I have purchased IFB Washing machine in oct 2018..the model name is TL RDSS 6.5kg Aqua with a warranty of four years...on 1st Aril 2021 given a complaint of about drum issues while using jeans option...service assistant came and checked and informed that there is a problem with suspension and it will be replaced under warranty and for cleaning the drum purpose it will charge about 850Rs for cleaning powder...i accepted he asked for 2 days time for the spare part.
After a week on 9th apr service executive came for replacing suspension after checking the machine he told that machine outer body is full of rust need to replace it and it wont comes under warranty and it will charge of about 4500Rsr i would agree this if the products rusts after several years, Seems to be a substandard product, but within 2 years is very upsetting. i also shown the executive that the washing machine was kept in a bedroom and not in bathroom..I took every precaution and purchased the IFB trolley with wheels to safe the body from rust and damage.
after lot of complaints and lot of phone calls technicians came but all are helpless and no proper followup from there side..i am not ready to pay for this outer body...i want a proper response and solution for this.

    I hve taken amc of my IFB washing machine in January 2021.
    The washing machine was giving problem l complaint it to the company .The technician came a spring is to be changed and will change it tomorrow for sure.lts been more thn a week now n l keep calling him every day n he keeps giving me same lame excuses every day.Today l was told by d company since ur machine is in AMC so u are our last PRIORITY.
    THS IS IFB.
    IFB NEVER AGAIN.
    Wen l told thm give me ur full name the girl changed her name immediately from DIVYA to IRSHPRAVEEN.
    Ths is wat training is been given to employees of IFB.
    And my washing machine in AMC still remains unrepaired.

        Good morning i am eswari in Tirupur. I have purchased and used IFB front load washing machine. Water consumption complaint raised in my machine. I booked the complaint 15 days ago. Service people not responding. My machine insured also. Washing machine service center at tiruppur was very worst response. My complaint not resolve yet. Please take necessary action to resolve my machine complaint. I am an working women. I don't have time to wash clothes. I told all the above matters to service center. They gave me a worst experience for their service in every time. Many time i contact them. Bad experience always given. Why the company encourage this types of services and This type of workers? Kindly resolve my complaint. I like ifb products. But each and I have purchased and used IFB front load washing machine. Water consumption complaint raised in my machine.                 அய்யா நான் திருப்பூரிலிருந்து ஈஸ்வரி. எனது வாஷிங்மெஷின் சர்வீஸ் கம்ப்ளைண்ட் தொடர்பாக இங்குள்ள சர்வீஸ் சென்டரை தொடர்பு கொண்டேன். 15/04/2021 அன்று மெஷின் தண்ணீர் உள்வாங்கவில்லை என்று புகார் செய்தேன். திங்கள் கிழமை மாலை சர்வீஸ் செய்யும் பணியாளர் வந்தார். கேட்கும் போதெல்லாம் சரியான பதில் சொல்வதில்லை. ஒரு சர்வீஸிற்கென்று புகார் செய்து சரிசெய்வதற்குள் போதும் போதும் என்று ஆகிவிடுகிறது. இவர்களது சர்வீஸ் தரத்தை நம்பி இன்சூரன்ஸ் வேறு 6000 ரூபாய்க்கு செய்து விட்டேன். மெஷின் வாங்கி 6 வருடங்கள் ஆகிறது. IFB மெஷின் விரும்பி வாங்கினேன். ஆனால் தற்போது சர்வீஸ் என்றாலே பயமாக இருக்கிறது. ஆன்லைன் கம்ப்ளைண்ட் பண்ணிவிடுகிறோம் என்றால் சரி என்கிறார்கள். Pls rectify my complaint.

                    My IFB washing machine had a complaint of large noise. Regsitered complaint with the authorized center in Alapuzha town. They came to check the issue and said bearing and damper to be changed. after a week, it was repaired and I had to pay around 5000 (on February 24) as we didnt have AMC at that time. Service person told its better to take amc. So I took AMC. Later by end of March again machine had complaint and technician told board needs to be repaired. It is being almost a month, till now it is not repaired. If we call the service center, they keep telling that will be done soon. But not done yet. We complained through Toll free no of IFB on 17th April as service center person is not responding. They escalated the complaint but till now nobody has repaired the machine. They were prompt on resolving issues before we took AMC. Now they are not ready to repair as I its an AMC case. Then what is the use of AMC? why do they cheat us by insisting to take AMC? This is the worst experience I have faced from a service center ever.
                    I request to repair this as we already spent a lot on the same machine within 2-3 months.

                    The new service center has taken up our complaint on Friday and the issue was solved by Monday evening. Board was replaced. Area sales manager of ifb made sure that the repair is done on time. Also the new service center was prompt in their work.

                    We are listening the same from every complaint link daily. But there is no outcome from past one month. We are being fooled on a regular basis by ifb industries everyday. How can a manager of service center fool customer by telling that technician is on the way to your home everyday. Pathetic. Ifb has lost its integrity. This is all because we took AMC. I am writing this in this forum because nobody else should get fooled by taking AMC from ifb. This is the worst experience from a reputed company.

                    Service center started fooling us from the day we took AMC. Now I will think before buying an ifb machine next time. Such a worst customer service ever experienced. I used to recommend ifb to many people. Now if it is unserviced for nearly a month, I should think before doing so.

                    I got the information from service center that they are no longer the service provider for my area. But it is someone else. I have to say this because they knew it from so long and they didn't tell us. They made us roam for a month in their office and now they came up with this new solution. Now the new service center has to take up our case as fresh case. This is the update I received from IFB.

                    I have logged a complain for my washing machine which is not working and showing a error message on 19.07.2021 ticket no of my complain is [protected]. Till date the problem has not been resolved. So much delay in service is unexpected. Please do the needful at the earliest. You may realize that time consuming for solving the problem is very much abnormal and beyond tolerance.

                      As I am complaining about my washing machine not working properly since 6months, and registered complaints nearly more than 10times, it has still not rectified and also no one picks the cal properly, many times the technician comes and he will do something and he goes telling it has repaired but nothing will be done, once changed the suspension rods, once they changed motor and now they are telling some clutches has to changed, the worst customer service as I kn is IFB service in mysore, ill burn my machine in public.

                        I purchased my 446liter, 2door IFB fridge in August 2014.It was working fine till now.But, two days back it started showing "Sr" message on the screen and the cooling started becoming less.I called the IFB number[protected] and registered a request for service and I was given a ticket (No.[protected] ) and told that a technician will contact me in 24hours.The technician contacted me the next day and told me, he cannot help me, as he is an ac(air conditioner) technician and he has not handled refrigerators and he doesn't know what is the meaning of the error message, "Sr".He also told me, he will try to contact somebody in IFB office and try to find out the meaning of the error message.But, the IFB office in Pune is locked and he cannot do anything at present. I found this very funny.Why would IFB assign an Ac technician to look what is wrong with a refrigerator?Is IFB trying to play some cruel joke on its customers?Very poor service by IFB.I think it was a mistake, not going for some local Indian brand which can be repaired by anyone. Other thing I came to know is that IFB has stopped manufacturing refrigerators. Now, I doubt whether my refrigerator will ever be serviced.Companies like IFB must be sued in consumer court for not providing after sales services. I will sue them, so that they must know that they must not play with customers.Regretting buying an IFB product. My advice to anyone planning to buy an IFB product- Please don't buy IFB products. Go for some othe brand which provides better after sales services.

                        Finally, a technician from IFB arrived, today(24/04-2021) afternoon, after I called their customer care and complained. He told me he has not handled or repaired an IFB refrigerator till now.He opened some panels in the freezer compartment and tried to do something. But, the end result was of no use.The refrigerator is still showing the error message"Sr".I don't know what I will do next.Regretting buying IFB refrigerator, which are not produced anymore and I doubt whether the spares will be available.

                        On 29/04/2021, IFB technicians came and changed a temperature sensor in the freezer compartment. After that it stopped showing the error message-Sr.But, a new problem has started.I will observe for few more days and will let the IFB technician know about it.
                        Meanwhile, I would like to apologize to IFB for coming to a quick conclusion about their service. During this pandemic, they not only sent a technician but also, got the spare for me.Commendable job and 5 star for after sales service by IFB.I would definitely recommend IFB products to everyone, not only for the superb product quality but also, for good after sale service. Thank you Mr.Mahadev Gurav, Shoaib, Javed(IFB team who helped me and serviced my refrigerator).

                        Finally, a technician from IFB arrived, today(24/04-2021) afternoon, after I called their customer care and complained. He told me he has not handled or repaired an IFB refrigerator till now.He opened some panels in the freezer compartment and tried to do something. But, the end result was of no use.The refrigerator is still showing the error message"Sr".I don't know what I will do next.Regretting buying IFB refrigerator, which are not produced anymore and I doubt whether the spares will be available.

                          2nd reminder: i have Paid Rs.30990/- on 5.1.2021 for purchase of Serena ZXS 7Kg under exchange . But due to personal reasons on 6.1.2021 itself i have intimated Vidya nagar Hyderabad dealer for cancellation of my order. Dealer and Miss Deepa IFB Processing Manager (Regional) had informed the cancellation of the product and for initiation of refund amount to IFB Head quarters on 6.1.2021. But till date the refund amount was not recieved by me even after lapse of 120 days.

                          This is 2nd time after 10 days i am posting my complaint at Consumer complaints, but IFB is so reckless that they are enjoying payment towards un-delivered product. I am enclosing my payment reciept

                              IFB services are so bad. I made AMC on Feb 11, 2021. I raised complaint on aprill 10 and the service personal not at all call us and not lifting our calls. Company don't maintain proper customer care also. When called IFB customer care ask us to use chat on IFB website but that chat is worst chat not I had ever seen. When I enter mobile no for complaint register, it again started asking from first step and again asking for mobile no which is going on as a loop. The technician falsely updating company that customer delayed and rescheduled the service but I never did or asked for reschedule

                                We purchased The product IFB front load fully automatic washing machine in Feb 2018, but after that we were facing issue with the machine running endlessly till we switch it off manually. when the representatives had called to check if the product is working fine we told them the issue but every time they kept telling it adjusts the load which is unacceptable. We tried to report the issue various times but every time we were given this reason and now due to its endless running its other parts are also getting nonfunctional, every time the technician comes and replaces the faulty part but the next time due to its endless running there is another fault. We want the machine to be replaced immediately with a new one as we are fed up.

                                  I had purchased dishwashet Neptune vx in 2017. In fact from day one, this machine did not function normally and every month thereafter I had to report various problems to Service Centre. Over a period of time almost all parts of this dishwasher has been changed, including motherboard, salt chamber, etc. A number of technicians have come to rectify this dishwasher.
                                  Finally On 14 Apr 2021, this dishwasher failed us again, and on examination once again, technician reported that this product needs extensive repair as the previous technician has failed to do his job properly, and the washer that got damaged due to opening of machine, resulted into water entering all compartments.
                                  All this I have been tolerating due to inefficiency and lack of knowledge of visiting technicians of ifb service centre.
                                  Presently my dishwasher is lying open with all panels separated from the body, and technicians who are to come and take this equipment have not turned up at my residence.
                                  Failure on part of ifb - NOT TO PROVIDE EFFICIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE TECHNICIAN is ruining this company, for NO FAULT OF CUSTOMER.
                                  VERY CARELESS AND INEFFICIENT LOT OF PEOPLE SERVING IFB here in Hyderabad. And atrocious after sales and poor quality control of products.

                                        I purchase TL SDI n 9.5 kg Aqua top load washing machine from IFB 4 months before. Some technical problem was there whenever it used to spin aur ends it was making very tricky sound so after numerous complaints they change the drum and still that sound was coming then technician came and he told that plate also need to be replace and we told we don't want any kind of a replace just take your machine back and then they replaced the machine yesterday itself. I was very thankful to I AP that they really took my complaint very seriously and replaced the project but felt regret when I started this machine today. It washed and uploads but it did not spend just think about it and new fresh washing machine did not spend i did not move it is not go fake then again we did complain at technician game headache some some is walks i'm is job and i told him after doing his job just take a trial check out and eat all the time getting so many calls it is very urgent i have to. After that I started my machine again I was shocked to see when I was feeling the drum with the water the water was coming out from the outlet pipe. From this IFB machine I was not at all thinking that if we products can really work like this so many technical issues it's been 4 months and I have to call technician after every 2-3 days earlier I was thinking to purchase IFB microwave to as I heard so much about the IIFT name brand Sab big brand but not now I have lost my Idea and set of this thing I am thinking not to recommend to anybody and I am just please take your machine and throw it in garbage I don't want I don't want to their machine I don't want their products I am fulli fulli fulli and satisfied with their service with their product.
