“This letter I’m forward to Icici bank.

First I say to sorry put you mail, but situation is too bad that’s I put a mail directly to you,
Madam I had take a lone in your Bank, for purpose my personal, after some year I take second Auto lone from same bank.

Madam I work in Pharmaceuticals company, but my company was recession with employee that’s I am loose my job, I’m not able to paid my monthly installment in regular term, your bank employees regular phone call meet me regularly, some month I’m paid but some month i can’t paid. I’m totally a defaulter in your book.

Madam I committed to your one officer his Name Mr. Praveen is based in Delhi, I got it LIC in month of Jan 18. But unfortunate some cause I didn’t get in month of Jan, LIC committed to me you got it amount next year 2019. But I paid 10000 Rs every month to your bank total outstanding is approx 80-90 thousand in rupees.

Madam in this full conversation, I’m request to you, your officer Mr. Praveen is based in Delhi his regular call to me my friends my family’s member and insulating me. He access my social network get contact my friend, family’s and make hell my life.

Madam I understood I’m defaulter you can take legal action, but your office can’t involved my family’s my friends, madam one thing is sure today or tomorrow you got your lone amount, but your office involvement in my social network I spoil my life my family my social respect.     Recently i have applied for personal loan. I received call from agency that they are processing the loan request. But i had asked the person to hold the loan due to high rate of interest. Even after not giving the confirmation to process the loan, bank has credited money to my account. I request you to cancel the request.

      A 2 wheeler loan ( Loan account no -
      LTCR[protected]) Rs.27000/ was sanctioned from ICICI Bank/
      Asansol/WB branch in Nov 2004 in favour of me. 24 nos of post dated check amounting Rs 1317 each was issued by me. All the cheques were debited from
      my SBI saving account. But ICICI Bank is not issuing me NOC giving justification that one of the installment was not received by them and asking rs. 5320/- more mony to close the loan. I have approached icici bank with all the proof of deducation of loan installments. I am a 67 year old retired person and unable to run branch to branch for noc. Now I am helpless and asking intervention of you.

          I made payment through paytm and the amount added to paytm is same as i added but the balance after deduction of amount is very less. Should i report to bank?
          I had taken car loan from ICICI Bank and same I had cleared all the dues, hence they had given me NOC, however they have not reported the closed account details to CIBIL, they report when it was one emi delay but after clearing all the dues and they had issued NOC too, even then Bank had not updated the same in CIBIL for LAST FIVE years.

            Hello,

            I got a call from icici agent whose name is "rishabh" and whose no is [protected] & [protected], he told me that you are eligible for rubyx icici card with zero joining fees for life time and with that you will get amazon voucher worth rs 1000, bookmytickets offer and so on, post that i applied for the card.

            I received the card on 15th march and yesterday when i linked the card with the icici account, i was shocked to see the statement where in rs 2950 joining fees where applied, i asked customer care to cancel the request however i want to take serious action on the person who gave me false details about the card and who just want to earn bucks by bluffing customers, i would like to lodge a police complaint against these sort of people and let icici know what it's employees or agent doing, hope icici will care about its reputation.

                In spite of compliaing to icici bank authorities through written compliant but no is taking responsibility.

                    I am Dharmesh solanki my credit card no.[protected] mo.no.is [protected] my credit card payment date is 13 February but due to some reason I couldn't complete the transaction. Due to February payment date was 15th and it was returned due to insufficient balance. So last Sunday I talked to customer care about the payments he talked me you can pay the amount without any return charge. Therefore I completed my payment of RS 1100/- and after that I talked to customer care will it completed or not. He asked me the payment is completed but Rs 504/- return charge is added I would like to request you that please reverse this charge. I use the card since last 15 year.                       SUCH A FRAUD AND IRRESPONSIBLE BANK OF ALL TIME...

                      I am going take action against bank... File FIR against bank and bank persons whoever is responsible for this issue ... I will sue bank in consumer court for fooling people and taking customers money that they earn from hard-work by making such lame frauds

                      Also no one even try to contact me regarding this issue till date, most irresponsible bank of all time till date. who do not care about there customers and issue going on below there noses.

                      the only care about there CEO frauds recovering there losses from innocents and loyal customers of there bank. by disclosing personal details and account details to people to do frauds against there customers and make fraud transitions within bank. to fool customers saying that they don't know about fraud and they cant help them to recover.

                      SUCH A FRAUD AND IRRESPONSIBLE BANK OF ALL TIME...

                        This is Chandrika M G having a savings account with you since last 11 years.

                        I had dropped a wrong DD in ICICI bank drop box at Banashankari 2nd stage branch on 1st March 2018. The DD was worth Rs. 48, 353 and it was a loan DD from Sriram Union Finance.

                        Then I realised and I called the branch, they told it has been returned and dispatched on 2nd March 2018. Till now nobody is able to track it. Neither branch, nor customer care and it has been 17 days.

                        The EMI date starts from 5th April 2018. But the tragedy is that I am not sure if I would have received back my DD by then.

                        I am now anxious if my DD is destroyed or lost. How do I get to know the status of the same??

                          I have recently paid off my loan and i'm awaiting the property documents as i have to do the sale deed and my wife is in india to do the procedure. We have been patiently waiting for the past 1 week to get the documents as i was told that it takes maximum a week to get the documents. As of now nobody has a clue on when i would get the documents.

                          Why does it take so long to get the documents once the loan is paid off? My wife has to return back and her tickets are for this friday.

                          Can someone plz look into this and expedite the matter?

                            At the time of publish icici bank offered that i would get 5000 jp miles and 1 air ticket in which base fair would be waived off in a year.

                            I need to travel on 1st april and i am planning to go through this offer however when i checked the same with the bank and jet airways, my jp account number is not active as per jet airways, however as per icici they have activated it. Now, i am feeling like a tennis ball where icici and jet airways both are throwing me in each other court.

                            I sent them email yesterday, however no one is responding on that email. Bank is ready to put extra charges on customer but at the time service they pull their hand.

                              I visited the icici bank bannerghatta road, bannerghatta road, next to shivsagar, 560076 on[protected]. I had a valid registered rental agreement with me and i requested my communication address to be changed. For my permanent address i have aadhaar card with me.

                              I do not have any other valid local address proof. How can a bank expect a bachelor to have any other local address proof. I spoke to the customer service executive and she told me that i need to change my aadhaar card address first. I spoke to the deputy general manager he also bluntly denied to update my communication address. Why should i change my aadhaar card address? Out of annoyance, i said the deputy general manager that i would close my account. To this he said i am most welcome to do so.

                              I am operating this account for more than 8 years. I want immediate action against the customer service executive and the deputy general manager. The bank updates the communication address if the account is more than 6 months old by just asking for pan card and valid signature. Then why did you decline in my case. If my communication address is not updated, i will file an rti and find out for how many customers they have updated communication address just by submission of pan card.

                                बैंक द्वारा रिकवरी एजेंट भेजा गया जिसने मेरे गैर मौजूदगी में मेरे पत्नी को धमकाकर / जोर जबरदस्ती कर अन्य बैंक का बिना हस्ताक्छरित चेक ले गए और उसे अपने मनमर्जी से बैंक में जमा कर उसे बोनस कराया ? दूसरा मेरे बैंक अकाउंट से बिना मेरे सहमति के और सुचना के बिना 13294 रुपए डेबिट कर दी गए ?

                                मुझे इन दोनों अत्याचारों का समाधान चाहिए, कृपया इसका जवाब दे ? जबकि मैंने बैंक कस्टमर को सूचित कर रखा था ।

                                    Icici sapphiro credit card...2005/...5003, a paid card (Rs 6000/-+ annual) with free airport lounge facility.

                                    Using card for last one year enjoying airport lounge facility for last 1 year except on two occasions when they charged:

                                    1) in dec'2017 -19/12/2017 - once used on 16/10/2017 - charged amount 3102.93 (Along with gst of rs 473.33)
                                    2) charged for 6 uses 20/02/2018 for 04/12/2017; 8th dec (2 times), 23/12/2017 (3 times),

                                    Despite complaint & assurance thro' customer care dec'2017 issue remained unresolved since oct'2017 so i decided to deduct excess charges from this month credit card statement & paid rs 7733/- (Rs[protected].93). It is important to note that all in such transaction i have authorized only rs 1 or rs 25/- for each uses
                                    ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I would like to cancel icici credit card No. [protected] because I am not in a position to maintain a credit card policy due to unforeseen finanacial difficulties. Kindly cancel the card and inform me. remitted

                                        I recharge my jio number [protected] on 17th feb 2018 with amount 399..in which ₹50 jio coupon are applied.. The ₹349 amount requested by upi which i paid to [protected]@icici through phonepe. The money deducted but recharge is not successful.. I talk to jio customer care but he told me that money is not reach to us.. I raise issue on phonepe but from that side a reply is that the money is send to [protected]@icici..
