Hi credit card team,
I received a message "stmt for credit card xx9002 has been sent to ramesh. [protected]@xxxxxx.com. Total amt of rs.234 or min. Amt of rs. 100 is due by 20-mar-18". My point is i requested close this and i'm not interested to use this card. Finally i didn't received this card how can you sent stmt to me. Why you send stmt to official mail id this not personal, ail id. Please close this card asap other i will post this msg in consumer forum and social sites.

    I am following up with icici to close my [protected]@ease form
    It has been pending since last 6 weeks
    One of the branch at sec -76 noida said they are unable to accept request after 15 days
    After which i raised the complaint in sec-50 branch (14th feb)
    After 12 days they closed my sr[protected]th feb)
    Now on 9th march since the issue is not resolved as yet they are saying they cannot help me in the branch i should write email to customer care.

    Please help in resolving this issue this is highly unprofessional

      1. Transetion complete. 750 rs debit in my account. But massage not received. Some time after i was again do transection. 750 rs again debit in my icici bank account.
      Total debit in my account 1500 rs but fees is 750 only, frist transetion msg recevied me on date 28.02
      2018 at time 10:28 mint. And 2nd transection fees debit. But not retarn in mu account
      So please retern 750 rs in my account
      I am attaching a passbook copy

        A sum of rs. 925.92 (I. E. Rs. 337.11 + rs. 588.81) has been deducted from my icici bank account (Account no:[protected] in the name of "dcard fee" on 06/03/2018. I haven't been informed by the bank regarding the deduction in any form. On inquiring the branch they asked me to call on [protected] and raise a complaint there. However, i didn't find any such option there.

        This is completely unethical. I thereby, strongly demand the refund for my deduction.

          I give a cheque for account opening and i told to icici bank plz don’t issue cheque without my permision but icicibank issue cheque and it returned and that was poor for my image and cibil score and i contact to the bank for this problem and their is a employ of icicibank name is vipulbhai doing bad languge and bad behavior with me and said we are not doing in it and u can go now then i go to the meneger of icicibank’s rajkot palace road branch and i said this problem and i siting for 2 hours for resolve my problem and branch meneger’s last ansewer is we are nothing to do any thing in it. They accept that cheque issue and bad behaviour is icicibank’s falut but not doing anything for this problem. It was very bad image for me from icici bank palace road branch rajkot-360001. I want to go for legal action for icici bank palace road branch

          ICICIBANK PALACE ROAD RAJKOT’s employes are coming to my office and said their is no problemetik in your cibil for cheque return.then i said ok plz give me it in writing with notrise peper with bank signature and stemp. then they told me it was not possibal in writing proof so we r going to close all account in ICICIBANK and go for ligal action.

            I have a demat account in icici bank for 9 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction ' dp chgs till jan-18' — inr 826.00'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount

              Hi
              I am not a customer of icici bank still have been receiving messages and calls with respect to some other customer. Message includes information of emi and some insurance policy. Have been using this number since last 4 years and recently have started receiving these messages. Had once communicated the same to the customer executive as well but no action has been taken till now. Also, there is no direct customer care number to speak to an executive for non existent customers. Please help to resolve this on priority.

              This is highly unprofessional of a bank to ignore such complaints and not take any actions. Causing unnecessary trouble that too even after you not being a customer of the bank. Today a customer care executive is calling me n telling me that I might get into trouble because my number is updates anf I should visit the bank to resolve this. I dont get it how do yiu guys update numbers without proper verifications and then you cause all this trouble to someone else. This is really pathetic.

              I am really not sure what kind of bank services you guys are running. I am currently on my family way and have to go through all this harrassment by yiur stupid bank. Without even being associated to your bank I am being asked to arrange for letters from mobile services to justify that this number belongs to me. This is really annoying in my current condition. I am really veing tortured for soneone else's fault. I am not sure what kind of mobile verification is done by your bank before approving loans. I am going to take this ahead as a case of mental harrassment now.

                I had once requested to know about the how to get a credit card from icici bank, but cancelled my plan. However, the bank had my details and keeps frequently calling me to buy the card. Even after denying to buy the card the agents ask questions and force me to send my documents and get a credit card.
                I've received a call from the bank guys for more than 20 times. I everytime tell them to remove my details from their system but they seem to not listen.

                Icici bank is forcing it's customers to buy services from them. You are spoiling your company's brand and customer experience altogether.

                  icici bank A case charge has been filed on March 20, 2020 without my knowledge from my account. Also on 23rd March 2020, another charge of Rs. 1899 has been levied. I have not participated in any scheme anywhere but ICIC Bank has given money to my account without my knowledge which if I do not get it back I will complain to RBI and also to PM's office. I will complain. I should get my rupee within two days. If I do not get this rupee and the rupee which is my interest, I will not get it. You can also see that I have taken a lot of action against your bank before

He is always use for the unparlament luanguges against my mom and dad... Respected sir, before the joining of the icicibank i have sign the bond paper which is clearly mention that before complete the 2 years i have not give a resign of this job... There after anup bej has a always try to left my job... Anup bej has also not provide my 17 days salery... Which is really required for me... I have also realise that anup behind has a affair with the nilam limbachiya... Which employed i'd 313880... I hope you have solve my issue immediate basis

                      I am very unhappy with the resolution provided by customer service provided of icici bank credit card department.

                      My card had not been working from yesterday evening and today i called up phonebank. It seems if a customer does repeated swipe transaction at the same merchant, the card gets locked and unlocks only after 48 hours. I can understand if the transaction is done for some huge amount but for a small amount of 20-30 rs. They are punishing like this. And if the customer picks a new item and bills again at the same merchant or due to some mistake in amount swiped wants to do some reversal, what is the bank taking into account in these situations? They are literally not allowing me to use credit card effectively.

                      When i asked for a card replacement, the old card was blocked immediately. But it took around 15 days for the new card to reach me. First they were to deliver at office address. And they didn't inform me that it failed to deliver. I had to call up after 1 week the phonebank to find out that they couldn't deliver because of not providing department and office phone details. Bank did not inform that delivery was delayed due to this. But when i called, he was able to retrieve these details meaning bank was aware of it already. And i was asked to update in online account while in truth i had not linked my credit card to any online account.

                      It so happens that i have a joint savings account with my father for which my mobile number is tagged. So when i try creating an online account for my credit card, it doesn't allow. Now how can i tag my personal credit card to a joint account netbanking? What if i am not interested in sharing my card details with the other person? What is the resolution in this case. Bank just says its not possible.

                      Bank is not actually looking into the customer's issue. There is no contact given for grievance addressal.

                        I have sent it by India Government registered post vide tracking id no. RW[protected]IN dated 13Apr2018.
                        The same got delivered on 16Apr2018.
                        ICICI is not confirming receipt of the 2 bonds with total face value Rs.2000 (Rs.1000 x 2) and the expected date
                        to get the amount credited to my account.

                          I have deposited a cheque of oriental bank of commerce, ramgarh cantt cheque bearing no. 011842 dated 26 feb 2018 for rupees 67000/- (Rupees sixty seven thousand only) towards payment of my credit card bill at icici bank, ramgarh cantt. The amount debited from my account on 27 february 2018 and the same has been credited to my credit card on 08 february 2018 after repeated request to icici bank, ramgarh cantt officials and credit card phone banking officers.

                          Please investigate the matter and accountability of officer concerned to avoid unnecessary harassment to a bonafide customer.

                          Please also intimate me days required for posting of payment after realisation of cheque.

                            Please note today I have withdrawn 10000 Rs. from ICICI bank ATM and two notes both 2000 Rs. currency note are found written with pen and pencils. ATM Bank details are ICIC0001570, Daud Nagar, Naini, Allahabad. There were no concerned authority to look in this matter.
                            Kindly look in this matter and suggest what should I do as when I try to notify branch regarding this instead helping they saying to come tomorrow.

                              I am an accountholder in icici bank for more than 18 years under account number[protected]. I requested icici bank to close my above sb a/c for poor service quality, vide my letter dated 03.02.2018, sent to them on 05.02.2018. The letter was received by them on 06.02.2018. On several reminders and complaints over phone, in person and through online, the account was closed on 20.02.2018. I noticed an amount of rs.500/- was debited to my account towards account closure charges and an amount of rs.90/- was also debited towards gst on the account closure charges on 17.02.2018. As per icici bank's terms and conditions, the charges for closure of account is made for accounts closed within one year. Since, my account is more than 18 year old, closure charges made by icici bank is not correct and cannot be justified by bank's terms and conditions. I am sending herewith the screen shots of my account statement and faq details regarding closure of account issued by icici bank (From bank's website). Request the icici bank to refund rs.590/- (Rs.500/- being account closure charges for 18 year old account and rs.90/- being gst on the above charges.

                              Further to my above complaint posted at consumer complaints.in on 21.02.2018, Mr.Ramakrishnan from ICICI Bank, Coimbatore, contacted me over phone (Mobile No.[protected]) on 23.02.2018. He asked me to wait for 10 days, as the person, who attended my account closure is on leave. I need not wait for 10 days, as this is the case of violation of Terms and conditions by ICICI Bank. Eventhough, I waited for 10 days. There is no response from ICICI Bank so far. I once again request ICICI Bank to make necessary action to refund Rs.590/- (Rs.500/-, being account closure charges and Rs.90/-, being GST on account closure charges) immediately.

                                  I have requested for cancellation of policy before on 29th january 2018. I was not at all interested to pay further premium.

                                  There is no option online where i can request to stop ecs on i pru site or bank site.

                                  The ecs was supposed to get debited from my account on 3rd february 2018. Hence i was not keeping balance entire month.

                                  Now after a month bank has deducted premium amount form my account without my consent.

                                  How a bank can deduct premium amount without my consent or authorisation for this month.

                                  Keeping a balance in account it doesn't mean that bank can deduct amount any time.

                                  There are emis which are supposed to get hit my account. Now who will be responsible if same get bounced because of this undesirable premium deduction.

                                  I want my money to be reversed today only.

                                    We have using icici bank for over a decade now. The account is in the name of my father and i'm joint account holder.

                                    We have made numerous transactions since then and we have a icici securities linked to it as well.

                                    For some odd reasons they have blocked and frozen the account which is used as a contingency by my parents, who are now retired and senior citizens.

                                    From past 6 weeks bank employees are unable to de freeze the account even after providing various proofs and statement. Every time my parents have to run to the branch to answer there queries.

                                    I do not see any written/ email communication regarding blocking of account.
                                    This has caused severe issues for us a good amount is blocked by the bank.
                                    I really can not understand how this can bubble up to be such a pain.

                                      I am deepak srivastava, 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/[protected] dp chgs till jan-18) dp charges on 26/02/2018.
                                      I have never activated and used my demat account till date. There was no prior notice. How do you deduct the amount without prior information? This is not at all acceptable.

                                      I need the deducted amount to be refunded to my bank account. I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe or not.

                                      Need action on priority.
