    Dear sir, i have not received my credit card bill dt 28/01/2018 and not received any message to pay and its slip from my mind to deposit on time. I have received call from your office and they said today is last day for deposit minimum amount deposit and i said i am ready to pay full due payment but they say you pay cheque and its take 2-3 days in clearance so you pay some in cash and balance with cheque. I have do accordingly immediately and deposit 1000 in cash and balance due amount by cheque. Now i have received next month bill in which late fees and interest charges charged very high. Total 2100 extra on payment of 11360/- deposit late by 10 days only. I never pay late you can check my previous record. Please give waiver in late fees and interest. Thanks in advance.

      Dear icici team,
      Icici bank has been debited rs. 626 (Including gst) from my salary account without giving any notification to me, as smab charge & i was totally unaware of this.
      If you don't give notification about your bogus charges then why you people send useless promotions & offer sms everyday to customers like us..
      You can't send such important information to customers???
      Please refund my money as soon as possible. I can't able to beware this loss. My contact no. [protected]

        Today we have traveled to Narasapura and back on NH4. We have recently purchased FasTAG from SBI OMR Road and are using the FasTAG option to drive through Hoskote Toll Plaza. The Charges for two way or multiple entry with in the same day is Rs. 25/- as per the notifications on the boards at the TOLL PLaza.

        Today we have ave been debited Rs.15/- both the ways from Hoskote Toll Plaza. Whereas the charges are Rs.25/- in case we return with in 24 HRS.

        Would like this to be escalated and also refunded to my SBI FasTAG account.

        We shall provide the account number, but the transaction charges as per SBI online statement is attached along with.

          I purchased books from starmark at express avenue for 1518/- amount in ea store (Refbillno:chenea/2017/csb/11317) on 28th april got twice debited from bank. At 1st swiping it came out as transaction failed. Then they swiped 2nd time and transaction was successful but i got debited twice. I had gone to starmark the next day again to enquire and they said that they've sent a mail regarding the issue but the cash was not debited. I did call the customer care but no option to complain regarding double swipe, also visited purasaiwalkam branch they asked to call customer care (Very poor response). Please look into this.

            Dear sir,
            I opened my firm (Time exim) current account in my nearest branch sardar mall bapunagar icici bank in november.
            But because of my medical condition in account opening process my cheqe was bounce.
            Therefor my account is closure.
            And i deposited in my account inr 19900/-
            So after account closure i got dd of value 19900/- of my firm's name (Time exim).
            But i have closed my firm because of my medical condition and my firm's gumasta licence is expired.
            I'm a proprieter of my firm with name (Panchal nirajkumar gangarambhai).
            I want my inr 19900/- dd with my proprieter name.
            I visited sardar mall bapunagar branch so many times but don't get well responce from branch staff. They (Mr. Pradip) say me that its imposible.
            So today i have to compalint you.
            Hope to get very well responce from you and solution of my complaint.

              I was online transferring of RS. 750.00 from my ubi a/c on 26/02/2018 to National Institute of Open Schooling(NIOS) after transferred from account is debited of RS. 7500.00, but NIOS is not received/failed, message is below-
              Your UBI AC XX3975 is debited by Rs 750.0 on[protected]:47:54 at EAZYPAY ICICI BANK LT .Clear AC Bal Rs 99.62. Failed TXN Reporting - goo.gl/4G2wW3

              Now till, the amount of RS. 750.00 is debited from my ubi a/c but is not credited to my a/c. I am continuously trying to contact the customer care number but the number is temporarily out of service.

                Dear sir,
                I'm kartic holding icici savings account. A/c#[protected] in feroz gandhi market in ludhiana.
                Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis. Also, my balance was enough to fulfill the minimum deposit amount. I also try to call customer care number but unfortunately it is not reachable.
                Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards / guidelines.

                  Background

                  - I am holding an ICICI bank CC having - 4375 XXXX XXXX 9003
                  - As per your bill records i have an outstanding of 3177.51.
                  - I havn't done a single transaction with your card anytime.
                  - I am committed to pay the card cost 500 + 15% interest till date.

                  Current situation

                  - Today your telecaller has called me from [protected] number and ask for payment.
                  - I clearly told him, that as i have never used that card, i am ready to pay the above mentioned amount for this.
                  - After that, this person started Threatening me .Not only me but also with my family and spoke with me in very bad language.
                  - I have already filed a police diary for that and this mail will be also act as a proof for any future mishap.

                  Expected Resolution

                  I dont want to go any more controversy, still i am saying that i am ready to pay above mentioned amount.
                  I hope you people will understand my situation and take this forward to a concrete resolution.

                    removal of lien

                    I have updated multiple time to remove lien on my account. The wrong transfer done by axis bank account holder have already received the money and even axis bank operations head have informed multiple time recalling the earlier reversal request. I dont understand why icicibank has marked lien with taking my consent first and even after 5 days i have informed them it is already paid they are not removing lien.

                        We have taken a loan from icici bank and it been four years since we have paid the emi on time. We delayed one or two emis and the harassment by the bank started. Bank employees come when the ladies are alone at home and create a ruckus. This is the last time we are ever going to take any loan from this 3rd class bank. They don't give a damn about the customer and suggest everyone to stay away from this horrendous bank.

                          Hgs till jan-18' — inr 486.30'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                             Icici bank charging unnecessary amount as minimum available balance (Mab). My account was inactive since last 10 yrs. Now whatever amount i deposit, they deduct it as mab. Online complains resulted in answer to visit home branch. I visited home branch i. E. Andheri mumbai. They are not ready to listen and simply demand for more money to be deposited. I don't know what to do.

                              Dear sir,

                              I have 2 personal loan running currently 1 in hdfc at rate 16.49 and 2nd in icici at rate of 14.49. Before a week ago i got a notification in my icici app that says i can avail a loan on 11.29% rate.

                              Then i raise a request of balance transfer from hdfc to icici and also top up of current loan at 11.29%.
                              The thing i want is that i just wanted top up of my icici loan with the amount needed for balance transfer at the rate 11.29%.

                              Then i got a call from executive with same concern he said to me that the same icici loan account will be top up with the amount which needed for the balance transfer at 11.29%. I said ok then he asked for my documents, i provide them all the documents but i didn't sign the auto debit form. So it means with out my permission they can't approve or deduct amount with my icici account.

                              Before 2 days, i got a call from an executive she said that my loan has been approved for the amount 2, 35, 000 at.
                              And when i asked her for emi details, she said that i will get another call for the emi details and disbursal related info.

                              Then i waited for almost 2 days but i didn't a single call from icici executive. But yesterday on 9 pm i got a mail that 1369.18 rs amount has been transferred in my account with response of my loan (Lpnod[protected]).

                              I came to know that this is fresh loan, and in starting i have asked executive not to create fresh loan i just want only 1 loan account with rate of 11.29% if possible.

                              Please cancel this loan, as i am not interested in new loan i just wanted for a loan merger means amount top up and balance transfer from one account only at 11.29%.

                                  This is ripunjay here and i would like to make an complaint to a guy named priya an employee of your firm who used to do ridiculous behavior and use ugly language while talking. There is some payment issue on my credit card due to the outstanding vehicle and personal loan. I used to pay vehicle and personal loan regular. However, due to my sister marriage, i am unable to pay credit card payment on time. Just to get payment anyhow she used very much rough and ugly language and also call my grandfather and other family members which harassed them too much. Here, i would like to request you to please look into this matter. I hope i will receive a fair resolution from this firm.

                                    I have information regarding personal loan in icici bank just a week before, but before any processing from bank side i have clearly asked to the customer care support to stop processing the application as i was not sure about the exact amount required from loan.

                                    But today on 9th mar18 the amount of rs.721, 461.18 is disbursed in my account without any information and confirmation from my side. I didn't even received any mail for approved amount, rate of interest, emi and loan period.

                                    It is really a undisciplined act and because of this i would have to bear this unplanned expense of paying emi.

Deduct to ecs rtn charges deducted, so i want to my account balance please check my account and refund my balance. My monethly all emi cleared but i dont know what reson dedct why refund?
