We are using senority sx 6 kg bought on 25/07/2013. Waranty completion on 27.07.2017. Our amc receipt no.7009. Of sri krishna enterprises. The day after powder applied by your service person our washing machine got struck and mal functioned. On complaint registration no response till today (After 7 days of complaint. Every person discouraging for purchase of this ifb machine. When will our complaint be solved??? Our complaint no.[protected]. Id no.11073439 phone [protected]. Kindly give light on our position? When we switched on only bip voice comes but no any lights of functions on and machine not starts. No any function light on and machine couldn't start. Our machine is upper load fully automatic 6 kg .
