I have Taken Previous Home Loan of 12 Lacs i have paid proper emi last 9 to 10 months i need top up home loan so i contacted again branch manager i was told to give again documents that i have given i was told 8.80 % rate of interest and home loan at time of loan agreement i am getting shocking details that i will get mortagage loan and at interest rate of 10.50 % again they took 1700 stamp papers and also 9400 in cash as intimation charges again there will policy deduction in amount. i am realy i doubt and unfullfill and unsatisfied cutomer due to my need and urgency i have signed all papers and agreement and submitted.

    Dear Team,
    By mistake i transfer 10000 amount from my personal account to IFL Account on dec 2016 and raise a complaint to respective person they provide me refund form of commodity, then she provide me equity refund form and ask to courier I did that and they received it and now 3rd feb 2017 came but still they not refunding my amount.

    requesting you kindly revert me my amount i want to close my trading account from IIFL its providing us 3rd class services.

      I took home loan from IIFL, my home loan number in 749949.
      After RBI reduced the interest rates, i requested for change of interest rate for my home loan. I called many times and sent mails also. But they are not responding and ignoring. Kindly please help me in this.

        I am Ramnarayan an equity and commodity account holder in IIFL since 2012, I had shifted from Chennai (where my IIFL account was opened and operative) to Ghaziabad during May 2012 and When i contacted the IIFL customer care on December 2012 informing that I was unable to login to my IIFL account as i had forgot my password and my mobile number had also changed, I was asked to submit my new mobile number bill proof for the last 2 months for reactivation, It's been that day and today and my complaint has still not been resolved.

        In the last 4+ years It has only been harassment i have faced in the hands of all the RM (Relationship Manager changed 4 times), Everytime I talk to a different RM who made me fill Reactivation forms after forms but only
        to inform me that it was rejected as my Signature did not match with my Account Opening forms, I got the specimen signature from IIFL as per their records and even after signing as per it my form was getting rejected.

        As a last resort I sent the Change of signature form with my latest signature duly stamped from my Bank and sent the soft copies to my Relationship manager who verified and said the soft copies looked good and he asked me to send the hard copy, On October 22nd 2016 I got an email from IIFL that my request for Mobile Number change has been rejected without mentioning the reason.

        I am attaching the all the email threads communication I have been having with IIFL in this regards

        My gold loan no: GL6372572 this jewel was goes to auction. then IIFL was send a sms for processing refund amount with canceled cheque to collect refund. but i dont have any cheque leafs so please give any other way to collect my refund amount.

          I have done pay-out request on 06.01.2016 vide ref no.99542701 of Rs.55, 000/-

          Same got rejected today morning at 10.34 am, for reason Pay-out not due as per T2.

          As discussed with RM Zainab Sibgatull Shikh, she told funds not received in IIFL account, if funds not received in IIFL account the how system allows to pay-out the same?

          In past I have done this type of pay-out the same is credited same day. Why this Txn is not processed.

            Rs 52500/- has been taken by farmer from IIFL against Gold (57.60). there was a defaulter for last 2 month (Interest could not able pay due to financial issue). Now ready to pay the amount. But IIFL said that account has been closed and Gold has been auctioned.
            But i need my Gold and ready to pay amount against loan account.

              I, devarshi patel, a gold loan customer with gl 4958868 of iifl ahmedabad-shahibaugh branch for a long time. Before few days from this shahibaugh branch my gold loan exsting & current loan details are provided to third party and also which ornaments are given for pleade this ornaments photo is given to one third party yogendra h patel, so due to this there is family dispute between this two family. So if necessary action not taken against concerned staff, particularly, branch manager we will take a legal action

                I am a repeat customer of IIFL Gold Loan. Require support to Repay my loan no. GL6545516 immediately.

                Forced to write the complaint, as i am appalled at the behaviour of Mr. Naveen Kr Vashisht Branch Manager at IIFL Bali Nagar branch New Delhi.

                In the current times of demonitization, giving out cash has become difficult. However fully agree that I have to pay my Loan. With the same intent in mind went to the Bank Manager on 7/12/2016 at 5.20 pm to solve the problem by requesting the following options :

                1.) Current Dated Cheque to be accepted & Gold to be handed over after the Realisation- The same was refused as their is no such Guideline to calculate Total Repayment amount.

                2.) RTGS/NEFT Payment : I was informed that RTGS Payment is accepted but GOLD is handed over after payment of 2 or 3 days extra interest in cash (post the transaction) .When asked for a clarification & all I was told this is as per the Guideline.

                The Branch Manger did not show any support & was more keen that i pay installment due instead of helping me to repay .

                Request the Team to take the matter on priority.

                    Please avoid this cheating company as much as possible. This company is out to knock out money as much as possible. They do not send out SMS notification about your EMI dues and wait for you to default on payment so that they can extract a higher rate of interest.

                    The nodal officer is a humbug fellow and has several excuses. No service. Screw all gold loan company. Please avoid them completely. Do not patronise.

                        I was Being Selected for Pradhan Mantri AWAS Yojna and all the necessary Documents as well as Money was taken from Me for the Notary Suff and i was being approved for the scheme yet no revert from IIHFL. Service is very poor towards customer. Have to follow multiple number of times . i have purchased home loan from Virar IIHFL Branch. Jitendra Singh is the manager for referenced Branch. Have also been following via calling Customer care. Still havent received the revert from them
                        I was mailing so many times regarding my home loan interest rate iihfl . They assure me for considering my case by telephonic discussion.But till now on action will taken by iihfl and also no replying mail forwarding me.This is a irresponsible because you are not giving any reply.

                          To whomsoever, it may concern.

                          I am Vishal Doshi and this is in regards to my IIFL account "INFOVISH".

                          I am holding an account with IIFL since a long time and very active investor till date with all 100% online trading. You can very well check the past records. I was very much satisfied until I came across a weird brokerage charges levied by you, especially in F&O.

                          I was trading in F&O since last many years and was charged with Rs. 50 per trade, i.e. Rs. 50 for buy and Rs. 50 for sell. But October 2015 onwards, the charges mounted upto almost 1% per trade without prior intimation. That comes to really a huge amount if you calculate brokerage plus taxes from October 2015 till date. I was informed by no one whereas it is RM who is sole responsible to inform me about this. If I was being told about these, I would have terminated my relation with IIFL. But thanks to my CA who let me knew about these charges while filing income tax. I then discussed the matter with my lawyer and was being told to inform you first and then to take further steps, if needed.

                          I hereby by this medium request you to revert all these charges including brokerage and all taxes within a week. I expect you to revert back within 2 days with status of this matter, or else I will have to rediscuss this matter with my lawyer and discuss the case with SEBI.

                          On the other side, please do not call to convince to reduce the brokerage charges from now, because I do not want to close my account since I am satisfied with the UI you have provided and is uncomparable.

                          I am a Project manager in a Software Company, so you can very well understand how I can post this into different mediums with statement and screenshots if the matter won't get solved in a week. I have all these information offline too.

                          Please find attached statement and below brokerage charged wrongly from October 2015.

                          Buy Brokerage as per IIFL: 14, 117.44
                          Buy Brokerage as per me: 8, 800
                          OverCharged by: 5, 317.44

                          Sell Brokerage as per IIFL: 12, 696.55
                          Sell Brokerage as per me: 8, 050
                          Overcharged by: 4, 646.55

                          Total overcharged: 9, 963.99 PLUS Taxes.

                          Looking for prompt and positive response from your end as soon as possible. Please do inform by email and sms once you revert the charges.

                          In case, you charged as before i.e. Rs. 50 per trade, then prove it.

                            I have been attached with iifl since very long time, and very active investor, in-spite of having long term and active relationship with iifl, i came to know very bad experience that has happened to me.

                            I have been charged a huge amount of brokerage (1% on transactions - really un reasonable and unrealistic), particularly for options trades, since last october (Oct 2015), before that my brokerage for options trade was rs. 50 per trade (Per lot) which was discussed with me, this brokerage charge changes have been applied to me without my knowledge and without any information provided to me on call, and i was not expecting this from iifl, if this information was provided to me, i would have discontinued my account from iifl at the same time, i never checked these details as i was having full trust on iifl team, fortunately this came to my knowledge when i was getting data for my it returns, these charges are really unrealistic and unexpectable, when i also know the fact that in market, many brokerage houses are providing very cheap rates, i dont expect these cheap rates, but at the same time, i expect the same rate (Rs. 50 per trade on options), that was discussed with me.

                            I really expect that, iifl revert all these charges applied to me

                              Actually my account no. & branch of the bank is changed i already talked on your customer care no. With ms. Nayana kadam but she not replying our mail. My money stuck with u because of account no. Not change every month my cheque go to my old branch & they ask me to change the account no. After that the change account no. Reflect from your side than only it will credited to my new change account. Please clear this issue asap.

                                  Hello Team,

                                  I am a very old customer of IIFL and signed up for a life time free membership of 555 at the time of joining, But from last few years I am noticing that amount of ~Rs 45 [Rs.40 + tax] per month was deducted from my account as monthly AMC charges and now this is one time fee of Rs.450 without any notification to the customer.The billing for this financial year has been done in the month of May 2016.This is completely breach of agreement against to what i have signed up and have the snapshot copied for reference. I have called them up several times in the past and raised this with the grievances cell and now they came back saying - "please note we are reversing Rs 555/- as the scheme life time free is discontinued". My request is to refund the entire amount deducted since beginning in the name of AMC and wanted to continue with the life time free membership as i have signed up for it.

                                  Its been close to a week now and all the IIFL team has done so far is trying to convince me instead of resolving the issue, My request is very straightforward, As a consumer when i have signed up for a life time AMC, please allow me to continue with the same and all the new rules/policies should be imposed for newly signed up customers. This is practise followed by many other vendors and why IIFL cant follow this ?
                                  I am sure this is not just with me but with many other account holders and wanted to raise this concern to get the top priority so that these fraudsters dont continue the malpractice anymore.

                                    I hve exciting 4 demat accoutns with this compamy which are unfreeze d by the company. i hve provided the suitable documents to unfreeze my accounts so i can trade in my holding..their is already some share in my 4 accounts holding but the think is, this BS company is not unfreezing my accounts and nobody is giving an proper reply ..since last 15 days m tired of this ..speaking to each and every one in the main branch office.. every time new guys comes and i hve to explain the whole story ..but no one comes to help..and takes the responsibilites..this guys and the company is too much frustating no body cares for the customers... i need to sell my shares at the correct time otherwise i will loose my money... who is responsible..???

                                    Mr.Nirmal jain...I m a client of your company during last 10 years...in equity and segment. but suddenly they blocked my user id with out any notice and information...I have a holding position so right now I can't able to trade in no offline or online. even my RM can't trace my a/c from his system and I already sent to mail to ur customer care regarding this matter but still they can't able to solve it and no reply me So at this moment who will take my loss liabilities as yesterday I was in profit position after blocked my a/c...so sir pls take an action as soon as possible they can able to do trade from my a/c online and offline..Otherwise I have to close my a/c from IIFL immediately….

                                      I have gone through my demat account and come to know about many unexpected and unauthorized charges leived by company.
                                      1. I have already two accounts in other companies when i open demat account in your organization, your rep calls me, visited at my place and explain me that why i am paying rs 300 annually for amc charges when iifl is offering life time free account for rs 750 account opening and additionaly rs 555 for life time free account so i paid 1405 for life time free account, when i go through my account statement i come to know that you are charged overraal rs 1410 from 2014 for amc charges and make debit balance and mailing me for payment and also charging extra for non payment montly
                                      How come a reputed company like iifl would do this type of fraud activities with customers. If your rep would have told me than i would not have open account as i already paid in advance for more than four 4 years.
                                      O i request you to reverse rs 1410 in my account and confirm asap
