Hi,

I am having a personal loan with icici, while taking this loan it was told that foreclosure will be zero after 1 year.

But the foreclosure is not set as zero. I have followed them so many times, called customer care, sent email, visited bank but nothing work.

So please help on this.

Note - i stopped paying emi/ecs and will not pay any emi unless and until my foreclosure is set as zero.

    icici bank ecsrtnchg charges hit on my account

    Am an icici bank customer. Today 13-02-18 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

    My brother pay his total amount of non payment issue, he pay to agency member, the executive is given some letter today (13/3/18) only, but he mentioned in that letter 17/02/2018. And pay full amount this month 23. I need some installment to pay the amount pls help me asap.

      I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap.

        On feb 16, 2018, i have transferred 5800 rs imps from my icici acc[protected] with name in my payee list lokesh in which i have transferred salary for my friend but that account is not my friends accounts its some hotel person account in madhya pradesh which i added long time ago when my friend asks me to transfer money for that hotel account transferred account no sbi [protected] and my account no[protected] would you please contact the person and return my amount

          I took account in icici 6 years back.. Recently when i transfer money to this account it got credited when i check in mobile banking.. But funds transfer not happening from this account.
          I tried neft and imps for fund transfer. But none of them is working.. Its showing account frozen/blocked

          It’s been 7 days my Icici credit card is block and I have tried every single solution to unblock it but unfortunately failed in every step. Kindly help me out for the same.

            Last month, I transferred my loan amount from a different bank to my ICICI Current Bank account on 12.02.2018, unfortunately it was -200 than the actual amount (my mistake).
            My due date was 15.02.2018, so YES Bank tried to deduct my loan amount since it was insufficient balance, ICICI deducted 413 twice in 2 weeks on February which i assumed was deducted because of the bounce back.
            But, this month I had transferred the actual amount (infact more than needed) 2 days before and my due date is 15.03.2018 however ICICI has again deducted 410 and 373 today from my account which has really caused inconvenience to me.

            Can someone please explain, why this is happening and how to stop this in future or the best way to get rid of it.

            Tried contacting the customer after waiting for 30 min and got a chance to speak with them. The Banking officer and the Manager tried their best to help me out and provided me all the necessary information. It was the YES Bank who had tried to touch my account even after paying the loan due amount, I have been advised to contact them and the recent transactions will be taken care.

              For this issue I Have contacted Back customer care there is no proper response like, they are always saying 9 working days more.

              ISSUE:
              I have taken the loan In ICICI total amount of 6, 36, 655, In this loan amount 3, 36, 655 is for paying the outstanding amount in Axis bank, I should get this amount in From of DD, But still haven’t received DD. its around 1 month. since then I am paying the interest for both the banks. In mean while I have paid 1 Emi in Axis bank. Today I have checked with Axis bank if I pay any extra amount through DD, It won’t be refundable. here if i calculate my total loss because of ICICI bank mistakes. ICICI Interest (5k to 7k) + Axis Interest (6k to 7k) + 1 month email (10, 000) = 22, 000 Around. Till date.

              Why should i pay this and why should i loose this. So kindly help me to come out this. Even if I get new cheque now, once after receiving it it takes 9 working days to clear and even though i am going loose 30, 000RS.

              For this issue Last 10 days more then 100 times I have called to the my loan RM Mr.Nagaraj ([protected]), he never picks the call and when i checked the document collected Agent he says he don’t have any information about it.

              KINDLY HELP ME, AT LEST LET ME KNOW HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS.

                I am an old customer of icici bank. L haven't subscribed to my money service but still annual fee for j feb-18 to jan 354 rupees got deducted from my savings account.                 Kindly look into the matter.. And revert my money back to my account.. Or else i will lose faith in icici bank.

                  I have got the Personal Loan from HDFC India.I am paying the Loan due on 4th of the every month.This month 4th is Sunday so It will hit on 5th. Unexpectedly my salary not credited on 4th of September.As i know that my account is not having sufficient Funds I have deposited my Amount by transfer at 2pm on 5th April .Usually ecs will hit on daytime .But In the evening i am getting message that your ECS has returned due to Insufficient funds and Charged Rs.471 from my account.i din't even received any test message intimation also on this. I have called customer care and they are saying that ECS will hit Any time even before Office hours.Is that possible to happen? I want to know ...                         I did recharge for my hip number on 7th march. Amount deducted but recharge was not done. I need refund for that transaction. I already complained on 7th itself but your company not refunded my money. I want refund to my account as early as possible. My jio number is [protected]. I did recharge on 7th march at 5pm. So please refund my money quickly.

                          Also i can't find 'unsubscribe' option in the my money console. Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money. Attaching the relevant proof with this complaint.

                          I recharged my jio number on 09th of March 2018. Although the amount of rs 597 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharged has not been done neither the amount was refunded.

                          My name is Vishal and i'm holding a Saving account in icici bank for the past 3 years. i just saw today when i checked my account online, that many times i have been charged posdec chg of rs. 29.50. and I was not at all aware of this and was not aware what is this.They didn't even mention what type of transaction is that.

                            My debit card accidentally blocked and within 24 hour i am requesting you to unblock it or guide me the way to unblock but icici bank people saying to apply for new and pay the charges for new card.
                            I am requesting them to unblock it and raised request via email and call both but no response yet.

                            I need clarification on the matter and unblock my existing card rather than buying a new card.

                              Name : chandrashekhar shrirang nikam co-borrower : mrs madhuri chandrashekhar nikam (Wife)

                              I have availed above housing loan on 19.02.2003 (Date of execution of document) from icici bank, shivajinagar branch, pune, for construction of house on plot no.12, hrushikesh hsg society, pune-satara road, katraj, pune 411046.

                              My elder brother mr sadanand shrirang nikam had availed housing loan for construction (On the same plot) on ground and first floor while i was constructing on 2nd & 3rd floor. I have received rights to construct by virtue of partition deed made between the family and noc from society with their co-membership along with mr sadanand shrirang nikam.

                              I have closed the captioned loan on 01.03.2008, premature. When i visited shivajinagar branch in next week after closure, it was advised me that the documents are at mumbai and required 8 to 10 days to receive the same from them after dispatch request sent to them.

                              As i was working in mumbai, i advise them to give me the address of the branch collect title deeds from them and i visited the icici bank's andheri office, in next week thereafter.

                              Here, it was told me that there is a link account of another loan, the title deeds will receive only after closure of that loan.

                              It is learnt that brother has closed the loan in 2013, but icici bank has not returned the title deeds on its own after that account closure. Even after visits and requests since august 2016, they are unable to return my following title deeds, till date.
                              1. Original notarized family arrangement agreement along with certified
                              Copy of the pmc plan.
                              2. Original consent cum noc from mr sadanand shrirang nikam.
                              3. Original certificate from the society confirming the co-membership.
                              4. Original noc from society.

                                My self kuldeep yadav and i am carrying icici prudential life insurance[protected] since last 6 years and every year i am paying 51534 premium and for this month by using below link i paid rs 51534 on my icici prudential life insurance no[protected] via transaction id no [protected] but till now premium not updated in portal of icici prudential. Still it is showing unpaid

                                Today i book a complaint against that also.

                                I had transferred 63000 money amount is debited from my account but not credited to biller.please refund my money as soon as possible. Money is important right now please resolve this issue as soon as possible

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I have icici credit card and from past 5 month i am out of india and not medically fit. Now i am coming india so know that in my card from last 4 month late payment charges put it and as on today balance comes rs. 3390.84 but as per my understanding whatever outstanding amount is pending have paid on nov.
                                  So, requested to please reverse the penalties.

                                    I have an account in civil line nagpur branch, against my car load "tata capital' place emi checque of 7265/-"seven thousand two hundred five" for clearing on 8th march. I have scheduled an credit card bill payment of rs 13000/- on 9th march.
                                    But on 9th morning i have received message that credit card could not be possible due to insufficient fund. Than i called customer care than i came to know via tata capital place cheque & 72651/- deducted from my account. After continue & many calls i came to know that tata capital placed correct cheque in which amount was clearly mentioned 7265/-.
                                    But due to carelessness icici has deducted my account by 72651/- & mr. Tarun (Senior customer care, mumbai) called me & talking arrogantly that mistake was done from tata only. Between this i reached at my branch & i put all documents but during customer care calls apx 2 hour they delete all records of transaction & my deducted amount was returned in my account.

                                    But in this my credit card payment returned & i have to pay interest & my home loan emi also bounce back due to insufficient fund.

                                    Apart from that i was going to out of city in morning for some urgent meeting but for this i have to cancel all those meeting & have to go bank and all this.
                                    Whole day i was puzzled & mentally harassed, where i was not in any fault.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have done one transaction using my icici credit card in Jan, however I didn;t receive any statement or email or alert till Feb first week . March first week I got a message asking for the payment of original transaction amount + additioanl 3000+ . I called customer care and informed that I didn;t even get the statement or alert or call and why so much additional charges . They have agreeed that statement was not sent as email ID was not available in the system. I have requested them to waive off complete additiaonal charges as I had provided my email and all details while applying for credit card online . It is not my problem if they have not updated email in the appropriate system, they should have at least sent physical copy of the statement or they should have at least reminded me.

                                      Please help me to get complete additional charges waive off as it is completely bank's error not sending the statement or at least reminding me on the due date
