Plz help
IIFL has freezed my trading account and it is now un operational, however there is nothing wrong from my side. I requested them for some modification in my a/c but again and again were rejecting my valid documents, and not changed my old communication address even after providing the valid, bank authorised, attested documents
Spoken to my RM Ms Naina Kadam once and she assured me for a solution but till nothing has changed. Its been 2 months now and IIFL is not even refunding my money nor allowing me to operate my trading a/c.
IIFL RM Desk Representative, Mr. Vishal dtd.12/06/2019 (5 PM onwards), also acknowledge that they have my all valid id proof documents along with bank attested application form in original but I am still waiting for an update and resolution of my problem.
I am almost daily calling them, sending emails to cs[at]iifl.com, Nodalofficer[a]iifl.com, pno[a]iifl.com, but their emails are rejecting by server/ Email failure although these are the emails they have mentioned on their official websites for customer grievances
please help
