Hi,

When i checked internet banking for my icici account, i got the shock because my account has been debited by smab charges on 21/02/2018-smab chgs jan18 dr. 598.00.

I didn't get any mail or message regarding smab charges from icici.

Kindly let me know, what is this smab charges?
Why did not get any email or message regarding the transaction??

    I got a call from the #[protected] saying that they are from icici bank verification department. They told that i have got 4000 rewards lapsed last year worth 8000rs. (I didnt understand how 4000points can worth 8000rs :p). So, the call went like this -

    Icici fraud: sir, you have 4000reward points lapsed last year worth 8000rs, if you verify your details, you can get that amount.
    Me: how madam, i have used my debit card for last 3 years for any shopping and i didnt spend so much that i can get 4000points..
    Icici fraud : no sir, you have used.
    Me: is it? Ok.
    Icici fraud: your details pls - name, dob, type of card, card expiry dates?
    Me: why do you need expiry date madam, these details are in your bank records.
    Icici fraud: for verification sir.
    Me: answered all details with my wrong date of birth :p.
    Icici fraud: well sir, can you tell me your cvv number?
    Me: why do you need madam?
    Icici fraud: ofcourse - for verification sir.. You neednot worry sir, i cant use you card until i have your pin number.
    Me: is it so, can you please send an official mail for this verification process pls?
    Icici fraud: hmmmmmmm...,,,,,,
    Me: madam are you thr?
    Icici fraud: hmm.. Sorry sir, i cant do that until i get all your details..
    Me: sorry - i cant give you those details until i get a mail.

    Call gets dis connected,,,

      Icici — my a/c is debited with some amount simultaneously 4 times due to the insufficient balance.

      I have a salary a/c with icici. On[protected] i saw my account is debited with rs. Different amount and gsts twice or 4 times on 3rd march 2018 with the particular"atm/pos decline chg". When i enquired icici and they said this is due to insufficient fund at the other bank's atm. Is it correct? Is is customers problem that the bank atm has no money. What shoudl i do?
      Please look in to this matter, if the bank is going on with such unethical payments, they will loose their valuable customers.

          An amount of rs. 1899/- has been deducted from my icici account for one assist plan on 02/03/2018 without informing it has been renewal and i don't need any kind of plan. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money as soon as possible.

            I have called twice to customer care of icici for email id change, all the emails are landing into incorrect email id ([protected]@gmail.com). I want them on my orig id ([protected]@gmail.com). But every time customer support executive tells me that sir it will update and you won't have this complaint anymore and also you will get a text o[censored]pdating email id, but i didn't get that text nor my problem got resolved. I didn't even got the statement of my credit card on my email id not even on currently registered email id.
            Kindly do concern about it.

              A couple of months back i was offered a credit card from icici bank. At the time of application i was told that it was a lifetime free card without any joining or annual charges. Later i was asked to pay a joining fee of inr 500 after which i called their customer care and asked them to close my card. They told me that there was nothing to worry and they would replace my card with another card for which i wouldn't have to pay anything. Now the scene is they didn't send any replacement card and every month they send me my card statement which now amounts to ~ inr 2700 with penalties and late fines. I have not made even a single transaction till date and i'm being asked to pay 2700 inr that too when i called customer care and asked to close my card just after one month of joining.

                Dear madam,

                ? Sub : original home loan account no. Lbhyd[protected] for rs.365000/- dt. 06.11.2004.
                ? Rescheduled home loan account no. Lbhyd[protected] rs.289865/-
                Ref: icici bank limited

                ? With reference to the above i have taken a loan of rs.365000/- in the year 2005
                ? And i am paying regularly without any default. The above loan was taken in the
                ? Form of floating rate of interest. All these years the average interest rate charged
                ? Was 14.73%. Despite my paying highest interest rate my principal deduction was
                ? Only rs.75135/- only. This was known by me when i rescheduled my loan on jan,
                2017.
                My contention is that why my principal deduction is that much low. How can it be
                ? Possible after 10 years of paying my principal deduction was only rs. 75135/-.

                I feel stongly that there was an error in calculating my loan account.
                ? Kindly do the needful in this regard.

                    I called helpline number of icici bank and it was asked me to enter my card no and atm pin number.
                    Well i dint enter that information but whenever i tried connecting customer care that never worked.
                    My issue is while transferring funds, amount transferred directly without asking me grid values. Why it is happening.

                      I have requested for a personal loan by sending an email to vivek on 13th feb'18 and had asked him to process my loan after 15th of feb'18. He had assured me that this will be done within 2 days, but i did not receive any reply by him or any icici agent. The loan account number is lpluc[protected]. These people (Amit, vivek and yogesh) give reasons that ifscode of your account is not activated so it is taking delay. I am unable to understand why these people are forcefully giving me loan when i have asked for cancellation.

                      So, i managed the amount from other sources and had send him a mail on 8th feb'18 to cancel my loan request. But, today morning i had received a message stating that - "hello! The cheque for rs. 153178 is deposited in your a/c no 38308466 and same has been presented for clearing on[protected]. For status, sms chqstatus to 5676782."

                        I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                          My account has been placed under debit freeze. I have linked my aaddhar card and pan card is already inked. When i call customer care, they ask me to go to the branch. When i go to the branch, they ask me to call the customer care. I have been really fed up now talking to multiple teams. Please tell me the procedure to remove the debit freeze on my account.

                            Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 31/07/2017 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c [protected] 95'.
                            I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back and also want to get unsubscribed from any additional policy and don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                            This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c [protected] 95 is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

                              We have our corporate account in the name of feromecha equipment process pvt ltd, in the branch srirampore (West bengal) since 2013
                              Our a/c no is[protected]

                              We do maximum transaction from srirampore. Some time we do transaction from kolkata, gc avenew br, rn mukhejee, stephen house br and dankuni branch.

                              Yesterday 28/02/2018 we have come to do some fund transfer through neft at dankuni, hooghly branch in west bengal.

                              The bank manager denied to do the transaction to our accountant
                              Our accountant called me and inform me that the bank manager mr tirtha
                              Denied the transaction

                              Then i went to meet bank manger mr tirtha and asked him the reason of denying the transaction..

                              He was so uncivilized and behaved so arrogant i did not expect from a managerial level

                              He first told me he will not do the transaction because your home branch is srirampore and this is dankuni branch.

                              He added "you are not our home branch customer
                              So we will not do your transaction"

                              Then i asked him "this is icici bank and we are the a/c holder of this bank. You have to do our transaction because this dankuni branch is also operate under icici banner."

                              Then he started shouting at me that you are not our branch customer so, go from here and i will not allow this branch staff to do transaction.

                              Then i told him that if you not do transaction intentionally then give in writing that you are not able to do any transaction of non home branch customer. And i asked him to show any bank circular where it is mention that icici bank has any restriction to give service to the non home branch client.

                              Now after hearing this he again behave rudely and started quarreling with me and telling that i will not show you any circular but this is my branch and i will decide what should the bank do.

                              Then i left the bank after mentally humiliated with this arrogant and uncivilized bank manager mt tirtha.

                              I called our home branch manager mrs maitryee mazumder and came to home branch which is 20 kilometer from the dankuni branch and did the transaction.

                              Now i have few question to the higher authority of icici the bank
                              1. Why management choose bank branch manager like mr tirtha who do not have the proper gesture and and hospitality to talking with corporate client

                              2. We do not have any problem with any non home branch in india. But why dankuni bank manager make his own rule to humiliate non home branch client.

                              We know that there is no restriction in giving service to non home branch client but why this mentally seek manager is going to harraus client

                              3. Why he is giving wrong information about bank's rule to client?

                              I personaly feel that this bank manger has to go demotion at the executive level and he has to take training for customer handling.

                              We are maintaining our account since 2013
                              We never face any problem before.
                              We are very much satisfied with the bank as it gives good service and specially with our home branch manager and all its staff.

                              But we felt very much insulted with this uncivilized behavior of dankuni branch manager. Being md of our company, i do not have words to say how much i felt insulted with this manger's behavior.

                              I want a proper justification with this bank manager's behaviour and
                              Also i have a suggestion to bank authority to rectify your employment process of bank manager. Stop employ any manager who is mentally ill.
                              Otherwise you will loose your reputation and also your client.

                                I made an inadvertent money transfer of rs.70, 000/- to incorrect upi "[protected]@icici" from my citibank a/c [protected] on 15/02/2018.

                                (Correct upi was "[protected]@icici" which belong to my son also having icici a/c)

                                I wrote application to citibank for recall of fund. They replied confirming they have written to you.

                                Please help me by expediting the recall process fast.

                                I have whatsapp communication with mr paras jain the wrong recipient, who is in uk, he is willing to refund.
                                He can reply to any communication on his email id from you, but may not take call on his mobile.

                                Kindly acknowledge. I am not getting support in branch.

                                  ICICI bank blocked my account...i need to transfer fund to my brother but suddenly i massage appear "Account blocked/Frozen ".After that I am not able to transfer any fund to any one. also i not able to debit amount from ATM..when i try to debit amount it give same message...I using this Account from 4 years...

                                    My credit card is going to expire by this month. Is there any way to raise a request online? Customer care generally doesn't help me out so kindly assist me for renewal / issuing new card process. Also please let me know how much time will it take to process this request and issue me the new credit card???

                                      Respected sir,

                                      I got call from icici bank credit card department on 01-mar-2018 from mumbai with this phone# +91 [protected] their name is mr. Ravi sharma and ms. Priyanka rawal emp id 140771. They told me that my credit card reward points around 4200 are getting expired today which in inr is rs. 8276 and asked me to go for icici services for which they can cashback my rewards point in my credit card. I asked them how to trust whether the call is really from icici or some other person as i have received many mails and sms from bank regarding fradulent calls, sms and mails, so they told me my last transactions, last payment and also they sent me otp password to my registered mobille# and also to my registered email-id. Once i got message to both phone and email-id, i accepted that they are calling from icici and agreed to take their services. After all proceeding, they said rs. 8276/-will be credited to my account and but i got a debit message of rs 8276/- so i asked them about the same in this matter they mentioned that they are giving me some services worth of rs. 8276/- in name of meal vouchers, shoes, sunglasses, wrist watch, wallet & some online vouchers and once i receive courier then i have to call on +91 [protected] and tell them that i have received courier and i want to unblock my amount which is debited to my account.

                                      I found it phishy though i have given my details i thought to cross verify on toll free number so i called to icici bank and they are saying it is fraud and they would not be able to revert back the money only i can do it from cyber cell i have only one question how they are aware of my card details and transaction if they are not from icici.

                                      Looking forward for the support from your end. I have already given a request for blocking my card but this is not a solution i am unnecessarily charged just having a faith from icici bank.

                                        It was noticed that two debits (Rs.57.50/- x 2) on 30 dec 2017 from my sbi account. First i thought it may be atm usage debit. Later another debit was there for rs.147 (It was atm charges). I made complaint to sbi by email. They requested me to contact branch. Yesterday (28 feb 2018), i spent from 2.30 pm to 4.00 pm at sbi branch, palarivattom, kochi 682025, kerala for an answer. They had no clue. They opined it must be some some neft (Loan etc) from icici bank. I had a car loan for rs.1 lakh from icici during 2010/11 and closed in 2011 (As i remember, not checked my files). But this odd debit after 6/7 years is not authorised and seems fraud or mistake. Sbi bank officials instructed me to send complaint by registered post to icici bank head office, though it is a small amount.

                                        got mail from ICICI on 02 Mar 2018 saying the debit is not done by ICICI.
                                        Then who debited?

                                        checked with SBI again and sent them letter from ICICI Bank. SBI later sent mail informing that the complaint was resolved and they had advised their employees. But Debits still not reversed. SBI call came again and asked about my satisfaction and I told them "Debits still not reversed". They assured to check it.
