Dear sir,
I have order new ifb 7.5kg front load washing machine on 19th august from direct ifb sale counter at kukatpally, hyderabad, and they promised to deliver on 24th of august while booking, but it is still not delivered and no one is picking the phone from their office. If is not delivered in a day or two then i am going to file a sue on ifb company for false commitments and cheating the consumers.

Washing machine model ifb elena aqua sx 6kg 800 rpm, while in running condition, caught fire in my apartment.. Fortunately, somebody from nearby apartment smelled the fire, and put down the down by using fire extinguisher!. The severity of the issue is high since the fire could've spread and would've short circuited the whole of apartment electric cabling. Needless to mention about the life danger!

I have a IFB washing machine (Elena DX).

For my machine, I have an AMC with M.V Enterprises, A.B Complex, Kattukulangara, Calicut. Receipt voucher No. [protected] dated[protected].

I really doubt the quality of parts used by M.V Enterprises during services. After every service, machine stops working in few days.

Issue was regarding the noise while water rinse. First of all, 2 salesman came and wasted 5 packets of descale and charged rs. 850. Also they sold us the ifb essentials' top load liquid detergent with some protecta liquid. I think. They didn't know anything. IFB have a poor customer care support. My IFB washing machine is near about one and half year old and it become 2nd. time faulty. from last 30 th. September 2018 it was under break down and I lodge complain (under AMC) under Docket/ Ticket No. [protected], [protected] & [protected] in three different time, they falsely closed the call and still not repair....

Urgency - Super Urgent.

I purchased Elite plus - 7.5 kg washing machine in Aug. 2016 from IFB point Pune. After 6 months of purchase, Machine started giving problems related to PCB and touch buttons. The lamp provided inside tub is also stopped working.
