I have requested for foreclosure letter for my home loan account # IL10030595. since last one month
I have raise a request in your app but the message is shown as your service request with reference no. 217340 for first time, 217358 for second time, and today 326510 is already in progress. kindly submit your request after the closure of previous request.
Every time when I call the customer care, they don't give me proper information.
I am really pissed of IIFL services they just promise to customer to provide good service but when one enroll their services..they dont respond properly neither mail nor even responding to call as well.
please Closed all these requests. as early as possible, because i want foreclosure latter immediately.

Hi sir even i have applied on 21 september and today is 15 october still i am waiting. The same thing they are telling to me, that you will get in 2 days.

I have requested for foreclosure letter for my home loan account # IL10001352. From last one month 11th Jan 2021. My service eequest number is 1927430. We are in urgent need of FCL but no reply from their. Their Appln is of no use at all why they have made appln we don't know we cannot download what we need cannot check the status of the documents we have requested. It is ver disgusting.

Every time when I call the customer care, they don't have information about the letter and asked me to wait for 2 days and committed everytime that I will get the letter on mail. Today is 14th February, 2023 and still waiting for the letter.
This is really very frustrating, as they don't take these as important basis. Not sure what to do next.

You have repeated the same sentences which your customer care executive did so from last 20 days. Today one of your executives told me at 11 AM that I will receive the copy in next two hours. and I think 5 hours already with the clock and receive no updates from your side. I hope you will make it fast and I receive the letter by close of the day. I am waiting.
