Your exevutive called me and other people and abusdd them on mother & daughter. If this platform really help people then pls stop all stupid things and take some actions against those #.       2017 we took loan from IIFL against card swipe machine through petpooja in 2018 October my loan is closed but last 1 months I'm getting call and email from IIFL that loan is not closed because 162 rupees but according to me we pay per day 952 how come 162 pending .

      After I'm got so many call they said loan amount is increase now I've to pay 952 then they send link . After I received link I paid that 952 rupees and I asked for (NOC) but now I'm getting same email and call from them and they try to do blackmailing not provide me Noc .. down my civil score

      Kindly help me on this .

        Website 5paisa.com. Based on a referral i opened an trading account with 5 paisa capital recently account 52833860. My experience with this company is bad from service point of view. This company issues only service tokens though their established system but the personnel cannot be moved to do anything. On a recent critcal reaquest for cml copy the company has issed only ticket nos:1955459, 1963522, 1964714 etc. Such an important issue the company keeps mum for unknown reason.

          I have opted loan with paysense and i was paying the emi's without fail and i got subsequent loans too, from the past month i have issues paying it back due to personal problems and the same has to told to them via whats app and email but still the recovery agents is calling my contacts and abusing them in hindi, english and tamil. Telling them that i have given their numbers to them for reference and telling them i have availed more than 2 lakhs loan which i have not, they are also calling them un time which is after 9.30 pm and threatening them. This created me a huge mental pressure so i was unable to concentrate in my work and also i am having underlying health conditions thats the reason my emi is delayed, they are torturing by calling my contacts and i too have issues with my phone which is switching off often so they think that i am ignoring their calls. As per rbi they are not suppose to call me after 8 pm but they are calling my contacts after 9.30 and speaking abusive language, please look into this. Thank you.

              I am using demate account from iifl since last march 2018. My login id - selvakua. At the time of opening through online they guide me to submit poa. But my poa is rejected. After 8 months when i tried to sell units of shares unable to do because poa is not submitted. Immediately i sent poa through speed post. But my poa is rejected due to signature differ. Then one person from iifl called me and requested to send poa again with self attested pan copy. I sent poa again. But again my poa is rejected. I approached rm at customer care and he instructed me to send change of signature form from bank with poa. I did same as he instructed me. But again my poa is rejected. Till today i sent poa 6 times. All poa is rejected due to signature differ or e - stamp issues. Worst customer service.. They didn't bother about customer. Very frustrating experience. I want to close my demate account because of this issue. Is any other way to shift my demate account from iifl to another demate account?

                Dear Sir,
                As per schedule my home loan EMI due was on 5th of every month. But this month on February 5th only 781/- RS was debited from my account out of 22897. I raised request regarding this issue. My ticket number is 127116. Till date my issue was not resolved. I contacted their executive also but no one resolved this issue. Yesterday[protected] their executive called and asked me to pay the remaining amount 22116 through online. I did but showing an amount of 808.13 as penalty charges.
                Their was no mistake from my side I have enough amount in my account. And also out of 22897 they taken only 781 through ECS. How they take partial amount through ECS as it was electronic process.

                I am asking IIFL to resolve my issue as early as possible and also to waive off my penalty charges because problem was with your system only not with me.

                    This is to inform you that i availed a home loan from your company with loan account no 856104 from the month of september 2018. As per your records and the statement provided by your institution my first installment of loan amount indian rupees 1, 72, 840 has been released on dated 15 november 2018. Second installment was released on 20th december 2018 for indian rupees 1, 60, 920. And third installment of indian rupees 3, 21, 840 has been released on 21st january 2019.
                    I want to grab your attention that the second installment released from your institution has not yet been credited to my builders account, but i am being charged interest for the amount of rs 1, 60, 920 since 20th december 2018. I have attached my account statement with the builder for your reference.
                    I have personally discussed all the matter to your personnel mr. Shubham agarwal (+91-[protected]) at jaipur office.
                    I request you to reverse/credit the extra interest to my account paid by me for the installment which have not been released yet to my builders account (I. E. Indian rupees 1, 60, 920) and correct my loan account statement by removing the entry.

                      Requested you to reduce the interest rate of home loan as the rbi not only lowered its key lending rate by 25 basis points (Bps) to 6.25 per cent but also turned accommodative. Sbi already point to cut the interest rate.. Almost every alternative month you raise your interest rate & while asking the reason you robert that even sbi has increase the rate now rbi & sbi both cut down the rates so request to you kindly cut your rate also... Dont hide any thing from us regarding same..

                      Til january 2019 i paid 15, 260 as pre emi but as you can see in attached pic my subsidy already received on 01/02/2019 but still you deducted 15740 in february 2019.. This is seems different way of earn money by customer... When my subsidy came then my pre emi installment should be less but you increase it... Please go through the attached pic & clarify on it.                         Subject: application for immediate action regarding gold loan fraud.

                        Sir,

                        This is with reference to the gold loan fraud done by the company with me. I raj kumar want to inform you that even after making various efforts from my side, in order to get this matter resolved out of the court, all my efforts have been proved useless. Recently as the last resort, i visited the ranchi branch of iifl gold loans, where i met the branch manager who assured me that the matter would get resolved in two months time and i will receive compensation from the company, also gave me receiving on the copy of emails sent by me to the company. But now it has been three months from that day of meeting and there is still no response from the company for resolving the matter.

                        Being the company at fault, my credit score has got damaged, i am facing further loss of credit and my reputation has suffered a lot. I am facing serious mental and physical stress.

                        All this is very frustrating and leading to my mental and physical harassment. So its my appeal to you, to rectify my damaged credit score as i am ready to repay the balance loan amount if the items intact with the bank are returned to me or else the bank pay me the resale value over and above the loan amount as the present market value of : bangle - 26.4 gm & 2 studds - 4.3 gm is rs.1, 10, 000 (Approx.).”

                        Otherwise, i would be forced to take legal action against the company and its officials for mental and physical harassment, defamation, fraud that has come to me due to this company.

                        For your kind attention i am once again inclosing the entire matter below:

                        “with reference to the above mentioned subject i raj kumar residing in ranchi, jharkhand, became loan holder at iifl ranchi gopal complex branch on 30/11/2015 for rs.2, 25, 199 after pledging gold items.

                        On 28/05/2016 when i visited your branch for loan repayment and releasing the pledged items, the packet was brought to us and opened. And to our surprise the bangle was missing from the packet. To this, when asked, the branch manager informed us about scam at the branch by the previous branch manager along with some employees. He also said that enquiry and verification are going on the scam and our bangle will be restored to us shortly.

                        Further, he suggested us to make part payment and get other items released, but since the packet will be empty after part release, they kept 2 studds with the bank. The bank also said that i will not be charged interest for the balance loan.

                        Even after all these efforts i get calls for repayment of loan and interest, although there is no information about the missing bangle. I also received notice for loan recall and pre sale (Attached) from head office. It means that the scam and other matter were not informed to head office.

                        All this is very frustrating and leading to my mental and physical harassment. So its my appeal to you, to rectify my damaged credit score as i am ready to repay the balance loan amount if the items intact with the bank are returned to me or else the bank pay me the resale value over and above the loan amount as the present market value of : bangle - 26.4 gm & 2 studds - 4.3 gm is rs.1, 10, 000 (Approx.).”

                        Emails, letters that i have sent to the company till now.

                        · i had mailed this application on your email id ([protected]@indiainfoline.com & [protected]@indiainfoline.com) on 2nd november’2016 and in return mail came to us with reference no. 01932744 & 01932741, it stated that your customer executive will contact us within 3 days but i didn’t get any such response.

                        · posted letters dated 18th november 2018 to iifl mumbai office, kolkata office, ranchi office.

                        · again mailed on 2nd september 2018 to [protected]@iifl.com, [protected]@iifl.com, [protected]@iifl.com and this mail was received by the branch manager at iifl ranchi branch.

                                I have taken a Merchant loan from IIFL a year back and since i closed the business i have opted a one time settlement and paid the said amount. i was even given a settlement letter from IIFL for the agreed amount paid. But its been almost 6 months now my Cibil shows still there is an outstanding. It should reflect as settled.
                                I spoke to Mr. Rajsekar ([protected]) from IIFL who gave this letter and collected the money from me on this. He said the concern person left the job and because of that the settlement details was not updated to Mumbai office he says. This was a very irresponsible response. Am hereby escalating to you people to please address this immediately since my Loans are getting rejected due to IIFL reflection on CIBIL saying its not cleared. Please help me on this and i have all the proofs for payment done via online. Please refer the Settlement letter attached along with CIBIL Screenshot.

                                Even though after giving all the proofs and continious follow ups with customer care my issue is still not resolved. I dono what else reason IIFL is waiting to take action on this issue. I been repeatedly saying my loans are getting rejected because you havent updated my records in cibil as settled. Am sick asking you people and i dono whats the use of complaining in this website. Even this website doesnt took any action so far. All fake here.. My next esclation will be to CM cell asking to close this fake Bank who dont maintain any records and no professionalism with their customers.

                                  I coordinate with this guy many time, he told me that, The financial condition is not goog of N.H.B bank, so subsidy payment is delay. He never checked in system that what is the status and why it is delay, after 4-5 months i called in costumer care than i knew that IIFL team have not applied still for subsidy.
                                  2) Sandeep Joshi - He is very great employee of IIFL he told me today that subsidy payment is delay due to government process. I have a audio recording of Mr. Sandeep Joshi conversation.

                                  3) Miss Sunita ( Customer care executive) - I called in customer care on 26-11-18 at 10 am., she commit me that you will get a reply via email within 3 days with reason that why it is pending, but i have not received any email and information from the IIFL Team.

                                  Please give me the reply of following points-

                                  1) How much time it take to apply for the same ????
                                  2) Why IIFL Team is failed to only apply for subsidy ???
                                  3) If due to any reason the Government make any changes in this subsidy plan and suppose i do not get subsidy amount due to delayed in apply for subsidy, then who will be responsible for that...?????
                                  4) Why will i extra pay because of your great team ???????
                                  5) Why this process took 6-7 months..??????

                                    I have coordinated many time in customer care and branch also regard above subject, no one is giving proper reply regarding this.

                                    They always try to tell a lie .

                                    1) Mr. Sanjay Dwedi
                                    I coordinate with this guy many time, he told me that, The financial condition is not goog of N.H.B bank, so subsidy payment is delay. He never checked in system that what is the status and why it is delay, after 4-5 months i called in costumer care than i knew that IIFL team have not applied still for subsidy.
                                    2) Sandeep Joshi - He is very great employee of IIFL he told me today that subsidy payment is delay due to government process. I have a audio recording of Mr. Sandeep Joshi conversation.

                                    3) Miss Sunita ( Customer care executive) - I called in customer care on 26-11-18 at 10 am., she commit me that you will get a reply via email within 3 days with reason that why it is pending, but i have not received any email and information from the IIFL Team.

                                    Please give me the reply of following points-

                                    1) How much time it take to apply for the same ????
                                    2) Why IIFL Team is failed to only apply for subsidy ???
                                    3) If due to any reason the Government make any changes in this subsidy plan and suppose i do not get subsidy amount due to delayed in apply for subsidy, then who will be responsible for that...?????
                                    4) Why will i extra pay because of your great team ???????
                                    5) Why this process took 6-7 months..??????

                                    I request you to, please provide me correct information about the above points.

                                      I took a home loan from iihfl about 2 years back and also applied for pmay which i have not got any update till date. Suddenly i get a message stating my document is not complete. Can you answer the below questions then?
                                      1. How you can proceed a loan without complete documents?
                                      2. Your executives did not know the process?
                                      3. I gave all the docent and effidevit as well for which your executive took extra cash from me without any receipt. Where are those documents then?
                                      4. Why you came back after almost 2 years if the documents are not complete (Though it was all submitted not once but probably 3 times)
                                      5. Your branch or executive is misplacing the documents and why customer should run around. Why can't i expect your people to reach out to me and collect another copy? I definitely can expect that after all i took quite a home loan from iihfl.

                                      1. How can you increase the interest rate by 1% within 6 months gap when there is no increase or change in repo rates by rbi?
                                      2. Why you yourself decide to change the rate toying with tenure and emi amount?

                                      There is no grievance cell of this company. It is all same contact number and email which they do not even reply in at least 3 months.
