Dear sir, i am sending this mail complaint regarding independent tv because i was installed it 27 nov. 2018 in 2500 with one year hd package and now i faced very big problem mostly all hd channel and some sd channel is not come even star channel also stop from 16 april not support customer care please refund my money & i want to replace my set top box thanks. We have brought two connection of Independent TV but since then time and again there are problem of HD channels not coming and now all channels of Star Package in not coming and there is no response from the customer service even if you call for hrs.

Hi i am anup i buy independant tv 1 year free plan but now too much chanels are not see i am unhappy with this service and more bad is custmoer service also not provide if you dnt proper service to prove customer so take your dish back and refund my money i buy other company dish thats good for me

I purchased 1 year DTH subscription from Independent TV Reliance. After few months they blocked all HD channels where they provide me when I purchased setup box. And now they blocked few another channels and customer care again and again busy.

Called customer care and nodal officer numerous times however no tech sent to my home only asked to wait for 24 hrs after every call and email the people do not want to provide correct information as if they would be able to resolve my concern or not.
