My family maintains at least 3 accounts with 5paisa capital. While the contract notes are received for two of the accounts regularly, for one account 55284327, the contract note is not received. When the matter is taken up with their customer care, i got an response of arrogance that i can download the contract note from their site which even an # trading trading at any brokers site would know. They have stopped sending contract notes for the above account from trades done on 2nd september 2020 unilaterally. Mail to their [protected]@5paisa.com is not even acknowledged. Wonder how this broker do not follow sebi guidelines and survive successfully in the market.

    This is in refrence to my existing PL # SL970423

    Before lock down till March'20, I paid my EMI (29 out of 36 emi) well in time from inception (year 2017)

    In lockdown I applied for moratorium but same was denied with no information or justification of denial.

    Anyway I asked for foreclosure letter to pay in full, which was provided with penal charges/prepay charges without any justification

    I clearly remember at the time of availament I have been communicated that prepay charges are NIL and infact I also applied for foreclosure earlier in March'20 where I m in recept of FL with NIL prepay charges ( I could not go on because of Corona spread which affected me in early days)

    Below are my concerns

    1) Unprofessional attitude of below persons / emails is which neither responded me back but also sending collection agency to my home ( Till now i remided 11 times reflected in trail mail with no response or even acknowledgement from concerned). Is this the way to treat the customer???

    2) Removal o[censored]njustified penal charges/ prepay charges from Foreclosure Letter. I already paid 590/- per ECS bouncing to my bank without my fault, paid many times every time multiple of 590/- per transaction

    3)Please provide ethical Foreclosure letter ASAP (with only principal outsanding) so that I can foreclose and stop getting embrassed for bouncing of ECS ( Care to be taken that date of EMI is 3rd which is approaching)

    I hope I could be save further from getting harassed by people who could not distinguish between good or bad customer, loyal or dishonest customer

    I eager wait for acknolwdgement and posiitive revert to conclude small relationship amicably

      Was a student who took a loan from krazy bee and krazy bee ended up ruining my cibil score for life.
      Even though i had paid it on time. The website says that my loan status is complete and all payments are done. Fast forward 2.5 years i apply for a loan and got rejected wondering why.
      I check my credit report to see the loan is still active from iifl and that i have been defaulting my payments since last 2 years. Which is impossible. I don't know if krazy bee never paid iifl and kept the money or what but my credit score is ruined. I tried calling their customer service numbers they are all dead. No reply from e mails as well. Don't know what to do.

          Need some help.. I installed iifl app recently and logged in via my phone
          Now one of there executive called me and asked for opening a demat ac for which i denied.. And after that they have called for 7 times and more including ehich they sometimes give a missed call sometimes they cut the call as soon as i pick up. I work in a office and this thing is disturbing me since 2 days. Please help me

              Dear IIFL home loan,

              Please refer the attached screen shot of the email sent to you from Ministry on A/c of my complaint regarding non receipt of PMAY subsidy against MY loan A/c No. IL10018119 since last 2 years.

              Also please note that in my building situated at Nawada Extension, Delhi almost 12 flat mates have been received PMAY subsidy and my application only put on hold stating Uttam Nagar is regularised area so can't process subsidy then what about those have received it here. Please do not make false statements any more.

              Please make sure to reply to Ms Sireesha (MOHUA) in cc to me so that I can able to receive information on the same.

              PMAY CLSS application was uploaded to CLAP portal after registering complaints at various concerned departments. NHB, Mohua, IIFL, PMO, CMO all over the complaint was registered even RTI was filed and PIL filed at SC. After 3 years of continuous follow up with all these departments and officers (directly and indirectly) by email, calls, whatsapp, by visiting their offices, finally I succeeded. Sincere Thanks to all the Officers who listened to my plea.

                My name is santosh kaginkar and i am a customer of iifl with a home loan.

                Earlier i raised complaint for foreclosure letter and now i requested to close the policy to icici for that i need noc which was raised in last week but the iifl team contact me saying noc cannot be provided before loan closure. Please provide the guidelines or documents needed to close icici insurance policy asap or else they are going to deduct 20% of refund. Could you please try to co-ordinate and provide the documents in timely manner?

                  Iam existing customer of home loan (773329) of iifl. I have requested list of documents, raised a ticket through app reference no:no.1441685. Still pending please check when it has been raised still no reply except an acknowledgement mail.

                  App/system is designed to ignore requests till pending tickets are resolved. I hate the system that's designed where no one person can be held responsible for the delay.

                  I still want a loan account statement and foreclosure letter from you guys for which i might have to wait till end of the year i guess.

                  No point of contact. Bad service, no one connects on customer care service. This is not how you treat your customers.

                  Iam forced to find a way through this if this is way how you work.

                    I have taken a loan from krazybee way back in 2017 and for some medical reasons i was unable to repay the loan for some time and then cleared the entire amount in 2018. Krazybee has reported correctly but iifl has constantly reported fake reports and has updated as written off which is severely affecting my educational loan applications time and again. I was baffled to see the banks rejecting the application after all the documents were perfect and asked the reason for rejection and then i came to know about this. My registered mobile number is [protected] and my pan number is ckepr1797r. I request you to look into this asap as its jeopardizing my career.

                      Yes foreclosure document received, Kindly provide original document and security cheque etc as i Have closed the Home Loan on 22nd Aug 2020 and as per IIFL 26th Aug 2020 home loan is closed, but no intimation received till now about the original documents receivable from virar west home branch. Please do the needful ASAP for closure formalities and settlement document hand over to me personally.

                                We have Home Loan existing in your company since march-2017. Whose EMI we pay regularly. Now we want to sell our house to someone else. So buyer party’s bank require the copy of documents. we have requested to send the copy of documents to us by calling the customer care of IIFL company on 01/07/2020. Our IIFL copy of documents request reference no. 1352295.
                                But we have not received any reply or required copy of documents from IIFL yet. We are frequently calling on IIFL customer care and also inquired at the local office in vadodara. But even they are not answering. We are trapped in IIFL company in the current situation.

                                  It is to inform you that i have taken a home loan from iifl home finance ltd. Which is rs.1967768. But now i am facing a lot of financial crisis/burden due to this covid-19 epidemic so i request you to cancel my home insurance which is rs.67768

                                  I would like to inform you that i have term insurance policy which is rs. 75.00 lakhs of hdfc life company. The term insurance policy should be attached/link to my home loan account and i will be provide the term insurance police details. Kindly take necessary action at your end

                                  The icici lumbard insurance company is required noc from iifl company so please provide noc certificate as early as possible.

                                    cancellation of my home loan insurance reg

                                    It is to inform you that i have taken a home loan from iifl home finance ltd. Which is rs.19, 67, 768. But now i am facing a lot of financial crisis/burden due to this covid-19 epidemic so i request you to cancel my home insurance which is rs.67, 768/- and refund me the said amount

                                    I would like to inform you that i have term insurance policy which is rs. 75.00...

                                    My self Jaymin Bhavsar.i have taken home loan from iifl. Now I want to transfer my loan to other bank and I have raised foreclosure request since 26th june 2020. And person told that it will process in 15 days but still not done.Even when I call to customer care executive no one answer it.i am trying to call since one week today executive answered a call she did telephone verification and keep my call on hold for 10 minute and disconnect call without giving information. This is not 1st time, this is every time problem. Executive answer call 1 time in week and disconnect it without answering my query.
                                    Also many time I raised request for arrange call back, they told that they will call back within 24hrs, but even after 24 days i did not receive any call back.
                                    Due to high interest rate it is not affordable such delay in process.

                                    Hi,
                                    Thanks for providing me foreclosure letter.
                                    As mentioned in foreclosure letter i called in customer care to raise request for payment stop of my next installment
                                    But guy says it is not possible.
                                    It will be raised after payment.so can you let me know who is right cc guy or your foreclosure letter.

                                    I have already submitted FCL and document in my new bank and they are processing it.

                                    Also if I will complete my payment than why do I raise request of stop payment.
                                    It must automatically stop from your system.
