Hi everyone this is jaya I am one of the customer of Iifl gold loans. I am faceing number of problems iifl pallavi tower's anantapur branch. I am not getting any calls nd messages regarding intrest due dates nd scheme changes.if I ask them why not informing anything they said silly answer sorry mam next time we will call . About these situations I visited branch there is no branch manager if I ask about him staff told sir is went out, I visited number of times but I never seen branch manager he is so irrespective nd irresponsible nd staff are doing time pass In their office I am requesting to head of department please go nd check all branchs at anantapur employees so irresponsible number of customers suffering from anantapur branchs try to resolve problems or else the branch will close soon bcoz undisplained employees.as soon as customers will through the stone Tomato nd eggs on branches

There is due of 2, 500 rs in my cibil report as IIFL **** taken from krazy bee, , I DON'T HAVE ANY DUES IN KRAZYBEE, , how can i contact iifl to close this account ?.

My account was debited Rs 490015.34 on[protected] vide ref no[protected] .But the amount was not credited in in the IIFL jewel loan account

I have a taken a loan from iifl gold loan P road branch Kanpur Uttar Pradesh
Gl Number :20550708.
where My 24 carat ornament were kept and they given me loan .
when i close my loan set of bangles and studs were damaged . Branch manager told me its been by audit team . I asked him when i put for loan u checked and without my concern how u opened my packet and damaged that he told me we can do anything . i asked when i am paying u interest how u can open it . they didnt shown any interest and my product is damaged and useless now

I had submitted my resignation dated... also multiple times share mail to HR for relieving letter and F&F. But, no appropriate response got from them.
Kindly share my relieving letter as soon as possible.

It's been 10 days since I placed a refund on my gold loan post auction but no revert from them or anyone regarding the refund there's no such info that I could check the process. Please reach soon

I am kapil. Customer of "IIFL" .
My home loan account number is "924679".
Sir i have submit my home loan demand on 1/09/2022.
I have mailed payment ledger and demand ledger to the company employee.
But they doesn't realease my payment till date.
And i have maild to know the status of demand but does not get any response.

Its being more than two month with this fraud company they are not refunding the money nor the units allotted to us...

no response from IIFL cheater and fraud company,

#nirmaljain is the CEO of the group, i dont know what type of staff they have hired, they dont have any responsibility towards customers...

A few days back I went for an Educational loan and it was rejected.
Because overdue amount Rs.51 mentioned in this account

But now i paid this amount.
i request you to please update this account as no overdue and close this account
due to this overdue amount my loan is rejecting.
please try to understand my issue and solve this as soon as posible.

I am apply foreclosure loan due to my dad death on 6 July 2022 foreclosure apply 20 July 2022 as per Insurance Bharti AXA submit all document but bharti AXA and IIFL not response more than 2 months but process not start. for more information contact me.

This is a concern regarding personal information being misused by a particular person not blaming the company fully but partially blaming them as to why are they attending and keeping such kind of employees
That particular persons name is *Sanjay Singh* from Mumbai who was representating IIFL was trying to take information of my family members and their banking details when i had upfrontly mentioned only il be the sole person doing this as to why is he continuously contacting my family members poking around here and there and getting banking and personal details out of them
There should be some standard rules for following some privacy of investors information regarding anything whether its banking related or personal related
Dont know how many victims where trapped by this person and is silently tarnishing the IIFL brand name and sinking its reputation to ground
Either the company should take strict action against this counselor or whoever he is or will suggest other investors to look for another company which would help you invest

Dear Sir,
i have alive a gold Loan in IIFL FINANCE LTD, Nawalgarh (Rajasthan) . Which is loan no GL18674561. i went to go at branch for close my loan on dated 08.09.2022. i had paid my total dues and principal amount and take receipt also. then Branch have not given to me my gold ornament. and i ask about why you did not give to me my jewellery as fas as i have paid all payment and i have receive the loan close message and loan close receipt. that is very pethetic services of iifl finance Ltd. And I also got a threat to get arrested by the branch manager and I was thrown out of the branch by the guard.
Sir i have attached here my closer receipt on dated 08.09.2022
