इस पत्र के माध्यम से आपको सूचित करना चाहता हूँ की मई 31 माह का वेतन मुझे नही मिला है जिस कारण मुझे और मेरे परिवार को आर्थिक तंगी का सामना करना पड रहा है। मेरा आय का और कोई दूसरा स्रोत भी नही है। मै इस कम्पनी मे पिछले 2020 वर्षो से काम कर रहा हूँ लेकिन कभी भी वेतन में विलंब नहीं हुआ।
कई बार मेल किया hr को कॉल भी किया लेकिन मेरे सभी नंबर ब्लैक लिस्ट में कर दिया एस लिए कंपनी के तरफ से मुझे सपोर्ट चाहिए
मैं बार बार मेल कर रहा हूं, HR prathmesh Joshi टीम सपोर्ट नहीं कर रही है न प्रबंधन टीम के तरफ से अभी तक कोई मेल नहीं मिला आप बताय मैं क्या करू जिसे आप सैलरी भेज सके
मुझे सिर्फ समय बता दिजिए मेरी सैलरी कब तक में ट्रांसफर करें ग नहीं करना चाहते हो तो मेल पर बोल दो सैलरी नहीं चाहिए तो नआप का टाइम खराब हो न मेरा

    Poor Service, after so many mails they don't have courtesy to reply their existing customer on mails, I have mailing for 2 months but no single reply received from IIFL

    I have received mail from IIFl for GOVT subsidy of credit interst of Rs. 410 but IIFl adjusted in my last EMI by showing Interest billing of rs. 577.83.

    AS per welcome letter my interest should be 113/- but iIFL taken my subsidy given by GOVt

        My home loan is going on with this bank from past 5 years and they are only deducting interest amount without principle amount deducted since 5 years. They are not reducing the interest rate as per base rate of RBI. On the other hand, they have also imposed me with heavy fine amount which got deducted from my bank account automatically. And also when I’m trying to contact them they are not responding to my emails and website. I am very disappointed with their services.

        I have already raised a request on your website but did not get any response on that. I have also emailed on 3 levels official department still no response from them. Tried every available contact no references but they are not working. If you want me to provide you the loan agreement number I.e 739073. Resolve my issue ASAP.

        Hello Team,

        We have received the closure report on 30th June 2021 for our loan account with your bank i.e. 739073.

        There were few points missing in the closure report. Following are the points:

        1. No principle amount was deducted for 5 years on our EMI.

        2. The ROI included on our EMI was 10.55% and above which is not as per the RBI guidelines.

        3. We were imposed with heavy fines unnecessarily.

        So, please send the closure report again after recalculating above mentioned points. Also, I am ready to pay the genuine amount as per RBI guidelines.

        Please do the needful ASAP.

          I am Raparthi saideep I took many loans from krazybee and I paid but the last loan amount took by my friend in the name of me but payment was delayed so closed that amount in krazybee by they didn't update to iifl so I complained to iifl they are rude and not taking any activity. my loan number is SL1294089. below picture is the screenshot took after cleared my loan amount. please take immediate action.

              I have taken a loan from krazybee and which I have cleared it in 2020 .

              I have not taken any loan from IIFL, after all, it is showing that I have taken a loan from them and have some unpaid amount. they have messaged me the legal documentation.
              what is this problem due to this my cibil report is getting bad effect.

                    Hi,

                    One of IIFL RM Tanish Sharma visit me and convenience for the better rate and subsidy. With all his advise I have registered the property under my name.

                    For the same I have paid more than 1 Lakh processing fee, Insurance, Document and RM Fee etc.

                    Know RM is not attending my call and IIFL refused for subsidy stating female ownership is must.

                    By the time while applying for loan I have confirmed more than 100 times for subsidy. Later he showed that this is the subsidy form please sign and confirmed me as a evidence that I am applying.

                    Why IIFL processing the loan when they are not aware about govt. Rules and policy.

                    I have loss of subsidy 2.67 and the loss of 1 Lakh which I have spent unnecessary for insurance, processing fee, Documentation fee and RM Fee.

                      I have taken home loan from IIFL home loans and account number is IL10018090 and pre-closed the loan in the month of May

                      IIFL home loan has shared me the foreclosure statement

                      As per shared Foreclosure Loan statement, amount need to be paid is 29, 64, 538.19

                      but I paid the amount of 30, 11, 832

                      7th May 2021 = 9, 00, 000
                      10th May 2021= 9, 00, 000
                      11th May 2021= 25, 832
                      13th May 2021= 5, 55, 000
                      15th May 2021= 5, 00, 000
                      28th May 2021= 1, 31, 000

                      Total= 30, 11, 832

                      I paid more money than mentioned in foreclosure statement. So, i request IIFL to initiate the refund amount
                      30, 11, 832 - 29, 64, 538.19= 47, 294 rupees

                      I have recieved call from IIFL main branch but it was not satisfactory,
                      total refund amount is 47, 000 approximately but refunded only 12, 400 .

                      IIFL team said that they will look into additional EMI 25, 600 which was automatically deducted from my account on 10 May 2021 at4:PM will be refunded but nothing i have recieved.

                      As on May 10 May 10 2021 foreclosure amount was 11, 92, 316.
                      I paid all the amount but additionally IIFL has deducted 25, 831 EMI money.

                        Myself Yogesh Sharma. I have visited the Balasinor branch as on 16.06.2021 at 3:50 PM with my mother for the repayment of the loan amount. When I reached there, staff didn't allow to enter the office and said that its lunch time and its take 1 hour or more. On the basis of request they allow to enter the office but Mr Ritesh Patel told that its take 1 hour or more and don't ask to do it early and rudely behave.

                        Is there any fixed time for the lunch break?
                        On lunch break, office are workable or closed ( because all the staff having a lunch together) ?
                        Whether staff are train properly for how to behave with the customer?

                            RBI should cancel the license for this bank. IIFL is the worst bank in india.

                                Hi, I have requested for foreclosure letter and request number is 2381764 on 5th June 2021 from IIFL. My loan account number is 873114.
                                But still I have not got the same & no useful of customer care support numbers.
                                This is not acceptable in view of customer support when the customers are really in troubles in their life.

                                Please provide the same on urgent basis.

                                  My loan account no is IL10047948.I have requested for foreclosure letter on 24th april 2021, which I haven't got from long time .I am regularly following with customer care and no response is given.

                                  The loan amount is approx 27 lakh remaining. And EMI is always paid on time without fail.
                                  If customer is complaint they should track and resolve the issue but they dont do any thing.my request ID is 2210672 which is requested on 24rth april.I have spoke with many IIFL customer care like saloni, murli, Vikash they are raising the request new one behalf of old Ticket 2371258, 2371537 and they have no answer simply they will say vacant team is working on that and sometime they disconnect the call. i want to know how many days it take to get foreclosure letter its already 2 month.

                                    Respected Sir,
                                    I would like to inform you that I had applied for PMAY- CLSS Subsidy Scheme through IIFL HOME FINANCE LTD and PMAY Application ID Generated on 08.09.2020 but i am tracking online continuously for the last Nine months but CLAP Portal Step No. 3 showing that the claim upload on Central Nodal Agency portal. NHB has received subcidy claim on 10.10.2020. which is pending & very delayed & till date not approved my subsidy claim & as well as I have lodged a complaint on CPGRAMS Online Portal 2-3 times before but CNA i.e National Housing Bank is only replying that it is under process, now I have completed one year on 20th March 2021 by taking home loan but still I didn't get the subsidy, please get me the subsidy as soon as possible. This is a humble request.
