I'm Vijaya Kumar (C184504) Ex-employee of IIFL FINANCE Ltd.
This is regarding my relieving letter and FNF settlement delayed.
I know you are holding my fnf and releaving letter. one thing I informing to you this is not fare to the good company which act with his ex-employee for Releaving letter and FNF settlement.
Please understand customer gold with iifl finance even as of today and customer paying interest also how do you think this is loss to the company and this is generating revenue to the company.
I'm not arguing with the company i need my experience letter and FNF settlement without delay and also already I'm not getting any job last 4 months I'm not getting salary for my family maintenance is too difficult due to experience letter not received from your end.
Hope this message will reach to you.
Kindly do the needful from your end. I'm waiting for your response on urgent basis.

I worked in IIFL FINANCE from 04/02/2021 to 19/04/2022 but till today I'm not getting satisfaction response from IIFL Finance
I'm worked in Bangalore the company Hr dept will not response clearly
My fnf settlement 30000 not paid till today and also my releaving letter not received till today kindly take action against them
Still I'm not getting any response from IIFL Finance
Dear Consumer Complaint Team,
I'm not getting any response from IIFL Finance for getting my releaving letter and also this is the worst experience in my life the employer is not provided releaving letter to his ex employee. It's already 5 months after i out of company still they are act very badly.

Please take action in this regard

            Sub: Cancellation of my BYJU’S Order made on[protected].

            Sir/Madam,
            I am practicing as an advocate in Pattukkottai, Thanjavur district, Tamilnadu. I am residing in the above said address. Your BYJU’S company representative by name Vishithra Thinakaran (Mob: [protected]) met me in my house and canvassed me on[protected] to join BYJU’S product order scheme for the amount of Rs.95, 000/- by installment of Rs.7507/- per month. The OTP number was 9573 and I paid Rs.5, 000/- as advance. After that I have received BYJU’S tap product on 25.06.2022. My son Vaibhav Vijay not able to understand the programme assembled in BYJU’S Tab. Because of he is only Four years Old and Due to his maturity of mind and also lack of interest in subject. So I am not interested to continue to use the BYJU’S Tab.
            As per your BYJU’S company’s terms and conditions, your representative said, If I am not satisfied with your BYJU’S product I can cancel my order within 15 days from the date of the product delivery. I sent a cancellation request on[protected] itself. I have sent my letter to your company to cancel the order within 15 days. But you are not considered my request. After receiving my request and you have linked me with IIFL. Also replied to me by stating that, “We have taken note your request and will have a call back arranged from the concerned team within 24 hours to 48 hours”. Then you sent a request number: 33978884. But you are not cancelled the BYJU’S product till now.

            I have sent a letter to cancel my BYJU’S Product within 15 days. Your BYJU’S Official person called me and said that, “ Your loan has been sanctioned”. She explained that, You have been linked with IIFL Finance company for the loan. After that The IIFL Team messaged me stating that, Your first EMI Rs. 7507/- due on[protected] and same will be Automatically debited from your Union Bank of India, Pattukkottai Branch where I am maintaining my Savings Account.

            Now I am not inclined interest to continue for using your BYJU’S Tab. therefore I request you to cancel my order. Also cancel the link (EMI Mandate) for collecting EMI from my bank account. If it continues to debit month from bank account, I will take this issue as serious and legal action will be taken against your company and you are liable to face illegal consequences.

              1)Lost 2 share certificates namely 1)gujarat narmada fertilizers 2)tamil nadu steel tubes

              Mr.Amit has lost 2 share certificates more than 2 yrs back and very unprofessional in his entire handling.Very bad service and customer support. They have'nt resolved this issue yet.Instead of being responsible and taking care of the certificates he very nicely lost it and giving excuses, how careless behaviour from IIFL side. Around a year back or so after multiple complaints and mail threads they sent an email stating that the person whose share certificates is lost has to be in Mumbai and go with Mr.Amit to police station for the formalities.But the person is always travelling and very busy and was'nt able to come to Mumbai as yet.My simple question is Why should I go through this unnecessary trouble when all I wanted was just to convert my certificate to digital format.
              I have sent many mails in and out trying to settle this issue and for long time they were just dodging and they were not even telling me that its lost initially.

              Resolution needed - They have given me a lot of trouble and I don't want to go through this for the next many years, so if they have lost it they should only sort it out and get my share certificate back properly without giving me unnecessary trouble of going with them anywhere.I want IIFL to be responsible and convert my share certificates mentioned above to be found or created and to be converted to digital format without wasting my time asap.

              2)Taking ages to update the details -

              Client number - FEDGEMIN

              Was trying to change bank account number in iifl app, they told me to fill 1 form physically and send mail.After I filled it physically they told me to do it digitally.Then later they told me to mail him, then later told me to courier the form.This process has taken many days just for 1 simple account update, after I do 1 thing then after few days they tell me this and that is needed and then again I send, it seems the IIFL app is also not working properly.
              After many more days my account is still not updated, then I keep calling them they say they are checking still no update
              Then after many days again I called them and then they tell me to courier aadhaar as that is also needed.
              What a waste of time, money and energy.They have no clarity of whats needed.Instead of telling me everything at 1 time, I would have sent everything 1 time 1 day.But no, here I have wasted many days calling them, couriering, mailing them and filling forms.they never even call and tell me that something is missing, I have to keep calling them and checking .But the main problem is they have no clarity on requirements, they are not responsible enough to keep track and get the job done, instead they are waiting for my call to ask them again and again to do a simple update.

              Resolution -They have asked me to courier aadhaar in my last call.After I send it I want my account details to be updated asap and they should be more responsible towards the clients and not waste so much time.

              3)Yearly maintanence fee of IIFL app is waste of money

              As the IIFL app has many bugs for the things I need, I don't know why I'm paying any yearly fees.
              -One simple updation as mentioned in point 2 was not happening through app because of which I had do do couriers n mails etc..
              -It takes generations/long time sometimes to even load a page
              - Im not buying any new shares from a long time nor am I really using the app nor using any RM help so I want to know exactly what is the yearly AMC containing as Im not using any service and the service I want to use is giving issues.

              Resolution - AMC charges should only be charged when customer has done some trading in a year, if customer has not done any trading or used app then AMC charges should be 0. App has bugs so whats the use of paying AMC charges when its not satisfying or working for my needs, app should be fixed (issue in point 2)

              All in all IIFL is the worst company, I have had to run behind them for everything, the developers, RM, support are all very irresponsible
              IIFL people do not even respond the phone when they don't want to talk or dont know what to talk
              Im really fed up of this company so much, my only goal is to sell my shares at the right time fast and have no more relation with IIFL but because of all this drama they are doing Im not able to even sell my shares at the right time.
              I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.Worst service and waste of time and money.

              Please resolve my issues asap.

              Dear Sir, with regards to FEDGEEVE we understand our officials have contacted you and informed the the procedure for issuance of duplicate share certificates. At present as you are not available in Mumbai, the procedure for issuance of duplicate share certificates will be done in consultation of our officials once you are back in Mumbai. With regards to FEDGEMIN we understand our official Mr. Sachin has spoken to you and addressed your concerns and for bank updation in demat account, Aadhar card is to be submitted and  Mr Nikunj is co-ordination with you and assisting you for the same. Incase document is already submitted help us with the POD details or branch official details to whom it was given. Do reach out to us incase you need any further assistance. You can also get replies to all your queries on Ask IIFL chatbot or connect on [protected]@iifl.com for any assistance.

              After the last complaint, even though IIFL lost my documents, IIfl was insisting me to come to Mumbai and go to the police station with them. I do not understand after it being their mistake why am I dragged into this matter and why I have to go to Police station, I also denied and told them that I will not be able to come to Mumbai.I will not be able to come to Mumbai at all for a long time and I need to resolve this matter quickly.They have lost my original shares, its not my mistake, its their carelessness because of their mistake now they are telling me to come to the Police station to get duplicate certificate which is a waste of time and unwanted step for me considering I am busy and not even in Mumbai, I don't understand why I have to go through all this hassle.This is going on since long time and since IIFL lost my physical share documents, they should find a way to get my documents and resolve this matter quickly by themselves as I want to sell my shares as soon as possible.If they cannot do so, they should compensate me.

              So point 1 is still not resolved.

                  My name is Sham Sundar and I took a gold loan from IIFL Finance Gold Loan Bathinda branch on 7/10/2021.My gold loan no is GL19033350 loan amt. 212543.
                  I went to release my packet from iifl gold loan bathinda branch. I went there to pay full closure amount but branch deny to release my packet and moved my packet for auction. I complaint to nodal officer but they are not giving wright answer. I just want to know Branch manager have rights to deny to release packet if someone ready to pay closure amount.?

                    I SHUBHAM a former employee of IIFL Gold Loan Manimajra Chandigarh Branch, my employee id was C188664 and i resigned to my job on 23rd April 2022 and my last working day was 22nd May 2022 and I have also deposited the assets to the admin department at sec 37 branch. I'd served my full 30 days notice period. It's been over 67 days now. But still i haven't received my Relieving Letter and also the Full & Final Settlement. Now I've to submit the relieving letter to my present company. So this is my kind request you to please issue my Relieving Letter & full and final settlement. Please do needful.

                        There is some fraud going with the iifl as i completed my all loan of gold which includes personal loan but it not showing closed in iifl account as my all gold loan is branch manager said me that ur all loan will be closed as my all gold gone in auction. now IIFL third party person coming after 2.5 years and harrasing me and my family taking pictures. if this happens i will complaint a FIR against IIFL and person who is harasing us. after 2.5 years coming and harrasing us

                          I'm Raghavendra Chowdery when i was doing my B.Tech in 2017, I took two personal loans from redcarpet (IIFL). I have paid all the EMI's/Money on time without any delay. But when I recently checked my CIBIL report, I found that both of my loans are overdue and have not been paid in time for more than three years. Because of that, my CIBIL score is dropping. So, I request you to update my CIBIL report as soon as possible kindly.

                                Now I Vent to The Branch for Release of my Gold at 4:10 pm Branch Head Replied me Branch has been closed accounts of the day has stopped and servers are stopped their Services,

                                  I, Mr N Maruthi, is an existing trading account holder since 2008, due to no transaction my account seems freezed, this account was opened during 2008 time when I serving INDIAN AIR FORCE, now I am retired and joined Union Bank of India. During my service in bank o have purchased Andhra bank shares and after amalgamation of bank my share converted to Union bank and during the same time Karvy is closed, my existing shares now placed at IIFL and in a freezed mode.

                                  I, several times approached customer care and every time a unique reply came from each executive, I was told to close the existing trading account and my account will be initiated by sending a link, further can be activated via OTP.

                                  I several times requested them to update my mail and phone no. as per karvy details as I neither hold that phone no. nor that mail id which held with trading account.

                                  I am also attaching few documents which were sent to your head office for update but my first application tandon stating that I didn't furnish cancelled cheque. when I enquired about it they updated me on this stating that they have already sent a mail to my registered mail id ( which I don't hold any more).
                                  Inspire of repeated mails and calls to customer care I didn't find any fruit fill results, I see an esteemed organisation couls nt handing a simple job.
                                  Your tag line say one stop solution, but I sincerely tell you, I am stopped for just one simple work.
                                  There exist so many call and correspondence with your head office but unable to furnish the same to you due to mail attachment 20 mb limitation.

                                    Mene home loan 11.70 rate pe adjustable rate pe liya tha lekin 4 sal tak ghataya nahi our home loan pe regular emi pay karne ke bad bhi tenur 2 sal badha diya aur rate 12.75 ka kardiya .loan lene k bad cheating karte hai .koi javab nahi dete .cheater company hai koi loan mat lena.
