I haven't subscribed to my money service but still annual fee for
Annual fee dec1
7-nov18 354.00 rupees got deducted.
Most annoyingly i can't even find 'unsubscribe' in the my money console.
Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back the deducted
Annual fee.
I have been charged for this annual fee twice.
I have already sent email to [protected]@icicibank.com

    Hi, i have done recharge of 399₹ for jio payment my money was debited from account but i didn't got recharge. I have already talked with bank they said it's debited and jio team is saying payment was not received.
    While recharging through upi i got a request from [protected]@icici for 399₹ and same is paid ref. Attached image.

    Please take necessary actions and refund my money.

      I am a customer of state bank of india (S/b account no[protected]

      On 11/02/2018 around 13:30 hrs i had used icici bank atm (Atm id -80421+hamrahi village delhi) for money withdrawal but the txn failed with a network error.

      I didn't get the money (Rs.5000) but my sbi account was debited.

      Please investigate and get it credited back to my sbi s/b account asap.

        I am pratiksha dixit, i have been using icici bank since my college days (Nearly 8 years to be specific). I spoke to their customer care representative regarding unauthorized transaction and deductions over phone but they didn't assisted me properly. Since, i moved to states my younger sister visited the bank personally but they didn't provide her any solution nor they resolved my issue. By the way they should definitely change their tagline; "khayal rakhe apka". I literally got shock of my life after seeing all transactions and deductions, i am surprised that such a big organization but still they don't have a process flow meaning at least i should get notification (Being a customer that's my right). I am irritated and frustrated with their pathetic service.

        I am pratiksha dixit, i have been using icici bank since my college days (Nearly 8 years to be specific). I spoke to customer care representative regarding unauthorized transaction and deductions, my sister also visited to the bank personally but haven't heard anything positive from bank's end. By the way i think they should definitely change their tagline "khayal rakhe aapka". I have been facing this issue because there is no communication from bank's end. Being a customer i should get notification. I am really kind of irritated with the pathetic service.

        Well, When they wanted me to open my account in their bank the bank people were so proactive but when it comes to solve an issue they completely neglect it .

          Without an acknowledgement i have been charged for the service which i never requested/opted for.
          09/03/2018 bil/[protected]/mm annual fee jan18-dec.
          354.00/- rupees have been deducted for my money service.
          Please reimburse the respective amount asap. However, made a compliant on their website, yet to get response.

          But look at the way, how common men's money being sucked by these blood suckers. Shameful act.

          I would like to thank this forum who brought bank attention on my issue. They established email communication and requested few basic information. Upon, couple of emails, Bank agreed to reverse the charges. Got the amount back on my account. However, these giant making millions by tricking common men and their hard earned money being sucked without their knowledge. Many of us even don't know, how to proceed or recover the amount from these crocodiles. Regards,

          Received an email from the bank to unsubscribe the service but main concern remained unanswered.
          I demanded a refund but no resolution so far.
          Replied to that email, yet to get response.

          Thanks for the partial response. I have unsubscribed from that stupid service, never knew it existed though.

          However, main question is still unanswered. Since, I have not done any kind of subscription by myself therefore, not OBLIGED to pay any kind of associated fees.

          Thanks for reversal of the associated amount.

          Please make sure, without an acknowledgement such services should not be activated in near future.

          Since, issue has been documented hence, can be presented against the bank in case of any dispute.

          Bitter truth, Bank is making millions through this trick and common men are being tricked into it without their knowledge.

          Hoping, trust will not be broken again.

              My name is tribhuvanvyas and i recieved a msg at 13.04 on 16 march 2018 saying

              "dear customer you have made a debit card purchase of inr. 1225 on 16 march 2018 info. Msi*digital riv."

              When i went on google and typed msi digital riv, i was shocked to see so many complaints against icici digital riv.

              So many people have faced this fraudulent. So many have complaint against this and icici is not responding or investigating! Is this why we are trusting icici with our money? I definitely will make sure i get my money back. But i also want icici to figure this out, because at the moment it seems you are supporting.

              I will take this on all social media platforms need be.

              I have no guarantee if my money is safe in my account anymore.

              I have asked all my friends and families to block and transfer their money into other bank accounts.

              Please let me know, because this is imperative. We dont save money to be wasted on fraudulent behaviour.

                My account got debited yesterday with 650rs stating “11/2 just bake “ which i haven’t done — and when i called icici customer service they are saying it’s not there fault they need to check which will take 50days. I’m not sure what to do now and when requested for refund they denied straight forward cannot happen. Snot sure what to do? Need help or should i file police complaint?

                  Sir. My due on 16th of ever month in icici bank. Icici bank have try to clear dues on 14th, then there is no found, so icici have debited with 413 rs. Please try to claim money on due only. If you have external forces, please contact them, i am not ready to pay extra money.                     Hi

                    I have an nre and nro account and i am trying to make a demand draft. But i am trying to call from abroad. They say it's a reimbursement account. I have letter from bank stating its nri account but now their system says it's reimbursement account. How did they change they say we cannot access yoir account. I have to go to my local branch. How can i go local branch when i am residing abroad.

                    It's a pathetic service i am getting. No one is helping me tgey are just transferring calls and giving me other numbers.

                      I have raised a complaint on 12th march'18 regarding the amount deduction from my account for some mm annual services which i have never used.
                      I immediate raised a complaint and the concerned person assured that the amount will be refund to me within next 3 working days. However the services was deducted, but the amount was not refunded to my account.
                      On 16th march'18, when i called to icici mobile banking customer care around 1:50pm over call, the person was talking very rudely and loudly.
                      And said the amount cannot be refunded. They have not taken any such request.
                      Kindly let me know the reason and need your strict action on the way he talked over the phone.

                              I am running a current account[protected] under the name of kambo handicrafts at hall bazaar branchamritsar.

                              All my international transfers are done by this account no. My account is managed by mall road branch.

                              I am very disappointed by the bank service, i had not seen the worsts service like this.

                              I had submitted my br documents in[protected] to mr ankit, hall bazaar. After some time he leaves the job and handed the documents to mrs anjali, hall bazar. She told me these documents will have to forward to mall road branch. It takes 5-6 months for the documents to reach the mall road branch. Their i came to know that mrs priyam will see my case. I personally met her 3-4 times and requested her to do the needful, she always says to me that she will do it but she did not take any interest.

                              I am regularly attending the bank for last 6-7 months for br.

                              Yesterday also my staff went to mall road branch for excel file but priyam did not provide him and ask him to come tomorrow. She is doing this of deliberately.

                              She is mentally harassmenting me.

                              I hope you will do the needful.

                                  I opened my firm (Time exim) current account in my nearest branch sardar mall bapunagar icici bank in november.
                                  But because of my medical condition in account opening process my cheqe was bounce.
                                  Therefor my account is closure.
                                  And i deposited in my account inr 19900/-
                                  So after account closure i got dd of value 19900/- of my firm's name (Time exim).
                                  But i have closed my firm because of my medical condition and my firm's gumasta licence is expired.
                                  I'm a proprieter of my firm with name (Panchal nirajkumar gangarambhai).
                                  I want my inr 19900/- dd with my proprieter name.
                                  I visited sardar mall bapunagar branch so many times but don't get well responce from branch staff. They (Mr. Pradip) say me that its imposible.
                                  So today i have to compalint you.
                                  Hope to get very well responce from you and solution of my complaint.

                                    I'm sadasivan holding icici savings account for past 17 years. A/c#[protected] in mumbai powai. It is a zero balance account (Which was provided) as it is linked to my trading account
                                    Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.

                                      On 6th march one of my coustomer swaped rs 21480. Due to network issue transaction was not completed, so i tried 5times to complete the transaction and then one time with 10000
                                      Coustomer on that day got total money back in. 117400
                                      But on 12th march money was debited from his account again. I called coustomer care they told me to mail. I mailed they asked for document i gave. Every time new person replies now they asking for charge slip as i have pogo machine no charge slip comes.
                                      As transaction was not completed how any settlement done.
                                      It's my request kindly revert coustomer money to his account please.
                                      I have to mail you because i am fade of your coustomer representatives who only have saved massage to send not to read coustomer case and solve it.
                                      Please help me.

                                        I, neeraj kumar mishra having saving account no.[protected]. I have done a transaction amounting rs. 400/- on dated 07.03.2018 at 11:25 am with my colleague. The said payment debited from my account but unfortunately till today no payment has been credited to my colleague account nor credited / refunded to my account.

                                        Pls do need full.

                                        Now, I have taken a mini statement of my saving account from my nearest Punjab National Bank branch on dated 17.03.2018 in which you can clearly see that the said amount i.e. Rs. 400/- deducted on 07.02.2018 from my account. (Mini statement attached)

                                        On the other hand the another transaction was also done by me on same day amounting Rs. 500 with same person was successfully transferred.

                                        I am once again requesting you that kindly do needful at your end and intimate me.
