Hi,

Today my IFB front load washing machine had Water Pump filter issue, water was leaking out. It has been 3.5 years I purchased and thought still my machine is under 4 year 100% warranty. But the technician told that warranty is not covered for this and when i asked him about 4 year 100% warranty, he smiled and strangely said that "It is a false commitment given by IFB". He is also charging Rs.450 for service and for filter Rs.4850.

Not able to understand whether IFB is cheating or Technician is cheating. I need genuine reply from IFB.

Electrical fire happens in washing machine. Already yesterday raise complaint but til today no body can attend the complaint

    Washing Machine covered under AMC since, 03 Dec 16. However, even after repeated complaints about excessive noise, the representative attending seem to be clueless and attend the problem on ad-hoc basis. The repairs have been attended to by representative five times in Feb 17 with the drum being replaced also in Feb.Presently, washing machine non-operational with burnt smell and smoke emanating from inside. Have been facing lots of trouble inspire of having an AMC and the response of the firm leaves a lot to be desired. Hope the issue is resolved at the earliest and give us respite from this inconvenience.

      I have registered a complaint for non-working of washing machine which is under AMC on 27.02.17 with complaint No. [protected]. This was not attended till date and your service people are making mockery stating the complaint is transferred to Marthandam, in Nagerkoil district where as i am living in Chennai and My address is clearly available in the AMC forms. Company have very bad service people who have no care and respect to consumers. It is very bad situation not only to the users as well to company also. We loose faith in services. To day I have received another message as if the complaint is resolved though no one came to attend. Without any service attention report, how is that a message is generated. Will IFB please sincerely look in to the complaint, without simply saying 'inconvenience is regretted' . I request IFB to introspect ...prasad

        I am running an Industry at Topla Village in Nadia District in West Bengal, I want to say that I have visited 100 times in BLLRO Office in Karimpur II Development Block for my mutation certificate & tax receipts but the documents are not being issued by them unless of my praying that it is urgently required for my industry.

              The complaint was done two months back regarding the microwave oven.
              The customer care people never came to take the oven and get it repaired.
              Finally, they took the oven telling that there is some problem with some part and needs a replacement.
              Now, they are like the part itself isn't available in IFB as the model is old, Please call the customer care and we shall return the oven to you.
              This is not the service we are expecting from IFB. I wonder how can parts be not available in IFB itself. This should not be done after continuous calls for two months. Attaching the pics.
              FYI this is not happening with the other electronic appliances like Prestige, Samsung, Preeti etc. There is always replacement for the parts though the machine is old. Hope there will some action on this.

                I have registered a complaint on 14th Feb as my IFB machine electronic panel was not responding hence unable to start the machine.
                Recently I have paid a large amount for reinstallation too.
                For the last 2 weeks I have been making calls to both IFB call centre as well as their Chennai service centre.
                Both teams are not taking responsibility and are causing me unwarranted mental trauma.
                Should there be shortage of spare parts the IFB team should ideally replace the machine and not just evade the issue.'
                The call centre agent just puts you on hold for 10 minutes so that we disconnect the call.

                I raised a complaint on 1st October for rubber sleeve damaged in my Washing machine. Same day technician visited and checked the machine. He said, spare parts not available currently and we will replace the spare parts as soon.

It was supposed to be done yesterday but nobody turned up.I have been following up on customer care who gave me number of area incharge Mr. Surender Sharma who is saying he does not have my request in his data so he will not help.My old machine has been picked up as it was an exchange deal.I have no alternative for washing the coths. I wnat my machine to be installed and demo to be provided today without fail.

                    There is water leakage from the washing machine. I have amc dt. For 2 years 31/06/2016 the service man visited after a complaint. He said the door rubber sleeve to be replaced and the amc does not cover it.
                    1. We were not informed at the time of amc about this, as it costs just rs. 200/- more. Why?
                    2. However on enquiry it was informed they are not covering rubber items why?
                    3. Now the sleeve to be replaced and we are informed the cost is rs. 1800/-. But on verification from your web site, we found it costs only rs. 325/-.
                    How we are asked to pay rs. 1800/-? Why this loot by your service agents.
                    4. Earlier also about 2 years before we paid rs. 850/- for this rubber sleeve.

                    Machine requires change of carbon brushes on motor but service engineer telling that motor shall be replaced as per company policy, Spare carbon brushes are not given as spare .
                    This is too much and costly does not suit Indian customer. This is shear wastage of national money.

                      On the[protected] technician venkatesh - phone number [protected] has for service as we have amc signed. He started cleaning the washing machine and after some time the door handle got stuck and he could not open, he left saying he will come next day and repair the same. But never returned.
                      Next on[protected] technician manjunath came - phone number [protected] to service based on complaint lodged, removed the door and left saying he will come next day but did not turn up.
                      On[protected] technician ravi [protected] turned and fixed the handle after taking 450/- and today the washing did not work, the machine is taking up water and spinning and after repeated calls ravi is not answering call.
                      I have lodged another compliant today ticket no.[protected].
                      It is complete failure of ifb waching machine servicing person who do not know about the technical details of machine and they are spoiling running machines. Help us out of this trauma at home and machine.

                          Since 16th January I am registering complaint of my inbuilt microwave. If this is the service of" IFB", then we won't recommend to any one to buy your products. Spark and loud sound comes whenever we start using the device.

                            We have purchased IFB Elena DX washing machine 5 years back...we had no issues regarding the product.With out our complaint one day IFB service centre person came and said that your machine warranty is getting over so please get your product serviced before the warranty gets over. The next when we used the machine automatic has bee not working so we called him and asked him what had happened. He said the timer has gone. This all happened in September. till then we called him several times he is not at all responding till today... So Kindly take action against him and send a skilled service person...otherwise i will go to consumer forum regarding this issue... Hoping a positive service from you.

                              It has been more than 1 week since I've bought an IFB washing machine. The technician called and I told him to come on Friday as we're both working and no one would be available to attend him for the demo. This guy cancelled or closed the request and never showed up. When I called him on Friday, he said he'll some n Sunday. On Sunday, he said today is our holiday. Now if the machine is not installed today (which I am sure it won't considering the crap after sale service these guys provide) it'll be just a furniture lying somewhere in my house. I might as well return the box of tin I bought for 35K and buy a samsung which is easier to install and use. Pathetic, pathetic service, Even the customer care isn't helpful. I had to move 3 levels up (executive to supervisor to a senior resource on call) to explain my concern.

                                Hi Team,

                                I am Vamsi from Hyderabad, i have been using IFB washing machine Serena SX since 6 years. 2 months back water is coming from washing machine drum, so have raised a complaint and local service center guy Yadagiri called me and he sent a technician. Technician just used sum gum to stop it temporarily and that time i spoke to Yadagiri asking him to remove the part and not to stick with a gum. Then i called IFB customer care people and they bring him(Yadagiri) to conference, I asked him to change the part as my warranty is going to end soon if the problem raises again i need to pay for that. Local service center head Yadagiri promised to change the part if the issue occurs again with free of cost even after the warranty.

                                One week back i faced the issue again and i used to call him since one week, he is replying me that he is sending the technician on the same day but he wont.

                                Today I called him again and he is scolding me and abusing me i don't know the reason why??

                                I DON'T WANT TO SPARE THIS AT ANY COST. I WANT HIM TO CALL ME RIGHT NOW OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION.

                                  I purchased IFB washing machine model SENORITA PLUS Vx 6.5kg through CSD CANTEEN CHENNAI. My CSD Order No.220770, dated on 27.01.2017.

                                  The CSD order/indent copy was handed over to IFB INDUSTRIES Limited, vadapalani, Chennai-026 the same day. but till date not yet delivered . what is the reason for late delivery. when will i recieve my order. kindly respond to my complaint.

                                  1 month before door lock error shows .
                                  i have change door lock kit from ifbs authorised service centre
                                  he gives me duplicate bill of 4 times higher prise of door lock kit.

                                    Complaint: I bought IFB Aqua Senetor Front Load 8Kg washing machine in Mid December'2016. Since the machine was installed I have been facing issue with the machine. I have been raising complaints with IFB customer care starting January 2017. But despite of raising complaints my problem has not be resolved. Every time I call the customer care they give me number of brank officers numbers in delhi. But non of them could solve my concern. Before buying this product I was using LG front load washing machine on the same point of installation where IFB has been placed. I have never face any issue with LG washing machine.

                                    As its almost more than 2 months following it up with NO RESOLUTION from IFB and its engineers. NOW ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST PLEASE TAKE YOUR PRODUCT AND REFUND MY MONEY.

                                    Please take immediate action as you guys have already missed too many deadlines.

                                    It's good that you are taking feedback from your engineers but it doesn't mean that you and you engineering team do not listen to customer. As advised I have installed pressure pump too but still machine is not working.

                                    I have spent 38000 to buy this machine and 5500 for pressure pump already.

                                    Now I don't want this product any more and as per my above complaint I want my money back. Please initiate the process for return and refund for this product.

                                      Dear IFB,
                                      I have purchased a IFB washing machine from IFB Point, GIP Mall Noida
                                      on 19/02/2017, they told me they done the installation on Monday
                                      evening at 06:30 and the service engineer arrived but not able to do
                                      the installation as he is not having the extended pipe for water
                                      connection, and then he told will not able to come on next day after
                                      5:30, the complaint again to IFB Point, but they are not responding
                                      and also talk to MR. Rana from IFB Service he is also not responding
                                      and also he is not aware that one complaint is open from monday to
                                      till friday and is not closed, i dont know what quality of service is
                                      given by IFB to there customers, customer has to take follow ups for
                                      there installation.

                                      i need money back of my washing machine.

                                        We have IFB dish washer.Recently got it repaired by BRAND WORK SHOP No 233 6thcross
                                        Mathikere Bangalore ([protected]) with bill amout rs 15874/. (Bill invoice no 00288 dated 01/07/2016)and with 12 months warranty during01/07/2016.After wards once again we faced problem with working of dishwaher in december2016.
                                        we complained to above agency several times but in vain.Even they have given me complaint no 1001dated
                                        9/1/2017.Till date no body has turned up.We are fed up with the product we purchased.Every time when we call
                                        the above service center they say they will come but till date we are uable to get it repaired. Is this the way
                                        IFB is doing to its customers.Hope i feel bad for purching IFB dishwasher.
