I am still paying 9.65 as interst for home
Loan account no: 729089 & 727628 where as in other customers are getting 8.35

IIFL also charges money to get the rate of interest reduced and no one is bothered to respond on email, numerous emails sent but no response.

Would not recommend anyone to select IIFL

    Hi,

    Myself Kanhaiyalal Chaurasiya. I have applied for Home Loan at your Boisar-West branch. Before receiving sanction letter, I have submitted 13 nos cheques, House Registration Paper all documents to Mr. Swapnil Lade (Boisar-branch). In Jan-2018 ending my loan amount was sanction at 10.50% rate (initially they said the rate will be 8.50%) of interest and My Prospect No. is 797919.

    Due to high rate of interest, I have contacted to Mr. Raju Tiwari for cancellation of loan. He said to email a request to 'raju.[protected]@iifl.com' this email id and cancellation take place after that.

    I emailed request to above said email id on 8-Feb-2018 and they said your cancellation request is under process and all your cheques and documents will return in 2 months.

    I already said dont put my cheques for clearing. But they have already sent 2 cheques for clearance (1st one is on 7th feb and 2nd one is on 06-Mar) and due to insufficient balance both cheques gets return and I paid the fine from bank.

    When I called to Mr. Swapnil, he said it is bank policy. Once you gets sanction letter, all cheques will go for clearance on monthly basis. But I wasn't accepted sanction letter.

    Without accepting sanction letter, how they send my cheques for clearance?

    I really wonder how a bank of such a reputation can do these kind of things to its customers.

    Dear Sir,

    On 12th March 2018, I have submitted written letter in Boisar-West branch regarding returning my all documents and they said it take to 10 days to returning.
    After 10 days, when my father went to branch, they said come after 2 days. But after 2 days, they are not returning my documents.

    Now its already more than 20 days, Today in morning, again my father went to branch, they are not responding properly. Mr. Raju Tiwari said your documents are not here. You will not get any documents return. They all are behaving like we are begging.

    I really frustrated with IIFL and its employee.

    I really wonder how a bank of such a reputation can do these kind of things to its customers.

    Please return my all document which i have submitted asap.

    It's more than 1 month, but till date IIFL not returned my submitted documents and cheques. I have already written 3 mails, but no response from IIFL.

    I don't know how they work with other customers.

    Please help me to get my all documents return from them.

      Refer loan vide agreement no.736060 dated 09.10.2017 on name of Gayatri Enterprises Prop: Dinesh Kumar Pahuja.
      - Interest rate has not yet been reduced till date.
      -Panal charges is being charged in my account.
      -EMI is not collecting on regular basis.
      -Non one is responding on my issues.
      - Already deposit amount not reflected in our loan account.

        I have an ongoing loan with iihfl since 7 months. During my initial discussion with your iifl executive, i was promised to provide loan roi @ 8.5. Later during loan approval discussion i was not informed anything about roi, even they have not informed about insurance details hence i was on a opine that i would be providing loan at roi 8.5%

        I did not received the welcome kit from iifl, and i am unable to login though the portal, because intentionally he was mentioned my dob wrong, after visiting to branch office, he has provided 'soft sanction letter there it was mentioned 8.85 (Attached scan copy) which is also wrong. After calling to customer care number i came to know roi is 9.5% not even 8.85%. Again i visited to his office, he said he initiated to change the roi to 8.5%, it will take 3 month time, after 7 months also no change in roi

        Actual loan amount i requested is 18, 40, 000, but without my knowledge he was provided 1918055.00. Now he saying extra 75, 000 was insurance amount

        And also he said i am eligible for pmay scheme, now he is not picking phone to know the status on it

        I really feel cheated regarding the change in roi% hence i would request you to look into this issue and update the roi % to 8.5 as promised.

        I really wonder how a bank of such a reputation can do these kind of things to its customers.

        I even have a verbal proof with me regarding the discussion with your executives if required and also i have attached soft sanctioned letter which he provided to me during branch visit

        I have already called to customer care on same issue, they were saying i need to wait another 6 months
        And i have already mailed to '[protected]@iihfl.com' and rakhi.[protected]@iifl.com on August 2017, till now there is no response, again you are asking to [protected]@iihfl.com

        My home loan no. 760916 in iifl in last two years and I have applied a foreclosure documents application and emailed also but nobody see my problem they says email to applications and I have emailed the foreclosure documents in last four months in six times but they says emails so please see my problem.

          Dear sir/madam,

          It gives me immense displeasure on writing this mail but i have been left with no better option. I had an account which was inactive for quite long but i thought to revive it by putting some money but when i start trading got to realise that my brokerage has gone 10 times what i used to pay earlier. I made several attempt to connect with rm ms. Naina kadam but either she wasn't made available over the call stating she is busy on other call and get back to me which didn't happen or my calls was ignored like anything. After several attempts got an opportunity to talk to ms. Naina kadam and requested her to arrange a local rm for me since she was based out of mumbai and had a very busy schedule and second to help me to reduce my brokerage because at other places is pretty decent. But nothing happened. You guys can check my trade while i was active. But after going through such an experience i don't think i will ever think of connecting with iifl and will close my account pretty soon.

          Nevertheless, this mail is just a suggestion to improvise your customer services so that you don't loose your prominent customers.

            One of the branch person agreed on our gold loan. But due to what reason he provided us with a fraud of extra charges on individual loans which is not right. Now while returning the amount of loan it is impossible to give such a huge amount. Now even he is afraid of the auction part of gold because he will come in problem.
            I guess its high time when there should be some actions taken against this person because we our the not only one he is scheming.

              Dear team,
              My kyc is updated wrongly in your side, for your mistake i have been struggling to transfer my holdings from iifl to zerotha since january 2018.
              2times i have submitted the transfer cum closure form, it got rejected due to the signature mismatch, now only i came to know that my photo and signature is updated wrongly, now it's clear that the mistake had been made by your side, now also you are not letting me to transfer my holdings.
              How can i put someone signature, you are asking me to send the change of signature form, why should i send you while mistake made by your side.
              Till now i spent around 3000 rupees to closure my account, am really frustrated regarding this issue, i had given lots of mail regarding this issue, but still no improvement from your side, as am in remote village it's not possible to goto bank and other areas.

              Kindly transfer my holdings as soon as possible, because of your mistake am suffering here.
              Take this as my acknowledgement to transfer my holdings and close my account, i already submitted all the proofs and cml copy, please accept my request and close it soon

                I have applied loan and submitted documents in nov 2017 for balance transfer. The guy from iifl told me that it should be done in 1 month. After one month i started calling almost every alternate day but they just stopped responding. At that point of time i paid around 13000 charges as processing fees.
                After 3 months, suddenly i received a call that your balance transfer cheque is ready. I was pissed off. I said clearly many times over call that now i don’t want any loan from you as you don’t care of the customer. They never stopped trying. Suddenly one day my account was debited with 15800 without my knowledge an i came to know that they used my post dated cheques as pre emi. It was non sense as my loan was not even disbursed and without my knowledge just they used my account. So in total i lost 30000. They are now not ready to repay that amount to me. Absolutely fraudulent way of behaviour. I will be putting this in social media aswell and will complain to rbi shortly. Will definitely see that justice is received. I demand total inr 5 lakhs as compensation for harassment and trouble i received.

This file was disburse in the month of oct 2017 i have received my bt (3cr) payout but but rs 50 lackh. Payout is not released customer is giving each and every month timely emi. Several times i follow related my actual hard word payout but i am being neglect.

                  I have given several file before my Ba code was generated to Mr Raj Kumar who is the executive And associated in Noida branch under Location Manager Rajan Bhardwaj .

                    Hi team,
                    My name is amit kumar gupta and i have a dmat account with india infoline limited and my dmat account number is [protected]. I want to raise a concern regarding my account opening charges. At the time (Mar 2017) of opening my dmat account in iifl, executive mr nirav told me that there will be no account opening charges. However when i saw my ledger i found that 750 rs were deducted from my account as part of account opening fees on 23rd march. When i called nirav, he told me that those will be reverted. I could see one entry for reversal on 19th jun but the amount is only 373 rs. When i called nirav again, he told me that you will be receiving the remaining amount shortly. But it is almost 5 months are over but i have not got my remaining amount (750 – 373 = 377). Its almost 1 year now and have not got my money back. Please look into this matter.

                        Hi team

                        I have taken home loan 6 months back but still the subsidy part has not been provided on my home loan account

                        I have taken flat as our pm wants to achieve his goal

                        Housing for all

                        No one helps me.

                        Govt says we are helping to make pmay a a success but nothing till now

                        All documentation done

                        I have been told multiple times by staff of iifl that it will be done in 2 weeks

                        Still nothing to offer

                        I want to know why it is taking time

                        Please help

                            I dev raj gupta, a builder by profession sold a flat to my client named mr. Rahul saha. I gave his loan file to mr. Mukesh (Sales manager, moti nagar branch, iifl, phone no-[protected]) on 10 nov, 2017. I constantly called him to ask about my client’s loan but he didn’t respond to my calls for almost 2 months. I also provided him the necessary documents for apf 2.5 months back. He called me today regarding my apf and i was angry for him being so late so i asked him the no. Of his regional head for complaining so he gave mr. Sahil’s no. ([protected], moti nagar branch) and i don’t know who he is. Later i called mr. Sahil and asked the no. Of his regional head and then he started abusing me and he also said to me that i can complaint anywhere i wish to and denied to give me the no. And e-mail id. I called mr. Mukesh back and he also started abusing and said that he will also cancel my loan. I’ve also attached the pre-sanction letter.
                            I request you to take actions against them as early as possible or else me and my customer seriously will need to go to the consumer court.

                              This is to inform you that i have applied for home loan on 15/04/2017 (Loan no il[protected] and got the saction letter for the same and also i have made all the payments on time as asked by your agent ganesh chandan. (Boisar branch)
                              Now he is again asking for the processing fees, mr sandeep senior of ganesh chandan says that without the fees your loan will not get sanctioned.
                              When i have asked the reason he says your flat registration got delayed by the builder. (When asked the reason he said the project was not register earlier and it took time to get it register.) now the sanction letter got expired and you have to pay the fees again.
                              When asked why your loan agent did'nt informed me about this issue of getting the saction letter expire in only 45days, the senior said iihfl has changed their policy and he was unware about the changes... (Is iihfl so low and down in the market that they don't inform the changes in the policy to the person who is doing the marketing or sale of their product??? (For the proof i have the recordings of the communication where in it has been said 2-3 times)

                              My concern was...
                              1) do iihfl take 1year to get the home loan sanction with all the proper documents given by the customer and that to on time. Where has all the other banks takes hardly 3-4 months.
                              2) iihfl do loans for unregistered project also??? (Because as communicated with your agent he has given me the reason for delay was project not registered.)

                              3) how many times do iihfl requires documents from the customer. (Because i have given each and every documents 8-9 times to your agent i. E 1 set of every documents every month from the date of sanction.)

                              4) your agent was very well aware about the issues of the builder then why he has not informed us.
                              5) if the sanctioned letter was valid just for 45days then why he has not informed me, as he was well aware about the delay for the registration of the project then why he has logged in for the loan application which is just valid for 45days.
                              6) last but not the least, as informed by your agent in month of january that loan has been started and till possession your emi will be paid by builder and insurance premium has to be paid by me from february. So why do he wants to login again???

                              Please do the needful and look into the matter...
                              If can't i am going to a legal court with all the proofs and msgs which i have.

                                I am Ramkrishan Kumawat (a tea vendor) near your IIFL gold loan branch, sodala, Jaipur, Rajasthan. From past three months, your branch manager Ms. Nitesh have not clear Tea Bills of following months i.e. November, December and January (till mid January).

                                I already had a discussion with Ms. Nitesh regarding tea bill payments and every time she told us that "your payment is pending from our head office". She always give false commitment and never give the exact date for payment and talk rudely.

                                I requested to please clear the tea bills ASAP and provide me the final date on which you will make the payment.

                                    I have an ongoing loan with IIHFL since 1 year. However I am requesting for basic documents such as Provisional certificate, LOD and Loan repayment track record from them since January 2018, and still awaiting response. There hotline number doesnot connect to executive even after waiting for more than 10 minutes. Also have marked mail on [protected]@iihfl.com but no response. Also customer login page does not allow user to login and access their loan account. Instead shows false message - Please enter correct details.
                                    Really pathetic service with no value for customers.

                                      I've been trying to contact customer care to know details about my loan, none of the processes are working out.

                                      1. I took loan from IIFL, which should have to be paid an EMI by 5th of this month. Till date no amount got deduced from my account. I couldn't get any support regarding this.

                                      2. I've tried using a mobile application of yours, for which I have to register with my mobile number and DOB. I've tried giving my DOB, for which the account is not being created.

                                      3. Make someone from your group to call. I want to know some information.

                                        I am karunakar, i am working for a swiss bank. I have opened my iifl account in 2009 and now due to my company policy i have to close this account. I submitted my hdfc client master (For transfer of shares) and also the account closing form. It got rejected saying signature not matching.
                                        This was repeated for three times (I re-submitted my closing form three times by re signing on it), still not the account got closed.

                                        Now my organization has given me the dead line to close this account else i may be fired from the company...!!

                                        Team, this is very serious and i am like told to the customer center that i will go there or give the thumb impression or any other options, but this iifl is not responsive in closing this matter.

                                        Please help, i am in a good position in my organization and just because of this iifl account i am in danger that i will be fired. Please please consider and help me in this matter.

                                        This account was opened around 10 years ago and i am unable to do the same signature...! And the iifl customer care says there is no option except the signature.., is that true that signature is mandatory and no other option (In person, thumb impression, any any any other option..!!!).

                                        Please help...! My dead line is reaching in my organization. Or tell me how to file a case on iifl with these details as i am loosing my job just because of them...!!!
