My name is puran prakash. Loan a/c no sl951615
I got a loan, that was only 20000 rupees. Penalty has increased due to breakdown of installments. And along with panalty the bounce charge has also increased. That account takes me 5-6 times a month. 590 rupees each time
Solve my problem
Please share forclose amount without bouncing charge
I wants to close this loan

And here a employee named shibu is giving all the information to a non account holder that is to all my family members even after repeated warnings.         I opened online account and buy/sell some share in starting.But after few day I unable to sell my share.So I ask for it to iifl.They told submit POA.I sent this two times on THANE address .Two time rejected.So I ask reason of rejection to POA Dept.They gave number of relationship manager(RM).Then call much time but R.M said I don't know about reason, call to POA Dept.

        Due to unable sell I have lose all money which added in account.

          I had already paid this both loans one year back but it's showing outstanding balance in cibil and IIFL had not reported since a year.

          I had already check details with local branch but branch manager said that you need to ask customer care, even after lot of followup noone is answering.

          Because of this elogical thing, I am facing issue in other Loan Due to My CIBIL Score showing outstanding Payment in IIFL.

            Dear Sir,

            I have requested for foreclosure letter for my home loan account # 807779 dated 23rd August 2018 and still I am waiting for it. Every time when I call the customer care, they don't have information about the letter and asked me to wait for 2 days and committed everytime that I will get the letter on mail. Today is 19th September 2018 and still waiting for the letter.

            If RBI increases the PLR to certain basis points, IIHFL increases the loan rate to double basis point and it becomes expensive now. I would recommend everyone to dont fall in NBFCs commitment of better loan for home. Go and buy from respective banks not NBFCs.

            Dear Executive,

            You have repeated the same sentences which your customer care executive did so from last 20 days. Today one of your executives told me at 11 AM that I will receive the copy in next two hours. and I think 5 hours already with the clock and receive no updates from your side. I hope you will make it fast and I receive the letter by close of the day. I am waiting.

Today is 14th February, 2023 and still waiting for the letter.

            This is really very frustrating, as they don't take these as important basis. Not sure what to do next.

                    Iifl virar branch is forcing us to take home loan insurance which we have checked with other banks and found is not mandatory. Also excecutive in virar branch are not at all helpful not answering calls and not replying back properly. They did not tell us about insurance until everything was finalized.                       Hi Team,

                      I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of your management.

                      This is to file a complaint regarding the misbehavior of your team.

                      I would like to tell you that I have requested for business loan from your organization (loan number: SL1397238 for the amount of INR 5, 00, 000), which was approved as per text message you have sent to me on my registered mobile number. Not only it was approved but according to another message- "Congratulation! The amount of INR 4, 82, 601/- is disbursed to your registered bank account. Your EMI due date is on 03/09/2018". Also I have received the insurance kit.

                      Now, the amount was not disbursed at all.

                      When we contacted one of your team member, he said- it has not been credited because you haven't show the electricity bill of your property (My Shop). It was not done because The shop was a warehouse which doesn't need electricity. But as your team member said that they need it, I have contacted the BSES and applied for electricity meter. Now I have the slip for the electricity meter.

                      When I contacted your team regarding that loan again, One of your well mannered team member said that "THEY DO NOT PROVIDE LOAN TO MUSLIM COMMUNITY".

                      WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL.

                      First of all, None of the company in India says NO TO MUSLIM.

                      If your company says that, then when we applied for the loan the company should have rejected that in one go.

                      But you have approved the loan and after doing all the formalities and clearance, you are saying that "IT's NO TO MUSLIM".

                      If you want to double check this, you can go through to the whole process, your team with the help of the given Loan number.

                      As I cannot take this for granted, I am going to sue on you against this unacceptable statement. And also this will disclose to the media as well.

                      I have spoken to my lawyer regarding this, and we are going to look into this [censored] and sue on your company on Wednesday. And hopefully you will get that notice by or before Friday.

                      I just wanted to Thank you for the respect you have given to me as a Pride Indian Citizen, which I never expected from a reputed Organization like you .

And then i tried calling customer care 3 times they said i will get in mail in 2days which never happened... How am i supposed to get the soa... I'm tired of trying this for past one month...                           Sir/madam,
                          I am vikas nayak opened a demat account in iifl through rm madhavi (Indore), she gave me client id nayakv90 i also sent physical form application but still account is in processing. I have telephonic conversation with representative of iifl, now they told me to refund the margin money (10, 000) but almost 20 days passed but still my money is not refunded.                             Hi,

                            I have transferred[protected]+22000) from my registered bank account which is corporation bank on 16th aug 2018 but till date it has not been updated in ledger.
                            Followed up with customer care team on this sevaral times and given proof of account statement on email but not been updated yet.
                            They don't even revert on mail or no confirmation gets from there side.

                            Worst experience and as per there policy if it doesn't show in ledger they will charge penalty.

                                My name is Jyoti Madhavrao Tathe,

                                I had taken a housing loan from IIFL ( India infoline Finance limited )Aurangabad branch, details form which I am giving below. I was promised that IIFL will organize to get me the Subsidy as per Pradhanmantri awas Yogana for women.
                                The loan was disbursed on 12/9/2017. Our other co applicants got their subsidies withing two months but our case was kept pending. We provided all the information and documents timely and its been a year we have taken the house, we have not been awarded the subsidy and we have been paying high interest rates.

                                We have been contacting Aurangabad office but we have not got satisfactory resolution till date. We are told that its stuck with the Government where as their customer care says they have just recived the file from Aurangabad office IIFL on 17th August 2018.

                                We are not happy with the customer service of IIFl Aurangabad and would like to have your kind intervention.

                                The honorable prime Minister of India has initiated this scheme but due to poor implementation I am suffering.

                                  I apply for home loan to IIFL & they disburse the loan amount on Date 02/08/2018. They have deposit the cheque which i have given as security deposit. Before depositing the cheque they have not inform me about the date & amount (on email or phone). IIFL charging me the bounce cheque penalty as they are default as not inform me pre - interest payment.
                                  I have call the customer care & there branch but no help. Just IIFL saying to pay bounce charges. (because of IIFL Fault i have to bear both penalty charges from IIFL & by my bank branch sbi.)

                                    I opened a demat cum trading account in iifl in jan 2018 online and there executive was literally after me to open one. But since then i have forwarded my poa doucument thrice for updation but nothing has been done till now. Iifl rep is not picking up. My calls and m not getting update on my poa document. Now my hard earned money is struck in the accoumt because i am not able to withdraw without poa. Iifl is mentally harrasing me inspite of providing all the documents this purposeful delay shows their intention of keeping my money for their own use.

                                      Hi,

                                      My name is raju singh (Home loan account number:- 726304)
                                      I have taken home loan from iifl on june 2015. At the time of loan processing sales executive have communicated that inr 1140 is the only amount for processing fee. Even in the attached sanction letter it is mentioned that processing fee + service tax is 1% + s. T.. Nowhere it is mentioned that its 1% of loan amount sanctioned. Besides, an amount of inr 1140 is mentioned just after that in brackets. Making it ambiguous about processing fee.

                                      4 days back only, i came to know that they have deducted around inr 17000 as processing fee from my sanctioned home loan.

                                      I have raised this to customer care on following email ids.. And even called them but haven't got any resolution on this.
