I took amc for 2 years from ifb and during these 2 years, when ever i complained about issues with the machine, the technician comes, inspects and says there is no issue with the machine at all. He tries to sell dscal powder, washing liquids and other products but never addressed the complaint reported.in the last 9 months, i complained thrice about the same issue - makes noise towards end of the wash cycle but was not addressed. I get a message from ifb customer care mentioning to sms yes /no and i replied with a message all the times "no" but no action from them.in july when i replied no, another ticket was opened and closed the same day even though no one attended. I also complained to customer care person who said it would be escalated to local (Bangalore) office but nothing happened again. Last week when i complained again for the same issue, escalated to customer care, emailed the complaint about the past experience, i was assured by customer service representatives (Naveen, manisha) that they discussed the issue with local office and a senior technician would be sent. To our surprise, the same old technician who attended our complaints in the past attended and as usual he mentioned that there is no issue with the machine. He asked if we have amc and the moment we mentioned that we don't have, he asked us to take so that the repair would be covered which otherwise would cost us 4000 plus service charge. So, during the amc, there is no issue and once the amc expired, they try to sell a new amc or charge us for repair. Have complained thrice in the last 1 week about their way if addressing the issue and how they are trying to loot a customer but every time they say that i would get a call back from their manager but that never happened so far.

Updated by Knvankayala Why are you charging me for repair when the same issue was repeatedly complained during AMC? You are cheating customers on AMC. When it's complained during AMC several times, your executive didn't find any issue with the machine but as soon as the AMC was over for the same issue, you are forcing me for repair. Then what is the use of taking AMC? Coz, during AMC, your executive was interested in selling washing powder and liquids and not interested in resolving the issue. Despite several follow ups, your bangalore manger was not interested in taking any action and the worst thing, he didn't even bother to call me to know the issue.
