It's totally cheating and disgusting from this worst dth company. We purchased this independent dth connection thinking we would get all channels free for an year but now at least half of the channels are unavailable. And moreover now, all star channels are not being telecased and customer service is more worst it never responds Now one thing is clear either return our money or We are going to file a court case on you its sure Really worst dth company, Was this information helpful? | |

We bought the independent TV set top box few months ago, at the beginning, they promised to give all the channels, now they closed 35 channels one by one, which included the sports channel.
I have a dth connection of independent tv from past 6 months without my knowledge they have disconnected so many channels and past 2 days there is no signal I am trying to contact customer care service but not responding
