Dear team,
My kyc is updated wrongly in your side, for your mistake i have been struggling to transfer my holdings from iifl to zerotha since january 2018.
2times i have submitted the transfer cum closure form, it got rejected due to the signature mismatch, now only i came to know that my photo and signature is updated wrongly, now it's clear that the mistake had been made by your side, now also you are not letting me to transfer my holdings.
How can i put someone signature, you are asking me to send the change of signature form, why should i send you while mistake made by your side.
Till now i spent around 3000 rupees to closure my account, am really frustrated regarding this issue, i had given lots of mail regarding this issue, but still no improvement from your side, as am in remote village it's not possible to goto bank and other areas.
Kindly transfer my holdings as soon as possible, because of your mistake am suffering here.
Take this as my acknowledgement to transfer my holdings and close my account, i already submitted all the proofs and cml copy, please accept my request and close it soon
