adversely. These kind of appliances do require servicing from time to time. And let me share that all my friends and colleagues, who have ifb appliances, are all disgruntled lot and vowed that while replacing the appliances in future, the present company will get least preference in their wish list considering the suffering they faced with the service persons.

            Dear sir, I complained unserviceablity of 7.5.kg top loader ifb w/m on 02 Aug 20 that subject machine not working at all as per the defect details. a) the machine suddenly stopped after starting with in few minutes. B) the water started flow out slowly from the pipe line automatically. All switches botton and current supply is working OK. In this regard your ticket No. [protected] dated 03 Aug 20 refers.               We had purchased an ifb oven from reliance digital store - seawoods mall, seawoods, navi mumbai on 15 aug 2018. Item was delivered to us at our residence. After delivery, we havent got training and briefing regarding usage of the oven. A person came to our residence when we were not at home. Subsequently, he said he would provide training over phone. We tried calling him up, but he didnt pick up our phone.
              Later, we got a call from ifb - goa from a lady asking about the training/briefing, we caomplained to her that we havent been trained and no one has turned up or called up. She stated that they will immediately send some one. Its now 6 weeks but we havent got any one to train us on functioning of the oven.

                Ifb service contacted me few days back for routine service (In guarantee period). A person came for service on 25 sep and unfortunately while servicing he broke the water inlet pipe and said “sir it is rusted”. Then i saw that and said its not rusted at all and has been broken by you. He accepted the fault after little positive arguement and assured to install new pipe by next day (26 sep 2018)

                However, he dint come next day even when i reminded him. I made a complaint to service centre vide ticket number [protected] on 26 sep evening and waited for 24 hours. Nobody called me for service in 24 hours. Then i again called customer care and they said that “sir your complaint has been closed with a message that nobody picked up the call”.

                Its really surprising to me.

                I again requested customer care today and they reopened it vide ticket number [protected]

                I am waiting for last two days

                Please resolve the matter at earliest as i am not expecting such service from ifb

                  My newly purchased senorita wxs pur on 22.05.18, suddenly went dead. Tried level best by asking the company to replace the machine. My machine went dead on 20/09/2018. Technician visited on 22nd & could not detect the problem. He said we will try to change mother board & will check if machine is working or not. I dont want to continue with the same piece. Such an expensive machine should not be dead like this within such a short span.

                    Dear sir madam Its not been a year since i have purchased an IFB tolley fm datar servic s thane for my 8 kg senator Aqua washing machine.the trolley seems to be of an inferior quality it jas started cracking n im afraid my machine will fall n get damaged .this is causing great inconvenience.IFB being a renowned international brand I completely put in trust purchased its trolley instead of any local co. but this experience has caused disappointment in our family.                       I have purchased ifb front loading washing machine - executive plus vx id 8.5 kg i 1400 rpm recently and we are experiencing issues with this washing machine, conditioner gets dispensed in the start of machine. Please help fix this asap!! Technicians that came for checking have no clue or poorly trained on the product, they say that conditioner is dispensed at the start of the machine... Is this a joke.. Please replace the machine if your technicians don't know how to fix!!
                      Even after multiple complaints ifb has resolved the issue. Highly unprofessional ifb!!

                        Service centres are not responding to the complaint about our ifb washing machine. It's a worse service provider. We thought it was a great experienced company. But not responding to the public complaints. The agent took money from us to bring the key board of washing machine. While we contacting no body is responding. Please solve the problem soon.

                          Dear team,

                          Bought washing machine on 20 aug 2018. Demo give on 24th aug. The engineer came evening 5 pm. Given demo and set the timer 2.30 hours and left. The machine continually rotating. So called same engineer reg problem. But did not picked. Logged complaint the engineer came after a week told that display issue. Need to be replace. I asked that engineer and ifb point replace my washing machine. They said once new stock will come it will be replace and left from my home. Since last 35 days suffering with washing machine without functioning. Really frustrating why we bought this machine.

                            I have bought IFB Serena Aqua washing machine on 14aug 2017 in delhi,
                            i have been shifted to mumbai and my machine is still under warranty but whenever i am calling for service for checking some fault since last 4 months
                            i am getting no response from service provider. customer care just says that ifb technician will come next day, but no body comes and i am continuosly complaining for last 4 months and nobody is responding.

                            Though IFB is a reputed company but never expected such kind of service from them

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I have purchased ifb 02 sep 2018 (Retail shop delivered date). The first time i have used the stuff, but after the power of next day automatically water flown in to drum full volume. I have registered a complaint (Ticket no: [protected]). On 24/09/2018 technician visited my home and told me he can't find any complaint, but he saw the water (Full volume) into drum after power off. He returned back. Still show the same issues within one month of purchase. I can get these types of stuff inr between 10 to 15 k in indian market. I think ifb is a quality product. Now revel this is wrong. No quality checking? Check quality before deliver. You sell defect stuff with high rate. I have no time to call you every time. I need to replace the product or refund this week at your end. Otherwise, i will go to the next step. So do the needful immediately

                                  Hi ifb. I am prinsa Saha I have purchased ifb fully automatic washing machine in 2016 but it was not working properly since 1 month . I called for the servicing to ifb. They sent a man who said he is engineer and he opened my machine and take pcb of my machine with him. After two days he said that it will charged 7000 then we ask our pcb return. Then he came after I called him so many times. And returned me the pcb . When I told him to fix that on the machine because he didn't srew up the opened machine. I told him politely" bhaiya please ye pcb machine me laga do aur khuli Hui machine ko srew laga k sahi KR do servicing hum baad me Kara lenge " he replied me very awful. He shout on me and said ye Mera kaam nahi h khud laga lo and he took money from me forcefully without doing anything and literally he was misbehaving with us. Here I am complaining to you but if you will not take any action against him I will not sit peacefully and will go to consumer Court. I am requesting you and also giving you a suggestion do what is good for your company and me. Otherwise i vl take this matter so high.

                                  And one more thing when I asked him about fee receipt he started abusing me very loudly. It hurts me and I am feeling like what the wrong I have done. Was it a mistake to buy that machine of your company. Please I need a strong action against him.
                                  In my machine during cloth cleaning machine stop suddenly how it is possible.
                                  And some time not start and not show display . display show on ac .so i will raise complain fir this Issue.

                                    Disgusted with the service provided by ifb and more so the scam in the name of amc by their authorised service agencies.
                                    Refer ticket numbers#[protected], [protected], [protected].
                                    Problem of leakage has not been solved even after 1.5 months, in fact am having new problems with the machine (Loud noise, more leakage)
                                    Every time 1 new technician turns and gives a different theory.
                                    If they cannot service their products, better shut shop
                                    They make us spend 8k on a 5 year old washing machine making false promises

                                      I have a ifb washing machine, it had some fault called the call center they sent a technician mr. Venkatesh rajagopal who without accessing the problem said the motor is burned and also removed the same. He said to pay rs7000 change for replacement of a. New one with extended warranty. We paid the same and since then chasing them, they have put my contact number under call barr and hence unable to get in touch with them. I want my money back and motor fixed. This is absolutely disgusting and so cheap from. Company like you. Will be going legal if no response or help done

                                        I am already complainted this issue before 3months to this date but there is no response, call service engner, u r problem is solved tommorow, still reapet the problem calling custmur care he is noted complaint next level, how many levels are there to send complaint, i am paying 3years maintaining policy, there is no recepit, no complaint id, what's going on there
