Madam/ dear sir,
I undersigned mr. Ravindra shinde (Pan : bixps3553g)
I had taken loan on 01st nov2007 rs 60000 from iifl, loan account no is 79422 for 3 years having emi of rs 2231. As the repayment duration (Emis) was for 3 years and my last emi was supposed to be the on 01st oct 2010. But bank is claiming that loan repayment is of 48 months and not providing acknowledgement of sanction letter to prove the loan tenure.
Please note i have paid all the dues towards to my loan. My 38 emi was deducted from my bank account through ecs system.
Total loan amount was inr-60000/- repayment loan amount paid by me is inr-84778/
Secondly i have taken one loan only, but bank has provided wrong details to cibil that i have taken two loans. I have raise compliant to delete the duplicate loan record. They took more then four month to remove duplicate entry of loan.

I have signed a loan agreement where it was clearly mentioned that 01st oct 2010 as “date of last emi” and “term of loan” field.

They have come back stating that it was a typo error from their end. If we have signed contract then each party has to honor the same. But they are not honoring the agreement.

After 12 years all of a sudden they had changed the status of loan from “personal loan to business loan” and same was reflecting is cibil. Escalated the same to rbi and providing screenshots for change of loan status from business to personal loan.

Ideally they should have followed up with me to sign a new contract after cancelling the current one. I have not seen any effort in that direction from iffl.

In fact i was following up with them for loan agreement copy from last 9 years.

If this tenure was highlighted to me when i was signing the document, i would have not signed it. I have paid additional 2 emis.

Request your intervention to get the refund of 2 additional emis which i have paid extra and cibil clearance.

As per your mail, if I have taken loan at 32 % of interest rate, then request you to provide me signed copy of acknowledgement of sanction letter.

After 12 years all of a sudden you are saying it is a typo mistake and have changed the status of loan from “personal loan to business loan” and same was reflecting is cibil.

Ideally you should have followed up with me to sign a new contract after cancelling the current one. I have not seen any effort in that direction from your side.

    Dear krazybee,
    I am harsh raj holding mobile no. [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com. I just checked my experian and cibil credit scores at paisabazaar.com, where i found you have reported a fake update of my delayed payment for experian and equifax credit score whereas nothing such was found in my payment history. I have been a year long old customer of krazybee and nothing such was expected from you.
    You have always advertised that you will allow a chance even if we have been late for 3-5 days and and i didn't even haven't delayed payment by even one day paid, i ask you the question why???
    I request you a immediate update to experian & cibil that it was a fake update and dont destroy the life of students by doing these things or else i will have to rate you a single star on play store and also i will have to update this things on social media websites like facebook, linkedin, twitter etc.
    Please dont play with my carrier as you have reduced my score to experian 550 and cibil to 600

    Please revert me with the update at the earliest you can, with the news of correct reporting to cibil and others (Even you cant see any such late payment that was 400+ days pending).

      Hi team,

      In the month of june i have applied for home loan because of pre emi option available and one of the iifl executive come to my home for collecting the documents and paid the initial processing fee of 3600 rupees to proceed further... But after days of application rbi has issued that pre emi option has been removed and iifl rejected the home load (No official email but informed by the executing over phone) so i am asking my refund of processing fee and they are saying its not refundable...         This is m harsha my complaint regarding loan payment which i took back before 1 year in krazybee and i have cleared all my loan repayments ontime but after 6 months it is showing me that i have not completed my loan repayments which caused low cibil score. It is very low as i didn't expected beacuse i have completed my loan repayments on time then why it is again showing as balance to be paid or active account which i completed almost some months back. So, please resolve this issue as soon as possible beacuse the score is reducing day by day

                  I have applied for personal loan for 3 lakhs and submitted the documents on 22nd august, 2019.
                  They asked me to pay as registration fee which is refundable rs. 1999/- - i paid on the same day. (22/08/2019) to the account number[protected], ifsc code: pytm0123456.
                  They sent me "welcome on board" letter from indialoanfinances.com (Unique no. Unirlf43que code =rlf473sh).
                  Then they sent me "india non judicial" e-stamp letter on 23rd august 2019. Asking me to pay consideration price rs. 20, 000. I paid the amount same day to the above same account number.
                  They told my file was in finance department.
                  On 24th they asked me to send my account details. I sent them and they sent me the nbfc rtgs onetime transfer application form which was signed by mr. Ashok verma (Senior manager). It says the date of transfer is on[protected].in that letter they mentioned bank charges of rs. 10000/- to be paid immediately. They gave me the account number[protected]. Account holder name is india loan. For paytm bank.
                  I paid that on 24th august, 2019.
                  They did not reply till 26th august, 2019 and told me that my file was in nbfc office. They will transfer the money by 3pm.
                  On 27th august 2019, they sent me nbfc no objection certificate duly signed by ajay vardhan (Senior advocate delhi finance) and asked me to pay rs. 5000/-. And amount refund date is on[protected].
                  I paid the amount to the account number[protected].
                  They asked my wife details i have sent them the documents.
                  On 28th august, 2019 they said money will be transfered till 4 pm
                  On 30th august, 2019 they said nbfc is on strike.
                  I waited till september 4
                  On september 4, 2019, they said mr. Divakar from nbfc would call me.
                  On 5th september, 2019 they sent me a message saying that transaction failed through rtgs mode of rs. 3, 35, 000.
                  Then again they asked me to pay security charges of rs. 10000/- for transfer of money. I paid to account number[protected].
                  There was no response till 16th september, 2019
                  On 17th september, 2019 there was call from roshni finance department head, from account team.
                  She asked about my other bank details. I gave her my iob details.
                  Again they asked me to pay 5500 immediately for the transfer of money.
                  I paid again to account number[protected] as charges.
                  Again they asked me to pay 5000 as commission amount to mr. Vimal baju das account number [protected] ifsc code airp0123456 i paid to him.
                  September 18th, they called me and said gst charges need to be paid. Amount is 6000/-. And i paid to the account number [protected] ifsc code airp0000001. Airtel paytm bank.
                  Same day he sent me the transaction details. India loan finances transfer failed due to security charges 10000/-. They said this is nbfc high command security. I paid to the account number [protected] on 19th september, 2019.
                  On 19th evening they told me they had done nift transaction and would be credited in 2 hours. On 20th september, 2019 they nift also got failed.
                  But they didnt not send me any receipt or mail.
                  On 21st september, 2019 they asked me again to pay 5500 for processing fee.
                  And they asked me to pay again as they will come and visit home and give cheque. For this, 5500 should be paid as visiting charges. I said i dont have enough money it can be deducted.
                  They rejected and told me if you want to cancel you can cancel. I said ok. And i requested them to return my money back. But for this i should pay cancellation charges. I told them to deduct and pay me back. They rejected and were threatening that i would not get any money back.
                  I request you to take necessary action on this fraudulent bank and request to return my money back asap.

                    I have not single response regarding setisfication letter. If your trust with your employer why not again setisfication letter from me??? First time make me foolish by alpa thakkar and dishonestly signature by me.
                    I am setisfication with policy after my long struggle you had currection my right date of birth but not service from iifl because my complen solve only customer service and not concern solve till that alpa thakkar setisfication letter from me dishonestly and without trust full. If your trust with your employer why not take again setisfication letter from me because you can solve my complaint because you don't think good service from iifl other wise you help of customer. You forget i am your customer iifl dhanera branch and i know your employer service but you don't know what services from your iifl gold loan.
                    I am literal person i know what is right and what wrong. That day 27-8-19 unbelievable first time call from alpa thakkar regarding my policy after 13 days and ask me to coming to iifl dhanera branch and first time i went iifl and told me this is policy document and i am writing a letter that this is your policy reciced by me and sign in this letter but never asked me complen related questions. This time i am very very happy to watch my policy after hard straggly. And thanks to alpa thakkar than i see one letter writing by alpa thakkar and i read my name and my address and subject that this reciced policy by alpa thakkar than i am very happy i said no need to read all pages i trust you and your service and now i busy with my busy schedule and i have taken one photo of letter in my mobile and said i am getting very late and i will read this letter in my mobile in leter than i reach at my home i want to closed my complen on consumer complaints but i think once i check my policy again mistake my policy with wrong date of birth i already said you i can not accept any fault in my policy document. Than i dout created alpa thakkar and i was calling alpa thakkar regarding my wrong date of birth but alpa mem received my call and cut my call than my dout clear and i check screen sort of letter and read carefully than i realised what is game with me and dishonestly she wrote ' this is my mistake i couldn't reciced my policy after calling and i was not complen against iifl gold laon and alpa thakkar this is my mistake i accept.'
                    Than i realized is very very very bedly service from alpa thakkar and by mistake i signed in satisfaction letter on trust your employer. I regret now i can't trust in my future on iifl gold laon and alpa thakkar i already chek what kind of services from alpa medam. Now i can't little trust iifl gold loan and alpa thakkar.
                    I kindly request you do not closed my complen without my satisfaction letter
                    If your team trust your employer plz ask her to again reciced satisfaction letter from me.
                    If your team trust your employer that i am happy with iifl service why not satisfaction letter from me again. Because one mistake never again and never trust your employer
                    I know first time no one trust me my policy not reciced by me and not complen by me than i investigate than i knew my same name same village policy from alpa medam than again called your insurance department than belive me and taking seriously other wise??? You can concern with manger of iifl dhanera branch if i am happy with your service.
                    Now i again request you please investigate this real fact other wise i have many options to prove this satisfaction letter received by dishonestly and foolish me. And i will ask every person this type or service from iifl gold laon dhanera

Offering one polocy 5 gold cons & 43' samsung colour tv.. One polocy generated in the month of mar'19. After mar'19 budget he qualified winner club also in iifl gone to rassai. After taking polocy mobile no. Blocking, not responding phones.in hderabad office also not responce. Very very big fraud mentality of employees working in this organisation. Last 6 month i have written so many mails to bharati axa general insurance company also. Iifl & bharati axa both company not responceble for emplyees frading & cheating. Nagarjuna still working in same organisation & generating polocies also.. Now also iam getting so many calls from vijayawada team. Don't entertane any phone calls regarding insurance polocies & gifts.

To take polocy he is offiering 5 Gold Coins & Samsung TV 43". After taking polocies. Very big cheater working in this Organisation sitting in Vijayawada & Generating Polocy in Hyderabad. Please check this person how many polocy generated in Company. In the month of Apr'19 Qualified Company winners club & gone to Rassia also. No. one cheater working in thsi Organisation. I have written so many mails to M/s Bharati Axa General Insurance also. No Responce. And also visited 3 times Hyderabad IIFL Office. One time Mr. Rajesh confirmed to resolve this. Second time Mr Harish confirm with in two day we are going to resolve. As per telephonic disscusion with One of Manager Bharati Axa, Vijayawada. My polocy generated through Broker M/s IIFL person Mr. Nagarjuna. I have requested to Vijayawada Manager to resolve this issue. As per Vijayawada person Mr. Venkat Reddy Incahrge of IIFL. Hyderabad & Vijayawada. I personally visted three times. But Venkat Reddy Not Available in Branch. Last 6 months so many mails written to M/s Bharati Axa- No Responce. All these persons after generating Polocys our phone no. Blocking. Two days back also received one call from Vijayawada with same story. Last 6 months Iam trying to say both Company's are not take care of Customers only required bussines. And sending Emplyees to Winners club. Don't entertain any phone calls reagrding Bharati Axa General Insurance Company polocys. All these calls coming IIFL Company only.

                        Dear krazybee,
                        I am kunal j chavan holding mobile no. [protected] and email id - [protected]@gmail.com. I just checked my experian and equifax credit scores at paisabazaar.com, where i found you have reported a fake update of my delayed payment for experian and equifax credit score whereas nothing such was found in my payment history. I have been a year long old customer of krazybee and nothing such was expected from you.
                        I request you a immediate update to experian & equifax that it was a fake update and dont destroy the life of students by doing these things and also i will have to update this things on social media websites like facebook, linkedin, twitter etc. And lodge complain in consumer forum.
                        Please dont play with my carrier as you have reduced my score to experian -625.
                        I have never ever delayed payment.
                        & i don't even know what iifl is and now it's showing i have outstanding fees, like seriously???

                          I am receiving repeated calls from the above company frequently. Inspite of multiple requests as not to call, i am receiving calls and the team forces to listen to their policies even if we are notinterested. This is causing disturbance to my elderly parents. As i am using landline with no caller id, i am unable to trace the phone numbers.

                            I had taken loans in krazybee registered mobile number [protected] registered mail I'd [protected]@gmail.com, I have repaid and closed all my loans on time long back only but recently when I checked my cibil score it's showing one loan is still active and it's in written-off stage consider this dispute and resolve as soon as possible it's effecting lot for my other loans, active stage and written-off documents are attached below.

Alpa thakkar tell me today 28-8-19, this is your policy plz sing in receipt and i had sign on letter but i don't know this is satisfaction letter. I don't write a satisfaction letter. This is my mistake i signed by me on behalf of wrong trust your employer alpa thakkar. This letter write by alpa thakkar not by me. Now i don't want to any policy from iifl. I will not accept policy document from courier. Please give me my money refund very urgent basis and policy give to your employer alpa thakkar. Now i don't need a any policy from iifl.                               I already said two same person same name same village and your iifl team contact to bharat bhai chopabhai Chaudhary policy from ALpa Thakkar one month before reciced print of policy and he didn't complen and my name is bharat bhai chopabhai Patel and never single call from iifl dhanera branch than i complaint consumer complaint than i reciced first call from 27.8.19 and i go brach i reciced my policy and sign receipt of policy reciced by ALpa Thakkar but i reach at home and want to closed my complen but one time chek my policy again faltu on policy document i reciced policy with wrong documents than i call ALpa Thakkar but she attend my call and cut my call than i chek screen sort of where is my signature is not a policy document receipt this is satisfaction letter than my all trust lost with iifl and this letter not my handwriting this write by ALpa Thakkar and said me this document reciced by ALpa plz signature it and i have done but now i can not trust your employer ALpa Thakkar and iifl dhanera branch.

                                I have an ongoing loan with IIFL since 11 months. During my initial discussion with your IIFL executive, I was promised for NIL foreclosure & Prepayment fee during loan approval discussion. I was not informed anything related to Swaraj.

                                I had received the Sanction letter from IIFL which I have accepted and there is nothing related to Foreclosure & Prepayment. I did not received the welcome kit from IIFL at the time of Loan Sanction, And now when I requested IIFL to provide the Foreclosure documents, they are saying the I have to pay 5% as foreclosure fee.

                                I really feel cheated regarding the change in T/C hence I would request you to look into this issue and update as promised.

                                I really wonder how a bank of such a reputation can do these kind of things to its customers.

                                  I had taken two loans from krazybee for which not a single payment was delayed and yet i see two more similar loans created by iifl with late payments which has ruined my credit score. I am attaching my credit score pdf for reference, please fix this issue as it is causing troubles for no mistake of my own.

                                  One loan has been closed, while the other is still active. As you can notice, i had opened a krazy bee loan just one day before iifl loans were created in my account. I've paid my loans in full and on time to krazybee, please fix this. I have also mailed krazybee regarding this.

                                    I have to go consumer court or banking ombudsman because i complen by me by mail 14 August than total 14 days i have not single call from iifl dhanera branch or ALpa Thakkar. So i have only option to customers care and customer care team support me and give me my policy number than i know my policy company is start health insurance than again call customer care than talk to me start health call me your policy will be sent to your address but i have waste my 4 - 5 days no any policy reciced by me.
                                    I think your employer my policy sent to other wrong person if may be take receipt of policy by wrong person and he can miss use my policy
                                    Why you more time to send my policy and receipt only single policy
                                    IIFl is careless person to joinning and policy sent to wrong person. What can i do for my policy any have a prove where is my policy is running who is using my policy

                                      I got everything from there but one of my friends was employee in iifl,
                                      She was there for 7 month and torture and forced by senior authority for leave the job and when she finnaly leave the kob the hr department denied to give her releiving letter
                                      I just wanted to know that she has all right to have releiving letter from company that...

I have called the customer service regularly for 10 days now for the closure letter and the final amount settlement so that i can close the loan but everyday they say they will provide the information by todayeod.
