Hi this m. srinivasa Rao from vizag. I raise the complaint against the Break down of the Washing machine on 28/08/2015 with reference number 16338148. but till now the problem was not yet resolved . I consult several time with customer care center of IFB but the response is very bad .so please look at this matter and take necessory action about this matter .

    I registered a complain vide no. 16317675 on 31/08/2015 but till the date I had not been contacted by any person of ifb. I followed up with customer care but result was same. Please resolve my problem. The problem is machine sows error AC HI. While I am given ifb volt control with mcb by ifb. In ifb volt control green light blinks it means voltage is proper but machine reflects ac hi.

    How can you say that machine is in perfect working condition? I had given Volt Control Unit by your technician for the purpose of high voltage. The above unit hadn't shown any high voltage. It always indicate green light but machine showed AC Hi. How is it possible? 2nd my machine is 1000 rpm but it shows only 800 rpm. 3rd display time does not work properly. Such as if I select quick wash cycle it reflects 33 minute but it takes more than 33 minutes. Such as it display 15 minute remaining from 5 minute. I told all this problem to your technician. How can you say machin is in proper working condition?

      I had bought an IFB microwave last march and after only about 6 months o[censored]se it is not working . I had lodged a complaint 3 days back. and still no one has attended. ... On calling the customer service back... they said they have done what they can do and intimated the local customer service ...thats all... Very lacklustre response from them

        The 5.5 kg automatic washing machine purchased by us 5 years back is under AMC. A complaint lodged on[protected] vide their Ref no.[protected] thro their toll free complaint phone(no.[protected]). The technician who visited 4 days back said that the board (electronic board we presume) is not working and it will be replaced soon. But so far, even after two weeks it is not repaired. We observe that the so called technician who checks the washing machine neither briefs us correctly about the problem nor issues any work sheet for what all defects he observes. For example, three months back the washing machine started to display error"dlEr". Immediately we complained to the company"s customer care about the same. The technician who checked the machine was not able to solve the problem. We again complained to their Customer care on 09/09/2015.. It appears the company does not train their service technicians adequately to solve such problem. In between the technician collected charges towards spare parts he replaced but did not issue receipts. Two weeks back the machine stopped functioning, we complained on[protected] as detailed above. But till date it is not repaired. We are deeply hurt to say that The Company does not bother about customer problem. Their is absolutely no promptness. Even the repair work carried out is defective and superfluis. Even The Company did not close 2-3 complaints lodged by us so far. They never asked us (customer) whether machine is repaired to our satisfaction. The customer care is only for namesake and there is no customer service. We urge upon the Company to arrange to fully (many times they have repaired our machine temporarily) repair the machine immediately repeat immediately.

          My ticket No is 16266885 dt. 22Aug. 2015 I purchased my IFB Washing Machine near about 3 years back my machine still in warranty period (ADMIRAL 7213) I am not at all satisfy with your machine i.e.( Admiral 7213) One month back my washing machine was out of order instead of complaining again and again no action was taken by your company. We are facing a lot of problems because of your poor services. My wife is allergic with washing powder she can't wash cloths with hands that's why I purchased fully automatic washing machine for the sake of her health but I am sorry to Inform that I am very unsatisfied with your poor services. Today one of your serviceman visit my place to replace Power Control Board which was out of order from last one month I am really shocked when he informed me that (ADMIRAL 7213) will not come under the AMC scheme. This is not done I am not at all satisfy with this machine as during warranty I am going through the hell what will happen when the warranty period will over. SO PLEASE YOU TAKE YOUR MACHINE BACK AS IT IS STILL IN WARRANTY PERIOD. As your product are costly and spare parts are also not available timely I cannot survive with this machine so kindly replace my machine as soon as possible otherwise I will take some action.

I am unable to use it as it is not working, after logging a complain they said that they will change the machine. But now they are not doing so.               Almost everyday i am following up with ifb complaint no. 16146624 on 04-august-2015. One technician visited the washing machine on 07-august-2015 and informed that the required spares will be replaced within 2 days. The same was not yet attended, even followed up on almost daily basis costs me a total of rs.500/- towards call charges. The customer service is unable to track the complaint and unable to inform me the status as to when it can be resolved, they are not allowing me to talk. Only we have to listen what they will tell, they have a standard reply "our service team will contact you shortly before end of the day" and never received a call like that. No use to contact them over phone as that is also chargeable and costing around rs.15/- every call. They did not care for the customer satisfaction. When i googled, i came to know that there are many deceived customers and victims in the city of visakhapatnam (May be all over india) due to ifb's poor and worst service performance and response. This is a good lesson for everyone like me and i will never go for an ifb product in the future. Rajasekhar

                I bought a IFB microwave oven model no: 20PG3S four years back, but was used only one month. now the microwave PCB-Touch Panel is not working, i have registered a complaint i the costumer care ([protected]), Two technicians Mr jijo and one more person came from the IFB service center (parackal arcade, govindamangalam road pulamon, kttarakara - 691531. ph:[protected], mob : [protected]) they informed me that "there is no repair and only replace " for replacing this touch pad it will cost me about INR 1000/-, so i decided not to replace the touch pad but to repair it. the technicians could not repair it and they asked me to repair in some local shop. they charged me INR 243 as there service charge without even repairing it. is the IFB rule is to replace rather than repairing it?, the other companies will first repair it if the problem is not solved they will replace it and then charge the service amount. i have attached the invoice of the service charge along with this complaint, if i have to repair in some local shop why should the IFB open a costumer service center? for registering this complaint they have charged me INR 243. this was simply a waste of money for me.. if the IFB can not resolve my issue and break the trust, me, my relative and my friends will never buy the IFB appliances here after looking forward for your replay.                   We have purchased IFB Washing Machine kg, ELENA AQUA Model no. WTLENAQ 6008B01227 from shri Hari Electronics, Mundra on date: 03/04/2013, Bill No: 016 with upto 4 years warranty. We faced heavy vibration issue on date 20/07/2015 and loged complain to IFB Customer Care and its ticket no is: 16036593 on date: 21/07/2015. IFB Company technician was visited and found problem in machine control panel PCB which is required to replace. After that my continue follow up with company service engineer and customer care but no one took visit and my problem is as it is since 45 days.                     I am totally fed up with the inferior quality of equipment supplied by you. barely 1 month has passed and again there are major problems in the washing machine 1. at the end of the wash cycle there is a error message on the display “ door lock error “ and the machine does not auto switch off.. 2.in the wash cycle even if the door is open the cycle runs and water spills outside. 3. while spinning the dry cycle the machine sounds like an aircraft with so much noise that entire house is drowned by the volume.. 4. last but not the least today while spinning the drum is rotating very hard and making huge noises which has compelled me to switch it off. I have again lodged a complaint vide no 16392687 and hope for a solution. last time one mr. vivek bane refused to replace the machine on the pretext that it is a exterior problem. now with error in circuit and repeated technical faults please explain what the problem is categorised as. I am now left with no choice but to escalate the matter to your higher ups or consumer courts and social networks if the machine is not replaced in next 7 days. Invoice no gbr/353904 dated 10/10/2013 Ifb w/mfrl senator vx Kohinoor televideo pvt ltd. ghodbunder road, thane To: [protected]@ifbglobal.com; sandip shrikhande (group, kli) Subject: complaint washing machine senator vx 8 kg.. serial no b /03424 I have purchased the above machine on 13 oct 2013 with an assurance of a 4 year warranty and 10 years 100 % spare parts support.in the 1 st year itself the machine started creating loud noises while spinning. a representative from local thane centre attended the complaint and had to weld the drum as the base rod had broken.in spite of warranty i was charged some 600 rs for welding. although the capacity is supposedly 8 kg i was advised to reduce load which does not suit my requirement as being a family of 5 persons we have lot of clothes to wash.in fact i had purchased 8 kg with this in mind. The problem persists and again on 8 aug 15 i lodged a complaint at your service centre (no[protected] which i was assured will be attended in 48 hours. there was a call from a technician who assured he will visit my residence today but so far there is no revert.. The machine continues to malfunction with loud noises during spinning cycle and i hope that there is no further damage. i am grossly dissatisfied with the item and demand permanent solution or replacement with a new machine as it is in warranty and less than 2 years old. this is my first ifb appliance and regrettably the experience has been very disappointing.                       We were the ifb customer since 12 yrs .So far we had got 5 ifb washing machines.Since we are satisfied with the quality of the machine, we have been continuosly recommending for our friends and relatives.But regarding service none o[censored]s are satisfied.Our last machine was brought in the year 2012. With in this 3 yrs, they have come for the service only twice.20days back, one man came for service and we told that we are unable to open the clean and drain box everytime. He said that if you put filter you wont have any problem and also told at present he doesnt have the part and would come after 2 days.But after 2days he didnt come.He called us after 5 days and asked wether to bring filter .We said no, since we have tried it already, for that he said that he cant come for such long distance only to change clean and drain . This is second time happening like this.Literally thier main moto is to sell the accessaries and make money.IFf this is going to be repeated everytime, we will definitely stop buying due to poor service of your workers.They are spoiling your company name .When we are calling they are not coming for service, Only when book complaint in online, they are coming.Kindly send for service as early as possible.

                        Dear team, Myself vikram singh resident of anant vihar kurukshetra. I have a washing machine of ifb . I filed a complaint about washing machine. Customer care had not filed afresh complaint as my previous complaint has not been closed. Complaint no. is 16083761. I talked with coustomer care many times but they are not doing anything . They udated the copmlaint and provide the local vendor mobile numbers. Here i specially mention the name of local vendors which are not doing anything after talking me on mobile are pradeep, sanjeev and pankaj . These are in the office of kurukshetra service center of IFB.I talked daily with them and around fifty times in month and they need only one hour to attend the complaint but they never visit the place. Everyday they promise to attend the call But they are not attending the call and even they dont want. Then i got the number of jitender who is branch head. He is not even bother to pic the call. This process already took more than one month. As i m very hopeless about my complaint due to very very poor service from IFB service.                         This is ridiculous as till now my complaint has not been resolved. I find IFb persons are the most unprofessional guys in this world. I would talking with them on mobile phones from the last 3 days, Every time they needed one hour ...again the drama of ifb service center of kurukshetra countinues.
                        I am going to purchase a new washing machine of samsung because the most poor services of IFB.

                          My IFB washing machine is repair on previous month. i checked ifb website for AMC contract "http://www.ifbappliances.com/annual-maintenance-contract.html" it showed me Rs.4382 (AMC for Rubber and spares) for 2 years, i submit every details in this site and i called IFB customer care for service, they send technician, he charged me Rs.4218+RS.630 for Annual maintenance without rubber material, total=Rs.4848. technician only change drum and bearing and went, he not fully cleaned the machine, , and he saying extra charge for front load rubber material and hose which cost around RS.1900, then why i need to Make AMC contract? i dont know why you collecting this much amount when compare to mentioned amount, you have to change my front load rubber and hose in free service.i attached all proof, please check it.. my IFB ID:4106748

                          still no reply, already 20 days gone, worst service..
                          why IFB not giving AMC( including rubber and plastic) in tamilnadu, but you providing it to north side and also collecting more money for regular AMC as same as AMC (including Rubber and plastic) in tamilnadu.

                            Purchased a BRAND NEW washing machine direct from IFB POINT. At the time of installation, we come to know that touch buttons were not working properly but the technician left stating that somebody senior will come to inspect the problem. After passing of 15 days still the machine is in the same state and no solution given by IFB people. They always comes up with a new date. Their technician agrees verbally that the piece is defected but denies to put this on paper. This washing machine was purchased in exchange scheme and now practically we don't have working machine. Pathetic service from a brand like IFB.

                              I have four A.C three voltas and only one IFB, voltas ac's are more than three years old and IFB more than one year may be 14 or 15 month only, by the end of the year what I need to do for voltas ac's is service. as soon as your IFB warranty end now they know they can charge you, first remote stopped working, charge for remote is 1800rs, then leakage start, charge for leakage is 600 or something I exaclty don't remember, after that it stops cooling, I called again technician come check the ac and said capacitar (phuk gaya) burnt, charge for capacitor 1600rs, Today on 07/09/2015 it stopped working again, called again they said now support have some problem and I need to call after one, I said why I need to call you after one hour, you should call me after one hour replied no sir I can't. So neither AC is working nor support is working proper. IFB DESIGNED THE PRODUCT IN SUCH A WAY THAT IT START GIVING PROBLEM AFTER WARRANTY ENDS AND THEY WILL CHARGE HEFTY AMOUNT

                              I purchased IFB Top Loading Washing Machine in Nov 2011 in exchange of ONIDA washing machine which served us for 12 years without any complaints.
                              AS is done by any salaried class person, we opted IFB for its brand image and without bothering technical analysis, as we perceive long lasting of such white goods. Shift from ONIDA to IFB was for this reason only.

                              To my utter disappointment the dryer segment of this fully automatic Was Machine has stopped working.
                              When called, the IFB Engineer handed over to me an estimate of Rs. 5000+.

                              Does company think, customer buys such costly thing for 4-5 years? OR IFB machines are use and throw articles as some un-known companies supply.

                                Order id :[protected] not delivered. I have booked on 3-6-15 Order No :[protected] Order Date :[protected] I have ordered a 20 litre microwave oven (20SC2 Convection - 20 litre ) on 1st September 2015. After placing the order I haven't received any confirmation call or SMS from IFB. When I contacted the customer care they have been telling the delivery would be done on 4th Sep, then they said on 5th Sep but no delivery has been done as on 06th September 2015...

                                  Sir, I am a consumer of IFB Washing machine model Elena 5.5 lys. Early during the year the machine developed a problem and a part had to be replaced. The Authoursed service centre technician replaced the part and charged us Rs 2667/- Within few months it again got damaged and this time the service centre personnel is again demanding yet another Rs 2700/- for its replacement. I fail to understand that if the part was genuine then why should the service centre person again charge me for the same within 7 months when the normal warranty for any electronic product is 1 year. Is it not the responsibility of the company to extend me warranty for the replaced part for at least an year? The IFB authorized service partner Ms Hitech Services having address as TC 11/1188(1), Kalabham, Chantavila, Kattayikonam PO, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, should get the part free of cost as the y miserably failed to give me quality spare parts and also to extend the standard warranty of 1 year on the replaced part.

                                    This is regarding complaint number: [protected] 1) washing machine stopped functioning in 1 month: is this really a a world class product as you claim? 2) logged a complaint on thu 1, today is thu 5. No response since 6 days. I called customer care 8 times. Apparently there is some mess on grounf regarding with service provider should service this area. Arinidhi: talked to jon[protected], he said he cannot service this area as this has moved to vijay lakshmi providers. I called vijau lakshmi[protected]. They are saying arinidhi should service this. I talked to ifb local personned. Mr. Santosh[protected] and he very rudely said do not call me for this. I cannot help. I am lost in the middle and now am regretting the decision when i purchased this product. Kindly help address this issue.

                                      we purchased a IFB washing machine in 2011, which has warranty up to October of this year even we are in warranty period we paid for AMC in advance to cover from october'2015. we experience a problem with heater of washing machine and made compliant to your service people with ref.no. 16166605 in August but your technician visited after launching 15days of compliant, and verified all of our papers and machine and informed that with in no time replace the heater but till now they didn't come back many times we made telephone calls they are saying this day and that day they come and repair the machine but till to day it is not happened. To day i made a call to your customer care and requested to respond, surprisingly that executive informed me that my earlier compliant was cancelled in the month of August it self, i got confused that with out repairing the washing machine how can you cancell my compliant if you cancell that why your local executives are making me fool by saying every day that they come and do the need ful to repair the machine. i wonder about the irresponsibility of your grievience redressal system. is this the way to behave with a customer who paid for AMC before the expiry of warranty period???? I requested your customer care executive to escalate my compliant as it is not solved he gave ref. no. 16354677. i request to take necessary action to solve my compliant and stern action against the persons who delayed and bluffed us by saying every day that they come and repair the machine.

                                      After submitting my compliant to customer care of IFB and posting the same in consumer complaints web site surprisingly with in no time there is a good response from IFB team and they rectified the problem of our washing machine immediately, I have trust on IFB washing machine performance that is why i suggested my son also to purchase that and he also purchased but when i expressed my unhappiness with their customer service they responded in heart touching manner. More over they send a flower bouquet saying thanks for my patience. i for got my tiredness with this gesture of IFB team.

                                        Reported a complaint to customer care in the mid of july regards to our IFB Elena VX 6KG, washing machine, smoke came out of the machine, complaint no: [protected], no technician turned up since last 1 1/2 month, contacted local service center, recorded call, asked for the service manager several times, reply got every time was manager not available, even though in the call it was clearly audible that service manger was refusing to attend my call and send a lady to attend the call. called up manager's personal number, never picked up the call, how can i send a recordings of the calls to higher authorities of IFB, and can they resolve the issue that i am facing ? if they cant send a technician to resolve one issue in one month, IFB should give the service franchise to someone else who can carryout the duties in a better manner. in a way the service center is testing the patience of customer who calls in for help, they are promising me to send technician for last 3 weeks, if no technician is available they can inform us, rather than giving false promise. i need help, really pissed off and frustrated with the experience from IFB
