I bought a washing machine from fbi website and they delivered the machine on 05/09/2018. Next day on 06/09/2011 i booked ticket for intslation and demonstrations through customer care. Ticket no. Is [protected]. They assured that demonstration and instalation service provided within 24 hour. But no technician come for the service after 3 days. Worst customer servie.

I am using 23cs3 micro wave. Suddenly when I turn it on it is giving electric shocks.
Raised complaints several times but no response from ifb's end.
Can someone attend it ASAP as it's a risk for my family

    I have lodged a complaint regarding a problem in our ifb washing machine. The service agent checked the machine and asked us to change a spare. We have paid the money on 26/7/18 and the bill of which is enclosed below in photo. Service agent asked to wait for 20 days. We waited patiently. After waiting for 20 days i called the service men, but he is not giving proper response. He is not even informing when he is going to deliver that spare. So please make an arrangement regarding this or return my money back so that i can buy a washing machine from some other good company. Kindly take necessary action in this matter to resolve this issue

      Respected sir, i am from kerala ernakulan
      I am a victim of flood in kerala we have an ifb washing machine and it was submerged in the flood and when we inform this matter to consumer care they tell that they will send mechanic in 1 or 2 day for them we changed our 2 days planning but no one came. When we call again same thing they tell then also for the mechanic we changed oru plans only for them then also they repeat the same. Now what i had to do with my washing machine?

          I had raised a complaint of IFB Non working of top loading washing machine, with Lo as an error. The technician came after more than 24 hrs, he said that there is a problem in PCB/MCB and that part is required to be changed. It is more than 4 days now and the part has not yet come to Pune from Goa. Worst customer care experience from IFB.

            heat option doesn't work in my air conditioner

            I have bought ifb ac two months ago for 50, 000rs which has both heating and cooling mode according to the company and the dealer. Now when i tried to use heat mode for the first time, it doesn’t even go on that mode. It keep revolving on four modes, ie cool, dry, feel and fan. It doesn’t even select heat mode. It also have horizontal swing mode on remote as well as booklet but it doesn’t work. Model number is 1acs18jchjgca....

            We purchased IFB washing machinne 8 years before. My machine is not working for the past 2 months. When we called the IFB service centre they asked to put AMC. We immediately paid Rs.4779 as an AMC amount for 2 years. But till today my machine is not working and when I called the service centre they are telling that there is no technician for the past 20 days.

            Really we are fedup with that. This is a very poor service we faced ever. Unwantedly we wasted Rs.4779 by putting AMC.

            Either I want my AMC amount back or my machine need to be repaired. Herewith attached my AMC receipt voucher

              I bought a 6.5 kg top load washing machine last month. Installation guy called me and asked me to buy a stand for moving washing machine felixibly. So, i purchased it. After the installation is done he explained how to use it and left. After the completion of first round of washing we need to move the washing machine but it is not flexible to move. We called ifb to fix the issue. A person came to us and checked it. Stand didn't move properly. So, he started saying, "sir, this product is designed this way and it works only this way. You can't move it freely and left". But while purchasing their people said you can move it comfortably. So please do not trust ifb service agents.

                I raised a complaint in 1st week of july 2018 that my ifb microwave oven is not working, technician has replaced a part in it by charging rs. 2800. And even after that, this product is not working.

                I raised nearly 10 complaints after this, tickets gets into pending status and moves to cancellation by service centres. No response from anybody regarding this issue. From service centre, two contact names has been shared to me - nisha and bala, but nobody is picking up the call at anytime.

                I didnt expected this kind of irresponsibile behaviour from a branded company like ifb. This has totally made me upset.

                  I bought ifb wahing machine model ifb elite plus sxr. Technical person who came for istallation acted like a sales person and persistently pressurizing me to buy accessories during the installation of washing machine. He was literally rest less in selling things which was very annoying and i decided i will never ever buy product of ifb here on wards. He was more interested in selling the things rather than installation. I feel i will never ever recommend ifb appliances to any one because of this incident.

                      There is a problem in washing machine system. When we on washing machine it isn't running properly. It gets blinking when we on the system.
                      We checked whether the load is more. But even though it didn't start. It is the second time it's happening. We even had changed the machine's system on 08/06/2018. We have warranty for that. So please take an immediate action for this problem.

                      We are getting 'Unbl end' error. It's a front load machine. I have checked the load and placed all clothes evenly and it's more than we add usually.. it's not detecting any additional clothes. Please let me know if we need to reset it somewhere.

                        My self praful kumar registered mobile number to ifb appliance is [protected]. I bought inverter ac 1.5 tone about 2 month ago. About 1 month ago i called ifb customer care for servicing of my ac as it is not cooling the room, customer care lady told me that technician will visit my address shortly till that time i made three time call on different days but still technician has not visited at my place. This type of service will dilute your company name. Neither me nor my any relative will purchase ifb appliances.
                        Kindly arrange technician earliest otherwise i will move to consumer court.

                          Hi, This is Suresh from Gudiyattam, Tamil nadu. My washing have some technical problem, so raised complaints at IFB care on 25.07.18 & it was on under warranty. Technician was attend the issue & told to replace the Drum with in a week. Later I keep on tracking after 15 days, initially the guy was told will be coming by tomorrow but he was not coming for the entire week. Later he is not picking my calls.

                          Then I raised the complaint against service center at IFB care on 21.08.18. They replied it will be sort out with in a day, but no response from them. When ever i am interacting with customer care, they keep on saying will rectify soon. Later they provided Gudiyattam IFB Agent Contact details & My district agent contact details. They also respond like that only. Always saying will rectify soon,

                          Again called to IFB customer care & informed my issue was not resolved, then they provided Chennai agent details & told they will rectify asap.

                          That Chennai representative person also not supporting, when ever i am calling he told will be sort out tomorrow nu. Till now no response from IFB entire team, complaint was rasied so many times at customer care &s till now no response.

                          Have so many interactions with customer care persons, technicians, agents. Now getting more frustration. My issue was not at all solved. Very very worst response from all the team.

                            I am highly disappointed about the post sales service on the ifb fully automatic front loading washing machine. Till date the appliance is under ifb warranty.
                            Problem: the door is jammed and it’s more than 35 hrs the clothes are inside the glove box.
                            Resolution: we logged a complaint in the ifb support desk but till now no response from the technician?
                            Ifb will have to bear the loss due to the poor service.

                              I satish kumar, hv a w/m ifb senorita dlx 5.5 kg. I had bought amc for the same machine. On 04 aug 18, i hv reported a complain for some critical defects o[censored]rgent nature. The complaint no issued to me was [protected]. But in spite of calling several times, no one has come to attend the complain.
                              It is requested to intervene n resolve it as soon as possible. Delay of action may lead to face legal consequences.

                              Reference is made to the Tk No: [protected] lodged on 13.9.18. IFB rep inspected the W/M and found some defect in sensor part which needs to be replaced urgently to make the W/M serviceable. Later, he went off stating that he will replace the part as soon as possible. Till date, there is no response from the very person in regard to resolve this defect. Kindly, intervene and resolve..                                 My self prashant kumar registered mobile number to IFB APPLIANCE is [protected] I bought split AC 1.5 tone about 2 month ago . Recently I call ifb customer care for servicing of my AC as it does not cooling the room, customer care boy told me about technician will be visit at my address shortly till that time I made three time call on different days but still technician not visited at my address.This type of discrepancy will dilute your company name.
                                Kindly arrange technician for my AC unless I take step to lodge complain at consumer court.

                                  I took amc for 2 years from ifb and during these 2 years, when ever i complained about issues with the machine, the technician comes, inspects and says there is no issue with the machine at all. He tries to sell dscal powder, washing liquids and other products but never addressed the complaint reported.in the last 9 months, i complained thrice about the same issue - makes noise towards end of the wash cycle but was not addressed. I get a message from ifb customer care mentioning to sms yes /no and i replied with a message all the times "no" but no action from them.in july when i replied no, another ticket was opened and closed the same day even though no one attended. I also complained to customer care person who said it would be escalated to local (Bangalore) office but nothing happened again. Last week when i complained again for the same issue, escalated to customer care, emailed the complaint about the past experience, i was assured by customer service representatives (Naveen, manisha) that they discussed the issue with local office and a senior technician would be sent. To our surprise, the same old technician who attended our complaints in the past attended and as usual he mentioned that there is no issue with the machine. He asked if we have amc and the moment we mentioned that we don't have, he asked us to take so that the repair would be covered which otherwise would cost us 4000 plus service charge. So, during the amc, there is no issue and once the amc expired, they try to sell a new amc or charge us for repair. Have complained thrice in the last 1 week about their way if addressing the issue and how they are trying to loot a customer but every time they say that i would get a call back from their manager but that never happened so far.

                                  Why are you charging me for repair when the same issue was repeatedly complained during AMC? You are cheating customers on AMC. When it's complained during AMC several times, your executive didn't find any issue with the machine but as soon as the AMC was over for the same issue, you are forcing me for repair. Then what is the use of taking AMC? Coz, during AMC, your executive was interested in selling washing powder and liquids and not interested in resolving the issue. Despite several follow ups, your bangalore manger was not interested in taking any action and the worst thing, he didn't even bother to call me to know the issue.
                                  I had complain on 22 august 2018 but still no technician has come for ifb top load 7 kg washing machine

                                    When I select quick wash program, it's displays 33 min, but after 1 min it gets hanged, even after 5 to 10 min, it shows 32 min remaining. Please send technician immediately. 20 days before same problem happened, when complained technician came, checked machine and told us problem is in motherboard, taken motherboard to lab, repaired and fixed on 2nd day, problem was solved. Billed Rs 3500 and given warranty of 6 months. But same problem repeated within 20 days. Need quick action against this.

                                      According to my complaint damaged IFB washing machine drum was replaced by authorized franchise by a new one. But there is a leakage in the machine. I have already reported the complaint to franchise, and they told me they will send a service person in two days.But they didnot come even after two weeks.
