Dear krazybee (Iifl),
I am saurabh rajesh joshi holding email id [protected]@gmail.com. I just checked my experian and cibil credit scores at wishfin.com, where i found you have reported a fake update of my delayed payment for experian and equifax credit score whereas nothing such was found in my payment history. I have been two years old customer of krazybee and nothing such was expected from you.
You have always advertised that you will allow a chance even if we have been late for 3-5 days and and i didn't even haven't delayed payment by even one day, i want to know why is this fake report posted in my credit score.
I request you to immediately update experian & cibil that it was a fake update and dont destroy the life of students by doing such acts. Due to this my credit score has been reduced from 750 to 630.

Please revert me with the update at the earliest you can, with the news of correct reporting to equifax (Even you cant see any such late payment that was 27-57 days pending) i never paid you late please have a glance.

    My family has two accounts with 5Paisa[protected] and[protected]. In both the accounts whenever a Fund transfer is done through UPI using Phonepe, we get an error message as per the screenshot. However the money gets credited and sms is received about the same. The error pop upafter successful transaction add tension to the client after the fund transfer. I wrote to the company about the problem. Initially it was responded mentioning that it is a Bank problem and I should contact the Bank. I wrote back to them that the error is from 5Paisa since the POP up ask me to view their menus like fund tranafer, Holdings etc. It appears the customer care simply fool the client in not passing on the problem to concerned technical personnel for resolution. They think the customers do not understand much about the error and will keep quiet with any kind of response.

    One personnel talked to me earlier asking for a screen shot. Since i operate two accounts[protected] and[protected] i send the screenshot error under ID 52833860 from registered email [protected]@yahoo.com. I was given a ticket 2206481 with a stupid response of how to transfer funds through IMPS/NEFT which even a fool will know. The support team is not able to even understand the query since last one month. How can they resolve the issue?

      Dear sir,
      I have approved loan amount of 23, 61, 000 from iifl. Till now 19, 82, 071 amount has been credited. Now i don't want any further payment ahead of 19, 82, 071. As per discussion with customer care of iifl i already submitted a written application to stop part payment on dated 11/03/2019 at dewas branch. But still no action taken on this. This month also only interest deduction were made there is no deduction were made on principal amount.. That's the way iifl earn money from customer??? Also last month interest deduction from my account was 12, 531 inr which was now increased to 13, 874 inr with out any notification of raising interest rate.. Please give justification on both issues. Please get the attached letter for further clarification.

        Greetings for the day!

        I am very disappointed to bring this to your notice that i had taken some loans from kredit bee and made their every repayment on time and loan account closed before due date but i don't know how it's not update in your records and is affecting my cibil adversely.

        Loan no. That reflects overdue are:

        Sl1784633

        Kreditbee loan no for this is : kb1810230nqdq

        My loan accounts emi was paid & account closed on 04nov2018 these accounts have not been updated in iifl and showing as active account & have amount overdue..

        I'm using kreditbee and paying the emis on time from the last one and half year not even a single emi paid by me after the due date.. Even raised many complaints to kreditebi to sort it out with their partner brand iifl. They are also not seeing it as a serious issue and provide any resolution.

        I send them both of them my bank statement, noc email received from kredit bee, my cibil report to check which accounts showing overdue amount and whats the impact on my cibil report..

        Raised many complaints... It's been 1 months. No response from their end.. Really in need of funds but not in a position to get loans or apply for credit cards because of their mismanagement.

        I didn't get any response or update on these complaints from last 1 months even after calling them many times. Each time i call want to tell the same issue again and again and they given only one replay after all the story we will solve the issue the issue in 3days but still nobody take this as emergency issue

              Dear sir,

              I am 65 years old senior citizen and residing in 11, balasaraswathy illam, goripalayam, madurai north, madurai. I have pledged my daughter’s jewels at iifl, narayanapuram, madurai on 17.05.2018 and they have mentioned that the jewels should be closed or repledged on or before 16.11.2018 by paying principal with interest together (Jewel lodged amount rs.63500, rs.94450 and rs.17550) and mentioned this in the receipt also. After that i received a reminder letter from iifl for paying interest of my jewel loan on 29th of august 2018. Then i went to iifl, narayanapuram on 07.09.2018 and asked the staff about the letter. They said “it is only a reminder letter for paying interest nothing worried about the letter”, then i informed them that actual agreement period ends only on 16.11.2018, but i will preclose all my jewel loans and get back my jewels by paying the entire loan amount (I. E. Principal and interest for all the jewel loan accounts) on 01.10.2018. They also satisfied with my clarification.in this situation, i went to iifl, narayanapuram with my family on 01.10.2018 to preclose the jewel loans and take back all my jewels, but i was shocked, that the staffs r. Parthiban raja, s. Karthikeyan and g. Ravikumar were told that they were already auctioned all my jewels on 26.09.2018. I was appalled that without any prior notice and any intimation to me, how they can auctioned my jewels. I asked them the particulars of auction procedure details and intimation copy from them. But they don’t have anything with them. Then i asked them to provide the concern superior officials (Who have the deciding authority) number and contact particulars for complaint purpose, but they roughly refused to me and scold me by used bad words and told me to do anything you can. I totally astonished and this issue has created troubles in my life. My son tried many times to visit the branch to meet the branch manager for complaint about these activity of the staffs, but he did not receive any information and also the concerned branch manager is not available for the past three weeks. This all were a planned criminal practise of the staffs r. Parthiban raja, s. Karthikeyan and g. Ravikumar with the knowledge of ilayaraja, the auction supervisor of iifl madurai. This is fully unlawful and totally against to fair trade practise. So please take a needful legal action against the iifl, narayanapuram branch and the staffs, and help me to get back all my jewels.

And he is telling me to 6 month before i didn't came to office one day becouse of illness he approves my leave also but he is telling me you have to leave this company with no reason. I'm employe of this company there is completely fraud in this company i joined this company he is came to me 29th march and said tomorrow is your last day don't come i told him whatever you telling me the reason for leave give me in written on main he can't giving me. This company doing totaly wrong for employees

                  Account 55284327 with 5paisa.com. They charge gateway charges for funds transfer and hence tried to use upi through phone with default upi yes bank. As a test i transferred rs 1000 on 1st april 2019 and the transaction thrugh phonepe was successful but i got a pop up stating ' sorry, we cannot process'. Since the amount was deducted from bank i took up the matter with support who gave a token no. Id 2113729 which was never responded. U can imagine the tension one will have for such no response and poor service of not responding sos to such query.

                  Now the issue stands resolved having given the credit for Rs 1000. However there is still a problem of no Credit for trade account 52833860 when UPI payment was made under reference UPI-[protected][protected]@hdfcbank-

                      I made a payment of Rs.68000/-towards my personal loan account (SL947405) to IIFL on January 9, 2019. Till today my account has not been foreclosed stating that it is under process and will be sorted out as there's a technical issue. Every time the call center agent assures about the work but all in vain. I have still not got my 10000/- which was an excess payment done and two EMI's which were taken out of my account. Kindly help me to expedite the foreclosure. Thank you.

                          Hi team,

                          I have personal LOAN account with IIFL and I raised a query regarding preclosure charges and preclosure letter with account payable by cheque . It's been over 1 month and I haven't heard back yet . This is the worst CUSTOMER CARE service I have ever seen . Due to delay from your end I have to pay almost 70rs per day extra as interest which is almost 2.5k till today . Who is responsible for this extra amount . My cheque was valid for 1 month now I have to renew it again because of your ### CUSTOMER CARE service . Why don't to change the name as customer trouble service . I have called almost 15-20 times in past 1 month and every time I get the same answer that we have informed concerned department and they will reply in 1-2 working day and I am still waiting for that day . 139040 was my interaction number raised for this .
                          Please if you care about customer even 1%, please let this matter resolved . I need answers related to my preclosure charges and need preclosure letter with cheque account payable details .

                            I took mpocket and krazybee . And i cleared both loans but my account still have an active. With 10500. I dont know which account is still active please solve my issue. My account got 4 loans. But i dont get it i have taken only 3. And it was cleared. I dnt know where is the 4 loan active. Please clear my active loan because i am not using any of loans.                                 Greetings for the day!

                                I am very disappointed to bring this to your notice that i had taken some loans from krazybee and made their every repayment on time and loan account closed before due date but i don't know how it's not update in your records and is affecting my cibil adversely.

                                Loan no. That reflects overdue are:

                                Sl1125542

                                Sl1127090

                                Sl1143837

                                My 5 loan accounts emi was paid & account closed on 31st july & 1st august the due dates for which was 5th august still all these accounts have not been updated yet and showing as active account & have amount overdue..

                                I'm using krazy bee and paying the emis on time from the last one and half year not even a single emi paid by me after the due date.. Even raised many complaints to krazybee to sort it out with their parter brand iifl. They are also not seeing it as a serious issue and provide any resolution.

                                I send them both of them my bank statement, noc email received from krazybee, my cibil report to check which accounts showing overdue amount and whats the impact on my cibil report..

                                Raised many complaints... It's been 3 months. No response from their end.. Really in need of funds but not in a position to get loans or apply for credit cards because of their mismanagement.

The amount was 1, 00, 00, 000 INR, and result is a big change in my credit score. Who gave you authority to do that? I have never applied it, still it shows in my account.

                                      Hi this is naveen gururaj from bangalore i have applied for a home loan in our bank through agent called ravi shankar and your employee called sachin. I applyed for 1800000 /- they asked me for commission carriers 2% that is 36 thousand i gave 25 through cash and 12 thousand by cheque number 219433 condition was to present the cheque after the loan. They ask me the other cheque for the bank servies 9440 cheque number 219434 they told me that it i’ll present after legal and eligibility check but they presented before the process without informing me and it is passed now my loan is not approving and now they r not refunding any any amount and documents
                                      Now he is asking more money to approve the loan so i am getting cheated by your agent and employee i am asking for the refund amount they not responding or pick the calls my money is lost and i gave complaints the employee team leader called manjunath but he is not responding and asking for the proof of cash 25 thousand so pls i am not getting any justice here for me so i request u to take serious action on this otherwise u bank i’ll get bad name in future from money cheaters and i hoop u i’ll help the customer to get my money back the my cheque’s and once again i hoop that bank is for the customer not for the cheaters who is looting the money from the customer, pls pls pls pls pls pls pls help the ur customer and try to take best employee to bank to serve the people.
