Trade account with 5Paisa capital .user ID 55284327. Traded on 14th June 2019 for sell Online 4 shares of Infosys held in my demat account with 5 Paisa, which was purchased on 18th march under settlement no.2019054(Trade[protected]. However this company on 18th June auctioned to buy 4 shares of Infosys instead of debiting from demat account for the settlement of sell trade on 14th June 2019. Mails sent to support or compliance or anyone will be responded with ticket number since this system oriented. After that no personnel will attend to your query. You can phone but will be of no use since he will inform that he has taken up with back end team. But there is no back end or front end in this company to work and respond. Have taken up with NSE but seeing their bureaucratic way of registration of complaint wonder whether they will bother at all.In short one should be careful when you trade with this Broker who has no service when any query is sought.

No response has been received except a truckload of tickets being attended by none. I have registered a Consumer complaint at Govt.Portal under docket number: 1401622.

    Dear sir/mam,

    I had apply for home loan from IIFL anjar - kutch on february - 2019

    my house is in under construction and contractor needs money, i have full filled all documentation before two month ago but still date not received any payment

    due to delay of payment contractor has stopper construction.

    I have been going to Anjar - 370 110 (Kutch, Gujarat) Branch office for inquiring of cheque for the past 20 days but frequent single answer is given to me "DO DIN ME CHEQUE AA JAYEGA" But when will two days come ?

    Why does Anjar branch harass us like this, I do not understand, Where is my mistake ?

    My humble request to you please made my home loan payment and take immediate action on priority basis and I HOPE YOU WILL BE TAKEN POSITIVE ACTION.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      Plz help

      IIFL has freezed my trading account and it is now un operational, however there is nothing wrong from my side. I requested them for some modification in my a/c but again and again were rejecting my valid documents, and not changed my old communication address even after providing the valid, bank authorised, attested documents

      Spoken to my RM Ms Naina Kadam once and she assured me for a solution but till nothing has changed. Its been 2 months now and IIFL is not even refunding my money nor allowing me to operate my trading a/c.

      IIFL RM Desk Representative, Mr. Vishal dtd.12/06/2019 (5 PM onwards), also acknowledge that they have my all valid id proof documents along with bank attested application form in original but I am still waiting for an update and resolution of my problem.

      I am almost daily calling them, sending emails to cs[at]iifl.com, Nodalofficer[a]iifl.com, pno[a]iifl.com, but their emails are rejecting by server/ Email failure although these are the emails they have mentioned on their official websites for customer grievances

      please help

            Dear sir,
            I have approved loan amount of 23, 61, 000 from iifl. Till now 19, 82, 071 amount has been credited. Now i don't want any further payment ahead of 19, 82, 071. As per discussion with customer care of iifl i already submitted a written application to stop part payment on dated 11/03/2019 at dewas branch. But still no action taken on this. This month also only interest deduction were made there is no deduction were made on principal amount.. That's the way iifl earn money from customer??? Also last month interest deduction from my account was 12, 531 inr which was now increased to 13, 874 inr with out any notification of raising interest rate.. Please give justification on both issues. Please get the attached letter for further clarification.
            I already submitted complaint on 17th april but no concrete action taken. I already paid 1 month interest for whole loan & it seems that i have to pay again in next month interest only. Pls take quick action otherwise i vl transfer my loan to other bank. Pls get the attached signed letter which i submitted.
            No action taken till now. Officer's came to my home on 06/05/2019 from. IIFL Dewas branch &Indore branch & told me that
            by July you don't need to pay per Emi. But recently when I take follow up with Mr Dharmendra at Dewas office, he his not giving my proper answer. He is asking to go to Indore office. I already submitted letter in written on 11/03/2019 in written at Dewas branch but till now no action taken. If they want they can check CCTV for that date on IIFL Dewas branch. I am also not getting any proper response from Seniors at Dewas & Indore office. It's already been 3 month but no action taken on this issue. I am requesting you to take necessary action & stop earning money by making customer fool.

                I need to complain of an NBFC named IIFL
                I have availed property loan from there, they have insured me and my father without my consent.premiums are too high to bear .I am going through very heavy loss of around Rs. 2.5lakhs.As I belong to a middle class family this is very injustice to me .I have been continuously contacting the concern bank for refund they haven't taken any action till date .it's been around 2 years .I tried contacting RBI for my problem.though my application has been forwarded to the concern department National Housing Board but still it didn't work till date I have not received any response from them.I don't know where to complain about this matter . Kindly provide proper email id or address .

                  I am having IIFL user id AMITBS24, but due to financial problem i am unable to use my account and same thing i have informed to their executive also. And also requested to close my account or not to deduct the annual maintenance fees. But every time they are deducting annual fees including penalty through selling off my equities without my permission.
                  I also informed that i have forget the password for online login and unable to login because they have not register my mobile number to recover the password.
                  One side they say my mobile no. is not register, other side they send me SMS regularly for deduction of charges.
                  I want waive off my all deducted money and immediate close my account.

I wanted to change the tenure of home improvement loan from 5 to 26 years to match with home loan.                             I have been trying to correct the spelling of my first name and change in my bank details for last 3yrs by talking to them, submitting them applications, sending them hard copies by courier but of no use.
                            They do not have enough knowledgeable person nor local office to contact and to address the grievances of consumer and more over all the people are so reckless that they disconnect the call even..

                            We cant contact them by person at all.

                              Trade account 52379322. The support service from 5paisa is poor. My tickets 2261217 /2273066 have not been responded since long and it appears that the concerned personnel is ignorant what to respond to a query raised on margin. Hope someone will help.in most of the cases rigorous follow up is required but in this case that also seem to have failed.

                                1. Initially I have requested 7.5 Lakh and provided all the required documents.

                                2. Got confirmation from IIFL on 31st July 2018.
                                Immediately i called to chandan Mishra and informed Loan is not required due to High ROI and other charges.

                                3. He confirmed he will stop disbursal process.

                                4. After 8 Days..ON 8th Aug 2018 i have Received 3, 69, 625 rupees only from IIFL. Immediately discussed with chandan Mishra; Since i have rejected the loan but why they have deposited 3, 69, 625 rupees to my account.

                                5. Chandan Mishra was discussed with his superiority and provided IIFL Bank account details on 10th Aug 2018 to transfer the amount 3, 69, 625 rupees to IIFL. I have not used single rupee from this loan amount

                                6. I have Transferred received amount from IIFL 3, 69, 625 rupees to IIFL Account on 13th Aug 2018 and informed to chandan Mishra.

                                7. Chandan Mishra was confirmed it will take couple of weeks to close the loan account.

                                8. 26th Nov 2018 I came know the Still My IIFL Loan account is not closed and active.

                                9. Then I have started contacting IIFL Customer care and Chandan Mishra as well to get it close my loan account.

                                10. I discussed with Customer care more than 20 times regarding this issue. But no use still they are not able to resolve the issue.
                                and chandan mishra is not picking the calls. no response messages too.

                                11. Blindly Sending information to me to pay remaining balance 4, 64, 327 rupees; Since I have received only 3, 69, 625 only that to transferred back to IIFL account as per chandan Mishra.

                                12. Chandan mishra was confirmed he is waiting approval to close the loan account.

                                13. As of now i have not paid Single EMI from my account; Please find the attached bank statement.

                                14. IF you are not able to close this loan account; Then i have to take legal action against IIFL as well as chandan Mishra and Customer care members, will approach consumer court as well. Since I have all the evidence and email from customer care, Nodal officer as well as chandan mishra

                                15. Please check the complete information and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                16. I'm not ready to pay any other charges and you have to claim from Chandan Mishra;

                                    My family holds 3 separate accounts with 5paisa.in all accounts whenever a fund transfer is done using upi-phonepe application, the funds gets credited into my account successfully without any problem but always followed up with a pop up as under:

                                    'sorry, we are unable to process your request. Payment id-xxxxxxx, transaction amountxxxxxx, payment mode upi'

                                    The screenshots of the pop up for all accounts 55284327, 52375322 and 52833860 has been sent to the customer care. But nobody is able to even understand what i say.in the recent case under 52379322, when i raised the issue i got a stupid response as shown in the attachment. The support did not even read my query and mentioned 'we have not received the money' although i had mentioned in the mil query that i have received the money successfully but followed by a pop up mentioning sorry etc. Please see the attachment and find out why such support personnel are employed in this company who do not read the query and simply respond showing their stupidity.

                                      I had an agreement with mr. Niyas (Bigfoot custom) to buy second hand armada jeep and mr. Niyas purchased the same on 14.02.2017, agreement to finish the work (Technical, mechanical, painting etc... Etc..) before july, 2017 which was the estimated cost of reconditioning is rs. 4.5 lakhs & i paid all the money to him, but untill now he did not complete the work and hand over the vehicle. When ever i am asking he was telling some excuses...

                                      So kindly advise how can i put case against him...

                                        I took loan of amount of rs.8000 for a tenure of 3 months from krazybee. Loan account no is sl1111711 since, iifl finance is the finance partner of krazybee. Now, i noticed that krazybee as well as iifl have provided credit report to cibil of same loan taken. Now this account is show in written off.

                                        Krazybee has provided the correct information to cibil but iifl has provided all the wrong information to the cibil including wrong tenure and several weeks of delayed payments. They reported that emi tenure is 6 months and i have paid 4 delayed emi which is completely false. I have paid all my emi on time.
