I reaving on august 2016 from iifl, i received find i submit the pf closure on april 2017 in iifl hr department but still not response the pf closure submit, continuously company not give the proper response and details in that i will desire to a complaint against the company. Hi i took a gold loan and gold number is gl7705832 and total amount that i need to pay was 17000 rupees and first i paid 8000 rupees and rest the amount i need to pay is 9000 and with interest may be 9200 but they charges me 9900 rupees and with explanation that loan amount was 17500 rupees which is incorrect and person name was deepak and he was so rude and he told me escalate anywhere i don't care and he did not provide me any payment slip and informed that you will get the message on ur phone. He said if you want to make the payment i will seize the things forever which is not at all professional. I live in vishnu garden and iifl loan branch is in vishnu garden near to muthoot finance office. This is is the first time i have seen thing kind of behaviour he was rude i will escalate this thing to your higher department and i want strict action to be taken care of. This kind of rudeness and behaviour is not acceptable at all. He charged me extra amount plus he is saying that we r # who don't understand the amount and did not provide any payment slip. The manager was not helpful at all he is also saying that we r not understanding.

I had applied for loan foreclosure a long back refer[protected] ;[protected] and I had called many times and mailed a lot but no response. I had also visited the branch but they refuse to help me. I am feeling low morale and harassed. I have no other way to get my foreclosure its very important for me.please help me.

I took a gold loan and have been paying interest regularly.when i went to the branch to pay the interest for this quarter, i came to know my account has been suspended and my gold has been sold.?????!!!? I mean are you crazy!!! I want my gold back. I want to close my account with you people, I'll pay the full amount due till date. I don't want to do business with you guys.

I have Home Loan Account under subvention plan under which builder pays the Interest Amount to the Bank until construction completion.Due to delay from the builder side bank deducted the Interest Amount from my Account in January this Year .After 2 months builder refund the Interest amount to the Bank.But after submitting all the required documents to the Bank, Bank is not refunding me the Interest Amount.

My husband name (Name of the customer) is not displaying on statement of housing loan which require to save his income tax but my name is displaying as co-borrower. We did not receive full govt. Subsidy of 225000. Only interest is getting deducted from housing emi. When principal amout will get start for deduction? Please revert me as soon as possible.

I wanted to open a demat account in iifl. A person called santosh from pune contacted me for that and wasted my time by telling lot of procedures. But eventually he did not open a account for me at all though its been a month. I fed up with him whenever i ask he tells that it will happened and also this not clear that is not clear and so on. I want to recover all the documents i submitted, how to do that?

My name is ashok from palvancha khammam i am getting gold lone by putting of 1.0grams. I am paying every month intrest and part payment without fail.

But my gold is actioned by iifl team without any information and conformation. Who give the authority to action my gold. By the by iifl team said we are providing very same less and worst service by talking with customers and no responsibility to all the team. Please take a necessary action as soon as possible.

My gold loan ac no gl 6832363/481/368 when i went office for close the account i got shocked that they have closed my account i was not aware about that. When i asked they show me the details about letter dispatched but that was undeliver due to out of station. Only on that basis how can auction the gold in that gold i have one precious metal ring also. I am ready to pay whatever closer amount and need gold back because i never want to sell that gold because of old memorise with that and i have paid last interest on 18th april.

My loan account no is 736555.I have requested for LOD and foreclosure letter which I haven't got since first request on 21/07/2017.I am regularly following with customer care and no response is given.

The loan amount is thirty six lakh. And EMI is always paid on time without default.

We can't help, call to the customer care they will do some thing. From 5 days i have been requesting for my lod. Please do help me to get lod as soon as possible

Please provide me my loan forcloser and list of documents in urgent basis. I have many times request to provide me my loan forcloser and list of documents. But nothing response to your mail and branch head. Today you have dont provide me my loan forcloser and list of documents then i have complaint to rbi. And legaly action. My loan account no. This was regarding the home loan iifl-india infoline financial services company.

The home loan is been rejected due to internal policy and norms.
With all respect, i am in need of the rejection letter, which stands as the proof for the rejection of home loan from india infoline finance [iifl].

I would request you to help me with the same as i do not have any written proof saying the same. I asked my loan executive person to help me with the letter but he was not responsive nor did he help me with any appropriate answers, asked his manager to help me but no response either.
Made couple of emails and request, called the customer care of iifl but they are just not helping me with the rejection letter, home loan rejection proof

Its true to my knowledge that if we apply for any home loan and if it's rejected, it's sure one gets the rejection letter and email stating the same with true reason and information.
I would like you to take this in consideration and help me with the rejection letter for the home loan from iifl.
I am sharing the same concerns explaining the situation i am facing.

I just seek for the loyalty and no fraudulent activities, so would need the home loan rejection letter from iifl stating the true information in document/on paper.

I have trading account in iifl. My acount was at freez for some month i forgot my password and my old register number was changed. After i submit form for change register number during that time customer care not given good response for changing mobile number they i went 5 time at iifl office and they not telling me proper procedure for changing my register number.
First time they told me for fill form of changing register number
Second time they told me signature is not proper fill again form
Third time they told for submit for fatka form then only your register number will change
Fourth time they told me for fill sms facility form for get password in register number
It took 3 month for get my password i have bought icicibank share which share price also decrese and i got lost money in that share becoz of cant login acount without password.
That time i complain about to not deduct my anual charge bcoz trading below 50k and they promise me for not deduct my money finaly they deduct anual charge from my account. Fake promise fake company worst customer care service. No other company charge annual for trade below 50k.

The customercare number will not connect to those people even if we wait for 40-50 mins and i visited iifl branch those people are helpless. I have no other way to get my foreclosure letter. It is to bring your kind notice that, due to high rate of interest for the availed housing loan of Rs.1, 54, 55, 031/- for 180 months term from your office, I want to close the same by availing loan from Public Sector Bank of the Tirupati.
Please issue me the balance certificate after applyinf the Interest and charges for the closure of the loan. I request you to arrange the delivery of all documents lodged with you as early as possible after closure of the loan.

Its take 15 days now, no response from your end. If you delay like this, then i will go to consumer court, so kindly make my work as soon as possible before i go to consumer court.

I have applied for housing loan but the loan have been canceled due to some reason. As the iifl representive told me that if the loan has been processed than only the processing fees check will be cleared but the loan was canceled and then also they cleared the check. I want my procecesing fees back.

Iifl cheats their customers by sending digital contract notes without our knowledge and they charge you approximately 57rs.

They charges 57rs for normal post which wont even cost them 10rs. I am a victim. So users please be more cautious. Their customer care service is pathetic.

In website they say it is sent through courier which is really misleading people and if you ask for the details they say it is through normal post. Shame on them as public listed company cheats their users like this.
