I have taken IFFCO TOKIO Health claim policy bearing No.52587132.They have refuted my wifes health claim for vivax malaria stating that Pathological Test Reports only signed by D.M.L.T & not the Pathalogist after four months .But my wife is fit and fine after treatament based on pathological reports. Their Customer care was unable to tell me the exact status of reimbursement of health claim for four months despite of several telephonic conversations and e mails and always told me that your claim is under approval and will be settled soon.It should have been pointed out while enetertaining the claim.There Customer care is not functioning well and i am not satisfied with their services.I will opt for insurance portability.

      Myself deepa rautela I have a 0 depth insurance but company is not giving me the claim nd in the other misbehave and said that i m telling lie I have all the proof that my car car was ok before accedient but they said said it was before accedient nd we cant give u the claim of left side there surveyor mandeep kharab is so harsh in talking nd said i ll send u pics of car that it damaged before but he didnot send his senior officers mukesh took her side without sseeing the car condition nd pic Mr muskesh said we have given u in company paper what we giving u nd not justifying u not giving left side damage when I ve o depth pls look into this matter.

        I have already made you a complaint regarding non payment of full claim amount. Sir this is to bring to your notice that your employees have surveyed the car after accident and given the approval. They have agreed to make full payment of service center bill. But now when the time of payment comes your company denying to make the payment.
        The reason they are telling is there was some previous damage, but which is not true. If there was any such damage they would have told me at that time only.
        It is my humble request to you that make the payment as early as possible. Due to delayed from your company i am not able to continue my business

          This is to inform you that I am continuing my health insurance policy since last 15 years and this year when my father Surinder grover, met with an accident, they refused the reimbursement of the claim amount stating that the treating dr. Has mentioned that MR. Surinder grover was under alcohol abuse.
          I have submitted a request with the company on the letter head of the treating dr. In which the dr. Clearly mentions that there was in no case any drug abuse and that he has not mentioned drug abuse in the reports. And that if a tick was made then it was a mistake.
          I have sent an e mail requesting the company to take the case into consideration, but the grievance department has not replied since a month.
          Kindly help me and guide me the steps that can be taken.

              Your insurance surveyor(mobile no [protected]) at chennai guidy ABT Maruti work shop (my car repair ref no JC[protected]th sep 2016) complaining that my driving licence with LMV A/R-NT (expire date 09/05/2019) not valid for driving car, valid only for three wheeler driving, hence he is dening my car accedent insurance claim submission, he wants me to get letter from RTO/TAMBARAM(CHENNAI) whether the licence is valid for driving car.

                  Hello team,

                  I have taken policy of iffco tokio wider health plan, i have given request with file for reimbursement of my claim on 18th july, 2016 at vadodara office, they committed me to reimbursement of my amount in 15 working days, today almost after one month they have not proper answer of my claim.
                  Every executive of customer care telling new story every time and very rude with me. Very much poor service by iffco tokio.
                  I also wrote to their grievance officer but they are poor then executive level.

                    On 11.06.2015 i purchased Samsung model no. SMG313 for Rs.5700 from sheeba tel pvt ltd, invoice number 715, they suggested for an insurance for the phone from company mobile squad + iffco tokio which covers everything including accidental damage, liquid damage, theft, mechanical and electrical faults and assured of free pick up and drop at doorstep and all things are mentioned on papers and i purchased it for Rs.570 which is 10% of the product value as mentioned on papers.Policy number 1003754.

                    On 18.10.2015 my phone was accidentaly damaged(screen broken ) and called on the customer care number of mobile squad/iffco tokio and asked them to collect my damaged phone as it was mentioned that the company will provide the pickup services therefore on 19.10.2015 i called on customer care number of mobile squad ''[protected]'' from my landline number and ms. Ayushi the executive of mobile squad rudely denied to provide any pickup services i informed them that i wasnt well and couldnt submit the phone at their repairing site and dont have any other option to deposit the damaged phone and also provided my medical certificate to them over email as asked by them but they never picked up the phone and always denied which was complete violation of the terms and condition as mentioned on papers, i complained them on phone and email regarding same but they never accepted and never picked up my damaged phone. On 24.12.15 when my health was little better i went to the address they provided to submit the damaged phone and they accepted and dposited my phone and assured me that phone will be repaired within 10 days.

                    Please note that since 24.12.15 i am calling them, contacting them over phone, reminding them over email but they are denying to repair my phone and saying that phone will not be repaired due to delay in depositing the phone.Please note that delay was caused due to mobile squad as they didnt pick up my phone despite of my bad health and despite of the terms and conditions mentioned on the papers that mobile squad will pick up the damaged phone, and despite of myself submitting all the required papers including medical certificate as asked and required by mobile squad, when complained they said that they are not bound to anything mentioned on papers and they threatened me that now they will not return even the damaged phone and asked me to file a case against them. Please note that my policy expires on 11.06.2016 and when phone was submitted obviously it was insured infact it is insured till date. I am harrased by this company mobile squad which is in collabration with iffco tokio.Please note your intervention is required to teach such fraud companies a lesson.

                      Sir my veh Regt No HR 36k 3039 and my policy no[protected]. The above veh was stolen from Delhi on 30 june 2014. All the policy/veh/ FIR related document was submitted to the Iffco Tokio coy. COY demand various document time to time and I provide all document as soon as possible. In the end of Feb 16 coy demand another document "sampuran pattravali" which i received from Delhi court on 12 may 16. And on 13 may 16 the document was speed post to Iffco Tokio Gen Insurance coy ltd, AFL House, 2nd floor Lok Bharti complex, Marol maroshi road Andheri(E) Mumbai -400059. The coy told me that the document we not received. I try to trace it and i found that document was deleivered on 16may 2016. Kindly help me I am very frustrate. My fininace condition is very poor.                         Today one of the surveyor (Mr. Santosh more, phone number:[protected] came for inspection of my car honda city vx cvt (Mh 12 mf 6118), registered in pune. Few days back on my way back from office around 10:00 pm a carrier truck did an immediate lane change and came to my lane. The truck came from my right side. Due to which i had to slam brake, and as a result i got hit by a car from rear, a biker hit my left rear door and my front hit the kerb of the road as i tried to steer further left. Hence i have three major dents, one at rear, one at left side and one on the front.

                        Now the surveyor says it is highly unlikely that such event could happen. He clearly says if a car topples only then it can have dents on three side and no other possible way could have dents in three sides. I explained him the above scenario over and over again. But he still denies to approve the zero-depreciation claim.

                        I find it is totally illogical.

                        It would be great if someone can please comment on this situation. The car is not at the body shop (Deccan Honda, PCMC). They told me they are going to only fix the rear and the side. Logically yes they can get away by not investing anything. The front side also has the fog lamp missing, and they are declining my claim for insurance.

                            I had taken family floater policy under jio phase-2 in march 2015 which includes sum insured amount 5 lakh rupees upto march-2016. Policy details such as sah id is sah104169 and phs id is 30341935. Recently i had applied for cashless at baps hospital for my grand mother named gunvantiben p. Doshi. Billed amount was 62301 and claimed pass amount was 43400 only. The amount deducted was unjust to me although having policy of 5 lakh rupees worth it seems to be meaningless of taking policy if i am not getting full coverage of my medical bill.I have gone though all the details of my policy and online details of claims passed on paramount site it is not showing any statement in my policy which says that if you are not admitted to non ppn network 30% amount will be deducted from your medical bill and even you have not mentioned the list of ppn network in a policy.I have even not apply for pre and post medical reimbursement expenses. I belong to middle class family i feel that it is injustice done to me so it is my request to you reply to mail with in 3 days or else i need to take further action from my end.

                              Dear Team,

                              I have taken mediclaim insurance from the the TPA Paramount Health Services TPA private limited and the company providing the medical insurance is IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Company limited. The policy number is 52469959. I have submitted a claim of 9417 in Dec 2015 and the same was processed by by Paramount on 4th Jan 2016. However the claim is pending with IFFCO Tokio General Insurance and they have yet not cleared it neither they answer any of our queries. Please help

                                My name is Deepchand Jaiswar and I had taken mediclaim policy for my entire family except me from Iffco Tokia Insurance co. My son was suffering from Retinal disorder, my doctor has advised us for laser surgery to avoid retinal detachment. We had done surgery from Prince Aly Khan Hospital last weekend. When we had submitting mediclaim form to the Iffco Tokio Insurance company they got denied to settlement claim due to reason given by company its not their day care policy and had not covered under day care policy. (RETINAL DISORDER) is first stage of almost retinal detachments and the only can be repaired with scleral buckle surgery which cost is higher.

                                  My Commercial Vehicle met with an accident 5 months back.This vehicle had more than 75 % damage. The company have no office in Varanasi hence difficult to reach. Tried umpteen times to reach to the Insurance company to understand the status of the Vehicle . After 3 months I came to know that Insurance company has instructed Service Center to repair the Vehicle and now the Vehicle is repaired. I am forced to accept the Vehicle as nothing can be done now. I am struggling with their customer care number and grievance officer since last 2 months to highlight the gap in the claim settlement. I even raised the complaint to IRDA. Company is replying inappropriately to the complaint and hiding the fact. Now they are saying that Service Center should inform you. We had told you verbally. Fact is none of the person informed me about estimate. Both are saying that we work on verbal basis. Despite all the facts, they are saying that they will not be able to listen anything as the vehicle is repaired. Customer has no option but to take the vehicle paying the balance liability. Every part of one month old Vehicle is repaired forcefully which should not be. They are not even sharing their Seniors email id or contact details. I tried every possible way to approach to their senior management to highlight the issue but could not get from anywhere. Can some one help me to highlight the case to senior management of Iffco Tokio. They have no fear of writing misleading facts on email and letter that too against complaint lodged in IRDA. Can someone suggest me a better way around.

                                    i purchase alto 80 vxi from jamkash jammu as on 14.10.2014 and vehicle insured by your insurance company iffco tokio general insurance.
                                    my car accident at pathankote as on 03.08.2015 and car loses 100%. the car handed over to your agency jamkash at pathankote after all formalities for insurance claim, but you insurance employee is not properly treating us even i visit for more then 20 times at that place. i am risiding 200 km from that spot and i waist my two days for one visit. Even i am showing irrigularity with my work and suffering a lot. even all the documents subimitted required by him.He says you have to pay for the yard where we have kept you vehicle. Please guide me which rules he want to convey to me. why he is playing with your goodwill. please guide me which door i have to knock for my redressall, even IRDA time to time guide us for our redressall but primarly i have to knock your door. i think you know the value of customer and surely redress my matter and respond accordingly. the person dealing to us namely baba is not a good sales man, he is treating us like slaves. Please do right full and convey accordingly.
                                    I also request at jamkash jammu for redressall, these peolpe only know to sell policy but not about redressall. they all time call me for renewal when i talk about my problem they hands up.

                                      Once my claim was already setteled by Paramount TPA, but there were some deductions and to reclaim those deduction amount I had couriered the documents to Paramount TPA, Thane on[protected] and as on date i.e.25/09/2015 I have not received any reply from them. When I called Paramount TPA they told me that everyday many couriers come to us please provide us with the courier company name and consignment no. I had also mailed them the courier company name and consignment details but no reply from them yet.
