Background

- I am holding an ICICI bank CC having - 4375 XXXX XXXX 9003
- As per your bill records i have an outstanding of 3177.51.
- I havn't done a single transaction with your card anytime.
- I am committed to pay the card cost 500 + 15% interest till date.

Current situation

- Today your telecaller has called me from [protected] number and ask for payment.
- I clearly told him, that as i have never used that card, i am ready to pay the above mentioned amount for this.
- After that, this person started Threatening me .Not only me but also with my family and spoke with me in very bad language.
- I have already filed a police diary for that and this mail will be also act as a proof for any future mishap.

Expected Resolution

I dont want to go any more controversy, still i am saying that i am ready to pay above mentioned amount.
I hope you people will understand my situation and take this forward to a concrete resolution.

    removal of lien

    Hi team,

    I have updated multiple time to remove lien on my account. The wrong transfer done by axis bank account holder have already received the money and even axis bank operations head have informed multiple time recalling the earlier reversal request. I dont understand why icicibank has marked lien with taking my consent first and even after 5 days i have informed them it is already paid they are not removing lien.

    Today i received one sms regarding AUTO DEBITED from my account last 4 digit no is 5513, ON 13.3.2018 But i want to tell you that this is not my credit card card number which is in sms 4768.

    For your reference i am attaching the screenshot of sms & Bank statement copy. Request to refund my amount as soon possible.

Still now i didn't get any relieving letter and experience certificate from icici bank. Many times i registered the complaint but no response. For that i couldn't apply to any other job. So kindly make the arrangements.

        We have taken a loan from icici bank and it been four years since we have paid the emi on time. We delayed one or two emis and the harassment by the bank started. Bank employees come when the ladies are alone at home and create a ruckus. This is the last time we are ever going to take any loan from this 3rd class bank. They don't give a damn about the customer and suggest everyone to stay away from this horrendous bank.

          I have a demat account in icici bank. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'dmc/[protected] dp c
          Hgs till jan-18' — inr 486.30'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

            Icici bank charging unnecessary amount as minimum available balance (Mab). My account was inactive since last 10 yrs. Now whatever amount i deposit, they deduct it as mab. Online complains resulted in answer to visit home branch. I visited home branch i. E. Andheri mumbai. They are not ready to listen and simply demand for more money to be deposited. I don't know what to do.

              Dear sir,

              I have 2 personal loan running currently 1 in hdfc at rate 16.49 and 2nd in icici at rate of 14.49. Before a week ago i got a notification in my icici app that says i can avail a loan on 11.29% rate.

              Then i raise a request of balance transfer from hdfc to icici and also top up of current loan at 11.29%.
              The thing i want is that i just wanted top up of my icici loan with the amount needed for balance transfer at the rate 11.29%.

              Then i got a call from executive with same concern he said to me that the same icici loan account will be top up with the amount which needed for the balance transfer at 11.29%. I said ok then he asked for my documents, i provide them all the documents but i didn't sign the auto debit form. So it means with out my permission they can't approve or deduct amount with my icici account.

              Before 2 days, i got a call from an executive she said that my loan has been approved for the amount 2, 35, 000 at.
              And when i asked her for emi details, she said that i will get another call for the emi details and disbursal related info.

              Then i waited for almost 2 days but i didn't a single call from icici executive. But yesterday on 9 pm i got a mail that 1369.18 rs amount has been transferred in my account with response of my loan (Lpnod[protected]).

              I came to know that this is fresh loan, and in starting i have asked executive not to create fresh loan i just want only 1 loan account with rate of 11.29% if possible.

              Please cancel this loan, as i am not interested in new loan i just wanted for a loan merger means amount top up and balance transfer from one account only at 11.29%.

                  This is ripunjay here and i would like to make an complaint to a guy named priya an employee of your firm who used to do ridiculous behavior and use ugly language while talking. There is some payment issue on my credit card due to the outstanding vehicle and personal loan. I used to pay vehicle and personal loan regular. However, due to my sister marriage, i am unable to pay credit card payment on time. Just to get payment anyhow she used very much rough and ugly language and also call my grandfather and other family members which harassed them too much. Here, i would like to request you to please look into this matter. I hope i will receive a fair resolution from this firm.

                    I have information regarding personal loan in icici bank just a week before, but before any processing from bank side i have clearly asked to the customer care support to stop processing the application as i was not sure about the exact amount required from loan.

                    But today on 9th mar18 the amount of rs.721, 461.18 is disbursed in my account without any information and confirmation from my side. I didn't even received any mail for approved amount, rate of interest, emi and loan period.

                    It is really a undisciplined act and because of this i would have to bear this unplanned expense of paying emi.
                    I am a salaried person would not be able to bear this emi expense for at least 3 months and loss due to this undisciplined behavior.

                        My self Purushotham and I hold my account with ICICI bank - As i mentioned in the Subject I went to with draw my money to Federal Bank ATM with is located in Sarjapura Main road and address given below.

                        Address: KODATHI GATE, ST. PATRICK ACADEMY CAMPUS, SARJAPUR ROAD, CARMELARAM P O, BANGALORE - 560 035

                        I choose to withdraw 10K, i got a text sms from ICICI stating amount debited and i am waiting for the cash it didn't come. i waited for few minutes and took security help ( The one who watches the ATM) he said this happens to many customers and you better inform your Bank. in fact i had money in my account but i didn't try again because this may happen again. Later i called ICICI Bank Help line and explained the situation - they said it takes 7 working days, i said this is too high please try to prioritize since we are in Digital world. they said Max 7 working days but actually it happens with in that. on the 4th or 5th working day i again called and the response was not great one lady took my call as an a escalation and she has script to follow being Floor Manager. I said i will escalate to CEO she says your wish. Finally i thought let me give a time till 7 working days which is today ( 13th March ) today i got first SMS at 12:44PM saying its still not completed and delay from the Federal Bank. and it would take 3 more working days. I quickly called ICICI help line again and one lady said yes it will take 3 more working days ( which means 7+3=10).. i said why and proceed on priority. i again got sms stating this will take 21 more working days. this is utter nonsense and one cannot play with my money ?? I logged in to ICICI portal and tried escalating to Nodal officer M Vinayak - the E mail process is not at all going through and getting failed every time. later i placed request in 1st level again and reference number as follows - SR[protected].

                        I HERE BY REQUEST GOVT AUTHORITIES TO HELP ME IN GETTING MY MONEY ...

                        ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO UNDERSTAND BELOW FROM ICICI

                        1) WHY IS THE DELAY IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK TO ME ?
                        2) WHY IS THE TAT IS SO HIGH ? AND FOR EVERY OTHER TRANSACTION BANK CHARGES ( WITHDRAWAL FROM OTHER ATM, DELAY IN REPAY ETC) - FOR THIS DELAY AND MISS IN TAT WHOM TO PENALIZE AND WHAT IS THE AMOUNT ?
                        3) I SUSPECT SOME PROCESS GAPS AND EVERY THING CORRECT SINCE ITS MISSED AND MISSING THE TAT'S - PLEASE EXPLAIN ???

                        if this is not solved by concerned bank- I will go legal

                          ICICI bank has charged inr 11.50/- against some so called surcharge mcc 5541 which is not clear. Called their customer care also but they didn't resolved the issue.

                          I have used my debit card for purchasing fuel at a petrol pumps. If they have charged me because of this than instead of giving any rebate for paying cashless they are charging me. Doesn't make any sense.

                            The captioned loan account was sanctioned for rs. 1500000/- on 11.07.2014
                            But only rs.650000/- has been disbursed.
                            Project was completed in aug. 2015.
                            Despite regular request the remaining amount has not been disbursed,

                            The concerned officer mr. Ashutosh sharma neither picks up the phone nor calls back. I have sent so many messages to him but it seems he is very busy to reply back to my messages.

                            Please arrange to disburse the remaining amount of my loan.

                              spam calls

                              I am getting spam calls which i am not sure if it's icici but my true caller shows as icici bank the numbers are [protected]

                              This is counting to harassment and i really don't know which institute is this? Since i can't even call them back??

                              There is spelling mistake in my sb account where us it is correct in current
                              Account. Both accounts are opened while i was working in bank of madura accessible with same user id and password

                              When i referred the mistake they asked me to produce certified true copy of the gazette publishing details for the change of name.

                              But i never changed my name to produce any such document

                              By mistake the bank has committed the error in sb account

                              I have been writing / mailing the customer care and approaching the branches but no remedy

                              Please help

                              Without any notice, they deduct the money from my account they even not told that they change the policy of the bank this is happened second time please tell me the solution and what to do for retake the money please tell me the solution fast it was happened twice with me

                                I have icici savings account for the past 5 years, each time the bank people called me for an pre qualify credit card offer, it got rejected each time then why are you giving pre qualified offer, the bank people telling it won't rejected then where is my credit card and also my cibil score also becoming low due to each time rejection if you not resolved this i am definately esclate to the higher level kindly check, my sb acc no :[protected] and my credit card reference number is [protected],

                                  I hv an fd from joint account of me and husband. Now i got divorce with my husband. Fd is freezed with icici bank panipat. I want details of fd becus my husband stolen all fds. Bank said give us a legal notice dn we give u details. My advocate sent legal notice on 13 june 2017. Bt bank not replying till date. I remind them many time by personal visit and by ph. Bt they refused to reply. And today they misbehaved and said nahi melegi fd jao kar lo complaint. I am single woman with my daughter and need money. Kindly see the matter and advise me what should i do for fd.
