Inb Times Of Money Limited — google play purchase

I made an purchase via google play for free fire for Rs.10 two times and the money (Rs.20) was deducted from my bank, but i did not get the purchase i paid for and i didn't even receive the feature nor did google send me the receipt. But the amount is debited from my account and not yet refunded. Kindly look into this matter and resolve issue and please make sure that the amount is refunded. I've attached the proff regarding the payment.

Rs. 800 has been deducted from my account, but it has not yet reached to Google play store. Please either fix the issue or refund me my full amount.

I purchased a education package through allen test my pre app on 5.6.21 . Amounting rs 1750. 00 deducted my account but I can not received any payment confirmation receipt in my email. As a result I can not activate said package till now. Please send GPA NO or refund my money in my account as early as possible.

Hey. Did amy of you received your refund yet? I experienced the same thing.. I have not received any response from the company. Pls let me know or else we should do something about this fraud company.
