I have a demat account of iifl (Acc id: anirudhp). Now since i have stopped trading for a long time, i need to close my demat account and transfer the balance remaining on my account.

I have talked to a representative of iifl and he suggested me to raise a complaint about the same.

I have also tried to find the option of closing the demat account on their online site but couldn't find any option. Therefore raising a complaint to get the issue resolved asap.

    I was looking for job in sep 2017 i have got a call from steev b mediator betwwen iifl pune and me... He has scheduled ny interview for rm position with iifl pune. I have appeared interview on 19th sep
    With iifl punr and was got a call from steeve congrats u have been selected on 29th sep 2017 and submit all ur docs for joining process.. And next day i have shared all the scan docs with him... He told me company hr will call u for offer letter and doj. I have waited some days no call from his side. I have taken follow up severl time he asured me u have been selected will get call from hr shortly.. I have told him let me no if it is not conform but he assured me u r selected not need to look other job. But nov end when i called him he told position is in hold u r selected but u can look other option i[censored] want... I was like ok after wasting my 2 months... But 1st dec 2017 i have got a call from girl named shaswati... She was calling for iifl mumbai anf was askibg if i have joined but i told her how can i... Didnt receive my offer lettet yet.. So she tpld me u will get it within week or tomorw itself. Then after week i have tried connected her bu t she is swith off since that time. Kindly look into that and provide me eith the offer letter if i hav been selected.. And stop playing with canddates future.

    I have been selected for iifl pune for RM position mediator steeve called and msg me. And taken scan for all docs for joining process . I have been selected in 29th sep 2017. Since then he is saying hr will call u for offer letter but call did not come.and he waseted my 2 months now he said that u can look for another job i[censored] want coz position is in hold but for sure u r selected, it was said in nov. And again in 1st dec 2017 girl named shaswati from mumbai iifl called me and was asking if i have joined iifl, i told her abt i did not rcv offer letter yet. So she told me ok u will get it tomowrow or max within week. After that no call again and i have called her its showing swith off. Kindly look in to that and provide me with offer letter. Or els stop playing with candidates future.Thanks

        I have requested for the change in my bank account for that i have provided all the relevant information to mr jasim (My relationship manger), post that he confirmed me also that the account has been changed and going forward no money will be credited to my old account, however the account was not changed and my old account was only attached to it leading to financial lossss to me of about 10k. This is not the first time i have lost money because of your person fault, in the past iifl has deducted charges because of my contact manger default. If you guys are incompetent you should not open my account. This is unpardonable behaviour and this time i want someone to take responsibility and my money lost should be recovered. Pethatic and highly unprofessional. Also when i asked mr jasim about the default he stop replying to me and avoid picking up my calls. I have a evidence to prove it.

          Hi,

          I have been trading with iifl for more than 5 yrs now, however it is recent when i started checking brokerage charges which were promised to be 3 and 30 paisa, but noticed it is always around 1 r/s. And whenever i contact my rm shruti in bangalore she tells me different story that amount should be more than 5k and some time it should be more than 10k.

          It is really pathetic service from iifl.

            Ever since our home loan transfer issue was raised, the iifl personnel dealing with foreclosure have been behaving in a very unprofessional manner to the extent of being extremely rude and abusive in their behaviour towards us and causing unnecessary delays. The delay has been for 3 months. They are creating undue and unnecessary stress and mental agony in our lives with their obnoxious devil-may-care attitude and total disrespect of our time. Our business is also suffering since we have had to take leave numerous times because of their tardiness. Should we face any more unnecessary obstacles, it may lead us to taking drastic steps for which mr. Karthik, mr. Kamal and mr. Gopalakrishnan and in effect iifl would be entirely held responsible. We also demand stringent action against karthik, kamal and gopalakrishnan for their high-handedness and lack of professionalism. It is even more galling since they are in the customer service business.

            If we do not get any assurance from you in a timely manner and our home loan transfer sorted out without delay, we will have to approach the banking ombudsman as well as consumer grievance redressal forum in the court. Rest assured that the matter will not be limited to these measures. We will be forced to approach the social media and the concerned authorities to air our grievances and make our suffering public if the issue is not sorted out quickly in a fair and transparent manner. We believe it is not too much to ask for a little bit of politeness, decency and fairness in dealing with your customers.

            First of all they don't inform about last date of interest and after penalty they inform us to pay interest when we ask them about penalty and ask them why you have not informed us about this instead of guilty they start blaming us that its your responsibility the attitude ofsone particular staff was negative towards me .she said its not our duty

                We have taken LAP from IIHFL on 01/11/2015 amounting for Rs.9, 87, 65, 000/-. Since then we are making payment of EMI’s to IIHFL. But now we came to know that IIHFL has sold off the loan to Canara Bank. When we contacted Canara Bank, they said that there is overdue in the above loan a/c. On seeing the SOA of Canara Bank, we are shocked that the payment of EMI of Rs.11, 94, 894/- which we are making every month is not fully credited to our LAP A/c with Canara Bank. The amount is partly credited to the loan a/c with Canara Bank. As such the Canara Bank is charging penal interest to our loan a/c. We have brought the matter to IIHFL and asked for the SAO which they gave after many requests and reminders which is fabricated because they are showing full EMI amount to the credit of LAP a/c.

                Now we are in a delimma as we don’t know to whom we have to pay EMI.

                In view of these circumstances you are requested to clarify :-

                (i) Why our full amount of EMI is not credited to LAP a/c with Canara Bank.
                (ii) Why you have fabricated the SOA of IIHFL which shows full amount being credited to LAP a/c.
                (iii) Whom we have to pay future EMI
                (iv) With whom are our Property Papers which we have given as security i.e. with Canara Bank or IIHFL.

                Kindly clarify the above point on urgent basis so that smooth and regular payment of EMI is ensured.

                A copy of this letter is forwarded to the RBI for their information and action which may please be noted.

                  I have availed a gold loan through iifl with loan account number:gl6517384.
                  I have done the payment in the month of april, 2017. But, when i am seeing the cibil score it is displaying that it is not closed. Please take necessary action to close the loan account.
                  I don't know it is in the prior as i am not aware that that loan account is active. Because of this loan account, my cibil score is less and i am unable to avail remaining loans and all.

                    Respected all my account was opened was in 2008 life time account in 500 rs. I was trading regularly but some reason i was couldn’t trading now i recently i got mail from: [protected]@iiflstatements.com subject ledger report for quarter ending september 2017 on thu, 05 oct 2017 11:04:51 showing balance 11.88 cr i was thought to trading after i saw mail or lager
                    I was to mail to from: [protected]@iiflstatements.com for contract rm for start trading, no body didn’t call than, i called on [protected] talk to executive she told me you can start trading 1st year is free after one year amc charge now your lager was show only balance 11.88 cr, she told you can transfer your amount and start, i transfer 5000 rs. After my trading, i was got debit for amc charge. I try to contract minal patil rm mb [protected] number is switch off, she told me, she will called me, but she didn’t call me. My request is that please reuse amc charged from my account. I am paying high brokerage, i will thankful your where i start trading mined free.

                        Dear sir, as i have paid all the installments towards loan a/c no-[protected] and requested for some waiver in penal intrest to mr arvind pasi before 30/09/2017. He assured me of 35% waiver after that repeted telephonic conversation and personal visits to gandhidham branch for the sama, and requesting mr sameer aurora for the same. No person is avaible to give the final settlement amount even if i want to make final payment. And the intrest further increased by approximately rs. 10000/=. So i request you to look into the matter and do the needful, and advise me the final settlememt amount for immediate payment. Thank you

                          I am facing problems regarding emi clearance in your iifl office.
                          Actually the thing i have not paid 2 months emi so iifl team has been seezed our vehicle. So we came sarakki branch office to pay the emi. These people said that we have to go to the head office which is located in richmond road.in head office mr. Khaja is shwoing is very irresponsible and very neglected behavior to us. He is made us to roaming for three day after 2 days also he is not available in office and if it is available also he intetioally making us to wait and here there is no one to reply us behalf of mr. Khaja.
                          So our request is to responsible person take action to him and clear our issue ada soon possible.

                            This is regarding the foreclosure letter. I have the home loan account with IIFL (AC number - 767589). I have a loan of 1749000/- for the period of 25 years with floating. It's been one year with IIFL, completed locking period. Paid every EMI on timely. Govt has been decreased the rate of Interest up to 8.35%. But still IIFL is charging me 9.40%. I had word with them number of times. Why they are not cutting the rate of interest. If it is floating.

                            After words, I have decided to transfer loan from IIFL to some other lender.

                            After long follow up (one month). I have received a foreclosure letter. On the foreclosure letter IIFL is charging Broken period interest amount 12219.20/- for the just 5 days (05/[protected]/11/2017). I spoke to IIFL customer care, she confirmed me that it's 5 days charges. If you see daily interest rate according to there foreclosure letter 452/- per day.

                            My EMI debited every month on 10th & they provided me foreclosure letter on 06th Nov 2017.

                            However, I don't understand theie calculation how they calculated 12219/- for just 5 days. I keep asking to explain, How they calculated this amount. No one is responding on this. As per given escalation matrix, Marked mail to level III, but still no one is ready to respond.

                              M karsan anavadiya i am a customer of iifl with a home loan account# 767496 which is currently running.

                              I don't want to address this issue to the above e-mail addresses but approaching to you because of irresponsible behavior and lack of knowledge related to home loan foreclosure formalities and the services are very bad to continue with the iifl.

                              I want to escalate this issue to you as i have called several time iifl customer care number continuously since 19th sep 2017 on[protected] / [protected] and every time they give me a time that you will get a letter very soon but as of now i have not received any information related to foreclosure letter.

                              They promised me to provide me the letter in 15 days time and i have been following up with them and called them 8 to 10 times and last week your representative they are saying that We will email you foreclosure letter within 48 working hours but still which i do not received yet.

                              I am very frustrated and i would like to take this matter higher and want a strict action on the people associated with this matter. Also i would like to let you know that due to their irresponsible manner i will be charged rupees by my next bank and if i do not get the letter by tomorrow this amount will have to be borne by iifl.

                              I will also not pay the next emi in the month of october. Please get me the letter asap.

                                  I have talked with customer care executive of 5paisa before opening my account and they told that union bank of india is linked with them.

                                  Now when i submit all the docs and pay account opening fees, they asked me to pay via paytm.

                                  Now they told me that union bank of india is not linked with 5paisa.

                                  I have talked with customer care executive of 5paisa and they told me that to send account closure form and your account opening charges will be refunded.

                                  I send account closure form and now my account is closed.

                                  Now they told me that, it is account opening charge and will not be refunded,

                                  They should refund this charge as they have forced me to open account by giving wrong information.

                                    I had talked with mr. Prasad on 23rd of august for balance of transfer, as the interest rate is lower than india infoline fiance corporation. Sicne then i was continuously in touch with iifl office executive mr. Prasad and mr. Rahul. Mr. Prasad told me that your request is transfer to our head office for further process. You can collect your papers via email. So many emails and calls are made but no reply.
                                    Lastly on 5th october, only lod was received but the foreclosure was not received till date. When asked to customer care they always explain some or other reasons for not issuing foreclosure.
                                    Please look into matter and help me to get the foreclosure letter.

                                        How can i make a trust that you will provide me foreclosure letter in some time.
                                        If this thing will take some time. Then why i was waiting from the last 15 days.
                                        What you guys did in last 15 days. I requested on 18-sep-2017.
                                        Nobody is going to take a responsibilities and no one is ready to provide reimbursement for extra interest amount that i have been charged by my next bank. :(
