Hello,
I am using a IFB aqua energies washing machine and recently when it was not working, IFB technician came and told that PCB needs to be changed and it costs 3500rs and a service cost of 600rs. The part is UF211EPCB260. can you please update me whether he is charging the right cost or not. Washing machine is outside warranty(purchased 5 years ago).

      Hi,
      It pains me to say that the managerial staff engaged in guwahati by ifb has been the worst i have ever encountered. Let me elaborate why.
      The problem with my ac (Modelno iacs183ak3tc) which i purchased in 2014 started in july 2018 when the compressor of the ac used to get switched off automatically after running for 1:15hrs or 1:30hrs. The issue was raised accordingly and ifb technician mr. Narayan kalita visited to check the issue. Thereafter, mr. Narayan replaced the capacitors of both the compressor fan as well as the compressor, although after some escalations in which even ifb's manager placed at guwahati mr. Roshan was called up from my side, the issue was thought to be resolved.
      Again in mid august 2018, just after a month or so of the capacitors' replacement, the same issue resurfaced all over again. This time another technician mr. Dimple barman visited and found out that the gas in the compressor was more than the stipulated amount due to which the compressor used up more current, thus generating more heat and stops to operate. He then reduced the gas to the stipulated level (55-65) and again, the issue was thought to be resolved. Unfortunately, after 3-4 week the problem resurfaced again and when the complaint was raised, mr. Dimple barman replaced the compressor as well as the compressor capacitor on 20th september 2018. But he didn't do the vacuum procedure for which the compressor now stopped functioning after running for only 10-15 mins. The issue was raised to mr. Roshan all over again and he (Mr. Roshan) assured that senior technician, mr. Jayanta would visit the next day, i. E on 21st september 2018 by 10:30am.
      On 21st september, mr. Barman came and did the vacuum procedure after which the compressor ran for an hour and stopped functioning all over again. As senior technician mr. Jayanta didn't accompany mr. Barman, the issue was raised to mr. Roshan who was totally unaware that mr. Jayanta hadn't visited and even lied that whenever it rains the compressor stops functioning (It was raining then) and even scolded the technician mr. Barman for not supporting his blatant lie. This is fyi that i was associated ith telecomm sector for 8.5 years and i am aware of the technical issues and under no circumstance the compressor ceases to function unless the room temperature becomes equal to the temperature in which the ac has been set. The issue was raised to local bsm mr. Anikesh kumar, who received my first call to him and didn't respond to the second call. The same was raised to ifb support which joined my call to someone from hyderabad, wh assured me of all the required assistance.
      In the mean time, senior technician mr. Jayanta visited at around 4:50pm. After the compressor got switched off for the first time on 21st september after the vaccum procedure was carried out, the ac functioned seamlessly for more than 3 hrs till mr. Jayanta visited. He advised that a new ac has to be run on 22-25'c for the very first time and only after running the ac (New) for an hour or so on 22-25;c, it can be used in super mode (16'c). That's why the compressor got switched off after running for an hour or so as it was put on super mode as the compressor happened to be a new one (The latest ticket no. Was [protected])
      Thereafter, received a call from bsm mr. Anikesh kumar inquiring about the issue and the same was conveyed to him
      The response of mr. Roshan, the local manager has been pathetic and what was more pathetic is that he lied to the customer. Is this the quality of a person ifb employs as manager. Haven't come across such a liar so far in any sector.

        In continuation of my complaint st[protected], i m to state here that after resolving my complaint technician charge me for rs.4620/- for replacement of pcb and door lock with services charge for rs. 590/-. However, sms received from ifb informed that my complaint ticket no [protected] see. Charge rs. 590/- rs.961.99 for spares and rs. 1004.99 acc/adt. Now i m not understood, as to who is deceived me either technician who charge me for rs. 4620/- orifb company who charge me rs.590+961.99+1004.99.
        What exact i have to do?

          I had purchased ifb front load senorita aqua 6.5kg washing machine in 2016. From day one i've noticed door has not closing properly. I've raised several complains regarding this in customer care. they sending technicians and the technicians not fixing the issue. Facing heavy leakage in front door while washing. Now again i complained and they sent technician. he changed door gasket and not ready to fix the door. and the cost of the gasket he telling as 1000 rupees. Two days before one technician came and he said it is 800 rupees. We called IFB service incharge and he is telling it comes around Rs 400 to RS 700. There is no transparency in rates.
          My machine is in 100% warrenty. And the door is not closing. Really got frustated with IFB service. Not getting any solution. Took a worst decision in choosing this IFB washing machine.

          My recent IFB ticket number is [protected].
          If i call customer care and check means they keep giving phone number of technicians and those people not giving as any resolution. The IFB bangalore service is worst i've ever seen. I got sabarish - [protected] as service center inchage. They telling lid cost RS 3000 and gasket cost as 1000 rupees now. When my machine is under 100% warrenty then y should i pay amount?

            I have purchased ifb top loading machine ifb wm tl955dg (9.5kg) machine from on[protected]. Just within 3 months there are lot many problems unsloved after complaints has been attended by your technician, that are listed below.

            1. Sometimes machine is giving "door" error and stop working.
            2. Sometimes machine gives "pr5" error and stop working.
            3. After last complaint attended by your technician now machine complete rinse but when spin start it stops, spin is not working and it takes water during only spin option which must not be happen.

            I have already launched complain with ticket nos [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] on various days but it is not solved. I am really tired, though u are best in front load machine, i could not recommend your top load machine to some one else for purchase due to my experience. I kindly request u to replace my piece with new one.

              Recently My IFB washing mechine (SENORITA AQUA VX 6KG 1000RPM) door lock stopped working says door error in the display panel.
              ifb service guy told that both door lock and motherboard is fault and they want to replace both door lock and motherboard and they are charging more for spare parts . please let me know the price of doorlock and motherboard.

              i appreciate the quick response from you guys. but why IFB service franchises charging more for the spare parts.
              after going through many forums i came to know door lock and mother board are common problem for every one why dont you recall all the defective builds and replace it.

              Continue beeping accompanied by electric shocks. Experiences many problems and gets damaged very easily . Have changed its apparatus many a time but still develops problems non the less. Needs a lot more of maintenance then any other machine .

                I have purchased the above mentioned washing machine on 09.07.2018 vide invoice no.[protected]. It is not functioning properly from 15.09.2018. I have raised a complain regarding that on the same day vide ticket no.[protected]. Ifb representative ensured me that service technician will visit shortly. But after 5 days no technician came or no communication has been done by them to me. After repeated communication with service centre, they provide the mobile number of mr. Palash (Service manager). Yesterday i have contacted to him (Mobile no.[protected]) over the phone but he did not attained my complain and misbehave with me. If your esteem organisation has that type of service managers then it is very difficult to get proper after sales service from them. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible and take a proper action against mr. Palash.

                  I am Vani, living in Perungalathur, Chennai, India. I have a frontload washing machine. model is Elena Aqua. 2 days back it's motor rotating belt got damage. I immediately contact customer care number and asked for belt. They said technician will come and see what is the problem with machine. I explained them that I know what is the problem, only belt is broken. If you have belt available in store I will come and buy it. But they said no we can't sell you spare part. Our technician will come, you should pay visiting charge i.e. 599 and belt charge.
                  I just wants to know why i should not get spare parts separately. Why I should pay visiting charge if I know what is the problem.

                    Hi IFB Team/Bijan Nag,
                    I am having one top load TLSDR 6.5Kg washing machine which is under extended warranty. There is an error i.e. PR5 reflecting while using the machine.I raised a complaint on IFB customer care(Ticket number [protected]) on dated 14/09/2018. On very next day IFB technician came and check the washing maching and said there is water senson is faulty and we will change the same on monday dated 16/09/2018 but till today no one attend my complaint.When again i contacted to customer care every time guys said that they updated/esclated the same on ticket and it will attend. Also customer care gave me IFB service center owner(Mr. Rana) number and when i asked to him he is saying that part replacement will take 45 days whereas customer care excutive communicated that part will be replace within 5-7 days. I have been puzzeled to buy this IFB product and worst under warranty services.In market IFB having good name and fame but it should be good at after sales service also which is totally worst. Please take the action accordingly or i will take the legal action through consumer forum as i am having all the recorded comunication as well as documentation.

                      Your after is the worst. My washing machine is within warranty and is needs fixing and i was trying to register a complain and i did but i was ignored and not acknowledged again and again. I had to register atleast 4 times and after that also they gave me another phone to call and register my complain. I mean what the hell! We needed that washing machine urgently and also after they checked the washing machine they r saying that a part needs to be replaced and it will take another 8 days! Like u don't care about ur customers or what? Now ur washing machine is broken for almost 20 days and still the damaged part has not been replaced! I am never going to buy any o[censored]r product ever again and also suggest everyone not to buy ur product

                        I have lodged complaints regarding a problem in my IFB washing machine (Complained number [protected] and [protected] booked on dated 18/08/2018 and 20/08/2018 respectively). The service agent checked the machine and asked me to change a spare. I have paid the service charge money on 19/08/18 and the bill of which is enclosed below in photo. But still the defective part is not replaced/repaired.
                        After 21/08/2018, I have contacted many times to your customer care centre and Mr. Ram Mb. [protected], Mr. Dinesh Mb. [protected], Mr. Ajay Mb. [protected] (he did not pick up the phone) etc. these peoples are not giving proper response and almost one month has been completed and still my complained is not resolved. So please take necessary action at your end.
                        IFB washing machine is a good product, but if you provide this kind of service then your customer will thinks about switching to another company.

                          I would like to file a complaint on very poor troubleshooting team from IFB.
                          I had registered a complaint 10 days ago for the machine showing DP ERR. The complaint is yet to be resolved.
                          The technicians are unable to identify the error problem correctly. They have changed the Drain pump, PCB, but still the problem is not resolved.
                          There is no proper solution from the Customer Care too.
                          The entire Support team seem to be inefficient.
                          This is quiet irritating. I hope, it is time for IFB to wind up their products and vacate the country.
                          I am escalating the problem thinking at least it would be resolved.

                            I am trying to get my split ac repaired (Within warranty) since 3 weeks, but no scope. Fed up of calling you guys. The only thing i get to hear is part us being ordered. No technician or senior member ever called me to update. The worst part is how come a pcb of a new ac is faulty?? Don't you guys do cold testing before selling products.

                            This is ridiculous...

                            Di you guys order parts from mars???

                            Disgusted. Faulty products n pathetic customer support.

                            Really pissed off. Let's see u guys in court now..

                              I have purchased a new washing machine front load model. It's 6 months old and the product is not working the technical support team visited and said to change rubber door sleeve. The cost in open market is 600 but they charging 2300. And they said they won't warranty for rubber products. Then what is the quality of products they providing.

                                I am leena gupta from patiala, punjab. I had purchased ifb wasing machine in february 2017 and after that day i had lodged the complaint regarding the machine around 6 to 7 times and the technician would take time of week or two to resolve my complaint by saying that the part to be replaced would take a few days to be delivered at the service centre because if it's non availability at the service centre. This time also the history is being repeated as i had lodged a complaint regarding the ifb washing machine on 28.08.2018 against ticket number [protected] which stands unresolved till date (15.09.2018). On 30.08.2018 balkrishan, a techniacian from ifb local service centre visited my place to check the machine and quoted that the part has to be replaced which would arrive within a week. 7 days after the technician's visit i had contacted the customer care centre and they provided with the contact of mr. Harjeet singh (Area manager) from ludhiana but i didn't get a satisfactory response from his side too and after repeated reminders to the service centre, customer care centre, supervisor and the area manager i was been assured that my complaint would be resolved within a day or two and i would receive a call from some senior authority regarding my complaint but no one cared to by stand by their responsibility. The company has very poor services for the articles sold.

                                  Front load washing machine was not functioning. Technician replaced new pcb n switch which was not properly sealed n packed. It was open. He taken back faulty pcb n switch. When i raised objection. He answered just for security. Damaged article should not utilised again. He further answered that u will get 25% discount. But fact not seen in receipt issued by technician. I m doubtful about act of technician. He might have fitted refurbished pcb instead of new spare part. By his act he damaged reputation of company.                                       Very poor service for ifb dishwasher. For an issue to get resolved they are taking almost 20 days. Just to acknowledge the complaint they are taking about 3 days that too after we calling and following it up. They never bother about the customer timing or availability. If you want your dishwasher to be fixed you should be available at the time the technician decides or whenever he is coming. If you miss, then again they will take about a week to give an appointment. Again the story continues.
                                      At last even if you get the appointment, the issue will not be sorted out in a day. The technician has that much capability. Even we said where the problem could be. They are not understanding. After replacing about 3 parts which took about 3 weeks, the issue was not resolved. At last they came to fix what we have identified at the first.
                                      Now after a year, i have got the same problem. I am going through the same as stated above. I have given complaint 4 days back. Till now even after follow up, no technician visited till date. They always visit at their convenience. No worth/consideration to the customer.

                                      Really frustrated. This will be my first and last ifb in my home and in my friends and relatives home.

                                        We have purchased above model machine from M/s Gupta Electronics, SCO 1117, Sector 22 B, Chandigarh, vide bill no. 033787 on dated 11.11.2017. The machine is 10 months old. Warranty is for two years (from 11.11.2017 to 10.11.2019).
                                        Some days before we have noticed that a body part in triangle shape near the water inlet valve has been broken and there is a hole developed in the machine giving the entry path for rodents to enter in the drum and make some more loss. We complain to IFB toll-free number on dated 07.09.2018. Service engineer visited from the authorized service center, M/s Sonam enterprises, Chandigarh. We requested him to replace the broken part but he did nothing told us that he can't replace this part. Many times we have made complaints to the service center but no action has been taken till date.
                                        IFB brand is known for his best quality in electronics products. We have many products from IFB and this is our second washing machine, being IFB product we just can't believe that machine body part is broken in such a short time of 10 months. It is a humble request to you to arrange to replace the broken part from our machine and consider it in warranty period. We are a valuable customer of IFB and we consider IFB the best brand in electronics product.

                                        Today I have talked with Mr navdeep rai but he was helpless to solve m/c problem. I have read all your warranty term & condition please let me know were it is written that outer part is not covered under warranty period. Complain is still open. Your service center told us part may be broken during transportation of machine. We did not noticed it. It may be cracked during your transportationtran service to our resident and after 10 months it broken. You may be using a best quality of material for making outer part of machine, but how it broken in such a short time. Our machine was installed by your service engineer and till date we have not moved our machine from that place.
                                        Please send your ifb official to check our machine (not service center engineer). Kindly don't force us to take some strong action against your company.

                                        It is not our fault. Our machine was installed by your service engineer. My request is please replace the broken part free of cost as ifb is considered to be the best in electronic products. This is our second washing machine we have faith on your products.
