Hi, I have requested for foreclosure letter and request number is 2381764 on 5th June 2021 from IIFL. My loan account number is 873114.
But still I have not got the same & no useful of customer care support numbers.
This is not acceptable in view of customer support when the customers are really in troubles in their life.

Please provide the same on urgent basis.

    My loan account no is IL10047948.I have requested for foreclosure letter on 24th april 2021, which I haven't got from long time .I am regularly following with customer care and no response is given.

    The loan amount is approx 27 lakh remaining. And EMI is always paid on time without fail.
    If customer is complaint they should track and resolve the issue but they dont do any thing.my request ID is 2210672 which is requested on 24rth april.I have spoke with many IIFL customer care like saloni, murli, Vikash they are raising the request new one behalf of old Ticket 2371258, 2371537 and they have no answer simply they will say vacant team is working on that and sometime they disconnect the call. i want to know how many days it take to get foreclosure letter its already 2 month.

      Respected Sir,
      I would like to inform you that I had applied for PMAY- CLSS Subsidy Scheme through IIFL HOME FINANCE LTD and PMAY Application ID Generated on 08.09.2020 but i am tracking online continuously for the last Nine months but CLAP Portal Step No. 3 showing that the claim upload on Central Nodal Agency portal. NHB has received subcidy claim on 10.10.2020. which is pending & very delayed & till date not approved my subsidy claim & as well as I have lodged a complaint on CPGRAMS Online Portal 2-3 times before but CNA i.e National Housing Bank is only replying that it is under process, now I have completed one year on 20th March 2021 by taking home loan but still I didn't get the subsidy, please get me the subsidy as soon as possible. This is a humble request.

          Company is ignore my issues. I have send so many mails but they not resolve my issue infact they ignore my mails. Company ceo and other lower management have no give single response. This review is for those peoples who want to take home loan. If you want to take loan from this company please take another company. There is a big reasons for why we will not take loan from this company. Company owner ignore your requests. This is big issue for all over pan India. I have continue mentally torture from this company management. I don't want any other customer who will face this types of problem. So, don't take loan from IIFL. This company not provide a loan infact make u fool after when you have taken loan from this company..I am continue torture threw this company.

          It has come to know from the company of you people that people must be making the customers unhappy in the same way. Got a call from your customer care that we are returning your money. After that neither mail nor call reply came. I will put the way of working of your company in that May social media. So that people know how IIFL kills their money by luring the customer for a loan. I will forward your complaint to the Banking Ombudsman Officer so that he can give justice to a customer like me and he does not get caught in the same problem as you.

            I was told that you can trade in explosal quantities T+5 days but they sell the stock next day and my buy rate is different 133.50 I bought and I was given as 136.5 it to differentiate don’t know what are they doing

              I had taken a loan from your company but your company executive had taken all my documents when he processed my loan. As per his commitment I will process the loan within a week and as per fast process. I had given all my documents to him as per his commitment. He took some amount also of Rs-3540/-. After completing one week I called him to want to know my file process but he had not picked my call.

              I have continued to call him but he has not replied to my call or msg. Your company executive gives the customers fake commits. It seems your company executives are giving fake commits from his customers and making a fool only. Is this your working profile for your company. I made a very big mistake applying for a loan in your company. Refund back my taken money. I will mention all those things on social media, especially on twitter to secure other persons. Who will plan to take a loan from your company. I am facing so much mentally pressure when I apply for a loan from your company. Finally, give my money back.

                    I am Raju vaish I am taking home loan from iifl home loan my loan account no. Is this
                    Sir since the start of loan process I apply for 26lac but dute flat valuation your manager commit me that he will give only 25.20lac I was agree on this amount.
                    But on time of dissbusment they discussed only Rs. 2457571/- it disfence is Rs. 62000/-
                    When I asking for the difference amount of this
                    Mr. Satish gupta (manager of iifl waghale este thane branch) he said that this is processing fees whis is diduct from your loan amount.

                    On time press the loan they will not tell me nor my broker about this amount. They are just come and taking my signature on document and disbus the my loan
                    Sir 62k is huse money which I can't not pay to owner to get the passation of flat.
                    Mr. Satish gupta and om Prakash Maurya is not given me proper information about loan process abot processing fees and even the rate of interest which they are charging me.
                    Dear sir/Madam plz look into in this matter and give me 62k in my owner account so I can take passation. I don't have capicity to pay 62k to owner.

                      It is inform you that My current Home Lone Rate of Interest is 8.90. But IIHFL offered me a rate of interest of @ 8.25 for home loan and their shift charge was Rs. 2950/- paid online on 02.05.2021 (the Payment acknowledge is enclosed herewith) to reduce my home loan rate of interest but my ROI has not been reduced yet & the IIFL Home Finance Ltd. customer care executive is saying that it will be reduced in July 2021. but two months is too long to reduce ROI. I humbly request you to reduce my ROI as soon as possible. And yet not received PMAY CLSS Subsidy which is completed one year now. so kindly do needful at your end.

                          I have taken loan which repayment was not possible due to no work and no money.This company collection agents are calling me and threatened me to pay the emi or they will take legal action.And surprising their legal action is to call my contacts and harassed them.They said all false to my contact that I have given their reference. This collection females shouts on me and also used abuse words on me my family and my parents.Company have to do the action on them.I really need a time to pay.Request u to please look into it.

                            I am very disappointed to bring this to your notice that I had taken a loan from kreditbee and made every repayment on time and loan account closed before due date but i don't know how they have reported late payments for 3 months - January, February and March 2021.

                            Loan no. where late payments are reported:

                            Kreditbee loan no - KB201123RDQCL

                            No response to dispute id raised with CIBIL as well - CDS[protected].

                            Really in need of funds but not in a position to get loans or apply for credit cards because of their mismanagement.

                            I didn't get any response or update on this complaint even after sending them multiple emails.

                            Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                              I have taken Home loan A/c 753905 from IIFL under subvention plan and now the builder intimated me for the possession.For that I need Builder Agreement copy
                              and the statement copy of the Amount that was paid by Builder.For that I had raised the request on 5 April, Reference ID 2162473 and processed the fee on 13 April, but IIFL is not providing me the required document which causing delay of taking possession and builder asking for the penalty. Could you please help?

                                      My iifl home loan account no. Is 10063621.
                                      In the month of April 2021 I maintained the sufficient emi amount in my account but the emi was not deducted from my account. Now as on 16/04/2021 the respective iifl executive called me and told me to pay emi myself by online mode.. I paid this by online mode.. Bt again a message come from iifl that to pay BOUNCE CHARGES... So I am not responsible for this.. How do you ask for bounce charges.. As I already maintained the sufficient emi amount in my account...

                                        I raising a request for fore closure statement for the past 3 months still they not send me a statement. I called several times to their customer care but no response from them. The call is always in waiting. They never pick the call. Very worst service from iifl

                                        send me the foreclosure statement immediately.
