Dear team,
I have bought tvs jupiter millennium bike in february 2017 from jabalpur, i have taken insurance policy from iffco tokio general insurance company, & as per the policy t&c we will get 60% amount or benefits from the insurance company in the case of accident because policy ratio is 60% - 40%,
Customer - 60%
Insurance company - 40%
Recently in 1st december 2017 my bike got damaged because of accident, i have registered police complaint for the accident, then i have claimed for 60% insurance amount & submitted f. I. R report to insurance company,
Insurance company asked me to pay 100% amount, i have paid 11, 500rs (100%) amount to insurance company, now as per the policy insurance company has to return 60% amount from the paid amount (11, 500rs paid by customer) but iffco tokio insurance company denied to return 60% insurance amount, they have registered wrong claim statement, i told them you can go to police station & verify my complaint against the bike accident, my bike registered with my name divya dubey, they did not take my approval for complaint, now they said we can not pay you any amount,
Insurance agent prashant sharma belongs to bhopal office was very rude with me, i m a female consume but he was talking to me in a very wrong way, he was not in professional way,
He said my claim report is write i will not go to the police station, police statement is wrong, i i can not give you any claim amount. Your insurance is lapsed, insurance company cannot return you any insurance amount.
I asked him multiple time to verify the f. I. R report from madhatal jabalpur police station then take any action for my bike insurance. But he denied for any help.
According to prashant sharma insurance company is not ready to return 60% amount & he will not approve my refund.

We are waiting for your response, we did not receive any updates regarding theses complaints, As your insurance agent told me that IFFCO TOKIYO does not follow any govt rule.i think you all are making your customer fool.

Updated by Divya0309 Its an month has been completed but my issue still not resolved. Today i have received letter from IFFCO Tokiyo that they have closed my claim & They will not refund my insurance amount.what the hell is going on.They are harassing they consumers.
