[Resolved] IFB Industries — ifb washing machine digital 7 kg. | |||
I have register a complaint for washing machine on 01/11/2018, engineer visited my residence and checked the washing machine and find that its is motor problem and kept the compliant pending and informed that it may take 7 to 10 days. I again registered a complaint on 12/11/2018, for which i received a message as below: Dear customer, ifb ticket no[protected] has been resolved. Without any visit and without any repair or replacement of motor. I again brought the issue in the notice through too free number on 13/11/2018 but no action has been taken by now.
