Hello

I have talked with customer care executive of 5paisa before opening my account and they told that union bank of india is linked with them.

Now when i submit all the docs and pay account opening fees, they asked me to pay via paytm.

Now they told me that union bank of india is not linked with 5paisa.

I have talked with customer care executive of 5paisa and they told me that to send account closure form and your account opening charges will be refunded.

I send account closure form and now my account is closed.

Now they told me that, it is account opening charge and will not be refunded,

They should refund this charge as they have forced me to open account by giving wrong information.

I had shared all the required documents to India Infoline. But they have not responded to my request. Infact they are still charging me. The customer service never replies back to any mails sent to them. Please adivce.

    I had talked with mr. Prasad on 23rd of august for balance of transfer, as the interest rate is lower than india infoline fiance corporation. Sicne then i was continuously in touch with iifl office executive mr. Prasad and mr. Rahul. Mr. Prasad told me that your request is transfer to our head office for further process. You can collect your papers via email. So many emails and calls are made but no reply.
    Lastly on 5th october, only lod was received but the foreclosure was not received till date. When asked to customer care they always explain some or other reasons for not issuing foreclosure.
    Please look into matter and help me to get the foreclosure letter.

      Sir, i gajanan kadawade bearing iifl ac no 753479 at viral w branch. I have submitted an application for the scheme of roi in the month of may-2017 with chq of rs. 5000/-. Till today the scheme is not applied to me. Why? When contacted with branch they are saying we will apply. But when? Who is the responsible for loss of 5 months. Good service is expected from you.

        My name is tushar and i am a customer of iifl with a home loan account# 760935 which is currently running.

        I don't want to address this issue to the above e-mail addresses but approaching to you because of irresponsible behavior and lack of knowledge related to home loan foreclosure formalities and the services are very bad to continue with the iifl.

        I want to escalate this issue to you as i have called several time iifl customer care number continuously since 9th oct 2017 on[protected] and every time they give me a time that you will get a letter very soon but as of now i have not received any information related to foreclosure letter.

        They promised me to provide me the letter in 15 days time and i have been following up with them and called them 10 times and today your representative they are saying that foreclosure team is not responding to their queries also they promised me for call back which i do not received yet.

        I am very frustrated and i would like to take this matter higher and want a strict action on the people associated with this matter. Also i would like to let you know that due to their irresponsible manner i will be charged rupees by my next bank and if i do not get the letter by tomorrow this amount will have to be borne by iifl.

        I will also not pay the next emi in the month of october. Please get me the letter asap.

        I was waiting from last more than 15 days.
        How can i make a trust that you will provide me foreclosure letter in some time.
        If this thing will take some time. Then why i was waiting from the last 15 days.
        What you guys did in last 15 days. I requested on 18-sep-2017.
        Nobody is going to take a responsibilities and no one is ready to provide reimbursement for extra interest amount that i have been charged by my next bank. :(

              Dear sir/madam,
              I anil shetty, home loan customer of your bank having loan account no. 727325. As per the govt interest rates of home loans are cut down to 8.0-8.35% but still your bank is charging me 9.65% interest rate since last year. Multiple requests were sent via email to change rate of interest, as early as possible. When i spoke with branch officer @ thane branch (Tauseef) in july/2017. He advised me to wait for 3 months ecs deduction from my new bank a/c after which i can avail the benefit of low interest rate. As per last discussion i tried requesting to reduce my rate of interest after 3 months. A customer service agent name swatranta desai from gurgaon (Head office of iifl) called in on 29/sep stating iifl has agreed upon roi @8.60% on my a/c. Since the current market rate is roi 8.35% i demanded the same instead 8.60%. She asked me for couple days of time so that she can take an approval from her manager in a meanwhile. After waiting for 4 days with no calls today on 04/oct when i called her she refused to reduce my roi stating her manager is not approving it due to my previous bounce check and she upfrontly said "sir i[censored] want to foreclose your ac i can do it for you right now" after listening to that i was stunned, and was wondering is this the way iifl provide the service to their customer. Below are the email attachment of my previous conversation, begging iifl to help me when i was unemployed, but they never helped me in my bad time and kept on charging the late and bounce fees

              Feeling so helpless banking with IIFL which can't be expressed. After a Month and half received an approval of ROI 8.50%, wherein the market rate is 8.35% plus 5000/-rs extra stating switch fees check below email:

              I don’t understand why do a person has to pay extra fees to reduce the interest rate which is declared by RBI. I have my colleagues who have Home Loan from Nationalize bank in which the ROI was automatically reduced, they didn’t even called the bank to request for ROI reduction. I’m big time tricked with this bank. I also tried checking all the RBI FAQS, to know about switch fees when the ROI is reduced by RBI/Government, but I failed to find a single answer. I request IIFL to show me something on papers about switch charge when the ROI is reduced by government. I remember the last ROI switch 9.90 % to 9.60 %, which was done by IIFL without any fees. Why was the switch fee not charged earlier?

              Also need an explanation on why do I have to pay 8.50% ROI when the Market rate is @ 8.35%?
              As discussed every time, I get to hear that my ECS was returned but no one from IIFL noticed that I went under a SPINE SURGERY which costed me 2 Lakhs approx. (ATTACHED DOCUMENTS along with Medical Bill) and was on bed rest had lost my job for an year still managed to pay the EMI in the same month. I approached help from thane branch contacted Shyam Kedar from collections for Support but I only got false commitments stating that he will raise a request to waive off my bounce fees and over charged fees, which never happened till.
              3 simple things I want from IIFL i.e.
              1. ROI to be reduced @ 8.35%
              2. Bounce and over charged fees to be reversed (Attached supporting Documents claiming the same)
              3. There shouldn’t be any Switch fees coz this was government declaration ROI.
              NOTE: Please find attached documents.

              Hope IIFL takes my request on a serious note and approve all the above request for better business in future.

              I will fight for the rights till last breath and will spread this as much as possible.

              Since there is no response since long.

              Ready to post the issue on Twitter looping Finance minister. Who himself reduced the ROI and all possible government authorities. As IIFL doesn't have answer to my question, I thing i have all the rights to ask the Indian authorities to whom i pay tax and vote.

                Dear sir,

                I was an employee in india infoline ltd at noida sec-63 from 26.07.2014 to 14.03.2016. According to the conformation from hr department regarding my resignation, i had submitted my pf withdrawal form in feb 2017 to hr manager, india iinfoline ltd
                With 3 other employee, 3 out of them have got their pf, but still i did not received my pf amount or any further details regarding the same.

I had given quatation for vehicles parked in trivandrum abhilash jeevanad yard on 27/09/17 and my quatation were highest but the bank employees mr shibu and biju marrar working in ernakulam iifl branch had given the vehicles for lower price than my quote to thier benami for their profit. This is the regular practice happening in this branch. So please consider it as my request to take action against this officers and protect good will of your bank. I hope you consider my request seriously and take necessary follow-up.

                  No sir it is not related to time lag its only done puposefully for sake of their benefit. this is not for the first time it is their regular practice happening in the branch.sir my opinion is to stop taking quatation from cochin branch and start following conducting auctions so their malpractice will not occur and the bank will get higher quotes than now.

                    I applied for home loan sanction of rs40 lakh, i was told by credit manager vinaykumar singh that if deal will be cancelled they will return my money after deduction of administration charge of rs.1500. But now they are refusing to pay me back, total rs.6000 has been deducted from my account. Kindly do the needful, other wise i will have to move on next level of escalation.

                      My name is pushpinder and i am a customer of iifl with a home loan account# il0000547 which is currently running after paying 11 installments successfully.

                      I don't want to address this issue to the above e-mail addresses but approaching to you because of irresponsible behavior and lack of knowledge related to home loan foreclosure formalities and the services are very bad to continue with the iifl.

                      I want to escalate this issue to you as i have called several time iifl customer care number continuously since 6th sep 2017 on[protected] and reference number given to me is 03045665 and every time they give me a time that you will get a letter very soon but as of now i have not received any information related to foreclosure letter.

                      They promised me to provide me the letter in 15 days time and i have been following up with them and called them 10 times and today when i spoke to sunita (Your representative) they are saying that foreclosure team is not responding to their queries also they promised me for call back which i do not received yet.

                      I am very frustrated and i would like to take this matter higher and want a strict action on the people associated with this matter. Also i would like to let you know that due to their irresponsible manner i will be charged rupees 5900 by my next bank and if i do not get the letter by tomorrow this amount will have to be borne by iifl.

                      I will also not pay the next emi in the month of october. Please get me the letter asap.

It is surprising there is no documents are handled during the process absolutely and it is illegal to charge onthis issue.                             I would like to bring the nightmare of getting associated with iifl and look back with regret the day i opened my account. Little did i know the trauma iifl had in store for me, read my unpleasant experience below. My client id is otc3ramn.

                            It all started when i shifted to ghaziabad from chennai in 2012, after settling down in ghaziabad i called up the customer care about not being able to reset my password (My mobile number had changed) and i was asked to fill the change of account details form which i did and couriered to my rm in chennai. My form got rejected saying there was a signature mismatch with my iifl records.

                            I contacted my rm again and he provided my specimen signature as per my iifl records, i resent the forms but my form was again rejected for the same reason again "signature mismatch" which was surprising as i had signed as per the iifl records.

                            Every time i was talking to a different rm and i had to explain them the whole problem again.

                            I then spoke to my rm who asked me to get my latest signature attested from my bank in the change of signature form along with the change of account details form which i did. My form got rejected again for the same reason. I was shocked. I repeated this cycle multiple times as told by my rm but every time the result was the same.

                            In july i visited noida iifl office and i was assigned a new rm who was closer to my home in ghaziabad and whom i could meet face to face.in august 2017 as well my forms got reject and this month september 2016 as well i handed over the change of signature, kyc forms along with my self attested aadhar card to my new rm at noida but it got rejected again.

                            It has been 5 years since i have been able to login and trade in my account and if i was told that if i wanted to terminate my services signature would be an issue. There as well.

                            I either want my login to be enabled or my account terminated.

                              Hi all

                              Two months before i want to purchase a 500 sq. Yards plot and i approached the iifl loans department with all documents
                              Including agreement of sale, my last 3years it returns and land documents.

                              The middle level management was so good and they responded very well and also processed my application.

                              They said it takes 20 to 30 days for processing the loan, the agreement period was 2 months and i paid 6 lakhs advance to the seller.

                              My cibil score is 814, i am running my own business successfully from last 5years with valid registration, current account and i got tds refund of rs.52000/- last year.

                              In between, the iifl legal department asked some link documents and i provided the requested documents. Legal and technical departments were satisfied with all documents regarding the proposed land.

                              Later one day the high level management wants to personal interaction with me, and i approached them, they asked some questions regarding my business and they said one guy was the defaulter of iifl, and the guy was done the same type of business which is currently i am running.

                              Now after 2 months they rejected my file with that cause.

                              I don't know these high level management brainless fools know the value of a good customer like me. And also how they r coming to this position with such brains.

                              Anyway my agreement was lapsed and the seller wants some additional amount for re-agreement

                              Guys... Don't believe these iifl people, mainly the hi level management fools...
                              They wasting my valuble time with a funny reason which is foolish..

                                    This in regards to home loan no:773329, as per rbi rules interest rates have been reduced on all banks to 8.39% roi its been past six months i am trying to get a feedback about the issue. Still roi charged is more than 9 %.

                                    After seeing bad reviews in regards to customer grievience redressal online iam quite intimidated by how long it might take for my issue to get resolved.

                                    After following up for many times i still do not get any response from bank neither through calls nor through mails.

                                    This is to just inform that iam compelled to take next step just in case if the bank didn't respond to changed roi in refrence to my home loan no:773329

                                    This process should have been automated as the bank has started losing it's credibility among other banks and customers.

                                    I am following up with IIFL since May 2017 for the change in ROI. After May in the month of July rate was revised to 8.5% from 10.05% subject to switch fee of Rs.5900/-. I have paid the same on 01st Aug 2017 and again started following up for implementing the rate to my account. On 25.09.2017 bank come up with comments that your bouncing and penalty charges are pending, please pay it to get the rate effected to your account, I paid it on 27.09.2017, now again I got a call from Branch saying that your this month EMI is unpaid please pay the same to get effected. Now to conclude with DO IIFL REALLY FOLLOWING YOUR OWN POLICY ? WHY INFORMING AND COMING UP NEW SURPRISES ? DO THEY THINK CUSTOMER IS FOOL AND SENSELESS ?

                                    You guys are just postponing the matter for the sake of filling your pockets by the interest paid by customer, I will lodge the complaint with National Housing Bank and Reserve Bank of India now. Undoubtedly I will pay my dues i.e.ONLY ONE EMI. I am going to claim the excess interest paid to bank since its approval. If the bank is not being fair to customer then why should customer be so polite & humble.If paying the EMI on time is define as GOOD CUSTOMER then same way passing the RIGHT OF CUSTOMER will decide the GOOD BANK.

                                    I am going to raise the the issue until its resolution till the end. I seek your assistance and will be highly appreciated.

                                      I have two family account with iifl ajmer branch with ajmer 652 and 320 id i have some stock in my both accounts and at the time of account opening your rm mr. Naresh raisinghani inform me that we don't deduct any charges against any thing or account maintenance from but due to market fluctuation i stopped the trading, and after some time these both account transfer from ajmer to jaipur at that time i went to ajmer branch for sell some stock but they replied that account are not operational so please submit a request for make it operational i submit a request at ajmer branch for make it operational but they don't do it after some once again i submit a request for same but they don't do it and in 2017 once again i submit my request but i iifl don't want to make it operational today i received a massage from iifl they sell my stock without my permission/information and theft money so for this delay from last two to three years who is responsible and who is responsible for loss are these stock purchased by iifl's money please reply me from today i want to talk my rm nehasingh at mumbai but she is not attending my call

                                        Please atlst have some courtesy to revert back on mail if one of your customer is following up on mail from the last 2 months. Just to check out his/her roi.

                                        Have just received a messege pertaining to my emi.

                                        Please find below -

                                        Dear customer, your emi of rs. 31249.00 for iihfl loan a/c 757117 is due on 10/09/2017. Please maintain sufficient funds in your a/c to avoid extra charges.

                                        As according to me the same needs to be around 29000.00

                                        Please revert on priority basis to avoid higher escalation.
