    My loan account no is IL10047948.I have requested for LOD and foreclosure letter which I haven't got from long time .I am regularly following with customer care and no response is given.

    The loan amount is approx 30 lakh remaining. And EMI is always paid on time without default.

    Worst service from customer care.

    If customer is complaint they should track and resolve the issue but they dont do any thing.

    i have raised the request from online portal, requested for call back and trying to reach to customer care but not getting any request if call getting connected customer care is not responding proper they are keeping on hold for long time after that call is disconnecting.

    Please provide For closure letter as soon as possible.

    If customer is complaint they should track and resolve the issue but they dont do any thing.my request ID is 2210672 which is requested on 24rth april.I have spoke with many IIFL customer care like saloni, murli, Vikash they are raising the request new one behalf of old Ticket 2371258, 2371537 and they have no answer simply they will say vacant team is working on that and sometime they disconnect the call. i want to know how many days it take to get foreclosure letter its already 2 month.

    Hi, Till now i didnt get any response from IIFL bank for my forclosure letter.i have raised the request on 24ryh april.

    I have raise my concern here 3 times but there are not responding.
    My name is jitendra kumar and i am a customer of iifl with a home loan account# 47948 which is currently running.

    I have send a request iifl for foreclosure letter 05/10/2020 but not responding in till date.

    I will also not pay the next emi in the month of. Please get me the letter asap.

    My name is jitendra kumar and i am a customer of iifl with a home loan account# 47948 and one topup loan account #54861 which is currently running. They have the worst ever service I am experiencing. We have requested for Foreclosure letter for both the loan accounts. We have got service request number also with request to that. But when we called to their customer care they are telling there is no request raised. They are raising by themselves which we can not track. It is getting very hard to trust them. We are loosing our patience and regretting on the day when we went for IIFL. They dont have any tracking system even customer feedback.suppose by mistake they will pick the call after 5 to10 min, they will take our information after that they will put on hold after that they will cut the call or if we will raise the request for call back same thing they will put on hold after 10 minute they will cut the call..in this case how we can contact to IIFL.

      I have raised the request on 21st sept 2020, before last week they arranged the customer retention call, now not sure what is the status. It has already been more than 15 working days, from last 5 days i have been trying to call them on support help line number. But seems they have blocked by number. I have made many calls, after all the relevant selections on IVR, it says call is in que and once it progresses above in the que they are everytime disconnecting the call. 10th Oct i paid another emi, probably they delayed so that another emi can be atleast charged at their "out of world" intrest rate of 9.35 % . Probably they are trying to delay for another month i suppose. Please take this matter as i badly need transfer loan balance to another bank., without forclosure letter the next bank won't sanction any money. They would revise rate of interest when its going up but for reducing it they would ask 5.8k everytime . Most banks do this by default every 6 months .

        Actually i had paid all my due payment 18 months before but still my acount shows active in civil. I have reached to krazybee customer care several time but they do nothing...
        I will attach here krazybee's application detail containing all loans closed and also civil report where all are still active.
        Please do something as it continuously decreasing my credit score. As right now i started my career, if these things not getting corrected then my career will be ruined...it is showing loan I'd as SL1467627

          I took loan of amount of rs 8000 for a tenure of 6 months from krazybee. Since, iifl finance is the finance partner of krazybee. Now, i noticed that krazybee as well as iifl have provided credit report to cibil of same loan taken.

          Krazybee has provided the correct information to cibil but iifl has provided all the wrong information to the cibil. I have paid all my emi. But still cibil it is showing that there are some pending loan to iifl. Even now i did not have iifl account or haven't taken any loan from iifl. My cibil getting low daily by this and i'm unable get loans.from past 2018 cibil is reducing.

            IIFL Swing trading subscription plan

            My Trading Relationship manager called me and explained me about Swing trading subscription but without taking my full concern he activated annual plan of 7000/-.
            I have called customer care many times to unsubscribe swing trading plan but no one is responding. I feel like IIFL getting money by deceiving me.

                Account 55284327.in 5paisa capital only the system works earnestly to respond with ticket numbers. I had submitted application for equity stock mps buyback on 12th sept 2020 and have been chasing this broker to know the status of proceesing at their end.in this process i have collected a truck load of tickets and made several phone calls to the customer care. But evn now nothing is known. I have lodged a complaint at nse today since this broker will respond only through them. I am yet to see any one dedicated personnel in this company as far as the service to customer is concerned. The sytem makes them to sleep.

                    Although it's clearly mentioned in foreclosure letter that any excess amount (Ecs) deducted against closed loan account shall be refunded in 7 working days refund not received till date. Even after coordinating with customer care guys and mailing 3 times

                    Kindly check and refund the ecs amount ₹23605 deducted against closed loan account 773329 deducted on 10 september 2020 it's clearly beyond the promised time line as today is 21st september. And loan was closed on 11th september 2020.

                    Again please send all my original documents, noc, settlement letter, lod, security cheques given at the time of loan applied without any further delay or need to raise a special request as there is a penalty of not submitting these documents to my current lender on time for which i will be liable to pay without any mistake of my own.

                      I have requested to close my account and received the foreclosure letter as well. The new lender has disbursed the loan amount as per foreclosure letter but iifl borivali branch manger has refused to accept the payment. As per clause we need to close account withing 90 days of first request (Which never mentioned anywhere). I raised a request on 31st august and received letter on 7th september but she still refuses and asked me to raise new one.in this scenario i have to pay both emi for new lender as well for iifl. Please send me valid docs which mentioned all this legal information.

                        After dealing with this broker 5paisa i understand the real meaniing of a discount broker. You should not expect any service except ticket numbers of a truckload, grievance or compliance personnel will never bother to respond, nseor sebi cannot move them. May be an earthquake can move their office but not any of the personne. If at all u get response it will be idiotic and stupid never reating to your query. Above observation is based on the following:

                        Aa) account 55284327 no contract notes are received from 2nd september 2020 and nothing is being done to find out even the issue. One illiterate mentions my inbox is full and i have blocked their mail. There cannot be a more stupid response from their technical team than this since i have been receiving the contract notes till 2nd septemebr 2020 in the same mail. No change in mail settings is done except making 5paisa mail as safe sender.
                        Bb) the techninical team appears to be incompetent and simply state some stupid things. If the mail is not okay, then they could have suggested for an alternative mail. But they have no brains to think on that and prefer to keep quiet and ejoy at the cover of covid 19 when an oppoertunity exist not to work with diligence.
                        Bb) my several complaints in this forum and allso nse and sebi have not moved them and i am sure that the company must be flooded with illiterates who do not know how to read and respond with a solution to query.

                        Cc) when u ask for an account closure form, the broker support keeps mum and maintains a silence. This means they want me to continue with the stupid service as if i have married them.
                        My advice never deal with broker notorious for the poor service and technical ability.

                        AA)Please note the solution to the Issue was given and done by me and the IT team of 5Paisa never have anything to suggest except informing mail baox full etc.
                        BB) When the lady talked to me I raised other issues like MPS stock buyback and Account closure form and Procedures, to which i was informed they will revert. but a truckload of mails and several calls to Customer care I do not know whether my application for MPS buyback has been processed. Request for Closure form and procedures also not received.
                        CC) Presently when u lodge a complaint at the portal you will that is deleted without any action and closure. This is not a ISO practicing company and response is never received for any query except on one occasion.
                        DD) I have lodged a Complaint with NSE now since nobody can move this broker except NSE or BSE.
                        It is nice to see the advice to see 5Paisa Forum Myarea. But all tickets are removed here without closing any ticket given by the system. I suggested a solution to change my Email ID and after that contract notes are received. There is no credit to %paisa since they have not done anything except sending a mail to me giving various reasons for not getting contract Note. I took up the matter with NSE with change of email ID option and the problem is resolved.

                        Regarding other matters like Query ON MPS Buy Back and Closure form has not been attended even after interaction with Customer care over Phone and support. very Poor service and I have decided to quit this broker since service is very important to me and not the charges.

                          I raised a complaint on 25th aug. And so called bank process to provide letter in 15 working days, bank not provided only response as it will take 15 working days as per process.
                          After raising request, on 11th day customer care representative confirmed request will be fulfilled around eod, but as it not processed.
                          Same thing is happened on next four days, in which they promised it provided 3 pm and if not please call back.
                          After calling on morning/evening, this request is not fulfilled
                          Calling to customer care is so much hectic, call getting disconnect while you are next attending customer.

                          It is very mentally harassment in this pandemic situation which a bank take 15 working days to process single request while government is asking us to use digital platform.

                            5Paisa capital do not send contract notes regularly as per sebi regulations for my account. In my case account 55284327 the contract notes have been stopped from trades done on 2nd Sept 2020.The service from this company is deplorable. You can write to anyone from support, Grievance, Compliance and even ceo. You will never be reponded with a solution except a ticket number. I have now a truck load of ticket numbers and my desktop hard disc is almost full but this broker cannot be moved to get a permanent solution to the Issue. It appears their back end team are not competent to look into the Issue and resolve Instead they have been ''looking at the Issue'' for past one week. Better to avoid this broker which i got into due to wrong judgment through Interent.

                              I have requested for a foreclosure letter and lod from iifl for my loan account number 726946 15 days ago (Re:[# 1520086 #] foreclosure statement_726946_vinoth p_[protected], and there is no proper response from iifl. Walked in to the chennai branch and they asked us to contact the customer care, which i did and the agent said will receive the lod same day and foreclosure letter in 2 weeks. Have called them more than 15 times and everytime they say we have increased the priority and we will provide the foreclosure letter shortly. Currently am overseas and not able to contact customer care from outside india and not able to reach out to them. After i made a complaint over twitter and raised an alarm, the customer care contacted me on 10th september 2020 and promised me that i will get the foreclosure and lod by 11th september 2020. I have not received the foreclosure letter and lod yet and now they are stating concern team will contact me. What is the problem in releasing the foreclosure letter as requested by the customer.

                              This is really disturbing as i have another bank loan sanctioned and they need the foreclosure letter to proceed with that loan. Already this month emi is taken by iifl, though i raised a request before that.

                              Can you please take action and ask them to provide the foreclosure letter and lod at the earliest.

                              Received the foreclosure letter on Friday late night. But unfortunately have not received the LOD yet.

                                I took loan of amount of rs 2600 for a tenure of 3 months from krazybee. Since, iifl finance is the finance partner of krazybee. Now, i noticed that krazybee as well as iifl have provided credit report to cibil of same loan taken.

                                Krazybee has provided the correct information to cibil but iifl has provided all the wrong information to the cibil including wrong tenure and several weeks of delayed payments. They reported that emi tenure is 3 months and i have paid 3 delayed emi to krazybee. I have paid all my emi. But still cibil it is showing that there are some pending loan to iifl. Even now i did not have iifl account or haven't taken any loan from iifl. My cibil getting low daily by this and i'm unable get loans.

                                  Dear sir
                                  I want to transfer my home loan because interest rate is very high and the financier iifl refused to give subsidy benefit under pm awas yojana.
                                  They are asking for mcd passed map but whenever applied loan no person asked for map and also agree to sanction pmay subsidy hence i apply for home loan transfer so please help to get foreclosure letter on priority with and hidden charge because i have also paid insurance for 10yrs rs.1, 10, 000.00

                                    I have taken home loan from iifl for 20 years at an interest rate of 8.7% in 2017.

                                    From current month outstanding statement, i got to know that my tenure of months got increased from 20 years to 25 years, without informing me at an interest of 9.7%.

                                    When i tried to contact them, there customer care is not working. When i dropped email to them, i haven't got any reply.
                                    When i called to one person iifl, he said iifl has right to increase tenure of months and interest rate without informing customer.
