I want to know about my claim of rs. 6689/- which i sent you by dtdc tracking number - z57553888 on 10.04 2018 and received in your office on 11.04.2018. I am submitting the delivered status.

When i will get my health policy claim reimburse which i sent in your office. Customer care executive said that the claim will be settled in 15 working days but i didn't get my claim till now.

    On 4th april in conversation with iffco exec, i paid 15335/- premium for renewal of policy of my car mh12-ml7957. They said you will get call for inspection and followed by policy issued in one or two day max.

    Today iffco tokio such a big online fraud company never called in 15 days, nor responding my emails at all.

    It is such a corrupt company. I would never recommend to anyone purchase anything from iffco tokio

    Please be aware and save your hard earned money from such bigii online fraads.

    Go for icici lombard, hdfc banks whom we can trst they will call back and respond on mails properly.

      Hi there my name is haresh karamchandani
      My honda activa was stolen from my flat on new year in midnight between 2am to 7am 21october2017 i register complaint in maninagar police station next morning they didnot wrote fir at that time they told wait for few days. Then i called iffco tokiq customer care i told them about my vehicle stolen they told me we need fir number for claiming insurance after that we went to police station again after 1week they wrote fir on 31october then again i called customer care they wrote everything and given the case to their agent mr nilesh shah located at releif road he visited my home and ask for several documents to be submitted we gave him all documents he asked for then he sends the letter at home writing you didnot submitted the document within 10 days we will close your claim and my vehicle was actuallt registerd on my daughters name she live in dubai after marriage so for that we have do power of attorney we told him give us 4to5 days for that but he send the letter at home of closing the case. Now he doesnt even receive the call. He cuts the call and telling us i wil do something every time giving dates.

      Now it is too long time from 31october please help us getting the claim of my daughter self earned vehicle. I have attached my policy

        Vehicle policy for bajaj discover gj1-ma-1074

        By mistake i purchased two insurance policies for a bike, because i didn’t get policy / payment confirmation page while transaction for both the time.

        So i left samefor a while and after a hour i received 2 messages for deduction ammount and two new policy for a single vehicle with same validity.

        After that the iffco tokyo and policy bazar as vendor contacted me on email with within 9 days i will have refund in my bank account, so for that i gave my banking detail as well but still i am waiting

        They had already confirmed about policy to continue[protected] and for cancelling a policy[protected] with refund.

          My claim inr 41819/- is denied.

          Processing status : insurer instruction received to communicate their decision of repudiation claim processed date : 21/02/2018
          Discharge voucher received date: - not payable expenses : 41819

          Insurer says patient claim is related to anxiety neurosis which is an psychiatric disorder. The patient presented with complaints of vomiting, giddiness on 15-jan-18 at eternal hospital. Insured was diagnosed with anxiety neurosis with vit b12 deficiency. The submitted documents indicate oral medicines, iv medicines was administered. The the discharge summary submitted / retrieved in the douments indicate. Patient is treated for anxiety neurosis which is an psychiatric disorder. Hence the claim is being denied under clause no. 69 irda non payable item of the policy.

          It is a vitamin deficiency not a psychiatric disorder. I mailed paramount tpa regarding this but they denied claim,

          Please issue a notice to insurance company and get my claim success.

          Request you to look into the matter.

            This fraud iffco tokio insurance company not providing original policy,
            I have renewed my policy 2 months ago till now not provided original policy even after requested lot of times they are not even replying to my mail and phone disconnecting always when we talk about policy how cheaters.

            I have sent almost 8 mails but they not even reply once.

            And not sending original policy to my residential address if they dont have money for courier ask me i will give them courier charges how easily cheating public.

            Iam sure this fraud insurance company never give claim if supposed to claim they have no money for courier then how they are give us claim?

            Please dont buy any policy in this fraud policy company.

              My bike was stolen on 27.1.2018 at 10.30pm. On next day i have report to policestation they file for complaint. But i don't know that within 24 hrs we have to inform insurance on customer care too. By the time i could understand the procedure i call customer care on 9.2.2018 they said yr nominal complaint we have taken and our person will take required documents from u. Then the person came n collect the documents after 1month letter from iffco folio that yr claimed has been rejected due to 18days delay. Plz don't buy iffco tokio insurance bad cooperation they will not give u any idea regarding stolen required document correctly not also information for complaint numbers.

                I purchased a motor insurance policy online on 3/01/2018 for my honda scooter but didnt got my policy till date
                No proper information is being provided till date
                The customer care helpline is always busy and after waiting for more thyan an hour when it connects they say we dont have any details our backend team will revert back and just disconnect the call without providing any further info
                It has been 10 days and the so called backend team hasnt reverted back

C10 it's been continuous flowup since three months but inpaction report has been pending from company end and no one is helping about the said case. I am fail to understand what kind of services are you giving in such etmeed organization this the worst service i ever had.
                  Kindly process the settlement or i will write to nodal officer of iffco tokio general insurance and escalate the matter like anything...

                    Sir i have taken a insurance for my mobile phone and last month my phone was snatched but in that all my phone fall down and broke from front and back... Then i gave all the documents related to insurance to my mobile shop and mail all the documents to the iffco tokio person name ashish chibber after that its nore than 1 month there is no responce from ur side. I regularly calling to the mobile shop but there is no responce from there side and no responce from iffco tokio person name ashish chibber. So please let me know about my claim

                        Dear team,
                        I have bought tvs jupiter millennium bike in february 2017 from jabalpur, i have taken insurance policy from iffco tokio general insurance company, & as per the policy t&c we will get 60% amount or benefits from the insurance company in the case of accident because policy ratio is 60% - 40%,
                        Customer - 60%
                        Insurance company - 40%
                        Recently in 1st december 2017 my bike got damaged because of accident, i have registered police complaint for the accident, then i have claimed for 60% insurance amount & submitted f. I. R report to insurance company,
                        Insurance company asked me to pay 100% amount, i have paid 11, 500rs (100%) amount to insurance company, now as per the policy insurance company has to return 60% amount from the paid amount (11, 500rs paid by customer) but iffco tokio insurance company denied to return 60% insurance amount, they have registered wrong claim statement, i told them you can go to police station & verify my complaint against the bike accident, my bike registered with my name divya dubey, they did not take my approval for complaint, now they said we can not pay you any amount,
                        Insurance agent prashant sharma belongs to bhopal office was very rude with me, i m a female consume but he was talking to me in a very wrong way, he was not in professional way,
                        He said my claim report is write i will not go to the police station, police statement is wrong, i i can not give you any claim amount. Your insurance is lapsed, insurance company cannot return you any insurance amount.
                        I asked him multiple time to verify the f. I. R report from madhatal jabalpur police station then take any action for my bike insurance. But he denied for any help.
                        According to prashant sharma insurance company is not ready to return 60% amount & he will not approve my refund.

                        I"ll really appreciate your service if you will resolve my issue.

                        Its an month has been completed but my issue still not resolved. Today i have received letter from IFFCO Tokiyo that they have closed my claim & They will not refund my insurance amount.what the hell is going on.They are harassing they consumers.

                              I am a customer of iffco tokio health insurance. I have renewed my policy on 02/10/2017.
                              The policy no: 52852087
                              Name in the policy :nirupam paul. I have mailed and called on 17/10/2017 for the hard copies of the cards. Again i have called and mailed for hard copies on 25/10/2017 and several times. But till i have not received the hard copies of cards. Every time they are taking request.

                                Hello team,

                                I am a customer of iffco tokio health insurance. I have renewed my policy on 02/10/2017.

                                Name in the policy :nirupam paul
                                Reference no[protected].

                                I have mailed and called on 17/10/2017 for the hard copies of the cards. Again i have called and mailed for hard copies on 25/10/2017 and other days multiple times and also called the customer care. But till date i have not received the hard copies of the insurance cards. Every time they are taking request but are not responding back. I have only received the hard copy of the letter.
                                My address in the policy is correct. How long i should wait?

                                  Sir i have renewed my twp policy of hero honda glamour regn no. Rj13sd8233 and policy no.99892580 with sbi net banking ref no. Jsbi[protected]gabytuo7 on 06 sep 2017. Yet the twp is not renewed and amount deducted from my bank account. Plese do the needful. After renewal i got message on mobile for confirmation and sucessful transaction. But on iffco tokio website it does not show renewed nor i got the policy letter through post,

                                    I insured my bike in this company. My bike got accident. I went hosur branch there i explain with manager but he didn't care me and didn't gave respect me...
                                    Finally clim insurance.
                                    Then the serveor imran spoke with me he is rudly talking
                                    So i'm complaining both of him

                                        I have registered my claim regarding my bike theft on 1st sep 2017. My policy number in iffco tokio is 69785540. Hero splender pro bike no. Is dl 7s bq 2139. Since 1st september neither they call me nor they collect the document from me or survey the place. When i call to iffco tokio they ask to check with surveyer dept. But survey dept don't pick my phone.
                                        I have call many times in your customer care..but no one can respond...
