On 12th May, I received a sms for refund against the excess amount against the auction of my gold loan.
In spite of submitting the cancelled cheque the refund is due for a month now.

    I have made an online payment on 11th feb 2017for rs 12587 rs but portal of iifl showed transaction failed. Amount ws debited from my allahabad bank account. Bank has raised the arbitration again to iifl. No revert they are getting from iifl.
    I have already deposited the cash payment at the kanhaiya nagr branch delhi. Till now i have not received the amount back as the bank says the transaction seems to be succesful. So i urge you to revert to the bank query of prearbitration raised for the same issue.
    Please help resolving it urgently.

      Dear sir
      My name is deepak dhyani, i have applied for a loan of 5 lac rupees as a sme/business loan with loan account number sl934989 on 27th april 2017. On 30th april i got sms from your company that my loan is approved & disbursed 4, 83, 242 rupees to my registered bank account but from that time no loan amount transferred to my registered bank account i made complaint many times to relationship manager mr ritesh singh who works in gurgavn branch, to customer care but no answer came from any side & after 7-10 days mr ritesh told me that my loan was cancelled due to negative verification when i asked ritesh why message came to me of loan amount disbursed he told that this is only the loan booking message & my loan will cancel & all my documents will return back to me but from 30th april to till 6 june 2017 no documents return back to me but a fraud is made with me by providing security cheques for emi payment in my bank account whether no loan amount is transferred to my bank account & a 1200 rupees penalty occur to my account due to stop payment. I want to ask you some facts these are
      1. When i made so many complaints to cancel/deactivate this loan account why your company take 1 month time & use my cheque to take payment from bank
      2. When i inform your company by my bank statement, by customer care, by complaint mails & procedure is undergoing for resolve my complaint then why your company use my bank cheques
      3. Every time from 1 month your customer care told me to wait 2-3 days & promise me to process my request complaint & take 30 days a bigger time for a professional private finance company when you have my all request for cancellation why your company uses my cheques for payment

      Its going to too much late & mentally harassment for me to wait for a long time with big financial problem as I was applied this loan from your company with great financial need.So I request you to take quick action, try to understand my problem its being frustrating for me with your company poor service, please read every complaint of mine on your [protected]@iifl.com mail site on which i made several complaints .Now i have no more energy to make again more & more complaints .Please take steps urgently i am much depressed with your service .Please check the account number on which loan amount transferred & either cancel my loan account or transfer my loan amount to my registered bank account number i.e [protected] .Here is i am attach my latest bank statement in which you can check your loan amount & match the actual genuine registered account number .Please return back my 1200 Rs which i face due to your illegal cheque present in my account whether no loan amount is transferred in my account

        Dear team,

        This is with reference to the gl7685145, which i had pledged 2 weeks back in babusabpalya branch, i decided to release the gold, and i asked for instructions with your executives in babusabpalya branch, ispoke to priya who informed to transfer the amount online since it it 1 lakh and they cannot accept cash transactions.

        However the instructions were not given to me clearly, she advice initially to send the reference number after making the transactions,

        She had given me the executive naveen's wats up number, who sent me a screen shot of the iifl account number, who again did not instruct me that i should be adding the gl number for trasfer.
        I had to transfer the amount on two different days, as the banks allows to transfer only 50k one day, anyways i made the transfer and sent the reference number,, after two days i tried reaching priya and there no response.

        Hence i visited the branch directly and spoke to priya who informed me that i have to send the bank statment, when i asked her why this was not told me earlier she informed me that screen shot was sent.. How on earth i am supposed to understand that i dont know.

        Anyways there were two other gold loans which i released by paying cash, and there was some numbers written on one on the 2000 rs note, for which priya told me she cant accept the money as there is something written on it, i informed priya that i had taken permission from office and come and that i dont have neither the time or cash to give a clean 2000 rs note, for which she accepted.

        So now when i had to collect the gold from the counter, executive naveen raised the same issue again telling that he cannot accent 2000rs note as there is something written on it.. So i had to explain again what explained to priya... This is a clear case of communication gap with your employees, and morever the branch is not very big that naveen was not able to hear the conversation i had with priya, he was right behind priya which is a very small office for anyone to overhear the conversation, and there was no reason for naveen to ask me the same question again.

        So.. Ya i sent the bank statement on monday morning, and called priya who informed me that she will call be by 12:30pm and i can collect the gold, i did not get any response from her yet again, i called her at 12:30 pm who informed me that she is yet to get the approval, anyways i had to release that other two gl so i visited the branch directly, spoke to priya who informed me that she is yet to get the approval since i did not add the gl number in the transfer and that she will call be by 05:30 pm.

        She did not call me yet again, i tried calling her this morning, and the call was not answered by her, after 1 hr i get a call from naveen executive, who rather rude enough, who asked me the send the bank statement yet again. I told him i had already sent, for which her send it is in pdf format which requires a password,,, i told him i will give the password, for which he said he would need the copy of passbook, which i dont have and he was rude enough and had the audacity to tell me that i was in wrong and did not follow the instructions clearly when making the transfer,.. So i tried calling priya again after having the conversation with priya who did not answer the call, i have attached the call recordings for your reference.

        I believe you are doing this purposefully to collect the interest... You guys are testing the patience to the core... I am not going to pay single interest from the day the amount was transferred for your staff's mistake.

        I have attached all the screen shots and calls for your reference.

        My question is why did none of the executive did not instruct me verbally or over the phone that i have to add the loan number while making the transer?

        Please have this sorted at the earliest, or i make have to take this legally.

          Hi,

          I am a customer of iifl nri home loan. I want to highlight they have zero customer service. No option for people living in abroad to contact iifl customer care. I tried mailing [protected]@iifl.com for more than three times and no response even for one mail for more than a month wherein their SLA is three days.

          I asked how to make part payment for my home loan ? Even for that query they are not responding.

          Another query I asked for, they charged me additional 10000rs for insurance without any reason . I found this when I received the policy document from icici. They did not respond for this as well.

          I will call chennai kk nagar branch daily midnight my time by staying awake just to get answers for my queries but they never answered till date.

          Even after one month of raising this complaint they are not even answering my query exactly for looting money in sake of insurance for my new home. They looted additional 750rs in pre emi. I hate them and they are giving my mental pressure of choosing them for my home loan.

                  Hello IIFL,
                  The mentioned loans in the subject are floating interest rate and are issued at 12.35% for us. We have requested for reduction in the interest with respect to current market rate on January 7th 2017. We have been following up with your zonal manager, local ofc manager and OPS. Around 10 to 15 complain numbers are raised, but no action has been taken on this issue.
                  So far in my experience with financial institutions, this the worst experience i faced. While you delayed on reducing the interest rate for 5 months, every month we ended up paying around 60K/- inr. For every effort we put to get better service from your organisation, you only proved that our efforts are of no use. Finally when we decided to foreclose our loan, it has been over 3 weeks after we placed request for foreclosure and still the foreclosure letter is not generated.
                  Hope my complaint get your attention and someone from your Organisation take the responsibility of solving this issue.

                    I am Milind Laxman Kale, Home loan Customer of your bank having Loan Account No.770988. As per the goverment interest rates of Home Loans are cut down to 8.0% but still your bank have charged me 9.55% interest rate from 1st EMI of my Home Loan.
                    Kindlya apply me the interest rate as per current rate of Interest of 8.0% as early as possible from 1st EMI of my Home Loan. Awaiting for your earlier response.

                      I borrowed a gold loan of rs. 27, 000 from the company and regularly paying an interest of rs. 435 (monthly) and my interest due date is 19th of every month. On 15th of this month i received an sms from the company that i will pay rs. 567 as interest for the month april 2017 and must be paid by 19th may 2017. Immediately i contacted the branch manager for clarification of overcharge of interest. The branch manager mr. Ganesh nautiyal told me that i didn't renew my loan and tenure is expired and must visit the branch immediately. Yesterday i have visited the branch and talked to the manager regarding the matter and want to pay the interest amount, but he refused th accept the amount of rs.567, now he is demanding rs. 1030 for interest and rs. 3000 (minimum) for gold rate evaluation. How it is possible rs. 1030 as interest for month for loan amount rs.27000/-?

                        I would like to inform to your good office we have taken gold loan from your company last year. Last week my mother closed that gold loan one of your staff name Ms.Radha working in kumbakonam branch, in Dr.moorthy road. Sharing our information with my sister who is not in term of good relationship .its our personal issue we have warned her twice before not to do such a things but still she is continuing to do .Also she is not responding properly in the professional manner .we requesting your company to take an action against her not to repeat such habit in the future .her behaviour giving us frustration to our family .

                          I have never used this account but the India infoline asked me to pay 2300 plus to close the account. I am shocked, i don't know how to proceed. I don't know whom to contact to complaint this online. This is really a robbery. Am I need to pay for accepting the terms​ and conditions with out reading it? Even doesn't the govt didn't read it?? Please advise.

                            I am Milind Laxman Kale, Home loan Customer of your bank having Loan Account No.770988. As per the goverment interest rates of Home Loans are cut down to 8.0% but still your bank have charged me 9.55% interest rate from 1st EMI of my Home Loan.
                            Kindlya apply me the interest rate as per current rate of Interest of 8.0% as early as possible from 1st EMI of my Home Loan. Awaiting for your earlier response.

                            These following lines are given by RBI.

                            Interest rate:

                            IIFL Home Loan Charging interest at a rate higher than the rate stipulated in the loan agreement would also amount to deficiency in service. Interest cannot be claimed in a consumer case under section 34 of the Code of Civil Procedure as these provisions are not applicable .However, based on the underlying principles of justice, equity and good conscience, the Forums and Commissions can grant appropriate interest in each case. Although banks cannot give interest exceeding that prescribed by the Reserve Bank, they have a duty to inform the depositor about this, the failure of which, would amount to deficiency in service.

                              There are approximately 10 year to close the account and money is just not returning in this as many requested. We fill many times account closing form but there is not take enough action to money returning and again and again we just tired.                                 My name is shambhu prasad prajapati and my client id is 12shanbh and i have an account in iifl (India infoline finance ltd.) and i want to close my account in iifl and i had contact to iifl and they have informed me you have some share first you can sell and close your account but i am not able to sell the available share and i informed to iifl team member to sell the available share but they are also not able to sell and i had informed him i don’t want any share you can destroy and close my account but iifl customer care member always me misguided and they are not close my account and they are also not attended my call i have all the mail details and also voice recording for your reference and i had also paid all amount on last december 2016 after that they are not respond me please help me to close my account.

                                  I'm a customer of iifl gold loan. I had bought 3 gold loans from your company 1) date :- 11/02/2016 loan account no. Gl5906633
                                  2) date :- 11/02/2016, loan account no. Gl5906918
                                  3) date :- 11/02/2016, loan account no. Gl5906949. My recent account no. Is gl7384683. I had taken gold loan from this company as it provided me with the loan on time... But the employee working named dilip shinde's behavior is inappropriate.
                                  On 6/5/2017 at 4:59 p. M on this no.28760118. I had called to ask him the amount of my gold loan interest but he declined to give any answer and gave an excuse. After a while i again made a call but got a reply from him that his staff will provide me the loan amount. But on that day his staff also failed to provide me with the information. On 8/5/2017 i made a call at 9:54 a. M. He did not furnish me the amount.. Again on the same day i had made more 2 calls on the same no. As above the timings are 10:10 a. M. And 10:30 a. M. After calling for the third time i got my loan amount which had to be paid. I would like to inform the respective authority that just to get a amount number i have leave all my work beside and make numerous calls to your company and in return i get mistreated by your staff named dilip shinde. This is the second time he did not provide me with proper information regarding my loan.
                                  I want the authority to take strict action against the said employee.. Because it might cause a loss to the company as they will loose sincere customers.

                                    With some financial problem i am not interested for home loan accordingly many time i requested to iifhl executive for provide me any proof of cancellation of home loan application.

                                    I had send many email to iifhl for cancellation of my home loan application but they are not responding on email as well as mobile.

                                    What should i do??

                                      I had home loan with IIHFL, which I got switched to ICICI Bank. Outstanding loan amount has been settled on[protected] through cheque to IIHFL. Still the bank says that they will charge us this month EMI to my account as it takes some time to update the records They did not mention any rules while closing the home loan and now they say that they would charge us. But how can I pay the EMI even after full and final settlement?

                                        My Gold auctioned without any intimation

                                        We took loan on december-2016. Today i called the branch number. They said that my gold is auctioned. How could it possible to auction my gold with in 5 months without any intimtation to us.

                                        Unfortunately, we did not take the receipt of my gold loan. The printed forms were not available on that day. They made an entry in their database. I went to other country for my job purpose as i could not able to reach them.
