      I received my final settlement on 15/10/2022 but I still didn't receive my relieving letter. You mentioned relieving letter will be issued with in three working days from post FNF settlement . Three days had passed from the FNF settlement.

        More than 2 months had passed but still I didn't get my one month salary and relieving letter. I tried to get contact HR Team but there is no response . I want to know the reason for the delay.

        I need my relieving letter process time is 40 to 50 days . But more 60 days had passed . Kindly update the status

          I have a taken a loan from iifl gold loan P road branch Kanpur Uttar Pradesh
          Gl Number :20550708.
          where My 24 carat ornament were kept and they given me loan .
          when i close my loan set of bangles and studs were damaged . Branch manager told me its been by audit team . I asked him when i put for loan u checked and without my concern how u opened my packet and damaged that he told me we can do anything . i asked when i am paying u interest how u can open it . they didnt shown any interest and my product is damaged and useless now

                          I am DILSHAD SHAIK

                          I have taken a personal loan in IIFL in 2017
                          Loan A/C SL1038065 Sanctioned Amount Rs. 6, 800 Disbursed on 26/11/2017
                          A few days back I went for an Educational loan and it was rejected.
                          Because overdue amount Rs.51 mentioned in this account

                          But now i paid this amount.
                          i request you to please update this account as no overdue and close this account
                          due to this overdue amount my loan is rejecting.
                          please try to understand my issue and solve this as soon as posible.

                              This is a concern regarding personal information being misused by a particular person not blaming the company fully but partially blaming them as to why are they attending and keeping such kind of employees
                              That particular persons name is *Sanjay Singh* from Mumbai who was representating IIFL was trying to take information of my family members and their banking details when i had upfrontly mentioned only il be the sole person doing this as to why is he continuously contacting my family members poking around here and there and getting banking and personal details out of them
                              There should be some standard rules for following some privacy of investors information regarding anything whether its banking related or personal related
                              Dont know how many victims where trapped by this person and is silently tarnishing the IIFL brand name and sinking its reputation to ground
                              Either the company should take strict action against this counselor or whoever he is or will suggest other investors to look for another company which would help you invest

                                Dear Sir,
                                i have alive a gold Loan in IIFL FINANCE LTD, Nawalgarh (Rajasthan) . Which is loan no GL18674561. i went to go at branch for close my loan on dated 08.09.2022. i had paid my total dues and principal amount and take receipt also. then Branch have not given to me my gold ornament. and i ask about why you did not give to me my jewellery as fas as i have paid all payment and i have receive the loan close message and loan close receipt. that is very pethetic services of iifl finance Ltd. And I also got a threat to get arrested by the branch manager and I was thrown out of the branch by the guard.
                                Sir i have attached here my closer receipt on dated 08.09.2022

                                Dear Sir, am wrote clearly this is Gold loan from IIFL FINANCE LTD, Branch Location is Nawalgarh, jhunjhunun Rajasthan.I hope you have help me about this Fraud form IIFL Gold Company. my loan was closed dated 08.09.2022. i had paid my total dues and principal amount and take receipt also. then Branch have not given to me my gold ornament. and i ask about why you did not give to me my jewellery as far as i have paid all payment and i have receive the loan close message and loan close receipt.
                                this was done intentionally by branch staff of iifl Finance gold loan. still 4 days has been gone. i have not getting yet my ornaments.

                                Sir, 9 days has been gone. i wish you are transfer my complaint to concern department (GOLD LOAN)

                                    Dear Team,
                                    I have visited your br Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore Br to inquire about the refund of funds of Rs 223200/- which is long pending at your end.
                                    When I went to Branch to give the complaint letter there is no complaint box or register in the branch I inquired your Staff Mr Mukesh and Asif about the same but I got the reply from the team saying that they are not maintaining any register or box and also informed that we have to contact only through mail.
                                    But as per your website complaint mechanism Customer can give complaint over the counter or customer care but no one is not accepting complaints over the counter.
                                    I contacted your customer care no which is mentioned in your website under complaint mechanism but the executive Madhuri replied that they only deal with fresh loan queries and the team is not aware of complaint nodal officer numer or mail ID

                                    My sister has not received the funds yet br staff is telling that funds will come to her bank account with in one day but not happening the same
                                    My sister Hanusha has participated in property auction bidding on 08.07.2022 and paid bidding amount of Rs 223200/- but she did not win the bid.As per the auction procedure the amount is to be refunded with in 7 working days since she is not the successful bidder.
                                    Kindly refund her amount to the bank account details which she mentioned in the bidding form itself
                                    After making several calls to branch team, they collected her account details saying that the funds will be returned to her account with in 24 hours but not yet received and no one is responding properly.

                                    Kindly do the needful.
