Bank agent promised me to provide a pl of 5000 for 2 years at 16% roi while i had an existing pl account of rs. 2 lack. I had asked them to create a separate account of 50000 and not to top up on my existing loan. But what she did is she gave me a loan of rs.230000 at roi 16% for 5 years without confirming me. Not a single call or sms or email communication from their side before disbursement of the amount. This incident is of nov 2017 since then i'm fighting with bank and sent mail to all senior officials, they all listened my problems but couldn't resolve them. They are just saying you can pre close the loan. We can waive off the preclosure charge only. They all asked me to send call recordings if any i sent them call recordings when it is proved that they are wrong they say i can't do anything. I am lossing my 60000 rs due to this scam but who will help me???

    Dear sir/madam
    I have taken a loan, account no.-lpxxxxxxxxxxxx82, loan amount 100, 000, net disburs-97, 905
    In this regard i am having an objection that on 25th jan 2018 your one of executive has told me that processing fee will one %, and insurance fees 500.

    But when i received the amount there are variation on different front like processing fee charge is 1100, insurance premium is 995, others 500.
    When i contact to executive she told i cant do anything.
    Sir, kindly help to refund money from icici bank

      Yesterday (22-feb-2018) i visited icici bank, d 16 south ex part 2 new delhi, south delhi, defence colony, andrewsganj, delhi - 110049, to get my mobile number added to my aadhar card, as they are permanent center for aadhar card updation. However, they asked me to book an appointment and accordingly i can come on the scheduled date (05-mar-2018). To my utter surprise she said i can only update 4 aadhar details in a day and one entry takes almost 20 to 25 minutes. As per govt. Rules we are required to update aadhar with other accounts such as bank a/c, and other payment related portals. If, such private banks will take this long time duration to update details, how will everyone else get this done within such short span of time.

        Without any intimation, my account has been debited. My account has a balance below 500 for many times but i have never come across something like this before.

I was thinking why i was having such deduction and i checked my mail and phone whether i received any notification. But i didn’t. Then i went to my personal banking website checked my statement.             Icici bank has debited 166 rupess from my account as smap charge with out notify me. This is totally bad service. I was using this account as salary account when i did job a company but now i quit that company. So for a while i didn't use my icici bank account. But recently i start use it again and deposit money and transac money but initially no amount was not deducted from my account. But when i checked today (22/2/2018) it's showing that 166 rupess is debited from account as a smap charge. So now i want to close this bank account because i can't effort to give money as smap charge to icici bank.

              Hello,
              I have an emi (Rs.2660/-) on 21 of every month and i have deposited rs.2700/- on 21/02/2018 at 10 am and on 22/2/2018 i got a message that my ecs has been bounced and rs.413/- has been debited from my account. I would like to know why ecs has been returned even if i have sufficient balance in my account and why rs.413/- has been debited. And i hope this will not be effected on my cibil score.

                    pre-qualified personal loan rejected

                    ICICI offered a pre-approved loan (image1) and I applied for it. Now they say that the loan was pre-qualified and not pre-approved.

                    There website clearly mentions pre-approved and when you click on it, you get redirected to the login screen and need to enter your net banking details.

                    After you log in the pre-approved changes to pre-qualified... which clearly seems to be a trap to induce customers to apply for...

                      icici bajaj scooter bond series rdbdb 99

                      My father holds icici bajaj scooter bond money multiplier bond private placement series rdbdb 99. This bond matures in 2026, but my father who is bondholder was passed away one year ago. Now i don't know what to do with this bond, is this bond transferable? How to do that.                       I have opened the salary account with icici bank ltd., but my salary account is on hold as i already having an existing salary account with bank hence i requested for closure of the existing salary account on 15th february 2018.. They said it will take 3 working days but 6 working days over and still i did not receive any status. And my salary account is on hold

                      This is totally intolerable they are not responding properly.

                        I have been charged rs 3580 on maintaining the minimum balance. Neither the bank executive nor any customer support has called to acknowledge. Neither bank branch has provided me any net banking, debit card and phone banking so how can i transfer my money. Sector 11, rohini branch always say me to my close my current account as i am not eligible to operate the bank account, also, they are not providing any support services. They are continuously deducting my all money from my current account without informing how much amount is been to deduct more, when i opened my current account they told us that 6 month minimum balance is not required but they are continuously deducting my money from my account and the bank manager of plot no-6, garg trade centre, sector 11, rohini, delhi, 110085 say to close my current account as they have not any answer to reply my questions, always he say he is in a meeting or somewhere else, i am going to police station to complaint against bank and bank manager for misbehave with me.                           Greetings of the day..!

                          I purchased one new mobile day before yesterday by using icici credit card on flipkart.

                          When i was purchasing i opted no emi cost option (6 emi of rs 2150/- each).

                          Now my billing cycle is showing some ci @ 18% on this.. Want to understand what is this and why it has been charged.

                          This is second time i am feeling being cheated. Last year i purchased one plus and that time also i was charged some interest on each emi.

                          Want to understand these hidden tacts.

                              I am an accountholder in icici bank for more than 18 years under account number[protected]. I requested icici bank to close my above sb a/c for poor service quality, vide my letter dated 03.02.2018, sent to them on 05.02.2018. The letter was received by them on 06.02.2018. On several reminders and complaints over phone, in person and through online, the account was closed on 20.02.2018. I noticed an amount of rs.500/- was debited to my account towards account closure charges and an amount of rs.90/- was also debited towards gst on the account closure charges on 17.02.2018. As per icici bank's terms and conditions, the charges for closure of account is made for accounts closed within one year. Since, my account is more than 18 year old, closure charges made by icici bank is not correct and cannot be justified by bank's terms and conditions. I am sending herewith the screen shots of my account statement and faq details regarding closure of account issued by icici bank (From bnak's website). Request the icici bank to refund rs.590/- (Rs.500/- being account closure charges for 18 year old account and rs.90/- being gst on the above charges.

                              Further to my complaint dated 21.02.2018, regarding account closure charges debited to my 18 year old SB A/c no.[protected], Mr.Ramakrishnan from ICICI Bank, Coimbatore, contacted me over phone (Mobile No.[protected]) on 23.02.2018. He asked me to wait for 10 days, as the person, who attended my account closure is on leave. I need not wait for 10 days, as this is the case of violation of Terms and conditions by ICICI Bank. Eventhough, I waited for 10 days. There is no response from ICICI Bank so far. I once again request ICICI Bank to make necessary action to refund Rs.590/- (Rs.500/-, being account closure charges and Rs.90/-, being GST on account closure charges) immediately.

                                  LBHYD[protected].., i didn't get subsidy still now.. it has taken long time almost one and half year.Let me know the status... whenever i ask that bank people, they are not responding..Please guide me what is my application..status.. give me reply as soon as possible.                                   Ntg use from customer care department also..they simply say it is under pmay only..i came to begampet customer care branch...i have submitted documents twice..3months bank.how many days it is under status...now also they did not apply..i think my documents went to dustbin..atleast they didn't go for claim..still it shows online form for applying..i[censored] applied, it tells me that aadhar already exists...but it clearly shows for applying..so u did not even send my documents to nhb for claim.. please i[censored] apply I will definitely get it..y because my salary 250000 yearly..my flat 512 sqft Lig.. first home.. please I am ready for submission of documents again.. atleast u can apply now.please do needful.. contact [protected], [protected]..

                                  It is taken almost one and half year.it is disbursement done 12 Dec 2016..still how much time u need...still u did send my documents for nhb inorder to get claim subsidy...even u didn't apply with my aadhar details..I went to nhb.. Himayat nagar, urdugally..after knowning all these only i came to complain here..how many times i came to bank to resolve my issue..but no response.. i[censored] will not take my issue seriasly i am ready to go for claim from u only..so much damage caused by icici bank.if i would have been taken loan in some other bank..definitely i would get it..long back...nhb people told me that u didn even send my documents for claim..how u will cheat customers...my patience is lost..please do needful action immediately
