    On 12th April over my mobile no bearing [protected] received a message stating that I have an pre approved loan of 20k
    From your IIFL and the number was given to miss call[protected].I gave the miss call same day & consecutively next two days no result or response from your end.I even spoke to toll free for two times I promised for callback nobody reverted till Know.My concern is whether this message is a bogus or it is from your authorised server center.If the message is from IIFL officially then why this negligency Bcoz it was lower amt.Then how people will believe in this small kind of hopes of starting their loan track if this is the scenario of services.At least communicate the customers whether he can avail this pre approved loan or not.
    Whether it is 20k or 20 lakh word of mouth is always their to lift up and down
    the company's image.I hope u understood
    My concern plz Don't do this to any body else.

      Why are you charging extra amount on online transaction. Today i made a transaction on 3380inr but they debited 3480inr from my balance.         Due to death in family i was unable to pay emi on time to paysense also know as india infoline finance. I completed my payments but still i get abusive
        Calls and harrsmemt calls by the support team from paysense. I requested them to send the noc copy regarding my complete payment they denied by saying that i have to still pay late payment charges to them. Recently a staff member from paysense called me again and starting abusing for the below payment and said if the below payment is not made we will shoot you in the middel of the road.

          Dear sir/ madam,

          My self mr. Devanand vasudev koli, i am having home loan account number 726130 and topup loan account number 719388 with iihfl on the name of my and my wife mrs. Sushma devanand koli..

          I am going to sell my property. So i require the below mentioned documents to close this both loans. So please give me the documents which i have require for personal record. That documents are as follows,

          1) statement of both loan accounts.

          2) both loans foreclosure latter / outstanding latter as on date.

          From last 4 months i am forwarding you my request for outstanding of both loan accounts, but every time you replied me to forward request from my registered mail id. I was always forwarded my request to you from my two registered email id ([protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com). Because of your own mistake of typing of my registered mail id as mention above you update my registered mail id as haresh. [protected]@gmail.com which is not my email id. Because of your mistake i am struggling from last 4 months for the above mentioned documents.

          On 28/03/2018 i was visited to your branch that time your executive told me the what is mistake done by you about my registered email id. And that time he take my new registered mail id as [protected]@gmail.com on request latter. And assure me that he will correct the mistake which was happened by your company.

          Today your call center representative talk roughly when i call for foreclosure letters. Her name is miss. Joshan and ref. No. Of our communication is 04155631.in last month your executive told me i will get the the foreclosure letter after 4th april and today your executive told me still 5 days will take for foreclosure latter.

          If this time you will not give me my above mentioned documents with in 2 days then i will fill police complaint and consumer harassment complaint against your company.

          So it is humble request to you please forward me the above mention documents as early as possible.

            Hi,

            My name is raju singh (Home loan account number:- 726304)
            I have taken home loan from iifl on june 2015. At the time of loan processing sales executive have communicated that inr 1140 is the only amount for processing fee. Even in the attached sanction letter it is mentioned that processing fee + service tax is 1% + s. T.. Nowhere it is mentioned that its 1% of loan amount sanctioned. Besides, an amount of inr 1140 is mentioned just after that in brackets. Making it ambiguous about processing fee.

            4 days back only, i came to know that they have deducted around inr 17000 as processing fee from my sanctioned home loan.

            I have raised this to customer care on following email ids.. And even called them but haven't got any resolution on this.

            Your officials have sent me loan deduction document and there is no signature of mine on attached document sent by you.

            Besides, I have the call recording of your sales executive (Mr. Yashpal Gusain - yashpal.[protected]@iifl.com ) on landline number of your Gurgaon office[protected]; where he is providing false information that processing fee is just INR 1500 + GST while your website, sanction letter and documents are mentioning something else.             Hi IIHFL,

            I am summarizing all my issues and evidences against my Complaint Regarding Processing Fee on Home Loan (Reference number/docket :[protected], 03995144, 03995146, 4131747) ... I am following up with IIHFL on this issue from March 26th 2018 (Mailed titled - Query Regarding Mismatch in Loan Disbursal )

            My name is raju singh (Home loan account number:- 726304). I have taken home loan from iihfl on june 2015. At the time of loan processing, sales executive (Mr Dhananjay) have communicated that INR 1140 is the only amount for processing fee. Even in the attached sanction letter it is mentioned that processing fee + service tax is 1% + s. T.. Nowhere it is mentioned that its 1% of loan amount sanctioned. Besides, an amount of INR 1140 is mentioned just after that in brackets. Making it ambiguous about processing fee.

            Issue:- Sanction letter is ambiguous about the processing fee and representatives of IIHFL are providing false, incomplete and ambiguous information .
            Evidences:- 1) Attached sanction letter.
            2) On Jun 3, 2015, I mailed Mr Dhananjay and ashok.[protected]@indiainfoline.com for confirmation on my processing fee but they kept mum and didn't gave me any formal revert on this. Which is against the Fair Practices Code of IIFL which states " India Infoline Housing Finance Limited would provide clear information, without any ambiguity, to the customer in understanding: Products and services together with its terms and conditions including interest and service charges.(https://www.iifl.com/home-loans/fair-practice-code) " Attached is the snapshot mail on which I asked about the confirmation on processing fee of INR 1140.

            3) On July 14, 2015, I raised a complaint against your sales executive Mr Dhananjay to 'abhinav.[protected]@indiainfoline.com' & 'varun.[protected]@indiainfoline.com' that he is asking for bribe for processing my file and has already taken extra amount without providing any receipt to me. I also provided an recording of conversation with him. Attached is the mailed complaint and recording for your perusal.

            4) On Apr 12, 2018, I got an revert from IIHFL forwarding me mine loan disbursal memo and stating that it is signed and acknowledged by me. But there is no sign of mine on the document. Attached is copy of loan disbursal memo and my PAN for matching the sign.

            5) On Apr 12, 2018, I sent a call recording of your sales executive (Mr. Yashpal Gusain - yashpal.[protected]@iifl.com ) on landline number of your Gurgaon office[protected]; where he is again providing false information that processing fee is just INR 1500 + GST while your website and documents are mentioning something else. Attached is call recording and snapshot your website mentioning the processing fee (Which is very different from what your executives are pitching).

            The whole issue is that again and again representatives of IIHFL are providing false, incomplete and ambiguous information to cheat customers.

            I just need the refund of my processing fee which has been inaptly charged to me.

                This highly unethical policy from IIFL team after online payment your organization auctioned the gold after two months sending a letter in normal post please take back your excess amount. How come it is possible after payment you people are put the Gold on Auction board, please revamp the Gold from Auction board, I need the Gold at any cost. Now a days everybody is updated Digital payment mode then how come it is possible after payment you people have auctioned the Gold. Please find the GL number-GL7683900

                  Flat no 403, plot no 129, 130, 131 & 132 survey no 495, 498 and part of 499, arul colony, block no 1, ghmc, kapra circle, kesara mandal, rangareddy district is mortgaged with india infoline finance ltd.

                  The property was taken over by iifl since 5 years. The doors inside and windows of the flat has been left open since the property was possessed by iifl and is now a hub of disease spread by pigeons. Its unbearable. The address and contact number provided by iifl is incorrect. We are unable to reach them to raise an issue.

                  The branch office address for iifl is mentioned as - d no.5-9-22/8/501, 5th floor, my home sarovar plaza, secretariat road, hyd 500004
                  [protected].

                  Kindly assist in resolving the issue. The way property is maintainced by iifl is pathetic and needs to be looked at on priority.

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    Your sale executive name mahesh dubey from thane branch approached to us for finance from iifl to commercial vehicle eicher 1110.
                    Yesterday he visited and says loan has been sanction 85% amt rs.12.45 lakh against the rs.15, 25, 539/ lakh and says 14 or 15% interest rate, not disclosed the processing fees, emi payment schedule, lone security amount, and company benefits
                    Same time we says him we will not bear the 14 to 15% interest charges and another finances company has given me 10% reducing rate of interest and same 1 vehicle finances was done.
                    Yesterday mid night he called and says your loan and rate of interest demand the under process we are waiting for approval and 100% approval will received favor o[censored]s, pl sign the agreement because of tomorrow huge load of loan file so that we will not meet you and tomorrow will give do.
                    Today after noon he was called and says your 7 cheque is not received pl provide same,
                    We don’t have cheque and says we have applied and shortly will provide to you
                    In evening 6.30 pm he called us and told loan has been approved and at the rate of 14.89% and funding is 12.45 lack, rs.12000/ loan security amt, rs.7000/ processing fees and which is deducted from your loan sanction amount & your emi per month is rs.34882/ for 47 month.
                    We had replied him yesterday will not accept this rate and last movement you says company has not approved as per your demand rate.
                    So that we taken decision will cancel the deal, he says iifl company will deducted the rs.7000/ processing fee if you not paid than your civil will damaged
                    I have record the conversation if you want i will provide you.

Kuch family legal matters ki wajah se hume apne residence se bahar rehna pad raha hai. Aapke excutive waha ja rahe hain gate lock mil raha hai lekin wo neighbor se ulta seedha bol rahe hain ki ghar par paint karwa do aur likhwa dunga ki ye bank ki property hai. Jabki continuously humari executive se phone par baat chal rahi hai ki hum payment karwa denge. Na to humne continuously payment roki hai last month bhi humne ek emi paid ki hai. Aur is baar bhi humne bola hai ki hum 29 ko laut rahe hain aur emi paid karwa denge but unka behavior itna ganda hai ki kuch puchiye mat na to hume koi notice diya hai na kuch phir aap kaise humare ghar par ja kar likhwa sakte ho ki ye bank ki property hai. Rules hume bhi pata hai bank ko notice bhejna hota hai uske baat agar hum us time period me payment nahi karte hain tab bank action le sakta hai.

                      Meri aapse request hai plzz is matter ko dekhe and take some action.

                        I am going through with very bad experience with india infoline. Due to my personal commitment i was looking for some money.. Because of that i have asked india infoline (Rm) to sell my stock and initiate the pay out. After selling they are not initiating the pay out for 3-4 days.. Every time they are saying you will get the money in next day. When i follow up next day then team is saying there is no pay out..

                        It seems that they have different intention... It may be the interest of they are expecting based on client money, if they hold money for longer period then they can earn more interest...

                        By the way due to this kind of treatment from india infoline i was unable to meet the commitment that it is badly impacted..

                        How to penalized?

                        It has to be audited and investigate.

I have request fcl request about one month ago(i9 feb 2018 ) but til now you are not issuing the fcl if you are not issue the fcl letter tomorrow and anything extra charge in fcl then you will receive the court letter on friday 23 march 2018 . And give my policy bond details of loan a/c 768634 of rs 138000 . And what about my 20 days interest you charged from 30 nov 2016 to 19 dec 2016 . I will not pay all the illegal charge . If you art not solving this charges i defenately go to the court because your company answer not satisfying me .

                                      This is in regards to home loan (773329) for which the interest rates charged is still over 9%. Its been one year now since i posted my last complaint here.
                                      Although i thought it would be resolved soon as i saw calls coming thereafter from the company for new revised interest rates but soon i realized it was just fake promises to prevent me from acting further.
                                      Iam a regular payer of the high rate of interest charged from me till now which is over 9%. Iifl promises to offer competitive interest rates of rs 768 per lakh on their website kindly let me know where i stand. My tenure period is for 30 years, just like any other middle class group of the society this is hard earned money that's been paid as interest to this company and just like any normal person i think of little saving on my interest that would benefit me and my family.
                                      Iam tired of asking a revision of roi for my existing homeloan for which they are not ready and even if they are ready they charge one time heavy processing fee to which i disagreed. Iam shocked when one person from the bank frankly admitted it as being a normal buisness practice.
                                      I have lost the hope for my concern and have no other option than changing my loan to other bank for which still i have to go through tedious process & procedures.

                                      If posting here alone resolves my issue i would be thankful for the company for being responsive towards their customers else let this post serve to create awareness among existing and future customers and know that they are not alone in their fight. Thanks!!!
