    I took loan on had taken loan from krazybee for which not a single payment was delayed and yet i see one similar loan created by iifl with late payments which has ruined my credit score. I am attaching my credit score pdf for reference, please fix this issue as it is causing troubles for no mistake of my own.

    I've paid my loans in full and on time to krazybee, please fix this. I have also mailed krazybee regarding this.

    And I'm not able take loans because of this.

      Hello,

      This is to inform you that I have availed a Home Loan from IIFL (India Infoline Limited) for an under construction property in Bangalore. I was eligible for a PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) subsidy and have availed the same last year. However, since IIFL is not disbursing loan amounts on time added with its unsatisfactory customer service, I have decided to change my loan account from IIFL to State Bank of India. However, when I informed IIFL about the same and requested for a foreclosure letter. As a response I received the below email from IIFL which states that if a PMAY beneficiary forecloses/prepays the loan without completion of construction of house, Interest Subsidy has to be refunded to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India (GOI) without prejudice.

      I have not heard about any such regulations nor could not find such a circular in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana website. This PMAY subsidy has already been paid to IIFL by the Government, and I see no sense in the reason why I should return the subsidy back. I have confirmed the same with SBI and they said such obligations are not necessary.

      Please help and confirm this as per your convenience as this is one of the urgent requirements.

        I took loan amount of rs 8000 for a tenure of 9 months from krazybee since iifl finance is the finance partner of krazybee
        Now i noticed that krazybee as well as iifl have provided credit report to cibil of same loan taken
        Krazybee has provided the correct information to cibil but iifl has provided to all the wrong information to cibil including wrong tenure and several weeks of delayed payment. I have paid all emi on time and also my account is active

            Dear iifl team,

            My loan no - sl2407181/
            Sl1223939

            We have applied for moratorium through mobile app and email to [protected]@iifl.com as well as informed to all bank respresntative who have called us for ecs registration

            But ecs has been hit and they had deducted charges for bounce. What kind of system you are running? Everyday ur ecs is coming on my account and showing bounce. My cibil record is just destroyed because o[censored]r irresponsible system. I had maintained it very seriously and sincerely. How can u harass your regular customer who is paying u ur emi without bouncing a single cheque.
            And as now the pandemic lockdown is going on, my business isn't running ur representatives are harassing me while calling. Your recovery agents are using abusive language. We r not willingly not paying emi, this going to cause loss to us only.. We r respected people in society. We r not running anywhere without paying u. We r facing many financial issues for daily breadbutter.
            As supreme court hearings u can not harass any customer for emi in these pandemic.

            How ecs could hit if any customer has took moratorium and could be charged?

            Please look into the issue.

              I have been opting for moratorium option in this bank from april month and it's always so difficult to get the request processed using this cket or custom care number. It's been like 25 days and nobody has called or resolved my query. I have contacted their customer service on 22nd may and requested to extend my moratorium and the representative informed me to contact on june 1st to place a request. From june 1st onwards i have been trying to contact customer service numbers[protected] /[protected] it is only giving me for call back option after waiting for 15 to 20 minutes. I have also raised a ticket for the same with no proper response ticket number given below.

              Now i keep getting a call to pay the emi and this is pathetic service and i had to go through the same even in the month of march and my ecs was declined and had to pay decline charges to my bank which is huge. They are giving me pathetic service and i had never faced this issue with any other banks one of the worst bank customer services ever.

              Whenever i get a callback from the customer service, they disconnect the call even before i explain about my request. No one in the customer service can speak english or are don't want to resolve the issue?

              I am tired of calling them and wasted lot of time on this issue. Is there someone in their bank can provide 0.1% of service to the customers?

                My home acccount no il10009547. I received a call from iifl for moratorium request from march to may 2020. But i denied for it and managed to pay the emi by withdrawing funds from my provident fund. I thought that the situation due to covid 19 would be balanced soon and our work and salary would be same as before. However, it was not and hence looking at overall situation around i register a moratorium request from june to aug 2020 on website of iifl (Ticket no 999449) in the month of may 2020 post paying the emi for the month of may 2020. I thought that i will receive a request on submission of my query but i didnt. I called up the customer care nos[protected] or[protected] however the ivr left me with a message saying that i will receive a callback within 24 hrs but till date it didnt receive a call for moratorium request.

                I have dropped a mail on [protected]@iifl.com on 31st may 2020 and nilesh. [protected]@iifl.com on 2nd june as my emi date is 5th of every month however i didnt received any response.

                One fine day i. E. On 17th june after charging the bounce charges twice in my account (590+590=1180) i received a call from chetan (Mobile no [protected]) saying that i am not eligible for moratorium as bank has not done complete disbursement to my builder (Sheltrax project karjat) and i have to pay the emi or else the bounce charges will keep on increasing.

                Today again i received a call from vikas saying that he will forward the request for moratorium but not responsible if it can be done or not.

                My simple question if i have not eligible for this facility, why did i receive call for moratorium in the month of april. Also there was no where mentioned in the circular that moratorium request is not applicable for part disbursement. It was clearly mentioned for all the emi's due.

                Also if i was not eligible, why i did get an response back from website that i am not eligible for moratorium request when i raised an request on website. Why didnt anyone bothered to call me before my emi due.

                I am clear enough i managed to pay the emi's for april and may from my savings however due to in sufficient funds i request for the moratorium from june to aug which iifl should give me at no cost. Also request for the waiver of bounce charges.

                    Prospect no. Il10035274, i requested for foreclosure letter for my home loan on 29th may and i have not received it till now 16th june. I am unable to reach customer care. I have tried multiple times through call and email. Please provide the foreclosure letter at earliest as it is required to refinance my loan.

                      My name is Pankaj Kumar and i am a customer of IIFL home loan with a home loan account# 759934 & IL10046515 which is currently running.

                      I don't want to address this issue to the above e-mail addresses but approaching to you because of irresponsible behavior and lack of knowledge related to home loan foreclosure formalities and the services are very bad to continue with the iifl.

                      I want to escalate this issue to you as i have called several time iifl customer care number continuously since 15 April 2020 and every time they give me a time that you will get a letter very soon but as of now i have not received any information related to foreclosure letter.

                      They promised me to provide me the letter in 15 days time and i have been following up with them and called them 10 times and few days back likely my phone connected with customer care and your representative they are saying that foreclosure team is not responding to their queries also they promised me for call back which i do not received yet.

                      I am very frustrated and i would like to take this matter higher and want a strict action on the people associated with this matter. Also i would like to let you know that due to their irresponsible manner i will be charged rupees by my next bank and if i do not get the letter by tomorrow this amount will have to be borne by iifl.

                      I will also not pay the next emi in the month of July 2020. Please get me the letter asap.

                        What's wrong with iifl?
                        I tried to open an demat account online which was not done so i opened a demat account with other trading company. After some days i received a call from an agent of iifl name amit soni ([protected]) and i he said he will process the request from his side and told me to send my documents on whatsapp for which i strictly said no. Later he again call me and i said i m not interested., from that day i am regularly receiving blank calls from a number [protected] (Which flash as iifl on true caller). When i call back there is no reply. Please request you to kindly look into this matter it's really harassment. If iifl are not doing good kindly shut down ur offices bcoz this is like begging and harassing someone who is not interested to talk to you or your company people

                        IIFL SEEMS BEGGING FOR DEMAT ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS. I AM RECEIVING DAILY 5 TO 10 CALLS THOUGH I TOLD IIFL PEOPLE NOT TO HARASS ME I HAVE VOICE RECORDING OF IIFL AGENT TALKING RUDELY AS I DENIED FOR DEMAT ACCOUNT WITH IIFL. I THINK IIFL SHOULD BEG ON STREETS RATHER THN HARASSING CUSTOMERS FOR DEMAT ACCOUNT WITH DAILY CALLS . REALLY JOKERS AND STUPID PEOPLE . I WOULD REALLY SUGGEST IIFL TO CLOSE THEIR OFFICES AND BEG ON STREETS

                              Hence request you to please decrease my roi from 10.25 as it's almost same as paying roi on personal loan.

                                Myself Anuj Tyagi, I have taken home loan from iifl last year Oct month and paying a high ROI of 10.25 where as others are paying very less interest comparitively to my loan interest.

                                Hence request you to please decrease my ROI from 10.25 as it's almost same as paying ROI on personal .
                                My problem is still pending.

                                  Myself neeraj sharma, i am waiting for the pmay status. I have taken loan last year in nov month and its almost 9 months but no update in pmay subsidy on home loan and also i want roi to be decreased as rbi repo rate has decreased.

                                    Hi respected sir/madam,

                                    Myself neeraj sharma, i have taken loan from nbfc (Iifl).

                                    Let me briefly explain the scenario to you.

                                    I have raised a request to iihfl for granting me emi moratorium as per rbi ghazetted notification on 6th april, but i was granted moratorium for month of may which was of no use to me. Iihfl has just dropped a mail stating that emi moratorium has been confirmed for month of may and also they revised my home loan tenure from 296 months to 307 months (11 months emi increased), this 11 months extra emi thing was neither communicated from their end by call nor by any mail, so it was totally illegal to do so without taking customer consent on mail/written or by call.

                                    So seeing their mail of moratorium granted on 3rd may i paid my may month emi in advance on 7th may as i don't want a moratorium for month of may which is increasing my 11 extra emi that really a big amount.

                                    After doing so i tried many times to reach out to iihfl customer care, but no one picks the call, then i raised request for moratorium cancellation using mobile app, but they closed ticket without resolution and marking as resolved, then i reached out to one of the officer from iifl named prashant tiwari on whatsapp and requested him to please help me in cancellation of this emi moratorium as it was of no use, it's just increasing my too much burden of 11 emi, he directly rejected my request and said please go ahead and complain to rbi.

                                    I hope i was able to explain the entire scenario in detail.
                                    Requesting your help in this regard so i don't have to pay the extra 11 emi unnecessarily.

                                      Sir/madam
                                      I have applied for home loan to purchase a new property in delhi and officer of iifl told me that interest rateis 9.5 % and so i applied for the same before national lock down. After this period iifl officials told me that your loan passed at the rate of 10.0 % and just after 2 days (27/05/2020) he told me that sir we are not able to provide you home loan with the rate of 10.0%. We are able to provide you a interest rate of 10.25%.
                                      Sir/madam, kindly help me so that this type of non banking finance company do not cheat the customer. As rbi continuously decreasing the repo rate how can these types of companies increasing the interest rate and cheating the customer or providing false information. Please help me. Thank you very much for your kind support.

                                        Dear sir.
                                        I have trading account with indiainfoline with the name of naresh kumar with a count id eshnar74
                                        . On 26th of may2020 u short sell icicibank 200 shares at rate of 292. Near about 3.20 pm at market trading hours i try to cover these stock but cant cover sir to some techntechnical problem in indiainfoline trading terminal. Then i call mr roop singh one of employee in your company to cover the short 200 shares of icici bank. But even mr roop singh cant cover these 200 shares sure to technical problem. Wich is trading at that time near about same price rs.292. Per share. Mr roop singh try his level best to cover these 200 share of icici bank with his combined effort of this back office team. He even try to get the cover even in extra time of ouction trading.in late night i get message from indiainfoline stated that due to technical issue. Today's (26/05/2020) intraday square off has not hot executed. Please check the position and contact your relationship manager.
                                        Next day i call mr roop singhsingh ask me to cover the 200 share of icicibanks share at market price which is at that time is rs302 per share
                                        Then i ask him why i book loss of rs 10 per share which is total loss of rd.2000. Then he give me number of his chandighar office to and call up their. My call was attend bye female and they say they will call me back in 10 minutes. But after 10 minutes i not get any call. Then i call up the same number ofchandigarh office abot 1p to 12 timesbut they not pick my phone and then later they swichoff the phone. This is very irreposible and wrong behaviours of the india indfoline back office staff of not attending my call.
                                        Sir my request is that plz cover my shirt sell 200shares of icici bank that rate of 292. The closing rate of 26/95/2020. Since it is not my fault it is technical fault of india infoline which they confess is message send to me the same day.
                                        I hope u will do the right justices and save my hard earn money.
                                        In case i not get justice then with heavy heartedly u have to move ahead legaly to save my heardearned money.
                                        Looking forward in hope of positive out come.
