2 weeks ago, i received a call of mr. Chetan from iifl and he asked me whether i want to open a stock brokerage account with iifl. I said i already have an account with zerodha and i do not want to open an account in iifl. But he kept insisting on opening account though i kept refusing. Finally, he gave me commitment that i would be charged brokerage less than zerodha with free lifetime amc. Apart from it i would be given to research with relationship manager. I agreed on these terms and asked him to send an email regardging the committment. But he sent his id card on whatsapp along with login details of his employee account in iifl so that i could upload my documents. I came to know that my number was with other employee of iifl and he transferred to his own lead. I filled all details required by iifl portal and uploaded documents. The whole process took a lot of time. I had to repeat the process many times during 3-4 days on the request of mr. Chetan. During the whole process, i kept ensuring from him about the terms and he kept repeating that he would grant what is committed. On completion of the process, he asked me to sign agreement and courrier to iifl. I refused and told him that i wold not sign the agreement till my terms are met. But he kept saying that i should trust him and sign and send the agreement as he would get the terms done surely. I kept refusing and then he finally said the terms cannot be met and started giving lame excuses. During the whole process and afterwards, he kept asking for references and kept calling m in the night and morning for those. I kept saying first get my account opened then i will provide him reference. But he kept calling for references and sending of agreement. Finally i called iifl customer care and complained about him. Then his senior mayank called me and ensured me that the terms committed to me will be met. Then he made me to talk to mr. Chetan where he again first lied and finally apologised for his mistake. Mr. Mayank told me that he would call me but did not call. After 3-4 days, when i called mr. Mayank, he refused to grant me the terms.

This is really bad on part of iifl and this wasted a lot of time of mine.

It seems the company never intended to resolve this complaint and was again wasting my time and was pretending that it cares about complaints and its customers. This clearly tells the kind of service IIFL provides to its customers and their committment.

The above lead ID was also right as per the form generated by IIFL while signing up..

This is really very bad.

I received a call from Mr. Rahul and after wasting a lot of time of mine, the response I got was that they cannot fulfill the committment.

So it shows what IIFL is all about.

This is an advice to everyone. Stay away from IIFL.Some employees again called me and then told the same thing that they cannot fulfill the commitment. They kept again asking me to open account in new terms when i kept telling them that i dont want to open account in IIFL, I only want my prior commitment to be met. These people have no respect for your time. Even after i requested them not to call me, they kept calling me. I asked them to call me only if they are ready to meet commitment.

Everyone stay away from IIFL.

I will complaint to SEBI if i receive one more call from IIFL.

Everyone - These people are just trying to show that they care by posting here again and again while in reality they are wasting my time again and again. It is intrusion of privacy and fraud to commit and not to deliver.

SEBI - Please bookmark this thread and please take action if i receive one more call from IIFL.

    Here is an important verification through a concern that 4 months ago i taken a loan from the branch of iifl residency road. And my loan number is il0006018.
    But the issue is that mr. Priyash has not taken my phns and if talking gratitude and directly told me to go in the branch for more details.. And also he told that from his side all the works are completed..
    Whenever i gone there is the branch people saying "sir, your documents are missing.."

    Last 4 months i was trying to call and none of them took my calls and did not back..
    And sadly i want to inform you that in every month i am going in residency branch and meet this persons..

I am ready to signoff that i do not need that stock. Bangalore office they are not helping me close this. I called bombay office, they sent me back to bangalore branch.         I have a taken a commercial loan of rs 3240000 in the year 2014 @ 13.75 %rate of interst. My a/c no. Is 713435
        My conplaint is that the rate of interst which you are charging from us is too high. In comparision to other banks.We have talked to other banks like axis, boi, hdfc, sbi etc they are very easily ready to takeover our loan with only @11 % rate of interst. So you kindly do the interst rate down or else we dont want to continue with iifl. If you are not doing so . Then kindly give the LOD for closer as soon as possible.please reply as soon as possible Thankyou

          I raised query and its case id is 03462096. I told iifl people to give me reply in writing to my query with proper justification and evidence but they are not responding to me. I also told them to assign me some senior level relationship manager but instead of that they assign me junior level rm who does not have any knowledge. I wrote so many email to them but they dont bother to reply me.

            I have two home loans in iifl with "746462" and "743001" account numbers respectively. I kept an application for foreclosure of my loan and also submitted the filled form at your tirupati branch and got acknowledgement for the same from your office. I also submitted the copy of that to your "reach" department through a email. Already i have taken a demand draft for ₹55, 00, 000/- on your organization name as mentioned in your prescribed application form. Till now there is no response for the foreclosure letter. If you will not send the concerned letter means, i have to get huge loss in the form of interest. It is highly objectionable and regretted to do like this from your office. Don't play with the customers. What for we have to pay interest amount unnecessarily for your negligence? If you people wants give the response to the court of law means, i am ready to move to take a legal action against you. If you people can't take the action means, i will proceed from all the angles to take an action officially and legally obviously. Therefore, take the necessary action to do the needful for foreclosure of my loan. Otherwise you people have to compensate all my financial losses. Thank you.

            I am getting home loan from iihfl now I am getting loan at 12% interest rate now I am applying another bank and I get 8.55 %rate now when I applied for foreclosure Latter iihfl give me FCL for 5%Charges fore due amount where now my agreement letter foreclosure charges are 0 nil and iihfl give me FCL with 5%charges

              I had loan account hc3200 with india infoline
              I asked them for foreclosure letter after 9 months
              they told me that I can not close the loan even after it is clearly mentioned that I can close the account after 6 months,
              after that they sent me a vague amount of 1350599 for account closure
              I still obliged and paid 1280422 by demand draft and remaining 75336 by cheque
              now they lost the cheque and deducted extra emi from my account
              and are asking me to pay more interest for delay in deposition of the cheque which they lost
              they are withholding noc letter and creating new rules by their own wish they have not given me the agreement copy
              I can not verify any amount which they are asking me to pay

                I got a call from mr. Pradeep tiwari for personal loan on date of 4.1.2018. According to requirement i have submitted all the document. After that very next day i received the mail that my loan amount of rs 50000 has been approved and i have to pay 4373 rs per month for 1 year as emi. Then i am agree with his. Very next day again i got a call from that person, that they are failure to make my ecs automatically & they suggest me that i have do it from my bank atm against the charges of rs 4373 which will be refundable with loan amount. That time i am agree with him & i do it. On that day they mail me nach form for signing. After signing the form he told me that i have to pay advance emi of rs 4373 for disbursed the loan which will be refundable with my loan amount. Till now i have pay rs 8746 with out getting the loan. I am waiting here for loan but till now no amount received in my account.
                I had a faith with iifl but after suffered all this situation i think this is a big fraud company.
                I am requesting to you kindly refund the amount of rs 8746.

                  I have honour to request that i have an iifl account with id vikkum13 in the name of vikas kumar. I tried to update my kyc detail in my iifl account through sending a speed post with all required document to their main office in thane. After that i confirmed also that on 8th dec 2017 they received my application. But they said that ur uid does not having the address which u have written but sir for my address proof i already given my current gas bill as they have written it their instruction page for acceptable doc list. But now they are telling it is not acceptable as address proof. But sir if it is not acceptable then that should not be in the list. I tried to contact them at least update my email or mob no. As i am providing my pan card which is there in record and satisfied that i am same person but they didn't update my details in account. Please help me out as i am not residing near to any iifl office. My complain no. Which i had registered in iifl is[protected].

                        There are several issues which need to be reloved
                        1. Mismath in my name. Trading account the name is monica bhavnani but the pan and adhar is monica samal. Have couriered self attested copies of pan and adhar card to santosh mashal but have no idea of the progress. Have also spoken to gautam who issupposedto be my rm.
                        I am also not able to trade as no one has come to collect the cheque for 2 weeks. Unable to do internet banking as my bank is not listed with you

                              Still my problem is not solved
                              This is to inform you that I have applied for home loan on 15/04/2017 (loan no ;- IL[protected]and got the saction letter for the same and also I have made all the payments on time as asked by your agent Ganesh chandan.
                              Now he is again asking for the processing fees, Mr Sandeep senior of Ganesh chandan says that without the fees your loan will not get sanctioned.
                              When I have asked the reason he says your flat registration got delayed by the builder.(when asked the reason he said the project was not register earlier and it took time to get it register.) Now the sanction letter got expired and you have to pay the fees again.
                              My concern was...
                              1) Do IIHFL take 1year to get the home loan sanction with all the proper documents given by the customer and that to on time. Where has all the other Banks takes hardly 3-4 months.
                              2) IIHFL do loans for unregistered project also???(Because as communicated with your agent he has given me the reason for delay was project not registered.)

                              3) How many times do IIHFL requires documents from the customer.(Because I have given each and every documents 8-9 times to your agent i.e 1 set of every documents every month from the date of sanction.)

                              4) your agent was very well aware about the issues of the builder then why he has not informed us.
                              5) If the sanctioned letter was valid just for 45days then why he has not informed me, As he was well aware about the delay for the registration of the project then why he has logged in for the loan application which is just valid for 45days.
                              6) Last but not the least, As informed by your agent in month of January that Loan has been started and till possession your Emi will be paid by builder and insurance premium has to be paid by me from February. So why do he wants to login again???

                              Please do the needful and look into the matter...

                                A man called Pradeep Kumar Tiwari (mobile no. [protected])called me up on 21/12/2017 claiming that he is from IIFL personal loan section. Since I needed loan he asked me to forward the documents to loandesk.[protected]@gmail.com. I asked him why gmail & why not IIFL mail id, to which he said he is third party who carries out documentation & processing.
                                Yesterday, i.e. on 26/12/2017 he called me up & said the request had been approved & sent me a mail that contains certain detail. As there was IIFL logo I did not suspect anything. He called me up few hours later and said the EMI will be 7, 950/- and I will have to pay 2 months EMI in advance in order to verify that the account is active, but I will get it back when the loan amount is credited. Though a bit reluctant I agreed, again because of the brand name & good will of IIFL.
                                Some hours later he sent me another mail confirming that the loan would be transferred but since the provider is a private party I will have to pay 15, 954/- as collateral. When I disagreed he said that since everything is documented & IIFL is involved I have nothing to worry about. I asked for signing the loan agreement, but he said without collateral no agreement can be signed. He sent me a receipt showing how much I paid & how much is going to be transferred. To prevent from getting suspicious he mailed me his id card and said I could lodge complaints against him if I did not get the payment.
                                In total he got 31, 854/- from me in the pretext of disbursing loan which did not happen.

                                  I had pledged my gold with federal bank in 2015 and the account had come for renewal in april 2017. They sent me a renewal form for signature. But i did not sign as i am based at bangalore and gold loan account is in shimoga.

                                  Now when i contacted the home branch in shimoga they are giving information that it has been renewed without my signature. When i called up customer care they are telling that the account is closed.

                                    Also I want to say that now I will not pay the EMI from January until my problem will not be solved. You had just cheat to me because of the concern employee had assured me to refund that amount. I had already informed to your employee for cancellation my proposal in the month of July when I didn't get the amount. After given assurance by your employee I was agree to take loan.

                                        I have a trading account with iifl which i opened in 2011. I did not use the account since then and the registered mobile number and e-mail id (Official mail id) are currently not in use hence, i had raised a request for change in my mobile number and email id by sending the attested physical copy of my pan and the form downloaded from ttweb. I had sent the requested form and attested pan copy to thane office in the month of october which was rejected because the signature was not matching according to them. I had sent the same details the next time in nov, and yesterday when i called the customer care the conversation went like this. At first i was told my application is rejected as i had not attested the pan copy which i sent, when i confronted by saying that i had signed i was told that the signature was a photocopy and it was not in original, i confronted that the signature was original, i was kept on hold, after 5 minutes i was told that my application was rejected because i had not sent the pan copy itself. I have serious doubts on the functionality of iifl. It frustrates me to core to have opened an account with iifl. Please resolve asap.
