Dear sir Mujhe independenttv dekhne me bahut taklif ho rahi hai.independent tv vale kuch na kuch problm creat krte rahte hai.pahle colors vale channel nhy aa rahe the ab star vale channel.mene 1 year tak free channel liye hai.to mere kai sare channel nikal diye ye bolke ke trai ka rule lagu hua hai.or me jo channel add krvana chahta hu woh channel meri add nhy krte.ye bolte he ki platform pr nhy hai.sir apse binati hai ki ap jld se jld meri problm solve kre... Last year September 2019 i brought independent tv dth connection with all sd channel with some hd channels. but issue is every month they deactivate some channels. when i call customer care they start some channel for few day.
and again next month deactivate some channels.

Independent TV stopped all star channels from 16/04/2019 and they are not responding, there is no way out you can contact them, customer care is not reachable, on e-mail they are not used to respond. these people are looting innocent customers money and providing worst ever services. Why TRAI is not closing companies like independent TV
Independent TV has not paid charges to Star hence Star Channels are blocked. Independent TV customer service is not responding and also not attending to our complaints. There is no technical support and independent tv is not supporting.

Independent TV had charged 1 year subscription foe all HD/SD cghannels but in last 2 months with all hd total 40 channels has been removed by independent tv.
it is not enough yet, now independent tv has stopped all star channels from 16/04/2019 including Star sports and they are not responding, there is no way out you can contact them, customer care is not reachable or sometime connected then disconnected by staff and no respoense on e-mail.. these people are deceiving innocent customers money and providing ever worst services. Why TRAI is not taking action against independent TV OR NO hon, ble Consumer Court take cognegience this type of forgery.

i purchase independent tv approx 2 month ago and paid full one year payment but last 8 days facing progblem that all star channles not working and its session for ipl so and again may be arise this type problem in world cup so pls resolved this problem as soon as earlier and paid remainig payment of star.
