I have requested for the change in my bank account for that i have provided all the relevant information to mr jasim (My relationship manger), post that he confirmed me also that the account has been changed and going forward no money will be credited to my old account, however the account was not changed and my old account was only attached to it leading to financial lossss to me of about 10k. I have been trading with iifl for more than 5 yrs now, however it is recent when i started checking brokerage charges which were promised to be 3 and 30 paisa, but noticed it is always around 1 r/s. And whenever i contact my rm shruti in bangalore she tells me different story that amount should be more than 5k and some time it should be more than 10k.

It is really pathetic service from iifl.
