Dear team I was worked with IIFL finance ltd more than two years.30th July 2022 is my last working day and I have served my full notice period as per company norms.i have many times mail to HR TEAM but no one resolve my problem.i need releviing letter because my current employer demanding my releviing letter before 22 October 2022.     I received my final settlement on 15/10/2022 but I still didn't receive my relieving letter. You mentioned relieving letter will be issued with in three working days from post FNF settlement . Three days had passed from the FNF settlement.

    Hlo this side Nita Chhetri, I am an ex employee of IIFl gold loan department, i resigned from IIFL ON 1st oct 2022 and servings one month of notice period but till now didn't receive reliving/experience/FNF (SALARY) please solve this problem I am tired because of my territory manager and branch manager didn't response is this any manner?? Can you please help regarding this, Because staff are really not doing there job properly, is this the right manner???

      Hi everyone this is jaya I am one of the customer of Iifl gold loans. I am faceing number of problems iifl pallavi tower's anantapur branch. I am not getting any calls nd messages regarding intrest due dates nd scheme changes.if I ask them why not informing anything they said silly answer sorry mam next time we will call . About these situations I visited branch there is no branch manager if I ask about him staff told sir is went out, I visited number of times but I never seen branch manager he is so irrespective nd irresponsible nd staff are doing time pass In their office I am requesting to head of department please go nd check all branchs at anantapur employees so irresponsible number of customers suffering from anantapur branchs try to resolve problems or else the branch will close soon bcoz undisplained employees.as soon as customers will through the stone Tomato nd eggs on branches

                      I have a taken a loan from iifl gold loan P road branch Kanpur Uttar Pradesh
                      Gl Number :20550708.
                      where My 24 carat ornament were kept and they given me loan .
                      when i close my loan set of bangles and studs were damaged . Branch manager told me its been by audit team . I asked him when i put for loan u checked and without my concern how u opened my packet and damaged that he told me we can do anything . i asked when i am paying u interest how u can open it . they didnt shown any interest and my product is damaged and useless now

                                      Dear sir/madam
                                      I am DILSHAD SHAIK
                                      from Hyderabad, Telangana.

                                      I have taken a personal loan in IIFL in 2017
                                      Loan A/C SL1038065 Sanctioned Amount Rs. 6, 800 Disbursed on 26/11/2017
                                      A few days back I went for an Educational loan and it was rejected.
                                      Because overdue amount Rs.51 mentioned in this account

                                      But now i paid this amount.
                                      i request you to please update this account as no overdue and close this account
                                      due to this overdue amount my loan is rejecting.
                                      please try to understand my issue and solve this as soon as posible.
