I opened a demat cum trading account in iifl in jan 2018 online and there executive was literally after me to open one. But since then i have forwarded my poa doucument thrice for updation but nothing has been done till now. Iifl rep is not picking up. My calls and m not getting update on my poa document. Now my hard earned money is struck in the accoumt because i am not able to withdraw without poa. Iifl is mentally harrasing me inspite of providing all the documents this purposeful delay shows their intention of keeping my money for their own use.

    Hi,

    My name is raju singh (Home loan account number:- 726304)
    I have taken home loan from iifl on june 2015. At the time of loan processing sales executive have communicated that inr 1140 is the only amount for processing fee. Even in the attached sanction letter it is mentioned that processing fee + service tax is 1% + s. T.. Nowhere it is mentioned that its 1% of loan amount sanctioned. Besides, an amount of inr 1140 is mentioned just after that in brackets. Making it ambiguous about processing fee.

    4 days back only, i came to know that they have deducted around inr 17000 as processing fee from my sanctioned home loan.

    I have raised this to customer care on following email ids.. And even called them but haven't got any resolution on this.

        It has been couple of years your executive name avinash confirmed the account closure after submitting the closure form and insured that the deposit will be paid in my bank account. After i noticed that the account is not yet closed and unauthorized use or operating may happen i have been complaining and requesting to close it. I have not authorized to continue this account and looks like you guys intend to do fraud billing and not refund my deposit.

        Please close this account i will not use it and have not used it after the closure form that was submitted to avinash your employee.

        I have not been informed or asked for kyc verification of document or adress this shows that they knew that i have already submitted account closure but they intend to continue fraud and criminal practices.

          Scrutiny of statement
          On 28/01/2016 you have debited our above account with rs.22, 96, 504.50as take over amount paid to maharashtra gramin bank. But the total closure amount actually paid to the said bank is only 21, 89, 292 which shows in my closure statement. There is an excess debit of 1, 07, 212.50. Please let me know why the discrepancy. If you have actually paid 22.96 to gramin bank, please provide proof for paymnet such as cheque no. Clearing proof from your account.

          On the contarary, reverse the excess debit immediately and the related interest charged so far including penel interest immediately.

              This is Gaurav mishra having a gold loan account at khatipura branch having loan number GL8970582..MY gold was auctioned in June and i got message from the particular bank regarding that you have a refund so please visit our branch with a cancelled cheque. Now this is 18th july 2018 and i visited so many times into the branch but not getting any response from them... This is not a fair response to any customer and this is not a good service.. Please help me in resolving this matter or otherwise i will go ahead judiciary to complaint against them...

                I already have a term plan of INR 1Cr. But the IIFL representative is forcing me to take an insurance plan.

                The loan is already sanctioned, but I still have 15 days to return the policy as per IRDA mandate.

                If the policy is forced upon me, I'll go for ombudsman. Hence kindly review my case and refund me the insurance loan amount.

                  In my complaint registered on 25/05/18 against IndiaInfoline, I had provided complete details as to how an amount of Rs 1 lac was deducted from my father, s IIFL trading account by one of their staff . After having registered the complaint, its been close to 2 months and IIFL have still not refunded the mentioned amount. The concerned authorities and the person involved are not responding to my calls . This clearly justifies that my father was indeed duped by the staff of Rs 1 lac which we are keen to be refunded at any cost. We have given ample time for IIFL to resolve this issue and refund the mentioned amount . Perhaps IIFL is taking this issue lightly but we are very much serious about it.

                    Dear consumer team,

                    I am the customer of iifl home loan for the past 4 years account no.721079..

                    As i have a icici bank saving account in which my regular iifl monthly emi clear through ecs for the last 4 years...

                    And i visited directly to kk nagar office of iifl and met mr. Nagarajan and told i have closed my account icici and open a new account in sbi...
                    Submitted all the documents to him for swapping...

                    He collected all the documents for swapping and ₹590 also cleared from sbi for swapping thorough cheque...

                    Each and every month i call nagarajan he told today and tomorrow your account will get change...
                    Last 4 months i paid my emi through online talking with pandiyan from your collection team...
                    Till now no response... Your branch of kk nagar and your office is also shifted from kk nagar to t. Nagar..
                    Again i visited to shifted office t. Nagar met nagarajan...
                    Same false commitment he has given i accepted and cane back...

                    Now nagarajan is not attending my call...
                    I suffered a lot and contacted these below people for paying the payment... As my account should not go in bad statement...

                      I have taken a home loan in the year 2015. At that time bank represntative did not inform me regarding the PM Avas Yojna and the benefits I get from it. Now when I applied for the scheme on Nov 2016 I havent received any positive reply from your company regarding the same. Its been a long time now I have done follow up with the bank and waited alot. When I call to customer care they say the bank have not give then any details regarding my application.
                      Please check this issue and help me get it done soon.

                        I hv 2 ids with u sirmayan and sineeraj
                        My RM told me about funding scheme for bharat etf and said i[censored] invest 20000 in return u will get rs. 3150 approx after deducting charges interest on funding etc... That was on my recorded call and urs too... Now i have been cheated by making false promises and in return the reply is due to market fluctuation the return cant be given by the IIFL and even my 20000 seems to be unrecoverble due to this... Kindly provide me suitable reply otherwise i will left with no option then to move to court of law...

                          I have applied for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Nov 2017 in Virar west branch, but till date I have not received any positively feedback.
                          I have take the loan in 2015, that time no one infomed about this scheme and did not fill the form to get benefit. Hence I had applied in Nov 2017, but we have not received any positively reply.

                              HI My name is Abhishek Rai, I have sent an request for LOD foreclosure for Loan account and tagged Insurance but no luck. Even they are not responding to email how can expect foreclosure. It seems company does not care about customer request at all and they are least bother about norms and regulatory compliance .

                              First email was sent at 6th march -2018 post that I have sent multiple followup email ( 27 email)l but did not get a single response. Now I am completely frustrated and facing issue to transfer my loan account.

                              I recommend to take very strict action against to respective staff of the company for their unprofessional behavior.

                              Please let me know if you need screenshot of email and additional information about loan account I will provide the same

                                We had leased our property in kk nagar, chennai to india infoline for the past few years. They have not paid rent since jan 2018. They gave a notice of vacating the premises in the month of april. They vacated the premises on apr 27. While vacating they have damaged the walls tiles and also one of the columns. Now they are refusing to pay for the damages citing auditors comments. As per the agreement they are supposed to pay. Please help.

                                  I have made a request for closure of my Home loan a/c No.737586 on 15/05/2018 via calling customer care.[Ticket number[protected]]

                                  After putting so many mails and escalations, finally i got one reply from IIFL on 14th June, 2018[almost after a month] with the foreclosure letter.

                                  Firstly, the foreclosure amount consists interest till 14th June, 2018 where as the delay has been made from IIFL on processing my loan foreclosure request.

                                  Secondly, i have submitted the cheques against the same with my foreclosure letter on 18th June, 2018 and the cheques has been cleared from my accounts.

                                  Till now the same has not been updated in my account and i am yet to receive the NOC for the same.(NOC required for claiming the refund amount on insurance against home loans).

                                  I have tried calling customer care and via mailing (to [protected]@iihfl.com, Also escalated the matter with GRO and NO but i have not received a single mail in response to my mails).

                                  Due to such delays in processing i am loosing interest both on my loan amount and insurance refund.

                                  In view of the above you are once again requested to issue instructions to the concern authority for immediate closer of account.

                                  Tried calling customer care today for inquiring the status as I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM [protected]@IIHFL.COM even after sending multiple mails.

                                  Even the customer care doesnt know anything.. they just create a new request and tell me to wait for mail from [protected]@IIHFL.COM.

                                  Customer care is providing wrong information, For example- They are saying that your 1 cheque was not cleared from your bank that is why it is updated on 30th June, 2018 where as it was cleared on 20th June, 2018 only.(if needed i can provide the statment for proof)

                                  On the other hand, Dinesh Kumar from IIHFL Noida office is saying it was not updated due to some internal technical error at India infoline and there was no issue from my bank.(Both contradicting)

                                  Now its really disappointing and i am really frustrated from this kind of response from India Infoline.

                                  Going to register complaint with RBI on this soon.
                                  I want to pay out my invested balance due to some personal reasons. Kindly transfer my amount to my mentioned SBI account.

                                    Sir, With reference to the subject cited above, it is to inform you that, I have made a request for closure of my Home loan a/c No.795856 on 31/05/2018. On verification from the concerned branch after a lapse of 15 days from the date of its submission, it is revealed that, the case is still under process only. You are kind intervention on the issue is requested, as I am already having amount in my account for its pre-closure. It is difficult for me to loose interest on both sides.

                                    In view of the above you are once again requested to issue instructions to the concern authority for immediate closer of account, failing which I am bound to issue stop payment letter to my bankers for next EMI.                                       I have been following and raised multiple request to foreclosure my two Property Loan Account which is at IIFL but nothing have achieved yet, The only thing left with me to write to Banking Ombudsman.
                                      I have a Loan with IIFL at Interest Rate of 13% pa and other banks are ready to provide the same to me at ROI of 9% pa.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have already raised my concern on 21st may (Complaint no: 1962957).

                                        Iifl (Hitesh shahani) came back on 29-may-2018 saying that "further our official has spoken with you & your builder and informed that disbursement shall be processed post execution of saledeed & saledeed shall be done in next 15 days".

                                        I immediately responded to them saying "there is a correction required in your previous statement. As per our discussion, i wish to continue with iifl only if my current status moves to emi immediately since i have been paying only interest from aug 2016. I have also suggested to consider the current disbursed amount as requested loan amount and start with emi. I will discuss with the builder on settlement on the remaining amount or the difference amount from cop.
                                        As per your email, it seems you have discussed with the builder and i understood that disbursement shall be processed post execution of saledeed in next 15 days. I will wait until 15-jun-2018 (Given maximum time). Please let me know the solution on worst case scenario (Eg: if the saledeed is given next 15 days)?

                                        It's been more than 16 days with no response from iifl. I called their customer care and emailed on the ongoing issue still the issue is same.

                                        Its really disappointing to see iifl really not taking care on their customer's issue.
